One piece of meat on a double cheeseburger?? Just ordered two double cheeseburgers and got home and both of them only had one piece of meat on them. I was charged the right amount for two double cheeseburgers. I noticed they didn't give me a receipt. I guess this is one way to keep your profits up, don't give people all the food they ordered.

Got to my destination and my first bite into my burger while chewing a whole long burgundy hair was cooked into my cheese and patty 🤢 I called for a hr and only got busy signal so I call back the very next day the lady manager was very rude saying she fixes the burger and it couldn't have been hair😡 when the hair was exactly the color her hair was. Went through the drive thru and they got my order wrong. When I confronted them at the window about how my burger had no bacon in it they proceeded to add bacon but no cheese so I gave it back and they just slapped a cold piece of cheese on it. Gave me the wrong smoothie. These people are horrible at their job.

This place is horrible. Everytime I go they never fail to mess up my order. I get a burger without my fries . God forbid you order nuggets bc they never put in your sauce. They don’t even care if you leave a review on here. They don’t do anything to fix the mistake of the people they employ. The employees are always rude and just basically throw your food at you. I’m extremely irritated and disappointed. It’s seriously this location. I got my order tonight and half my order was missing and I forgot to check the bag I always do but today was a late night for me and I was just trying to eat when I got home. My burger is cold. The fries are missing. My cookies I got half the order. So yeeeeaaaa I guess I lucked out and spent $20 for no damn reason bc I’m not eating my burger without my fries and what’s the point of cookies if I’m not eating them after a warm meal.

This place has the most rudest staff, just moved to the area & have received nothing but attitude each time. We get the same thing every morning (2 Large iced coffees sometimes more) the coffees are always a miss we had coffee grounds in the bottom of the cups, either no vanilla or way to much you cant drink it. We've spoke to a manager & seems like hes more worried about his employees liking him than being a boss. This location needs to do better!!!

I’m extremely unhappy with the food I just got. My fries are disgusting. Cold and stale obviously have been sitting for a while. My double cheeseburger was cold with no onions and I did not request that also had to ask for the sauce I ordered at the window because they forgot it. Thankfully I looked. Not to matter much. Just wasted my time and money to be upset. The pie is at least warm. Thanks.

Placed a mobile order while in the drive through line waiting for an uber eats pickup. Even though I was charged for my mobile order and it went through, I did not receive my food because they were “closing” (they are open 24/7). They were able to make my uber eats order but then decided they couldn’t make the situation right because they would rather leave the building faster than helping out customers.

Ordered on the mobile app. Went to drive thru. Lady said it was cash only. Told her I had a mobile order. She asked for the code. Had a attitude the whole time. Got my food quickly, but when I got home I found the apple pie like someone had taken a bite of it. I always eat a few fries right after getting my order and they were cold not even warm. I wouldn't have put a review because it is Mcdonalds, but the attitude of the lady taking orders and the fact that the pie looked like it had been partially eaten.

Just got my breakfast here after working a 24 hour shift at my job and I went threw the drive threw lady taking orders was super rude I let it slide (I understand not everyone is a morning person) I pull up to pay and it’s the same lady who took my order I’m guessing she is a manager by the shirt she wore she was still super rude at the window she just hands me my stuff didn’t mention there was a straw in the bag and then gets all mad because I ask for a straw smh every time I come to this location they either can’t get my order right or they give me attitude
