Great place to get coffee. You can never get be wrong with Starbucks. The service was good and the store was very clean which was a plus for me!

Baristas know me and my drink by name. Just pull up via drive thru or walk in and it’s made to perfection. Staff is very nice and friendly.

The staff was friendly and downright funny. The store was very clean and very efficient at ensuring the drive thru and the in store customers were taken care of quickly and accurately. Probably my favorite location of Starbucks, product is good as always but the staff they have is super friendly and capable, which sets this location apart from the others. I had Ava help me and they were fast with my order, kind, and left a positive impression on my day. An other time at the window Angelo helped me, although alittle shy(endearingly) they are extremely friendly and get the product from being made it me every time without a hitch. All around great location that parking lot is always swarmed between them and Chick-fil-A which is understandable so I can’t really fault the place. 10 outta 10 would satisfy my caffeine addiction again.

This location is great. The staff is fast and friendly. The space is very open, I go there to do work once in a while and it's nice. Sometimes the music is a little loud but that's OK. The impossible sandwich is what I get almost everytimez with some form of tea.

This Starbucks is that special place you've been looking for. You know, that warm and welcoming establishment that makes itself a part of your community because it has a friend-like staff offering great service and the coffee, or tea, you just can't wait to have the first sip of and have to get that last dribble from. A place you look forward to going to, but drag your feet when your leaving. A place you leave with a smile on your face or a laugh escaping your mouth. The place your willing to cross town or towns to get to, instead of stopping just anywhere for your coffee, because it's not just the coffee you want, it's the folks working there too. I've been to other Starbucks and coffee stops over the years and know this is the royal jewel that makes the other spots look like frogs. I'm so glad this Starbucks moved into my neighborhood and I can invite you to try this wonderful place through this review. Who knows? It might become the only Starbucks you'll need.

It is so nice to start my day with these employees. The drive thru girl is beyond nice and they are all super sweet friendly and timely.

Like most Starbucks, hot coffee, tasty treats, and service with a smile. This one also has a drive through and is conveniently located within a very short walk next to the Hampton Inn where we stay while visiting family on Long Island, NY. Makes you feel right at home!

This is the BEST Starbucks location! The drive thru lines are fast, they always have nitro cold brew (unlike other locations), and are always friendly, orders are always correct. Congrats to the manager of this place!

This is from the perspective of someone who likes to occasionally sit and work in coffee shops. This is of the better Starbucks layouts. There’s a couple of tall tables near the back with stools if you want to work away from the noisy entrance, but there is a speaker in the corner. Thankfully the music in this location isn’t as loud and obnoxious as other locations in the area. Toward the front there’s a pod of four low chairs and a small table. On the other side is a communal table with several short, hard stools. In the middle there’s three groups of tables that offer protection from the bright light pouring into the front. The service is fast and friendly and there’s plenty of parking. Decent WiFi.

There's not enough kind words that I can say about the employees at this Starbucks. They're all so incredibly nice and welcoming. I come here almost every day on my mail route and they always greet me warmly even when they're busy. Reece is a top tier employee!

Quality service even though i only ordered a black tea. With the amount of turnover in some sites this was a nice store to visit. - This Starbucks is pretty much on top of their game. I found this location to be better than many of the others but their move to widen chairs has made the place alotless comfortable

I have the app on my phone, wanted to give them my. Visa card so I can put more money on so I could get paid for my stars. And they ring up what you go through on me. They don't give you any stars

Good Starbucks - comfortable. Had some time to kill and was able to do some work while waiting here. Good fast wifi but the music is pretty loud. If you're sitting and hanging out with people or trying to read or work, you might find the music a bit distracting. Otherwise good place. Have used the drive thru as well and never had a problem.

Parking lot is a disaster on a busy or even not so busy day. Mainly the drive through exit mixed w/the parking lot exit mixed w/chipotle exit. Nice, friendly, attentive staff tho

Mobile pick up is usually very fast, the store never seems too busy or overwhelmed. There is a certain female employee who I have observed while waiting for my coffee to be made and she is very negative about being at work, huffing and puffing and acting like the customers are annoying her…. A few times my cup was not filled to the top and when I asked them to top it off they would, but one of the employees here gave me an attitude and told me to order a different drink if I wanted my cup full… which makes no sense. If I order a venti then my cup should be filled to the top, it’s not like the drinks are cheap, if I pay $7+ for ONE drink I expect it to be filled to the top. Also, the restroom is always dirty. Last time I used it there was urine all over the floor and toilet paper everywhere.

Drinks are good, workers seem nice. However, lately every time I try to order my drink in advance on the Starbucks app, it says that oat milk isn't available. Then when I call up to ask about it, the employees always tell me that it is available and must be a glitch, which they fix while on the phone with me. I get a short quick lunch break at my job so it is crucial for me to order in advance. So if I call and no one answers, I'm not getting Starbucks, at least not from this location which is most convenient for me. Lost business which is a shame. Fix the app!

I do like this Starbucks but last time I went through the drive thru the cashier was not friendly and my drink was mainly bland and more like milk than anything else. Not happy that day with my experience.

Tables are always dirty, the workers are always messing around while there are people waiting to order. And the food is not so good here. The only thing I recommend here is drinks and make sure you have patience they are adults acting like children

1st time here, they forgot the foam on the Cold Brew. 2nd time here, again an issue with the foam and waited 15 min over the projected 10 min wait time. Probably will go to a different Starbucks next time in the area.

While ordering through the drive thru an employee with purple hair gave me an attitude. I drove up to the window and she didn’t let me pay the way I wanted. Through out the transaction her attitude got worse. At least my drink was good.

They gave me my VT CRML CRNCH FRAP more whipped cream than coffee. The workers should do better. 2-24-24. 1:08 pm.

Drive thru experience. Not the best location . Ordered tall the barista heard something else. Later on forgot to give the banana bread by saying “good day”. Had to remind her. No napkins given. No stopper given. Starbucks is just a brand name service is missing.

Disappointed with Service and Value Paid $18 for two XL drinks at Starbucks, including an extra $3.25 just for 3 additional scoops of boba. When I got my drink, there was barely any boba, so I went back to ask about it. The barista making the drinks gave me attitude and insisted she added the full amount — even though it was clearly not there. This kind of dismissive service is becoming way too common. Starbucks used to be known for professionalism and consistent quality, but lately, that standard has gone down. For the price we’re paying, the customer experience should be much better. Definitely rethinking my visits.

Slowest SB drive thru ever. Even at an off time like 2 pm.

It's a sad day when your afternoon pick me up coffee is made with whole milk instead of soy and your lactose intolerant and you didn't taste it before you got back to work.

I am very disappointed. I ordered my drink and said i wanted it blended. I even said it TWICE. This was all after I waited for an hour on line. Now I am forced to blend my own drink at home. Shame.

Don’t normally like to come to this location because the coffee is literally boiling!!! But i have it the benefit of the doubt n came to try it oniy to have my wife to burn her tongue while at the window i ask the cash register if i could add to my order as i was going to order a new drink n specify NOT BOILING HOT but Cindy refused to take our order and said there was a long line behind us n need to go around again yet there was literally only one car behind us i will absolutely not be coming back here terrible service

Waited five minutes and couldn’t even place an order this isn’t my usual experience. Dismayed and just walked out without my hot cup of cappuccino. Yeah to make someone wait 5 minutes to “place an ORDER” for me is hardly justifiable and so another 5 minutes before the order gets completed? Would anyone wait 10 whole minutes for a cup of coffee? Unless this is a Michelin star restaurant I can bluntly tell you A Hard NO :( Made the wrong choice probably would be better heading to the Crooked Hill Road location. I’ve always been able to grab a coffee in roughly 5 minutes 2 minutes to wait in store and place order and maybe off 2 minutes to receive my beverage. I was excited to arrive early enough where there were very few customers. The staff is extremely loud and distracting. Every word out of one of the barista’s mouth was “f- this”. So many loud drama queens in there. Definitely won’t be coming back to get work done.

Went to get a coffee with my parents using drive thru. Tall mixto with coconut milk and sugar. Asked to put more Coffee in it than coconut milk. They Gave us I think it was like a Grande or a Venti. Mom took a sip and nicely asked for more sugar. Two girls came to the window gave her the sugar and gave us the ONLY TERRIBLE ATTITUDE telling us that we should have asked to put sugar in the coffee!!! Maybe they was just mad they had to work on memorial day weekend or I don’t know what happened there! Totally uncalled for!!!! Bad service and bad business!

Horrible Horrible service, take the extra minute and go to the one next to Costco. Guys behind the counter have biggest attitudes, talk behind your back as you are waiting. I've been getting the same tea for the past 10 years and this Costco always messes it up. it's a simple tea with a little bit of steamed milk and sugar. It's not a latte not a espresso, just a simple tea, but they always mess up. Never going their again.

Horrible service, and not good drinks. They take 30 mins, have no courtesy for your time and rush to finish the drive thru but forget the customers in store. Everyone is frustrated. Needs new management.

Worst service ever. Came in this evening. No one else on line. I waited. And waited. And waited. While 3 workers completely ignored me. One was chit chatting to two people about who knows what and completely ignored my existence. One was making drinks for a woman waiting to be served. The other wore a headphone also while making some drinks. Not one of them ever bothered to acknowledge my existence. Was hoping to get my birthday coffee. Their birthday gift was to pretend I didn't exist. I left without ever being approached after a 5 minute wait.

Would give this Starbucks location zero stars if I could. The employees are beyond rude and disrespectful, giving so much attitude towards (myself) & other customers. I’m visiting from out of state and go to Starbucks often and was baffled with the attitude from these employees. Stephanie is by far extrmley nasty and worst customer service. I asked for a specific employee to make my drink of she had time because she is the only one who makes it owrfe t and stephanie starts banting I cannot have her make it and was resistant to the fact o e of her employees is perfect at making specific beverages. Max is great too. Stephanie you just lost a regular starbucts customer and I will be escalating this people like you dont deserve to be the first thing they get in the morning.

Placed an order on mobile to be lectured about it when I came to pick it up since I placed it while on the highway and got to the store too quick, my order was also wrong had no sweetner whatsoever I used to always order here but never again I’ll go up the block

It was not busy at all and out of 5 people working only one was making drinks. I ordered a medium black coffee i dont understand how that takes 10 minutes.

Please be advised that cash payments are no longer accepted after 9 PM. I was charged $14 for a large vanilla frappuccino and a small caramel crunch, for which I requested extra caramel and crunch toppings. The quality of the beverages was unsatisfactory. I find that only select Starbucks locations justify their premium pricing. The employee at the counter exhibited an unprofessional demeanor when I inquired about the discrepancy between the drink size and its cost.

A girl named Steph working the drive-thru speaker was extremely rude. I had placed an order through the app, and when I arrived, she dismissively told me I needed to go around because I was too early to pick it up. If arriving early for a mobile order is such an issue, there should be a clear reminder in the app to wait at least 30 minutes before heading to the location. Thanks to Steph’s attitude, I won’t be returning to that location again. Also the coffee that I received was so bad I had to dispose it.

Definitely don’t recommend the coffee that i order at every starbucks nobody has a problem making this starbucks told me they ran out of strawberry foam along with the chocolate curls mind you the foam is actually made by them. i just felt like they didn’t wanna do their job the coffee taste completely disgusting and they don’t follow directions my husband iced coffee was missing so many things that was actually labeled on the label.

So hot I can’t even hold the cup long this is the second time I come to this location n they hand me a boiling hot drink literally burn my tongue! i asked if I can add to my order as I was at the window to replace my boiling drink n Cindy was so nasty n said no you have to go back around there a huge line which was not! There was one car behind she was so rude . Corporate needs to visit This location and do some team training and be more selective to whom they have working here representing their company. I will not ever go back to this location.
