The restroom were clean and stocked. The restaurant was clean and all the tables were clean. The restaurant was welcoming. The sandwiches were really high quality and tasted amazing.
As always delicious and exactly what I wanted since you tell them exactly want on your sandwich. My only dissapointment was they were out of white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies so I had to settle for a chocolate chip cookie.
There is great service at Subway, it's a clean atmosphere to start with, and they add new sandwich choices quite often and they are always fresh, The employees here are ready to serve you and no dought, you will love the affordability here and a friendly staff is ready to customize your meal here!!!

It's a been a while since I have been to subway. Live the ne we look and open Floorplan. Nice service ans employees.
It was a good joint. There were lots of variety to choose from. Staffs are helpful and the food is tasty.
We ordered the regular NO BREADY BOWLS. There was so much food in them, we had enough for our lunch and dinner. The young lady at the window was very friendly and had the biggest smile. It feels great to see peoples faces again.
I haven't been to subway in 5 or more years. We decided to try it again. My recommendation would be to always order the double and get it toasted. Order from the New sandwiches they are offering. I love the Italian and the Philly. I order from app and go pick it up. Have done this several times and already used a $4 reward coupon applied with app. I'm glad we tried again for smtg new and good sandwiches
I came in shortly before they closing time, but the two young men working couldn't have been nicer. My turkey breast footlong was delicious and the cookies were so yummy. I love this place!

I love the Commerce Subway, mostly because of the university students who work there. They're so kind. If you don't like the line, I recommend ordering over the Subway app, and just drive thru or walk in and pick it up. Last time I did this, my sandwich was done 12 min before the time the app stated.
Came for a quick bite to eat for dinner on my way home from hanging out with the guys. Went thru the drive thru and was told to give them a second. “No worries take your time” I wasn’t in a hurry. Not gonna lie, they took a GOOD minute so I decided to go around and just order inside. I quickly saw there were a lot of people inside so I understood why it took so long. The fella making my sandwich was very polite and even offered to the teriyaki chicken his own way since it’s been discontinued. All staff were very polite, quick, and professional. Solid experience!
They were very busy but the two boys there were so nice. They gave us some drinks for waiting, totally unnecessary as we weren’t in any rush, but so kind nonetheless. Even though they were overwhelmed with people right before close they were in a way better mood than i would’ve been. Thank you guys for the great customer service.
My Mom and I had a very pleasant dinner here. I'm not sure of the servers name that help us. However, she was very nice, tentative and friendly. The restaurant was extremely clean along with the restrooms. I would recommend this place.
This Subway always has a smiling face behind the counter. The food always seems to be fresh, and the place is kept pretty clean. Definitely one of the better Subway franchises! This has become a weekly stop for me and the gang.
Been many times over the years and all has been fine. Bread is fresh and many sandwich choices. Glad they are in town and will be back.

The only two ways to improve this restaurant is.... Have napkins and utensils to eat with either readily available where the customers can reach them or always offer them..... Secondly, handicap seating is disrespectful! I'm in a wheelchair so all of your tables being so far off of the ground is unacceptable... I'm also a bariatric patient so if you offered at least one but I'd probably say you should have three longer tables that had wide chairs with no rails on them for bariatric patrons, you'd have a whole new audience in here... I'm play bariatric patient and I would like to also say that being a part of this program I am one of 159,000 members... That's 159000 potential customers in the Denver metro area... Are you really willing to not consider them? Lastly there are healthy options for those who are well informed... However, for beginners or people who don't really know what they are looking to buy you could reach an entire customer base by having a bariatric friendly menu... I've already lost 280 before weight loss surgery... Could you imagine if someone were smart enough to have followed my journey, and made me a spokesperson??? I could've help make an entire brand take off running! I have so many ideas as to how people are not being served... And a lot of real-world experience that should be utilized to make a menu change nation wide... Food for thought corporate...

It's a good subway location. Small lines and consistent food quality. Drive through can be slow at times, though.

Lets face it, corporate fast food is supposed to be uniform, and this Subway is consistent. I am always pleased. Building is kinda run down, seating somewhat limited, otherwise a good sandwich.

I visited this location for a quick bite for lunch. The line was long but there were two sandwich makers and a cashier at the time so I got through the line fairly fast. For me, the freshness of the bread is #1 and mine wasn't that fresh. The corners were dry. The veggies looked and tasted fresh. My husbands meatball sandwich had a little too much sauce dispute asking the sandwich maker light sauce. I'm guessing since they were rushing through the line she forgot. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The store was clean and the soda machine was full. I gave 4 stars because of the bread not being fresh and the customer service not being so great. I would revisit this location

Normally, they greet every customer, but today, I was standing at the counter to place my order, and the attendant looked past me and asked the other customer behind me what they would like.
I really like the food,but I avoid going because there is a female worker who is very very very rude! She shows me her attitude as if I forced her to work there.
Server wiped the dressings on top of the sandwich. Plus she forgot to give me napkins. Sandwich was still pretty good tho.
The very first time I’ve had a Subway sandwich that the bread was not fresh!! Ruined my whole dinner. I felt like it had been microwaved? So tough!! The bottom was really hard and it was a lot smaller than usual and wrinkly. Hope the manager sees this and fixes the problem.
I was the only one in there late afternoon Saturday 5/11/2024 and the food prep table was filthy with strowed food on it and mixed in with other sides. The menu showed chips $1.39 but the cashier wanted to charge $1.49. When I pointed to the menu price she said it hasn't been changed. Wouldn't give it to me for the price on menu board. Won't be back.
I ordered the Cali something.... but it's suppose to have Turkey, bacon, avocado, mozzarella cheese toasted with spinach onions tomatoes and not sure what else. There is no turkey and the amount of bacon on it I should of just ordered a meatless sandwich except the bread is so hard I wouldn't have wanted wanted it even then. I've never seen a worse sandwich not to mention the girl that took my order in the drive through. I told her 3 times I wanted a 6" and she still tried to charge me for12" then got rude with me. The only reason I give it any stars is because of the young man that brought my sandwich to the window was decient enough to tell me they made my sandwich with out spinach and brought me a cup of lettuce. For a sandwich that cost over $10 it should have what the hell it is suppose it on it! I'll never eat here again!! People should take pride in their work no matter what your work is!! Owners should stay on top of slacking employees and rudeness!

Cheese looked moldy. Drive thru took priority. Waited without even a greeting for about 10 minutes. Probably would not go back.
I get the Italian BMT or the ultimate BMT and there’s never a lot of meat I’ve gone there multiple times and they’re just doesn’t seem to be a lot of meat. There’s always a lot more lettuce than there is meat and the sandwiches are always made very messy and the most recent time I just went, the bread tasted kind of stale.
Customer service is bad, and I’m not even really hung up on that of thing usually. However, when I go to other subways the employees always greet me when I walk in. Here, I have to walk up to the counter and wait for someone to come out from the back, or finish their pointless conversation before I’m even acknowledged. Food is up to par with any other Subway, but this location doesn’t participate in the Sub of the Day promo, I don’t think. If so, there are no signs advertising this and employees already seem annoyed that I’m there, so I don’t ask.
To give Subway, at least the one I frequent most due to it's locale being less than five minutes from me on foot, a generous two stars saddens me a great deal. I placed my order (6" steak and cheese) in the drive thru. Not having eaten breakfast, I was hangry! I don't know what I was given, but wasn't given what I ordered. I returned to the restaurant and explained what happened, gave back what I was given, etc. A manager was called over and all the sudden it turned in to an ordeal that was my fault. I didn't ask for anything but what I ordered and paid for. I did receive another sandwich, but wound up giving it to my dogs. It didn't even resemble a sub. Hopefully, this was a single incident that won't happen again. I won't be going back to that location anytime soon, but might give them a try after a few months have passed.
I don’t think the girl in the drive thru knows what she is doing, always messing up my order, I order one thing, come home with something else. For example, I wanted a salad with chicken, did not get chicken, I wanted a tuna fish sandwich with fish and pickles only, I got a sandwich with everything but the chicken sink. maybe she can’t read.
This is the slowest subway I've ever been to. Been here multiple times, always slow. Today there were two cars here and still waited over 5 minutes in drive thru to even get someone to say something. Waited another 5 before they took my order. They are not very friendly for customer service. Car pulled in behind me at drive thru and eventually pulled back out and left. I've been in here when there at least 4 people working and they are more interested in talking than working and still waited a long time to get food ordered.
We order the sliders...we was suppose to get 3 and the gave us 2. Theres no excuse for that...its not hard to count to 3. So basically they shorted us to feed theirselves. Unacceptable
What part of a BLT sandwich is not understood? WHY shouldi have to tell you to add lettuce and tomatoe to a BLT sandwich. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I hope this Subway closes down to never reopen.

Went through the drive through and got a foot long meatball marina and a 6" turkey and cheese. Foot long was great, plenty of meat, lots of cheese. Turkey sandwich was literally bread with one piece of meat, split in half and stuck in the middle of the bread, no cheese. I got bread and that had heard of turkey, but didnt actually get to see it. Dont waste your time or money with this one.
No customers inside, im the only customer there in the drivethrew lane to get one sub, and it took 20 minutes??? What the hell were they doing, killing the cow to make it??? Had to knock on the damn window go get their attention and ask where my damn sandwich was. Never again.

I went in yesterday and ordered a subway club. I am always friendly to the people who are working any job, it is a crazy, hard times that we are all going through and I'm sure working a food industry job can be hard. So I try to be nice. I always ask how they are doing. I did the same yesterday while they started fixing my sandwich. I asked how they were doing and got no reply, just head down. I thought maybe they did not hear me. So I asked again. This time she looked up and just sneered at me and continued to make my sandwich. I just took it as she was having a bad day, she gave me attitude the rest of the time and then when putting mayo on my sandwich she basically drowned it in it and then looked pleased with herself. I thought, whatever, I can scrape it off. It just really ticked me off, if you don't like your job, go find another one! Manager WILL be called!
I don't like to complain about food... But... They did not have any spinach and the lettuce was brown. That wasn't all the tomatoes looked sick. The cookies were good.

Tuesday, June 22nd or 23rd, 2:45. WORST experience ever at any fast food joint. The woman who made my sandwiches had one bad attitude. Good thing I wasn't a secret shopper; I would have fired her on the spot. Hopefully I will NEVER go to this location again. Not to mention this Subway is NOT participating in the (assuming) nationwide 2 for 1 promotions. I only regret I didn't walk out when that woman first came to the counter after me asking loudly . . . "anybody here?".
Waited literally 15 minutes for 16 inch flatbread sandwich in the drive-through after taking my $, while there were two cars in the parking lot and nobody in front of me. Then they put banana peppers instead of bell peppers and cheddar cheese instead of American, on my flatbread. This place has really gone downhill
I usually love Subway in Commerce but “TODAY” I was very disappointed! My Foot long sub was thrown together like some “life unexperienced kid” had prepared it. The bag it was in had holes in it so naturally I ended up wearing my lunch with every bite. It took way too many napkins to wipe myself off as well as my console in my truck due to the mess it made. Maybe I should coach my kids to go work up there to teach how a “tight ship” floats better than a sinking raft. I won’t be back until you train better workers!
Went through the drive thru and they messed up my order (wrong food on receipt, food was wrong in bags). Went inside to correct order and they screwed it up again. Do not recommend this location, as its yet another food place in Commerce TX that can't manage to make food as ordered. Just find a jersey mikes or some other sandwich shop.
Used Subway App to order 5 footlong sandwich for family dinner, $40.10 less $4 in previous order rewards. Drive thru to pick up the order and attendant at the window says they don't have an online order. I show the App order on my phone and that $36.10 was paid using PayPal. Then show the emai from Subway to confirm order and $36.10 paid. Then show PayPal receipt. No manager on site, just shift leader. They call manager at home, then call owner. Owner says she got the order at home, but no payment. I tell attendant to call owner back and tell her the 3 proofs on my phone that order was paid for. She comes back to window and says owner said they can take my order but I have to pay for it again! Now I have been sitting in my car for 30 minutes, and they want to steal my payment. Tell them I will sit in front of their window and call the police. Police show up. Look at my phone at the Subway email and PayPal receipt that says $36.10 paid. Then I get a 2nd email from Subway, 35 minutes after the first email and it says my order was cancelled. Somehow they must have cancelled the order, but I don't have anything saying the money is back in the bank account. Police tell me when I get something from the bank, they will fill out a report. This is the worst customer service ever. All they had to do was refund my money, but now it will involve law enforcement. I would have been upset with wasting a total of 45 minutes in front of their window without dinner to bring home, but I drove across the street to Chicken Express and took chicken strips home! I will definately eat at Subway again, just not the one in Commerce, TX! What a shame an owner doesn't care enough about her customers to have handeled this differently. If they have an online problem, it is their problem, not mine, and I am out $36.10 until I get it settled. It is just the principal of the thing now, that I will proceed every way I can, including the worst review I can give this store and owner. I will also follow up with Subway Corporate.
Pulled to the window to get my total, paid. Then the girl walked off and she was conversing with another employee, said that they didn't ring it all up and asked me for my receipt which she didn't give me! Then I paid for the chips and drink on the kids meal. I'm looking for the kids drink and the lady said its all in there! So I drive off only to turn around because my sandwich was cold and it was supposed to be toasted! And after that the Coke I was given with my order was flat!
Less than 30 minutes after eating my wife and I were burdened to the bathrooms with extreme stomach aches for a good while. There is a good reason the place hasn't seen many customers.

I will not go back to that Subway store, Commerce Texas. ***THE OWNER has requested the date and time of this occurrence. It was last Friday, December 26, 2025. At approximately 2 to 3 pm. I ordered a 12 inch BMT and a 6 inch Sweet Chicken Tereyaki I believe it's called, $20.75 total with a $4.00 tip. I should not have tipped her at all as rude as she was. Lynn

Sister experience I’ve ever had at this subway. Went thru the drive thru ordered 2 sandwich meals on white bread got home the bread on both was so hard you could have knocked someone out with it. Only filled one drink half way up didn’t give any straws. I took the sandwiches back they remade the sandwiches and only a sorry bout that was said no offer to compensate my drive back

Well thank God I'm on a diet because WHAT are these portion sizes? Yeah, Subway is great for losing weight alright! Starvation style. This is actually hilarious. Are you guys taken out back and beaten for giving people proper portions or what? Next time I come in, I'll ask you to blink twice if you need help. I didn't know Chipotle and Subway were running a collaboration on pathetic portion sizes.
I was shocked when I opened the wrap. I mean, it’s gross to even look at it! Lost all my appetite. Never coming here again.
Extremely warm inside dining area! It was warmer inside Subway location than outsides 83 degree weather. That's crazy. I asked if the heater was on.
Rude customer service. Tried to over charge. Subway overall has gone down hill.
I ordered online and PAID online, my order was ready at 2:50 and I was there at 3:00 with traffic. They THREW AWAY my order because it was "there for so long" AFTER they denied getting any orders recently. Why would you throw away food that was PAID for?? AND I have a phone # and email attached to the order??? I even included a tip 🤔🤯 the 2 girls behind the counter were extremely unprofessional
I placed an order on the App for one footlong sandwich and a footlong cookie. When I got my order, I only got two cookies instead of the footlong cookie. Two cookies is not even worth a footlong cookie. It’s too late to go to the restaurant now. Employees should be careful and pay attention to the order placed.
I’m only giving them one star because they are showing as temporarily closed and the location is not available on the app! Very inconvenient. So I’ll take my business to the other location in town for my ordering convenience. What a shame.

I ordered a personal pizza online through the Subway app. When I went to the store to pick up my order, they told me they don’t have pizza. I asked for a refund, but they said they can't process refunds in the store and that I need to request it through the app. However, the app doesn’t have any option to request a refund. This feels like a scam. Goodbye, Subway — I’m never coming back.
Is your worker ok? We went in and waited 5 minutes but no one showed up to the counter. Floor was gross, meat looked old. Seriously, are they okay?
White girl that made the sandwiches at 3:50pm - For me and the customer ahead of me. She wouldn’t put their sauces where they asked - they asked for sauces to go on before vegetables she says no. I accidentally asked for roast beef instead of rotisserie- and I called the banana peppers bell peppers and she made fun of me to the other coworker while I was standing right there. She crumpled up my receipt and tossed it or i would have an order number: I do not recommend this store until they hire good people. Absolutely worst service ever.
