I know, fast food, but ... Neither the wife or I have been to a Jack in the Box for 20+ years, so we were looking for a little bit of nostalgia. It is nice to see a lot of the same, non-traditional, fast food menu items that we recall from our youth. We love the toasted sourdough bun (a hearken back to their So Cal roots) for the burgers. The burger was cooked perfectly and had nice crispy bacon in sufficient quantity to be able to taste it. The teriyaki chicken bowl is a favorite being a generous serving of rice, vegetables, chicken, and a delicious teriyaki sauce. The crispy egg roll was delectable. Staff was friendly and this particular location was not very busy so provided quick service. And they do make a delicious fast food milkshake. Thanks for the step back in time.

The worst part was the line. It took a while to get acknowledged and there were no cars ahead of me but I ordered the sirloin burger. Good taste and flavor. Fries are always a necessity and great to have. I had the pineapple milkshake and the consistency and taste were top notch. I need more in my area and I will miss them. I don’t know what the point of ordering ahead of time on the app is. Every time I order ahead on the app and show up 15-20 min later it always ends up with me watching ppl walk in and order and get their food before mine and they ask what I’m waiting for and they have no idea of my order and start cooking it at that point and I’m standing there for another 15-20 min…. Don't get the loaded wedges! The picture on the menu looks NOTHING like what you get. And it's a little pricey for what you get! Jack used to be a good place to eat but their quality has gone downhill.

Lackluster customer service experience tonight... Came in drive-thru tonight about 9:20pm, ordered: - large sweet tea - curly fry - mozzarella sticks, extra marinara sauce As a result, - out of sweet tea, subbed root beer - no marinara's sauce was received at all - received 2 fried chicken wraps i did not ask for - receive no receipt at all to know whether or not I was charged for any marinara sauce and the fried chicken wraps. The young man at the window seemed friendly, but the incorrect order and no receipt put a damper on things. Moral of the story: Always check your order before leaving!!! Side note: Why in the world Anyone thinks it's a good idea to throw tons of pickles on a chicken wrap sandwich, I'll never understand... 😆

Fries were nasty definitely just heated up In some nasty old oil and still soggy, and then the home style chicken ranch was gross. I swear they put Mayonnaise on it instead of ranch. They also forgot the bacon i always get the same thing. This is the one time I did not like it.

Disappointed , first and last time at this Jack in the box. Took 30 mins to get one breakfast platter. Had ordered an iced coffee with boba along with it, girl stated they didn't have the ingredients, which was extra charge and already paid for. I normally like jack in the box but this place is not it. Food looked and tasted gross, I was pretty sure the platter is supposed to come with a hashbrown, but I could be mistaken. I dared not ask with the attitude being served.

Sadly our love of Jack in the box was destroyed by this restaurant. Being from California Jack was our go to place frequently, coming home from a trip we try to stop as the closest Jack is 6 hours away. Service was super slow, when we came in no one was around for a few minutes. The tacos were super greasy all over not just at the meat, its like their grease was not hot enough l, the Jumbo Jack (which is my favorite) was terrible, worst I ever had. The only saving grace were the "Loaded mini tacos" they we delicious. The restaurant needs some work and staff (there were 3) need some customer service work.

This is my first time at Jack in the Box. I had been told it's less than par but I had to try it for my self. It's sad how poor management at one location can affect the way you look at the entire company. Walk in and put in my order only to be told the curly fries are out of stock. Ok I'll have jalapeño poppers . Then I see one of the workers get the out of the freezer in a prepacked portion bag and start beating it against the wall! lol I then ask if it would be better to just get fries and he said that would probably be the best. Thanks for you honesty! I then take my cup to the drink fountain to get ice which is out so back to the counter for that. No big deal. Now back to the drink fountain to get my drink and it's literally out of most all options! Back to the counter and he says if it's out at one it's out at both! How hard is it to keep your staple items in stock? The burger wasn't bad but was far from great. The fries were warm at best! Well I can say I've tried it but do not think I will be back! To many places that take pride in their restaurant and products they put out to live with mediocre at best!

The curly fries tastes very oily , stale and dry they don’t even have a sauce to go with it. I also got the cluck chicken sandwich and it was dry too and the sauce wasn’t even good . I won’t order from there again

Every time I come here its something. 10 minute wait from the time I paid...no ice in my drink and my burger was wrong...all that while no other cars What is even going on here? Is there any kind of management or direction? This JITB is a looong way from its roots and west coast greatness. Don't eat here.

If I could leave zero stars I 100% would. I’m a manager in food service and the child working the window/headset is Very rude and completely turned off my experience of trying this restaurant. Owners/management please evaluate who you are hiring because whoever you have working on headset at 4:15 on January 11 2026 absolutely unacceptable. So ridiculous.

It took 10 minutes to get two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches and one large order of French fries, even though we were the only ones in the drive-thru. This was one of my worst experiences. I ended up not eating the sandwiches because they smelled bad and tasted even worse. I only ate the fries, which were okay.

Food, taste like it was swept off the floor. Rather than fresh fries, I got reheated fries that were thrown back in the grease to warm them, came out soggy and saturated in oil. Service, the two working yesterday would rather just close the doors and hangout all day. Obvious by the loud conversations they were having and lacknof customer service. Atmosphere, floor looks like its where the cooking takes place. Dirty, food all over the floor, smells nasty. JUDGE THIS BOOK BY IT'S COVER, IT'S GROSS, SERVICE IS HORRIBLE OWNER OBVIOUSLY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT PROVIDING A QUALITY PRODUCT OR THE WAY IT IS DELIVERED TO YOU AT THE COUNTER. STAY AWAY!!!

Currently typing this after having waited 30 plus minutes in the drive thru. Still here. Can't leave with how they designed the drive thru. Not sure why it's taking so long and clearly this franchisee nor corporate care since there are reviews going months back with this same complaint.

If I could rate this place a zero I would!!! We waited literally over an HOUR to receive our food and we didn’t even get it. It said it was off for 44 minutes yet we didn’t receive it until we asked for our refund. They were understaffed and the only three employees that were working, they were busting their butts to get everything taken care of. They said it was okay to leave their names so Jaylyn, Yonna, and Danny, thank you guys so much!!! Also the manager Mesha was very rude and cussing to customers as well as her employees. She would say nothing was getting done yet she didn’t care to help them. Will definitely NEVER be going back to Jack in the Box in Concord, NC ever again.

Extremely slow service, waited more than 30 minutes for our food. My burger was wrong, rwmade burger was still made wrong and the bun was hard and meat dry. Phantom cheese stick, no cheese in the stick. Missing a taco, 2 other side of mozzarella sticks. When you ask for marinara they give it to you fridge cold. And no coke in either machine. When talking to the manager she didn't give a crap and just replied ok. Awful experience, and the food wasn't even good.

My husband and I stopped by to grab a quick bite today as we’d been out for hours furniture shopping. The restrooms were so disgusting that we started paying attention to the rest of the store. We ended up leaving, concerned about the rest of the cleanliness. No one was at the front counter the entire time we were in. I used to use the drive through when I lived in that sound of town. Never again.

sat in the drive-thru for over an hour and watched the cars in front of us and behind us all get their food while we were pulled off to wait. i know the employees can only do with what they’re given but our experience was actually insane given the time (1am-2am). never got a sorry, we apologize for the wait, nothing while we watched FIVE other cars behind us get their food while reminding them the name on our order. we could see through the doors as employees would walk from the back to the front counter and just look at us and walk back to the kitchen/drive through. finally we got our food and an apology from a very sweet girl who was the only employee we could see doing anything. if jack in the box hadn’t have been the only thing open we’d have left WAY sooner and just asked for a refund.
