This place has amazing service, happy employees, and fast working, they try too push the line out as much/fast as they can, the fact the a lot of customers complain about their food not being served fast after it’s been order online, how they didn’t get what they want, how employees are rude and disrespectful etc, the fact that they have no real respect to these employees and want too “humble” them and take pictures of them that’s over top rude and disrespectful because if there was another customer/employee taking a pic of them I’m pretty sure that would’ve been a whole different situation.they are just doing their job and you don’t know if it’s their first day on the shift, but of course the customers always want to be right. I myself worked at fast food places so I know what is like to deal with all these people complaining, if you don’t like it because it’s too busy come back later but I know chipotle is always busy so I wait patiently too order my food you’re not the only that’s having a hard day everyone else is, is not just about you the world dosent revolve around yall instead of making the place and places yall want to eat at better yall complain and and do reviews which makes people not want to work there because of the types of customers there is in that store. Chipotle is open 7 days a week just for one mistake out of all the times he’s gone Corey Austin wants too take a picture and humiliate a employee you might not take your job serious but these employees do that man posting the picture is like he wants something bad to be done too her. And chipotle itself should take that review down because is not okay too take pictures of employees when there’s managers on shift and a HR number that should be available but he wants to take it to google and try and get chipotle free for your life.
We frequent this location and it's typically decent with the floors always dirty. This Saturday evening, it was filthy from top to to bottom. We were the only people in the restaurant and all tables were filthy, floor was filthy, and the trash was full. At checkout as asked if they could clean the tables as the were all filthy. As for ylthe food it was typical quality except the quac was brown. Management needs to address the lack of daily attention with the staff.
I ordered pickup. Was not busy. My bowl was 1/2 empty. 2 bites of meat missing things I requested. (Do you see any corn or hot red sauce?) I hate leaving a bad review but this?! Not worth $12. I’m actually really mad it’s so far away, almost worth the drive back tbh…
Absolutely Horrible! First and last time ever coming to a chipotle. We walk in and it looks like they are under construction and the music was so loud you couldn't hear the person next to you. Walked up to the counter and was pressured to order before looking at the menu, we got steak with the propose of getting the red chimichurri sauce which we rudley found out they were out of, the whole ordering process was so rushed I didn't even know what made it into my bowl. Got to the check out and at this point I was over the rudeness and lack of communication (almost none spoke decent English) paid and sat down. My husband ate his food but I just couldn't, ending up throwing away whole bowl, the steak was so fatty and chewy I couldn't eat it. Your better off spending your $30 at McDonald's at this point. You would get better quality food.
Man let me tell yah. This staff tired their best. I asked for pinto beans and got black I asked for lettuce and got a plain bowl asked for a burrito with steak and got a veggie burrito who be running this establishment? Get the staff in order
Probably the worst chipotle in the Houston area. Came in with my wife and tried to order a kids meal for my daughter, but she has diagnosed celiac disease so requested no tortillas with her to go kids meal. The staff then proceeded to try and up-charge me separately for each ingredient in the kids meal as alacarte items (protein, rice, shredded cheese, etc all separately charged) amounting to almost $20 in separate ingredients for this single KIDS meal. I tried to point out that I was just ordering a kids meal to the staff and they were all extremely rude and confrontational telling me that if I didn’t get the tortillas with the meal then they were going to have to charge me extra. And then they all began just speaking in Spanish, pointing at us and laughing and refusing to answer any of my questions until I had to demand that they just give me the tortillas. Makes zero sense to give me more food and charge me less money. The original male employee that I was dealing with just stormed off to the back in anger after I made my point about the kids meal. I took the mandatory tortillas and ended up throwing them in the trash on the way out of the door. I’ve never had such an awful experience and I come into this store on a regular basis. On top of that the store was absolutely disgusting. Food was spilled over the entire food area. The staff never swapped gloves between customers and the tables and floors in the restaurant were all very dirty and covered in food. I was blown away by how downhill this location has gotten, and I will seriously consider, never coming back here ever again. Just a terrible terrible experience.
Horrible experience. The Ap is horrible!!! Not user friendly in updating payment method. Then the Ap erroneously showed my order to be processed for 1/27 when I know I placed for 1/26. I tried to call the local number with an urgent followup, only to be placed into a virtual corporate queue holding for a half hour before finally hanging up. How is it you can’t even talk to a local live person?!? That’s a big fat ZERO in customer service for the whole corporation!! Horrible phone Ap for navigation settings and even more atrocious for a customer service experience. Unacceptable to be blocked from speaking to a live person at the local branch just to see if they received my order to be processed today.
Placed an online order at 11:39am and was charged $12.34. I sent my coworker to pick it up, but the staff said they “couldn’t find the order” and claimed it didn’t exist in their system. Even after showing the receipt and payment confirmation, they refused to make the food or offer a solution. Being charged for an order and denied service is unacceptable. Very unprofessional handling of the situation.
So first off I'd like to say while it was my fault for putting a mobile order at the wrong location (out of state at that), the customer service to help me figure everything out was awful. The girl doing mobile orders didn't know much English. She said her manager wasn't there today and she didn't know how to cancel it. She tried asking her coworkers who brushed her off and refused to help her. She kept saying como se dice (how do I say to them) and one said I'm working and turned back around. Took me 15 min to figure out what happened. Then I finally call support and apparently you have to (no refunds allowed) place a new order and then move the funds to that one. However, after the terrible attitudes and inability to speak English I did not want to order. In fact with the whole process chipotle told me and no refunds I won't be back. It was my first ever mobile order and it will be my last order ever from there. I guess God blessed them with an extra $13 (not sure how the company benefits but oh well). Attached are photos of the two ladies who wouldn't help and the lady working the mobile orders who didn't know English.
Yall need to get it together. The employees are beyond slow. You have a young kid serving the salsa, sour cream, cheese and he is the slowest person ever. Took him 10 times to read a ticket to get 2 bowls ready. I mean really? This was when their wasnt a long line but by the end of it after 20 minutes it was out the door. No speed, no momentum and these kids all speaking in Spanish like its okay. I speak Spanish and talking crap isn't okay when someone looking at you like really? This literally reminded me of Zootopia and the sloth scene. I mean.. come on. Then to be unable to wrap a burrito. Train the people better. Won't be back.
This Chipotle needs some serious retraining ! This place always always always messes up my order. They are always in a rush to move it down the line, small portions and at checkout they forget to charge you (their mistake for not listening and just gossip) THEN they want to charge the customer seperately. If the error is on your fault, why is that MY PROBLEM? Oh and they pick & choose on scenarios like this Just now i was in line, a customer in front of me asked for a side, at checkout the cashier forgot to charge him. The manager ( bigger short lady) let it go & gave it to the guy for free. She then proceed to tell her staff in spanish " i need better communication here" basically telling her staff to do better My turn i go down the line, i let the employee know i want 2 sides of queso & one side of guac. The cashier then rings me up and doesnt add the queso and guac and tells me he needd to charge me seperate for these items. Welllll If he wasnt gossiping maybe he would have heard my order and saw his co worker doing with my order. AGAIN they Rush and miss thingd. Whatevrr i let it go because its just food at the end of day but why did the same thing happen to customer before me and he got his side for free??? Also, keep in mind if they mess your order, they just slide the food right on off instead of making a new order. I had asked for guac on side on a seperate day. The employee put it on my bowl - again they just gossip in spanish. The employee asked if i wanted a new bowl and said YES because that id not what i wanted and the guac was on my bowl. Then the other manager (other hispanic lady tall) she just slabbed the guac off my bowl. First of all that is disgusting and food should not be handled that way. How did they know the guac was for me ? What if im allergic to guac and the guac was for someone else ? No care. I told the manager " i should not have to spesk in spanish for you to understand my order but if i NEED to i WILL. She immediayely said no no its ok and wrote down on a napkin my brand new bowl order. Horrible customer service. Rushing, messed up orders, small portions. If you want chipotle, take the drive to The Woodlands its a WAAAAY Better experience
I gave the service four stars because the lady who dropped off my food was very polite. But I’m not gonna lie either, it was the timing that I ordered from this place or the just haven’t made fresh food in a while.. but I got food around 6 PM and the rice was hard. Even the edges of the lettuce had dried pieces to it. And they barely put any meat in my bowl and whatever meat they did put in there was basically just fat and I couldn’t even eat it. It was all chewy. I don’t like fat. Wasted $20. Thank you I will not come back to this chipotle again
The Hispanic girls that work there are not friendly and they give you very little food. Everything I asked for they give me about half a spoon. I’m a vegetarian and I asked if the cheese comes with a vegetarian dish and they say yes but when I went to pay for it, they charge me for the cheese. They need to know that I am a paying customer. I am not going in there to beg for food so they need to treat all of us Customer like customers are not beggars. Chipotle need to train their employees like Chick-fil-A‘s employee treat their customers well and respectfully. And those Hispanic girls are talking Spanish in front of the customers, which is very rude. So disappointed in them
I am here to write my own review and the first thing I noticed was how many recent 1 star reviews there are - obviously no one at corporate cares about this. I decided to have a bowl today and when I received it, the first thing I noticed was the brown, disgusting guacamole (for which you pay extra). This has happened before and the excuse was that "the avocados came that way". The second issue I noted was the long, dark hair that was tucked in my food - not on top but all the way in there. I used DoorDash so they refunded my entire order and that was fine but I felt the store should also know about the lack of quality control. I tried calling but there is no way to speak to someone at the store. I drove there in ridiculous traffic which took a very long time. I walked up to the counter with my bag in hand the girl at the cashier area did not have the sense to know that I may need some assistance. I finally had to tell her that I needed help and have a manager come out. I explained everything to that manager and the excuse was "the avocados came that way" - I knew that was going to be her canned response. She had no concern that there was a hair in my food and she seemed unconcerned altogether. No apology, no empathy, she simply said "do you want me to make it again?". Seriously, like I would ever eat there again. I also told her I could not reach them by phone and she said "we do not have a phone". I did note that some of the girls did not have their hair pulled back tight nor was it covered so that explains the hair. The lack of customer service is worse than the poor food quality. If they had taken this seriously and seemed to care, I may not be here writing this review. I will never return to this location and I thought I would share my experience with everyone.
Came to this chipotle and had HORRIBLE service. Brother and I got here at 10:00 PM, no one greeted us and we waited 20 minutes to finally acknowledge us and when I asked if they’re open… they said yes and continued CLEANING. They stared at us and looked at us like we were aliens. Have they never heard of customer service and greeting?? I don’t live in the area I live 5 hours away… please teach the associates the basics!
Really disappointed that EVERY time I've been to this location, the food is never ready if I order it online and you have to flag someone down just to get them to complete your online order. They have a shelf they can put your order on, but I've never seen it used. We used the app to order in advance tonight. The order was set to be ready for pickup at 8:50 pm. My daughter arrived in the store at 8:55 pm. The place was pretty dead with only a person or two in line to order and 4 employees. No one greeted her or acknowledged her. I came in a few minutes later and had to flag someone down, letting them know our order should have been ready. They asked my name a couple times to confirm, found the printed ticket on the counter and THEN started making the order. We literally could have ordered in the store and had our food faster. Then we get the bag with three different burritos, but absolutely no marking or labels to tell them apart. This has happened several times at this location. Freebirds isn't to far away, so we'll give them a try next time.
Let me start by saying this: I’ve been ordering the same exact veggie taco bowl at Chipotle for YEARS—and never once had a problem. Until today. The disrespect and attitude I experienced from the oldest woman working the line, whose name I believe was Monica was honestly unreal. She looked to be about 60, and from the moment I walked up, her energy was nasty. I don’t eat meat—so when I ask for a veggie taco, I mean veggie taco. I always get it in a bowl and I’ve never been questioned about it… until today. She looked me dead in the face and said she was going to charge me more. For what? No meat, no extras—just veggies, rice and beans in a tortilla!? I told her I order this literally all the time and never have an issue. She dismissed me with an attitude like I was asking for a favor instead of placing a paying order. To make it worse, she starts walking away talking about me in Spanish to her coworkers—clearly not realizing that I’m Black and PURETO RICAN - and understand every word! The audacity. You don’t get to be rude and messy in two languages. Thankfully, Cynthia, the manager, was incredibly kind. Her energy was everything—sweet, helpful, professional. Same with Natalia, the general manager—she listened, and I appreciated that. But I genuinely feel sorry that they have to work next to someone as disrespectful and unprofessional as Monica. She has no business being in customer service, and honestly, at her big age, she should know better. That kind of attitude is exactly why she’s still behind the counter at Chipotle mad at the world. Life humbles you when you don’t know how to treat people—and clearly, it already has. Do better, Chipotle. The energy at the front line represents your brand—and today, it was giving bitter and tired.
The food is delicious, but they serve very little of it, I've been to hundreds of other establishments in this chain and the portions were always bigger there. This is the second time in this cafe and the second time they practically don't have grilled vegetables. You tell the employee it's honey chicken - she puts in regular chicken. I'm very unhappy.
I feel very disappointed in this Chipotle location, one mistake could have been a coincidence, but two? We did a pick up order Saturday, and my fiancé didn’t check the bowls before leaving. Sure enough, our portions were extremely small. Barely filled the bowls half way. We assumed, maybe it was just an off day. Went to chipotle again today, and decided instead of a pick up order we would do Togo, so our portions would be better. Thankfully they were, but when we got home, we realized our guac had a HUGE piece of avocado skin, and it looked like it’s been sitting out for way too long. I just really cannot recommend this location in good faith. I don’t feel like I should have to watch the staff like a hawk just to get good service quality. This just feels embarrassing.
Drove 45 minutes for chipotle today and asked that she would not give me the last chicken at the bottom of the pan. I ordered a bowl and three tacos. She went over to the table were the young man was cutting the chicken up and put portions on my bowl I ordered extra chicken and all of the chicken has a burnt taste I paid 30 something dollars for my food to get home and be upset. Y’all are really messing up an easy healthy meal and making customers like me go else where I’m sure you all don’t care but I’m going to be calling a manager about my food. I suggest you choose another location if there is one that’s not to far away. I should have read the reviews 😞
