We have been going to this Starbucks for over 10 Years. It's one of the Nicest ones in Southern California. We usually go when we are on our way to the Inland Empire to meet Our Seller's or Buyer's. Also we pass by here on our way to our frequent Trips to Big Bear or Palm Springs. Nice Friendly Staff and big Lobby. We recommend Stopping By! Enjoy!

I really enjoy coming to this location and I enjoy that they are 24 hours especially when I’m going between Riverside and LA. I would, however, suggest putting a sound barrier where people give their orders on the speaker in the drive through. Perhaps planting some shrubs or vines along the fence or, maybe a plastic barrier or, something of the sort would help a lot! The baristas tend to have problems hearing me when I order because of the noise from the freeway. They do a great job on the drinks, are very fast, and have great quality! I really like this location.

My hot coffee was tasty but not hot. It was a very cold morning. I was excited to get my coffee. As I drove away from the drive thru I sipped my coffee. It was barely warm. The store wasn't busy. I was the only customer.

First time visiting this place...staff not so sociable they don't greet you like other locations who have upbeat employees. The ladies restroom was extremely dirty, truth be told the whole place looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. Spoke to Tracy and mention that the restroom needed some attention and a couple of hours later restroom was still not clean and I notice that Tracy was done with her shift and as I was standing in line again she stood behind me counting her tips! To the manager please be aware of an unstable table located near the back exit...I myself have experienced a hot venti water spilling on me and it was not very pleasant.

Skip this location the service is trash! Went to drive thru and ordered a hot venti chai. Tasted like a tall glass of hot milk. I drove back to the location to ask for a remake but when I walked in, there was a tall dark haired scruffy guy behind the counter who didnt even bother to look up when I approached, nor gave me any kind of greeting. RUDE! I stood there for a minute until finally the o ly female working asked what I needed. I requested a refund. Was going to ask for a remake but I now see why the first try was horrible with employees like that guy, it's no wonder. I went today on February 23, 2026 around 2pm. THEY'RE IN NEED OF TRAINING!

I really wanted to love this place, but they messed up my DoorDash orders many times. They did not put whipped cream on my drinks even though it was on the order receipt and some of the ingredients were missing in the drink I will not come back to this location or order through DoorDash to this location ever again.proof in the picture I took they added whip cream to my other drink but forgot to add it on mine and also missed a ingredient

Every time I come here they fill my cup to the brim with ice. I had to correct them I ordered a venti drink to fill my starby cup and they used a grande amount. And said they can fill the rest with ice And I had told them noooo I wanted a venti drink in my large starby cup

Came here to get 2 breakfast sandwiches & went to the restroom no more than 2 minutes. Came back & stood around for 10mins just to notice my food just sitting on the counter top getting cold smh. They know damn well they seen me standing right in front of them waiting for my name to be called, they could've told me my food was ready. Unprofessional. & then one of the white guys was mean mugging me lol, i thought starbucks was supposed to a friendly environment not a hostile one.
