I took my family here at the Saratoga location for the first time tonight and we ordered take out. the ladies at the counter were very friendly and seemed to be genuinely happy!! the kids played the games while we wated for the pizza. this place was kinda busy but we didn't wait long for our order. the pizza was just ok reminds me of little ceasar pizza... not much different than chuck e cheese experience. I would recommend this place and will definitely be returning. If there was one thing I could recommend this place changing it would be the pizza sauce that comes on the side. I thought it was more like a spaghetti sauce flavor. but hey some people like it that way....

Sons birthday party and the food was obviously great had all New Yorker pizzas and buffalo wings. Our server or host was Samantha the absolute best at what she does. I believe her helping us out really made the day easier than we expected. She was on me the whole time to make sure we had enough food and we did. We only had on pizza left over. We visited frm San Antonio. Very impressed. Staff was out on floor taking care of all customers. Cleaning tables as soon as 1 party finished to get it ready for the nxt one. Plus cooks in the back seemed to have a great system in place. Orders were put out in a prompt manner. We'll definitely b returning wen we visit Corpus again. Kudos to management

If your going to come to enjoy some great pizza do so during the week. Once Friday comes along and all weekend the place is packed with kids who run around with often times no adult supervision. Awesome pizza though and a great assortment of games.

First time here at this location the what started out as human error in trying to use a coupon for breadsticks through the app ended being saved from the manager here (Ariana) she was super awesome and very helpful. PPP Definitely set the standard with her for all managers to be . Definitely General Manager standard.

I always like the pizza here its so good. But too many kids always running around and screaming and crying. Pizza would taste better to go or takeout. The games make up for it.

The experience was honestly great all around. I went to my nephews 3rd birthday party the other day there and it was all around perfect for party's! Giving the kids a great birthday and also having pitchers of beer as an option for the adults. Giving you a chance to just sit back and enjoy yourself while the kids go play! I can't give an honest opinion on the prices and deals.. I was just a guest so I didn't actually pay for the party so you would need to call and ask how that works. They have a great selection of games. The ticket counter machine is fast and easy. And the toy selection is pretty reasonable! The cleanup crew after the party had the table prepared fairly quickly ready for the next party! Within 10 minutes! Drink refills are free. Pitchers of beer are not of course.

Today we visit this location for the first time, we're from Victoria. We booked a party online which was very easy. We arrived 30 minutes early and was immediately greeted by someone whom I believe may have been the manager. He was very professional, nice and ensured we were taken care of. The hostess showed up at the time of the party, she immediately greeted us and stayed very attentive the entire time. I really appreciate the stress free, reasonably prices party.

We booked a party for our daughter's 6th birthday. We showed up early and waited for tables to be set up and when they were not set up we asked about our reservation. Turns out we dropped the ball and scheduled the following Saturday! The manager was so nice and a party that reserved two long tables runs were so kind to let us use one of theirs (because their party was small). The manager set up balloons and he apologized because he didn't have a party host to help us! We were overwhelmed by their great attitude and their desire to help out in any way possible to make the party work out in the best way. Great team! Thanks for being all about the customer!

My family and I had so much fun! Even though the games were limited due to COVID pandemic, the ones that were available we're very kid friendly, and the wait for our food was only about 20 minutes. Appreciated that the employees were constantly wiping down all high traffic areas, tables, benches, and game area.

It's fun for people of all ages! You can get lots of tokens for low prices! Then you spend the tokens on the games. Some games give you tickets and you use the tickets to get prizes. The menu is really good, and this place is set up amazingly for birthday parties. Go try it out!

Always when i go here its always great. Everything is speedy and done well. Your order by phone to pick up is always done within less then 15 minutes in my experience. My nephew even loves coming here as well as the family. The only gripe I have is why do the loud speakers have to be over specific tables because hearing all that music above your head and announcements are annoying. Pizza buffet from 11-2 is always amazing. Im 8 months pregnant so pizza was the only thing I wanted and the staff really listened to my custom order. Every employee we came in contact with from pizza bar, cashier, to game room attendent and prize guy were very nice and had very positive attitudes. They all seemed like they wanted to be here which made the trip better. Me and my husband took my nephew to play and we were greatly surpised by how frequently employees were running around cleaning games for everyones safety. This is the best peter pipers in corpus.

Wish they offered more flavor choices on their wings cause I don't do hot. Pizza was hot and fresh, and the salads were good. A little loud inside, but that is to be expected with a bunch of kiddos in one place. My granddaughter loved it so we were all happy.

We usually come here for the lunch buffet and its never been a bad experience. Fresh pizzas are always being rotated out, staff is attentive with plates and bussing of tables, and the restaurant is always clean and bright.

This has always been the place for birthday parties. And even when you want to feel like a kid again. My kids love this place, and it always brings back beautiful memories of time spent with grandma.

My husband Julio & I had a problem with our order (one X-Large Ham & one X-Large pepperoni) and the manager Richard went out of his way to correct the issue & compensated us for the trouble. Richard has been at the Saratoga location for many years and he’s a good one, I know because I’ve booked several birthday parties here and he’s always been accommodating and kind. Wish more managers were like him. Peter Piper Pizza has the best pizza around and Richard should get a raise!

We did a Walk-In Birthday party for our son, and the General Manager Eddie welcomed us in himself and gave us different options for party packs. Not only was the pizza amazing, but the staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. I'd recommend this place if your looking to make good memories at a very reasonable price, and most importantly the kids were happy. I made sure to tell Eddie what an amazing job him and the staff were doing. They'll be getting our business from now on!

I'm glad that my complaint was heard, I spoke with the manager Eddie there (he had called me back to apologize) for how I was treated on Sunday. That shows how much you truly care about your customers and want them to return. I did come back to the same location, around the same time, & even though he stepped away (his other manager was there), he took good care of me even APPROVED of my REMADE 🍕 before I left the premises, & even told me that he will retrain his workers before I left. It is exactly what it should be. Loud with kids playing, birthday parties going and games being played!! Mediocre pizza, cold drinks, but.. they have a great selection of adult flavors of juice which is a pleasant surprise.

We stopped in for about an hour to spend the rest of my son's coins so we didn't eat but the atmosphere was great, all the games worked and the place was clean and we'll attended. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and I would recommend this place for a fun, family friendly location.

After getting a pizza delivered and it was not very good, we decided to go and try one at the restaurant and it was a lot better. We ordered pizza and salads and it was very good. Being that it was a week day evening, it was nice and quiet.

Pizza is always good and cheesy, love their hot wings. Definitely suggest asking them to cook them a little longer so they're crispy, sometimes they're soggy. Either way the food is good, always get 'to go' so can't comment on the games, haven't played in years.

Actually some of the best pizza I've had from them in a long while. Now the wings is a different story...it was a very very sad day when they changed their wing prices because when that changed, their recipe must have changed as well because they are so much more soggy and just have the same mouth feel at all. I normally like coming here but when it's busy they should really understand that you need to have your drink in your hand in the game room if they want to have more business. If no one takes their drinks with them how can other customers sit and stay to eat and spend money. Just something they should consider.

Service and atmosphere are like a 2.5 but let's be fair, it's a dining arcade like Chuck-E-Cheeses. If you are looking for good food however, the food here is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Thats why I gave the 4 stars. If you want good pizza and are willing to wait for it, this is the place. My advice is order ahead and do take out so you don't have to wait inside and can bring the food home. Place is SUPER busy on the weekends.

I was there for my grandson's birthday party. The pizza was pretty good and the bottomless soda helped wash everything down. The softserve ice cream wasn't soft and I'm not sure if it was ice cream, it sat in the bowl for twenty minutes without melting and had a consistency that was more ice than cream. The party was a very efficient operation and the girls in charge of our table were very good at their jobs, very friendly and personable. I would probably never go into this restaurant under other circumstances but it was a great place to hold a party for a 5 year old.

Atmosphere: This location is amazing! The staff is always on point asking if we need any assistance, or if there’s anything they can do. I have been here for multiple birthday parties, and just when we want to go have a good time. Food: We usually get a hand tossed (regular crust) double pepperoni pizza. Well, the last time we went with our niece and nephew we decided to be spontaneous and order something different. We ended up ordering the thin crust pizza, and a stuffed crust pizza. NEVER AGAIN! The stuffed crust pizza was dry, and the thin crust pizza was literally a mess not crispy at all. It felt like such a waste of money thank goodness we still had a good time.

Staff was friendly and trying hard (potentially understaffed at the moment) but buffett ran out of salad, plates, pizza all at the same time which fairly low crowd and the restrooms werent very clean. However my children had a blast and when the pizza was out is was delicious

The pizza is good, better than many. There was a charred piece of wood on my pizza that looked like a mushroom. It was the perfect choking size for a kid and I found it when I bit a peice of pizza and it stabbed the roof of my mouth. So if you take your kids there be really careful. I told management and their focus was on if I wanted to fill out an incident report form.

Food took quite a while, beer was over priced and wasn't fresh. Need more games too many parties at once and trash everywhere! They took our food and drinks and cleared our table while ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS were still at it... Whole pizzas with 1 slice out trashed. The counter replaced the drinks but said they cant prove the pizza part and they apologized. But be mindful while going maybe have someone sit at the table while the kids play so you can keep your food. Other than that the food is really good!!! And games are great and the prizes are worth it for the kids.

I am giving 2 star due to we did the party package and everything was going so good that I ended doing the review by signing the paper I was happy to give all yes and the little girl that was our server I even tipped her good. But all I asked was to keep the cups of the family I had and move it to the other table and keep my cup but her and the old tatted up man threw all my family’s cups everything away instead of moving it to one little table and all she did was replace mine. I should have waited until my time was up to do the review and tip because she changed after that and the old tattooed man was rude too. It is like they did that like all she wanted was a good tip and good review about my party and then bam was mistreated afterwards. Don’t say you would move and keep all my guests cups even my daughter that was her birthday they threw all the cups away when I told them I would move it and then be two face and throw all of the items away and instead of moving to a little table on the side like I asked and you said it was ok. I do understand we had a certain time we even told them we will move everything they were the ones to say no no it is ok we will move them but instead of doing that they threw most of our guest cups and food away it was so disrespectful and rude. At this point I don’t even think I should have even tipped the girl who had with braces. But lesson learned with Saratoga Peter Piper. And the tatted man so disrespectful by grabbing all my daughters gift that had stuff in it trying to throw it away and I told you no. Next time won’t do party package at all. It has been a while since I have been to this location. The staff is always friendly and curtious. The salad bar is well stocked but the buffet is lacking tremendously compared to its competitors. The lunch buffet is available week days but the pizza on the buffet is basically a repetition of a small selection of pizzas. Most of the pizzas on the buffet are not "Kid friendly" as in most of the pizzas have lots of veggies. (Which I like but my kiddo didnt) The other half on the buffet are the same pizzas pepperoni and cheese and nothing more. There is no variety on the buffet. The bread sticks are dry and lack of selection is why we will not be returning. Overall the pizza dough is just different. It always seems to be undercooked. Their competitors have a much larger and better selection to choose from and they are cheaper and taste better. This is only my opinion. But dont expect it to compare to the other pizza chain.

Had a birthday party there on Junr 9th 2024 the host real was not a good one and like me not realizing I over tip her by 15 dollars .I had to have her take a picture off my phone for the picture we get of the birthday party kids on a frame cause she took terrible one off her phone .I had to ask for more plates she didn't not give the birthday girl her 350 tickets for her birthday .I never have any more birthday party's there first and last time period and her name was Briana Peter Pipers in Corpus Christi Texas of Saratoga

There was a fight that broke out. It went out side someone started shouting. The employees ran and hid with out tell anyone what was going on. My husband had to tell to get down. I had to flip tables. It was ever traumatizing. The employees need to tell the customers what is going on so they can take cover to. Y’all need to monitor the alcohol you serve to people and hire security for your customers safety.

Place doesn’t do buffets on weekends.,. All tables are dirty,, I see no staff working here attentive. It looks like the asylum is run by the inmates.

The workers do not put on gloves. They make and handle the pizzas with bare hands. This is unacceptable. Someone needs to look into this more. With the outbreak of different diseases and everything else, they need to practice proper hand hygiene and put on gloves. I saw someone picked his skin and went straight to handling the pizza.
