I visit this restaurant very often in different locations and am always satisfied with the service and quality of food. This location had very courteous and friendly staff and the place was squeaky clean. My tuna sandwich was awesome and I just love watching them make it in front of me. I have nothing bad to say about Subway and recommend it to any and everybody. Great job, guys!! 👍👍
I love this subway, kindest staff, I always come on Wednesdays after my class to grab a sub and a cookie. Everything tastes so great, prices are great! 10/10 recommend!

OK so after about 6 years of NoSubWay..... I busted down and got a BEAST, foot long, extra extra protein, avocado and $25 plus $21 to have delivered 🤬😱👀🤕🤕🤕😳But OHHHHHHH MY GOD IT WAS AMAZING ENOUGH THAT MY 90 POUND PITBULL FEMALE & I ARE WAITING ON 2 TO BE DELIVERED IN 15 MINUTES.... REALLY REALLY MEATY AND QUALITY AS WELL PLUS TOASTED 👀😁😁😁&✌️out.
I enjoy going in to this location because they are willing to take time to help me and explain the different types of breads and ingredients that go on them with much patients. I usually have no idea what kind of sandwich I want when I go in so this helps. The employees are helpful and polite.
The young ladies were nice and did their job's well. Good service all around. I think it's cool they take tips now too. Good performance should be rewarded.

The service at this Subway was the best service I've ever got in town. It's sad that this location doesn't have any drive-thru. But that's OK! Me and the wife both had no problems ordering here! I got a chicken and bacon ranch melt and it was something new to me. But it was great! Only tiny complaint I had, was that there was ranch localized on one half of my foot long. But understandable. They ran out of ranch midway through making it. So no points lost! The wife thoroughly enjoyed her cold cut combo! We will be definitely returning to this location more often! Thank you, Subway of S.P.I.D!

So I order a sandwich at least 3 times a week. The store made my order wrong 3 times. All the errors were still acceptable considering I ate the sandwich. I let the manager know and she always goes above and beyond to make things right. She cares about the customers and provides great service. We are all human and mistakes are made. I am just glad someone like her is in the position she is. Makes the experience GREAT. Subway you need more like her for sure

We came in and ordered three sandwiches, and many others were ordering multiple as well, but Amber was killing it! She did a fantastic job at managing her team and keeping the kitchen organized, while being productive without being rude to anyone. Truly a wonderful experience, the staff was working so hard to learn from Amber we loved it!
Stepping into this subway transported me right back to 2008. I loved the classic subway decor. Very clean and tidy, the staff was super talkative and friendly.

Carl a young man who made my subs. You all got to go have your subs made by him he has the magic touch on making them subs, from perfect on everything just right on how you want your subs from toasted ,warm,placement of the items and just perfect every time on every step. It makes a huge huge difference when a sub put together like how he does. I love subway but now he there working I'm going to be going way more often now. Everyone does great work there don't get me wrong but this young man Carl he really puts his passion into his job.
Food was great but employees move in slow motion. I stood in line for 30 minutes for two 6 in. It's like they were high or something. Sandwiches were great but you need to look in on these employees on night shift.
Food was pretty good, but the service was GREAT! Carl put up with mine and my daughter's (teenager) hundred questions, silly jokes, and nitpicky requests like a friggin champion! Laughed at our corny jokes, and was nothing but graceful with all our BS. We truly put him to the test, and late at night, right before closing. He ought tobe a manager or something (who knows, maybe he was)... P.S. the other employee was fantastic too, but Carl knew how to roll with the punches like it was nothin! Thanks man. ..
Amazing customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the person that served me, but my expectations were exceeded. I haven’t been to subway in years. And this experience makes me want to back. The only reason for visiting this Subway location, is simply because it’s on my way home. Ive never had anything nice to say about this location, until today. I had prepared myself mentally for the customer service I was sure to receive for arriving 30 minutes before close. I apologized for this as soon as I stepped foot in the store & was very surprised that my apology wasn’t needed. Not only did Raymond & Brianna have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve received anywhere in quite some time, but my sandwich was truly made by whom ever prepares them for commercials & photo shoots. Not only did my sandwhich look like it came straight out of T.V commercial, but it tasted just as a Subway sandwhich should! I made sure to thank these two AMAZING Sandwhich Artists for their stellar customer service & sandwhich making skills. I just hope their employer notices their performance & is appreciative of their work ethic. Raymond & Adrianna are truly the BEST THING that’s ever happened to this Subway location!
11 and a half stars. Sunday night, NPR, two sandwiches, google review, few things are better. If you’re down on luck and you ain’t got a in London you’re a goner. Better hedge your bets and get on down to Subway on Port in Corpus.

Gabriel and his co worker (I forgot to get his name) were awesome and got my order right, I returned recently to redeem half off a meal from an email I got from support that didn't have any type of coupon code or anything, so I couldn't use it on the app, but they honored it and their customer service was amazing. I will definitely be a regular customer here. It's hard finding a subway with employees that don't hate everyone that walks in. Edit to add: the store was SOOOO CLEAN!
The staff is very attentive. They actually make your order right whether drive thru, app order, or in person. Out of all the other subways this is by far my favorite. Clean, and pleasant atmosphere.
Good food. Great staff. Despite it being so loud in they're by other customers they listened attentively. Conducted business respectively. Considerate of others. Especially to one another. They also made my order great. I recommend this facility. Especially during lunch time.

In this day and age of curbside, and home delivery the drive thru was perfect. 😆 No but really, friendly staff that seems actually happy to be at work, order was as we asked unlike a few places I can think of lately, and the food was good. Perfect experience if there ever was one. The stuff was probably the most surprising part. I swear, everyone seems so angry these days. Subway staff sis good.
Love it here. My food is made the way I want it. The store is clean. Employees are friendly. There is always Sweet Tea available which is a major plus for me. I visit this location 4 days a week with my wife and child they love it there as well.

Better than most other locations I have been to (except for Staples location between McArdle and SPID: that one is number 1 in my book right now except when the owner is there because he is really rude and seems like he’s mean to his employees too which makes them in turn not too great with customer service when he is there) ok so oops supposed to be doing a review for the Nile location so back to that now haha.. The Nile location has really good customer service and they make the sandwiches really well. Food tastes great and no bugs or dirty anything in sight. My only complaint about this location is: They Really need to do more training when it comes to cross contamination etc... but hey what’s a little food poisoning between friends eh? 😂 Seriously though even with the occasional food poisoning I prefer eating here to anything else near by as well as like I said earlier most other subway locations again not counting the one on staples because that one is hands down the best 5 stars across the board.
It's good nothing special. It's just their bread taste good because it's hot. But nothing special. I can cook so I don't care much for a cold cuts food except for their meatballs marinara
We've been to this location many times. No issues with the staff. Always friendly good customer service. The Italian BMT is my go to sandwich. They always make our order correct.
Typical, comfortable Subway. A satisfying sandwich with competent service. The air conditioning made it a very pleasant dining experience. One drawback was the diet coke was out, and that is the only "diet" selection they have.

I come in quite frequently to this particular location and usually see Sean who is wonderful! Unfortunately tonight 04/12/18 at 10 pm, the girl who was working was absolutely rude!! I do not like the full amount of meat on my sandwiches and always get only 4 pieces of meat instead of the normal 8. My boyfriend told her only 4 pieces and she told him a foot long only comes with 4 and proceeds to put 8. He tells her again that he only wanted 4 on that sandwich and her reply once again was “it only comes with 4 sir.” And keeps the 8 on there. He once again says ma’am I only wanted 4 on that sandwich. She once again rudely tells him that it comes with 4 and that she has a cheat sheet that she’s looking at as she makes the sandwich and that she was right. I wanted 4 pieces of turkey and for some reason she thought counting to 8 was counting to 4. Very unhappy with my Sandwich and service tonight. I don’t know how she was hired there when she can’t tell the difference between the number 4 and the number 8 yet you have to fill out a math section on the back of the application..
I tried something new (cause I always just get the tuna sandwich or salad). So I had the cold cut combo. It was ok/ good but to me & in my opinion they don't give you enough cold cuts in it. Considering as much as the veggies/ toppings that they put in the sandwich.
This one was clean, it was late. We were the only two customers and they seemed like they were getting ready to close. They had to microwave the meatballs but at least they notified me and gave me the choice. Staff was great.
Unorganized, had attitude, not charging the right amount and trying to over charge us. Lady tell us we ordered three foot longs when we didn't. We pointed out our one foot long, two 6" sandwiches and a soup. With attitude she threw back she told us again "No y'all ordered this and that's it." She charged us for the 3 foot long, 3 chips, and 3 large drinks. But give us our one foot long and two 6" sandwiches.
Store gives you the bare minimum of meat. Completely rips you off and doesn't compare to the other subways in town
This place is pretty slow, so don’t expect fast service from these people SUBWAY® so there’s nothing special about it

They are out of everything all the time! The only reason I still go is because I live in the apartments right next to it! I got a wrap today and he made it and then informed me that he didn’t have guac... still charged me full price. No broccoli soup... no chicken teriyaki... disappointing
Everytime i order here and i get a toasted sandwich it's always over toasted and the whole bread is hard?? making the sandwich uneatable.. this isn't the first time its happen i usually go to a further location but today i needed to be near by..nvr eating from here again
Great customer service but they never have anything in there only lettuce and a few meats. I used to go here about every week but not anymore they fell off really bad with having no inventory which I’ve never in my life seen a subway nearly that low on inventory and I eat subway every month to week. Sometimes it’s a mess with employees just sitting around the eating area on their phones. REVISED: came back in today they had everything! And it was really clean finally! Shoutout to the older woman for being so kind while serving. The place looks much better then when it was ran by the younger women who used to let the place get trashed and run out of items. Glade I came back to give it a nother try.
Went in hoping for a nice sub. Friendly enough service with a smile. I noticed that the bread was compressed in the middle. I was told it was a "beautiful piece of bread". Good bun will have uniformity of thickness from top to middle. Great ones are thicker at the middle. I've never seen a good sub that was concave. Squished bread takes away from the experience. I said no thanks. Instinct told me I was taking a chance with their product.
This location rarely has the normal selection of bread around lunchtime. makes no sense especially when a lot of people are on their lunch hour, the bread should be ready at lunch, not barley being made like the employee told me. The gentleman with glasses didn’t even know where I could leave a review, he looked lost and told me “you could probably find it online”. I’d rather waste the gas and go to the location on staples.
They automatically added a 10% tip before they told me the total. I didn’t catch it till I looked at the receipt later. Then the tap to pay screen also asked for a tip. This is extremely misleading.

Hard bread. Nasty and then the manager didn't even care. She just said oh sorry. Instead of saying come get another sandwich, I would of liked it at my convenience not right when I got home.
The white dude is high as heck. Which is fine with me but you need to be functional. Took forever to make a sandwich, did a terrible job and he couldn't even put it in the bag. I had to do it for him

Online order was not done due to a "rush"...ice machine wasnt working they said nothing to me until i asked for ice..i was told was gonna take 3 weeks to get it fixed. Son went and got a foot long sub meal. The oven roasted chicken. Was cold like they just took out of the freezer and threw it on sandwich Any where else always puts in microwave before assembling sandwich. Over all disappointed with service
Ordered online exclusive deal, a footlong monster subway, the way it comes. All they put on it was bacon and the steak. It was dry. It was missing the veggies and sauce
I have been eating salads here for a long time. A salad is more expensive than a sandwich but $11 is unacceptable. Cold cut combo salad at that. Go somewhere else!!!
I need to warn people about the Subway Sandwich shop in the palmera mall ,, we bought 4 sandwiches from there on Wednesday and that night all 4 of us Had food poisoning We will never buy there again. Subway is terrible
The Manager Mindy was so rude and i could not eat my lunch due to not having change for a 50 . then i got told to go get change wow .. Never had got refuse service due to not able to give change and she did say she only had fives n tens then why refuse service .. Lets see if the corp calls me back

We went in for one footlong...the lady looked miserable! No smile no greeting.. The manager I guess could see her face while we ordered.. He was actually asking the next customer in line what they would like on their sandwich. She would just nod like " and "... the sandwich was so dry and even asking " Did you put red wine vinaigrette and mayo" just a head nod... horrible customer service
Went in on my lunch break, had to leave after standing there for almost 20 mins. The person in front of me asked if they were short staffed too which the very slow moving man making the sandwiches replied, “no, I actually just took over as manager and hired more ppl”. But it was only him and a young lady(who only worked the register) so why was there only two of them? And why was only he working on the sandwiches? And also no rush at all, he didn’t try to be fast. Some of us are in a rush and have to get back to work. Sadly I had to leave before even giving him my order and now I’m at Whataburger across the street
Two employees that looked lost. We had a few sandwiches to order and they were putting sandwiches to toast and waiting for them to be done before continuing. They were also making sandwiches for another order in the middle of ours. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich. There was the last amount of steak I've ever gotten on this sandwich. It was literally flat from how little meat was in it. I paid over $8 for mostly bread and cheese.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The manager and her staff do not know proper mask wearing procedures. They do not understand the importance of wearing a mask correctly during covid 19 pandemic. The manager was cussing and causing a scene with a guest who had a simple reply to her question. The manager had no self control and lacked all professionalism. I am highly disappointed.
I ordered a footlong sandwich which DoorDash brought. But I also paid for a footlong cookie that I didn’t get. I’ve tried calling subway for 3 hours and the phone was never answered! Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
If only zero stars was an option. The staff is embarrassingly under trained and lack leadership. The only bread options available were white and wheat, meatballs at all due to poor preparation. One employee openly told customers "don't order the soup right now." As if to imply it's not edible. The chicken was bland and undercooked. I personally will never go back to THIS Subway location.
The guy working was so rude. Does not know anything about customer service at all. My sandwich was made wrong due to the app and he would not help to fix it or anything. Asked to contact the store manager and wouldn’t give it to me. Asked me over and over “so what are you complaining about” and I thought that was very rude. Worker needs to be fired or needs to be taught some customer services manners.
Really poor service, would not break a large bill even thought they could. All the tables were so dirty we had to clean one to eat. Sadly we were the only people eating their to. And i was given two half scoops of tuna and had to pay for another one to make out a regular scoop. The person behind the counter was arrogant and was very pleased with her little power...yeah not going there again.
VERY RUDE!! I just called today, Tuesday 05.29.18 at approximately 12:27 I was very polite asking if I could please place a phone order and the female who answered said they no longer take phone orders and since they have an app you have to order through the app. She just said it with such attitude as if she really just doesn't like taking phone orders. I asked several other stores and all were willing to take a phone order and never heard of a what the female stated about not taking phone orders anymore.
I stopped by at 9 pm two days in a row and they never have any bread. They told me to try a different subway… how do they not have bread at a sandwich place?

This store was disgusting nothing restock or cleaned three young man are sitting at a table blasting music not doing anything the floors are absolutely disgusting, the sandwich bar was extremely dirty and nothing was made fresh there needs to be a manager on site nothing was prepared incase supplies was low I paid ten bucks that my sandwich wasn't complete because they ran out items never never again and I also notified corporate I'm sorry it was unsanitary

I am trying to contact the health department..... and the corporate office .....I went to this subway location not only were they rude and slow then the lady gave me a burnt sandwich....also the soda machine has black mold all over it.... as you can see in pictures sandwich so burnt the paper burned and ripped off
I've had it with this place. Either their oven is broken or the workers are incompetent, but every single sandwich we've ordered from here has never been properly toasted. I'm leaning on the latter because this time they completely messed up a meatball sub by putting ingredients from another sandwich on it. This place is terrible and not to the standard of other Subways. Go elsewhere.
This was one of my favorite locations, but I no longer go that far into town. The day I decided to take my family, there was almost no bread. No soups. No veggies. I bought food anyways trying not to be rude & it was horrible!! I paid for 4 footlong & got 4 pieces of turkey on each sandwich!! That's how much you put for a 6-inch! Also we were going to dine in & the tables were filthy!! The 2 guys didn't look like they knew what they were doing & both had no social skills. I'm definitely staying away from this location.
i feel bad writing this because normally i don’t complain but bad service, placed a mobile order and waiting very long when restaurant was empty, i stood up just to look and see what they’re doing to my sandwich and the lady goes “we are working on it” i just wanted to watch her make my sandwiche because my order is often messed up lol
Traci was the most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. After placing TWO footlong orders online we arrived at the location to be told she GAVE AWAY our order to someone else. Not only does this mean she is letting random people get others orders but she is not doing her job that she get paid for and making sure she confirms any orders going through. She told my husband she will NOT BE REMAKING THE ORDER since she already made it once! She was incredibly rude and conniving. After we asked for a refund she then tried to apologize and blamed it on “door dashers are usually rude so that’s why she was being rude” I don’t understand how that makes sense when our order blatantly says MOBILE ORDER, meaning once again she did not do her due diligence and making sure we were the right people. Traci is a horrible manager who treated paying customers disgusting!! Def do not recommend this location or the port Aransas location since she made it clear she’s the “manager” for both locations. Absolutely ridiculous.
We placed a catering order for 75 box lunches. Patricia called to inform us that they did not deliver and that we needed to confirm our order or she wouldn't make it. We called and confirmed and asked that the delivery and driver tip charges be refunded. She promised to check into it but never called back. We called the morning of the delivery to find out when the order would be ready and no one answered the phone. We drove to the location and found the business locked, lights off, no one there! We had to make a quick plan B with the accomdating McDonalds around the corner. NO STARS! NOT DEPENDABLE!!

They only had white bread, they were out of several vegetables, they were out of large drink cups. I asked why and the manager basically told me to shut up because she ordered the supplies and they weren’t in yet and it was not her fault. I responded that I was the customer and clearly it was not my fault either. The server, then slammed my sandwich down on the counter with a sullen look on his greasy face. I then declined to pay for the sandwich and told them what they could do with it. Never again will I go to this Subway.
Came into the restaurant about 40 minutes before they closed, the employees proceeded to cuss at me the entire time while I was there, be very rude, and complain about everything all while I only ordered a single pizza. This is unacceptable service and I hope to see these employees fired. I also had a gift card I was planning on using but they refused to serve me with the gift card.
Ordered online, it wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. Guy paused making my order to deal with people who came in after. I had to tell him what was on the sandwiches cus he was wrapping it up without the bacon or avacado I paid for. Place was dirty and smelled funny
The food is overall great but the employees are too lazy to even add the toppings on my sandwich! I was mad that he didn’t even add the onions to the supposed to be pre-made sandwich while I was scared I was going to get mugged half the time!
I’ve tried to give this subway the benefit of the doubt numerous times. Today is the last day. They either can’t hear or choose not to. Gave me some wheat bread that was hard and I asked for a 6 inch tuna and employee made a footlong. Prior to that. I had ordered online and the order wasn’t ready till 30 minutes after the time posted online for pick up. They forgot parts of my order and the guy said he gave it to another customer. I had to wait another 5 mintues for that. They need to train better or hire people that actually want to work.
Update your POS systems that way when a customer orders they get what they pay for. Asking for extra size drinks and charging the customer for it and not having it at the location I don't believe that's okay p normally everyone here is very nice and super sweet well there's this man looking woman who doesn't even offer to compensate even a cookie or anything for the inconvenience of not having my size of drink
I went and 2 women were working the counter. I ordered a chipotle cheesesteak and not only did they say they couldn’t put items I ASKED AND WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR, they were rude and had 0 LISTENING SKILLS. My bread wasn’t toasted like I asked, they refused to give me subkrunch, they stated it was specifically ONLY for the garlic cheesesteak sandwich. They didn’t put it the way I asked for it. I simply asked for the way it came. One of the ladies was argumentative saying I asked for dine- in when I wasn’t even given an option for dine in or carry out. Will not use this subway again unless there’s other workers. They didn’t even get my husbands order right he got so frustrated he just took what they gave him. He asked for no subkrunch they still put it - he asked for toasted they didn’t toast it. Smh I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received today.
The lady kept saying coupon wasn't for certain items listed on the coupon and when I read th coupon the coupon only mentioned two sandwiches that you could not purchase. Then when I want to order a different sandwich she said a list of sandwiches that were not listed on the coupon. It was very annoying. They need to be more specific not just put 2 sandwiches you can't buy on the coupon when it's several sandwiches. She had attitude like girl how am I supposed to know what we can't get.
This location be turning off its order online machine, I tired for over an hour; but it's funny how the other locations worked..."Things That Make You go hummm." When this happens, call corporate and get assistance 👍✌️
If I could give no stars, I would … this restaurant has became a joke… I went to the drive thru when there was absolutely ZERO people in the store and ZERO cars in the parking lot… I was told to drive up after 5minutes of waiting… once I get to window my order is taken with out any of my details being asked … once I ordered 20 minutes pass by before she comes back to the window to tell me I can’t do your order right now I have to take care of the people in store before drive thru… Once I responded with I WAS HERE BEFORE ANY ONE WALKED INTO YOUR BUILDING THE WORKER REPLIED idk what to tell u it’s my manager!!!! This place sucks n has been going down the drain for a long time n I can’t believe I keep going back having faith they will hire some one that can take care of the job
I ordered the elite chicken bacon ranch and was beyond disappointed to get home to a sandwich with hardly any chicken, only one strip of bacon, and no ranch. Stay away from this location, folks. They will rob you blind. They should be ashamed of themselves.
This Branch is so rude I was just yelled at by the manager over the phone for them messing up my order. $12 for a wrap I can’t eat and refused to remake I it. He blamed it on my friend that picked up the food. I don’t know what has happened to customer service but this manager needs to be fired or retrained. He has NO business working with the public.
Ordered a wrap a specific way and repeated multiple times he still got the order wrong then when called about it he was argue if back then we hung up and called to speak to the manager he then stated he was the manager and continued to argue back after we asked if the sandwich can just be remade he refused to remake sandwich but offered the money back instead. That guy should definitely not be a manager he can not talk to customers right at all instead of just resolving the issue and remaking the sandwich he just argued
Poor Management! Manager was in a rush with only 5 customers in the store and only 3 in line with no cars at the drive thru, so why in such a rush? This manager was helping an older gentleman at the cash register, while screaming over this man, just to ask for my online order name, then proceeded to very rudely ask for proof of my online order all while still screaming/helping this older gentleman. On top of that this rude manager was very rudely ordering her staff around. Not a please or thank you went out to the staff after she was so rude to them. The staff was 100% kind and extremely friendly and the gentleman that made my sandwich was amazing. Food was amazing, store was clean and the teamwork between the stuff was amazing. So why such a rude manager? The managers behavior was just so unnecessary and very rude. I have NEVER been to a subway and had such a bad experience as this one. Extremely disappointed! And hope this gets fixed soon.
I went there expecting good service because the day before i had gone and the food was great this was on Sat so Monday i stopped by the one one Port and the lady who was attending me was giving me big attitude not just that but i didnt like how she was handling my food then to too it off at the end i adked her for some ranch and chipotle dressing and i told her easy on both and she but way more than easy it was all over the paper wrap and got my sandwich very soggy then my Husband told her easy on the ice and she ignored him until i told him the machine is over there ...you pour your own drink. She was very unprofessional they will not be seeing me or my family step in there no longer.
Sometimes the best way to judge a place is how the employees perform when no one is watching. Twice have I've viewed this place with employees fixing food without mask on. I drive up and the mask are back on. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. No excuses. Life or death situation.
