The most friendly staff and a very clean place! All the tables were clean and they had a wonderful lady cleaning after everyone and cleaning around the drink machine. Bathrooms were clean. They got my special order correctly and it was delicious.

Fast food is fast food. You know what you're going to get a each restaurant every time you go. Whataburger is my favorite for sure out of all fast food, so I eat there regularly. This was my first time at this location and it was probably the best Whataburger experience I've ever had. Parking lot was packed but to my surprise, there was no line at the counter. I ordered my patty melt and went to get my drink, by the time I was walking to my table an employee was following me with my order!! SUPER FAST. Then I took a bite of my burger and it started steaming instantly. The meat was super fresh and everything was nice and warm. I feel a little foolish writing a review for a fats food restaurant but this experience was too good to let go.

Love love love. Ordered a number 1 and a number 5. My order was almost right but they forgot my bank on the number 5. So I called to tell them and I spoke with someone name Maria she fixed my problem with no hassle. I Give them 6 stars 3 for the food and service and 3 stars for Maria resolving my problem almost effortlessly.

Just stopped for fries and a restroom break. It was clean and seemed to be well run. Have found that Whataburger is a good place to stop for lunch. In the evenings quality drops a little. Still a good burger at any time.

Well truth be said; I forgot they remodeled,but what I can say is it looked cleaned and the manager there at the time I went made sure the place looked clean and getting those orders out fast and efficiently. But they do got to get the old fries out this way they will always hand out fresh fries ..

This Whataburger is new. The workers are super friendly. It has the best fries; always hot and salted just right. The double meat junior cheeseburger is yummy too. This location is much better than the Mexia Location or Fairfield location. I wish Mexia's Whataburger was this good. Great place to get a good burger and fries.

After driving all day, we stopped at this Whataburger at almost midnight. Since it was A Saturday night it was still pretty busy, but we were helped quickly. Our food was delivered in short order, and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and polite, the store was very clean, and it was a great way to end a long day. I would stop here anytime.

We came to Whataburger on Saturday night like around 10:30 and I just want to thank everyone who was working the night shift. We came in a big group and everyone was so patient, calm, and attentive of us. Even after our food was delivered to our table, Ms Tiffany and Mr David stopped at our table and asked if we were all okay. Maria took out order and everything was perfect. The perfect honey butter chicken biscuit. I love this location. I normally drive through but even when I come in Joy at the front knows who I am and knows the line must be long outside that I came in. It’s great to be remembered when coming in. I saw a lot of new faces today. But Joy is always my fav face to see. She’s there taking orders, cleaning, enjoying customers (busy or slow) ,never standing still. She is awesome. This chain is a Texas institution. I can't speak to the other items on the menu but if you don't try their burgers, you are missing out. Had a double regular- the patties were 5 to 6 inches across, with a bun to match. Not sopping in grease. Fries were up fresh. Actually had to wait a few to eat them because they were still hot. The spicy ketchup was good. A little extra zing but not an overpowering peppery taste. Kudos to the staff for their patience and their explanation of the items for our 'furriner' ignorance of the products.

What happened to we don't make until you order it? Most of the time food warm at most. Don't mind waiting for hot food. Sucks when you wait 10-20 minutes and your food is cold. Whataburger is not the as it was when it sold out to a northern company.

Whataburgers and fries are always better when eating hot at the restaurant. This is one of the busiest restaurants in Forney. Have had issues with getting my order wrong when going through drive through. Inside tables could be kept cleaner. Good food and reasonable prices.

I usually get better service, but when I order the 3 piece chicken strips, I got tiny pieces that equaled 2 instead of 3. The chicken gravey was missing from my wife's order. I didn't go back as we were only passing through.

It is usually hit or miss. More hits than misses.... Probably one of the worst visits I had. 2 people ahead of me, but it took nearly 25 minutes to get my order. My burger was overcooked to the point it was as dry as the Sahara. Fries were cold. I watched as they just set there for 10 minutes (if not longer) under a heat lamp. Also watched as my bag of food sat there probably over 5 minutes before somebody even handed it to me.

They seem to not be as concerned with quality as they once were. The bun is always bigger than the meat thus you run out of meat before you finish with much bread left. Last couple times we ate in a Whataburger quality was just not that good.

I ordered a bacon and blue cheese burger but got a bacon and peppercorn ranch burger instead. Took two bites before I realized what happened and I didn't want to wait for them to correct it so I didn't say anything while I was there. Perhaps I will get to try the blue cheese burger at some other Whataburger location at some point in my travels because it sounds really good and that's what I went there for in the first place but I was in a bit of a hurry and the peppercorn ranch burger was plenty tasty.

This place is always so slow. I rarely eat here because of that. They were also shut down quite a while, so I stayed away for that reason, too. My kids will stop here late at night for food and they say it is always slow then, as well. Food is okay. Staff always seems nice.

I LUV Whataburger. The chain has always been my go to location over the years. Even this particular store has been very good - in the past. Unfortunately my latest experience here proved well below the standards of which I have aleays experienced in the past. With the price of fast food now, a customer should always be given the best for their dollar. Our burgers were served almost immediately as we sat down in the dineing room. I was initially was pleased, but quickly found that the meat patties were cold. Not hot, not warm, but cold. I drove 17 miles to eat at this establishment and will not do so again. So sorry, but you really disappointed me.

I placed an online order today 8/1 around 8:35 through the mobile app. The order wasn’t ready during the time frame the app gave me and had to wait at the drive through lane for 10 minutes feeling like I was going to block people in. What made it worse was the orders were wrong, I paid for 3 medium French fries and got 0. Unfortunately I didn’t check that until I got home. Very disappointed. The only positive is that the manager did bring out the items that I caught were missing.

The girl who gave me my order got everything right and was polite. However, their burger gave me food poisoning immediately. It made me feel really sick for at least 3 days. This wasn’t the first time either

It’s not fast food. I ordered two honey biscuits. Not a big meal at all. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went to see how much longer and they told me 5 more minutes before they started. I was told they did in order, but what they were doing was serving only the drive thru. I got a refund. 15 minutes I could have gotten in and out of diner in that time.

The food was good, but I ordered an Apple and Cranberry chicken salad and I only got the cranberries and I didn't get my dressing. It took so long to get my dressing that I didn't go back to get my apples or chicken. The servers and cashiers were very nice though.

Missing half my order..what i did get was wrong and cold! Always spend $35 to $50 here every visit and there is an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME!😒(Just visited again recently and the burgers were not cooked through, they were completely raw pink in the middle, for the 2nd time in a week. The line was long, they were busy and moving slow. No shakes, No mushrooms. Had to settle for something else. Young man at the window was impatient, he would ask questions before we finished talking. Checked our order before leaving the drive, 2 special order burgers, fries, and onion rings, all correct, and all Cold. We were at the pick up window for 5 minutes, yet our food came out cold! The meat wss overcooked, dry, flavorless. Onion rings were over cooked, greasy, and overpriced. FYI** 'Guacamole' is NOT Avocado, they need to fix the burger properly or change the name to a Guacamole burger.

I placed an order online. After I placed order, I called the store to have a banana shake added as it wasn't on menu so I had to tell them it was that banana I wanted. In the process of adding the shake, the order was duplicated and my card charge twice. I wasn't able to cancel online and had to call customer service. The first representative kept saying sir and when I corrected her she told me I was being rude stating it has to go up for approval. She disconnected the call. Called back and got another representative that I barely could hear because of crying children. At thus point I'm totally frustrated because again she stated they couldn't cancel order and return $28 to my card, it would have to be investigated. Meanwhile, get home with food and fries and onion rings were cold with only a few when I paid for large. The burgers were hot and awesome. How can a business as huge as whataburger clearly see an order duplicated and not cancel the charge and the customer had to wait for an investigation when the store know that only one order was picked up!!!

Took 15minutes to get through the line, and then when I finally made it through it was missing 2 sandwiches. Then they had me pull up and wait for the rest, and it took an additional 20minutes.

This is by far the slowest whataburger I have ever been to. If you order on the app, they are consistently forgetting something. The drive thru is always slow. Heaven forbid there's more than 3 cars in the drivethru. It took me 30 mins to order and get my meal with 3 cars ahead of me. Management doesn't expedite like they should. I ordered 5 meals for my family today and they got every single one of those wrong. I had to go back and have them redo my order. They guy at the counter asked how would you like your meals prepared? I said exactly how its put on the receipt. The dumbfounded look on this guy amazed me. This place is terrible for to go orders. If you want a correct meal, dine in.

Worst Whataburger in Texas. Ordered a Double w/cheese...said it 3 times and still got a single. My wife ordered sweet n spicy bacon burger with Xtra mushrooms.. sandwich came out with 2 mushrooms on it but had so much salt on the meat that she couldn't eat it. Made mention of it to the cashier as we left and he had the "who the hell cares what you weren't happy with" attitude.

Edit 3/5/2019; Sat at the first window for over 5 minutes just to pay, no employee in sight - no cars at the second window. Finally able to pay, the girl at the second window is screaming at me if I want ketchup, get home with my order - lo & behold it's missing several items. What food I did make it home with tastes old & was partly cold - which has been the usual for my past several orders. I won't be returning any time soon! The food is good most of the time, but the wait time after 7pm is usually 15 to 25 minutes... which is ridiculous. Then it takes another 5 to 10 minutes to ever receive your food when you finally get to the window.

Absolutely pitiful service. Ordered 2 breakfast burgers with on 2 other customers in the store and 25 minutes later I was given 2 ice cold breakfast burgers and cold hash browns from a very rude server. The customers ahead of me were complaining about the very poor and very slow service as well.

This has got to be the SLOWEST place to order food. We ordered online at 155am and here we are still in line at 304 am! If i hadn't already paid I would have left already. This is bull. 9 times out of 10 the order will be wrong. I know from experience that orders can go out quicker because I worked here for many years when I was younger. We had 3 min to get orders out. What is the point in ordering online if it isn't going to be ready when you get here? Or you have to wait in a line for over an hour to get cold food.

I am giving 1star because there were multiple employees harassing the employee who took my order. I am appalled by the behavior and was totally disgusted in the establishment. Why would I come back to a place where multiple employees have such low morals; (today)these people couldn't even treat their work environment professionally so I'm sure they are super careful with the food...probably have a ton of pride in their work and themselves. As for the food, it was served quickly and was what I ordered.

Went through the drive thru with maybe 2 cars in the parking lot and no line at all just to have to repeat our orders multiple times. Then we spend 10-15 minutes waiting for our food, with no one there. Only to find out that absolutely none of or orders were correct and all burgers had things that we repeatedly said we didn’t want. Reaching out to corporate is pointless since there is never a response.

UPDATE July 2025 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We went through the drive thru at about 530p and ordered a couple combos and a kids combo... requested added veggies to the 1 burger combo with no buns on either but the burgers all the way with whatever condiments and veggies they come with. We did NOT get the added veggies requested OR the normal condiments the one burger comes with. Then they did NOT give any utensils to be able to eat with OR a single napkin to clean up.. Then, to make matters worse, NOT once did they answer the phone when I tried calling to report the issue with our entire order!! If this is the new normal service customer,s will be receiving by this location, then I DO NOT recommend bothering to waste your time or money because they DO NOT seem to care about the customers any longer For the most part, the corsicana location(in town) is good. Food is usually correct and hot. Very rarely have ever had any issues with our food being incorrect, but when it is, they are quick to correct the issue. The only reason I took a star away is because their drive thru is ALWAYS so slow, they could learn something from 2 very popular chicken restaurants that do triple the business in their drive thru in a faster time frame

The restroom was nasty, the restaurant was filthy; the manager did pick up a straw wrapper from among various pieces of trash on floor, as she walked around on her phone; then she went directly behind the counter & touched her face with the same unwashed hand she had just used to obtain the trash from the floor. The only reason I was able to witness all of this is because it took forever to get a Whataburger Jr & a fried pie. That will teach me to go inside a restaurant! 🤮

My wife and myself walked in the door and automatically heard the Manager Maria hollering at her employees. This is no way to treat your employees. We turned around and said we will not be returning because of the disrespect that was given out. On top of all this there was quite a few customers in line that heard the outburst.

Went in at 3 today tonight restroom and grab a burger. I didnt get any food because I stood in line only to watch 3-4 young men workers walk by, look at me, not say a word, and keep walking. Mind you their "supervisor" was at a tae probably working on work stuff and she did not say a word either. I left. Not worth my time. Went somewhere they care about their customers.

I stopped my parents from ordering online thinking the drive through would be faster. And our food wouldn’t sit on the shelf and get cold before I got it. Well the person in front of me ordered 12 meals… through the drive thru…..so I am patient and at and waited almost 30 minutes. Then once I get my three meals they are all cold and the fries were dumped in the bag. No ketchup and no apple pie I ordered. I do not complain often because it falls on deaf ears, but this is unacceptable service. This is clearly a management issue. I will Not be going back to this location.

Only one in line and it took 13 min to get a burger. Fries were not even slightly warm, by the time they got my food out it was watered down. Started to ask the woman at the windows why it took so long and she closed the windows on me. I really tried to give this Whataburger location chance after chance, but this was my last time ordering from here. It doesn’t matter what time I go something is always wrong. Either something is missing, or my whole order is messed up completely. This time, my fries were cold, my burger was cold, and it was overloaded with onions to the point I couldn’t even taste the actual burger. What’s worse is, I always repeat my order back to them multiple times just to make sure it’s right, and somehow it still comes out wrong. At this point, it just feels like they don’t care. Rodney was slow at taking our order and didn’t seem like her knew what he was doing. Guy in the blue shirt that brought us our food was rude as hell. He had an attitude when we asked for ketchup. There were no napkins and it wasn’t busy at all so there’s no excuse. The restroom was gross. The trash needed to be taken out and the toilet in the second stall doesn’t flush. We ordered food at 8:40pm and didn't receive it till 9:10pm and the workers refused to help one another and we heard other employees say "that's not my job I'm not doing that" when they were asked to help get fries ready and then had the audacity to try and give us fries that where setting there since we first ordered which were cold old fries. We had one employee that seemed like she cared and took care of getting us our order and her name was maria. Thank you maria

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off I paid almost 11 dollars for this! That’s ridiculous. Also on the menu it says on the al cart chicken strip it came with Texas toast. And it didn’t. Secondly the young boys that were working there were rude. Won’t be going back there

I’ve been here quite often and things have gone downhill. I don’t care about the wait, I just want to be able to eat the entirety of my meal when I get home. Feels like the last 4 times I’ve been here, fries have been cold, burgers are either cold or slightly warm. Tonight, the fries were like… 75% cooked? Burger was soggy (threw out the top bun…), and the apple pie had RAW DOUGH???? Do y’all check the orders before they go out? Is there no quality control? I’m calling corporate to see if anything will be done. Seems like nobody is addressing these reviews.

Whataburger is my favorite burger joint but today I paid $10 for a "BLT" that was nothing but 2 slices of tomato and a single piece of bacon. This is the most sorry looking sandwich I've ever paid for. They also forgot the cheese we had added to 3 burgers. To top it all off the fries were cold.

We've never had an issue until TONIGHT.... They made my son's burger wrong. He went up there very respectfully and asked for a remake, she asked for recipe, he showed her .... so yes THEY MADE IT WRONG.... they then corrected the issue with some visual attitude (pics loaded). My son just dealt with it. I then noticed it was a single and not a double... I then went up there irritated but i was gonna keep my cool until I hear "here we go again" and just went off. The pure disrespect that came from the cooks. It was on the receipt and YALL DIDNT PAY ATTENTION....i asked for that meal to be refunded ... a #2 large is definitely more than $7 but it's whatever.... I doubt I will ever come back
