I visit the location today at 7:20 The manager by the name of was soooo rude to her employees in front of customers! She was very combative argumentative and not helpful as a manger to her staff. It made myself and other customers so uncomfortable that I verbally had to intervene and tell her how Unprofessional she was while waiting for food. This seems like a hostile work environment which caused stress upon the workers she even stated” I’m the inky one here” which may indicate she needs better training or more help as a “MANAGER”. I was so disgusted which her behavior. I was completely appeased at such behavior evoking from a manage! Totally disgusted and will never eat here again as long as she works there

I come here for lunch often because of how convenient it is, but the service here is completely awful. I understand the lunch rush can be busy, but that’s no excuse to be dismissive or rude to your customers. I’ve also noticed an inconsistency in portion sizes. I have no problem ordering things like extra cheese, extra guacamole, or even extra meat, but the rice? I’ve seen in both my online orders and brick and mortar’s either a fair amount of rice/lettuce, or barely half a scoop, all for the same price. It’s ridiculous. Last thing, I tried ordering chimichuri sauce in person and was given two different explanations for the same outcome? It was both sold out and not there because it’s limited time. I wasn’t aware that it was limited time which really isn’t the problem, my issue is possibly a lack of training. If you can’t clearly explain why there isn’t an item on the menu, how can I trust you to put together my order? Is that why there’s a huge problem of inconsistency?

I found this place to be overpriced. I paid $17 for a bowl and guacamole, and I had to request extra chicken because there wasn't enough. The extra chicken I received was just a small amount of crumbs. If I'm paying more, I expect more. Plus, the guacamole costs extra, which felt like a rip-off. The food was mediocre and not worth the price, so I won’t be returning.

There’s nothing wrong with the food but every time I go there, I have a problem with the service or the restaurant being incredibly dirty. The service is horrible. if you can go to another one.

Went tonight received a chipotle bowl got brown rice, black beans, sour cream, guacamole, Veggies, and chicken. This burrito was so Disappointing my rice was hard and crunchy. My lettuce was just OK. My chicken taste burnt to think that I spent $20 for this bowl. It would have been a lot better. Need to say the customer service was OK. You can just tell they were ready to go home, I would never go to this chipotle again, especially almost due to closing. I am not happy.

Shut this place down for a week and re-train the entire staff!!! I was told there was an 8 minute wait for chicken, I waited 30 minutes, still no chicken. The employees have no structure, as I sat there and watched the constant need of ingredients, meanwhile meat was burning to a crisp then tossed in the trash (probably the chicken) I didnt leave a star for food, I walked out. Absolutely absurd! Raising canes was delicious!

Heard a kitchen worker say, “Only give half portion.” That’s not just lazy — it’s unethical. Paying full price for a cut-down bowl? One move like this is enough to lose loyal customers. My coworker ordered 4 bowls online for my coworkers and I. Three of the bowls were honey chipotle chicken, they were completely inedible. The chicken was burnt and hard and was hard to bite into. They were also small and skimped on versus other chipotle sites. We think the workers knew by how they were acting when they handed over the order. Absolutely terrible. I’m not a picky eater but these orders were absolutely inedible.

Not to mention the work environment, if the health inspector came in today, there are so many violations that do not practice food health and safety and they would be shut down. The line was dirty, food was old, using the same utensils, dirty dishes everywhere. Complete chaos yet not one worker or the manager seemed to have a sense of urgency in providing customers with best experience. As someone who used to work in the food service this chipotle was out of line on many accounts.
