Ordered three chicken sandwiches and a fry. Sandwiches and fries were hot and very good. Wendy's is usually pretty good about their food.

I like Wendy's in general, however this location was very unkempt. It smelled dirty upon walking in. Im not sure if it was a bathroom issue or mildew on the broken soda fountain machine. The staff was very nice with good service. I noticed many homeless people coming in/out. I would not eat at this location.

Employees are not very customer focused. It doesn't help that salt & pepper, ketchup, napkins, nor any plastic utensils are out for public access. Employees moved slowly and seemed unhappy when responding to customers. I have gone there several times while visiting UTSW and it seems to be getting worse. I will not go back!

Stopped by to pick up food for my sister in the hospital at Parkland, food was just okay, asked for barbecue they charged $0.54 cents for extra 1, instead of Wendy's ketchup in the bag it was Whataburger like 🤦‍♂️ why would they put Whataburger ketchup in the bag??

I ordered fries, chili, spicy nuggets and a blueberry pomegranate lemonade. The lemonade puree is definitely spoiled! Not even 2 hours later and my stomach is turning still. Oh and I haven’t even ate the nuggets or chili yet so I know it’s neither of those!

Absolute worst eating establishment you could ever go to no one speaks English. They are super super super slow. There was nobody in the store and it still took me 15 minutes to get a one burger, a french fry and a four piece nugget if I could give this -10 stars I would this place is trash. Save your money. 10/14 was the WORST experience that I have ever had in some 50 years of eating at Wendys.. Two employees were yelling at each other, Kevin, the cashier and Katy Theher manager came out from her drive thru lane and just looked and went back to her station. The orders were not being taken. Several people just gave up and walked out. NEVER again.

This is the worst Wendy's l I've ever seen in my life first off it took 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru just to order with two cars in front of me They were out of regular french fries They were out of barbecue sauce They put ketchup and everything else on my cheeseburger which ordered with mayonnaise only I ordered unsweet tea The tea was so sweet you couldn't even drink it I will never go back to this location again

Just went to get food thought the drive-thru and they told me to pull up to the door and wait for them to bring me my food now why should I have to wait over 25 minutes to get food that’s supposed to be fast. If your going to hire workers make sure they actually work and not just go outside to smoke while you were told to pull forward and wait on your food. I wouldn't have bothered with waiting if I didn't already pay. Might as well shut this wendys down.

Well I ordered on line and the food still came out late. There was a group of people waiting to take their order no one paid attention to them as a result they left. Note to self I will not be coming here again. The people behind the counter are laughing us as we wait a now getting a finger snap by one of the employees (I can’t with this). I had the worst experience ever. The manager that was on the clock during lunch hour was absolutely rude and incompetent. She did not verify who was picking up mobile orders and kept saying that my order had already been picked. She continued to not solve the problem up, even when her employees when her employees told her that she gave my order to someone else. Please hire a more competent manager that doesn't hold up the line.

Probably will be our last time coming here. On this visit we had a cockroach at our feet while ordering, drink machine was broken, cashier did not speak English (which is fine, but they did not have another person ready there to speak English for about 20 minutes), and the staff would often leave to the back making it not possible to order again for quite a while. Have had quite a few bad experiences in the past too 😢😪

I just stopped by here from Parkland. Very simple order. Not busy at all. They left out my fries. They left the avocado off my southwest AVOCADO chicken sandwich. They left the ice out of my drink. It's a simple job. Get it right.
