Emily is a super nice lady, actually takes pride in her job and customer service. Made sure my order was perfect and with a genuine smile. Good food too!
Arby’s gets a bad rep, because it is Arby’s. I liked this location I’m currently eating their tenders, man they **cking slap. The girl who took my order was nice and polite :) food came out on time But i did ask for ranch and ketchup and did not receive them but I WAS given “Arby’s sauce”I just tried it and I don’t know how else to explain it but if a hospital waiting room was a flavor It would be Arby’s sauce. All in all it was pleasant experience and I will visit this location in the near future.
The girl who took my order went absolutely above and beyond to help me figure out I wanted and even offered me alternatives to substitute out things they no longer had on the menu since it had been many years since I had been to arbys. Her customer service was outstanding! She also was cleaning and cleaning the entire time I was waiting on my food,or trying to help the other employees get caught up. I will be coming back just for her amazing customer service!
They are just awesome. Well at least they were when we went. We had a crazy order & they nailed it! Our food tasted great & the servers were friendly and even laughed at our corny jokes!! Thank you all for another great Arby's visit! We love our Denton Arby's!!

If you haven't been to Arby's recently, you're overdue for a visit! All of the classics remain, but the menu is bigger and better than ever. Rotating items like the Wagu burger and a pork loin sandwich make every visit something special. The location on West University is staffed by an efficient but laid-back crew. You're in and out faster than you can say Horsey Sauce!
There was a young man there by the name of Ashton attending me, he is very friendly made me feel at home, definitely a keeper and a valuable asset to Arby’s.
I needed a special order of regular roast beef sandwiches for my friend with special dietary requirements. The staff was very accommodating. Not only that, each one was professional, personable, and friendly,

My friend and I went inside to eat on a very hot afternoon. We were tired and hungry. Our order taker was awesome, I wish I could remember her name. I think she might have been a Manager. She had a great attitude .We had the 2 for $6 Cheddar Bacon sandwich, two orders of curly fries and two refillable drinks. Our total was a little over $10. The food was hot, fresh and tasty and the climate was COOL. Felt relaxed and refreshed after our meal. Hard to beat !
Just went through the drive in, and the guy working the window had excellent customer service (9/12 @ 10:30pm). I hated being those people that come right before closing WITH a coupon. He politely asked us to bring it to the window so he could better assist us. Fast, and friendly. What more could you ask for?
They are so kind here, this is such a great crew and they are efficient from what I can see. Definitely will be back a few more times this month. Lol
To be honest, it’s been 12 years since I ate at Arby’s and I have to say, this place has the best freaking burgers ever! Good service and everything has been great. Two days in a row lol!
We’ve been coming to this Arby’s for many years and love the food. It’s always clean. Food is always fresh and hot. We never gone inside to eat. We always just do the drive-through but we never have a problem. It’s not a long wait.
I visit Arby's quite frequently. Over the years I have to say this is the best management team I have seen in quite some time at the University Arby's in Denton, TX. All the managers and there employees are very good they are welcoming and caring and best customer service. I special shout out to Katie Melissa and Simiene who have trained there employees to go above and beyond.
The staff is always super sweet! Cayden especially a really cool guy! The food tastes just like Arby's which is really all I can say about the food, which is good to me. It's really the guys working in the evenings who make me a return customer to this location.
We did an online order which was very easy! The service and food was good. As with most fast food restaurants it’s a hit or miss experience! This was a Hit! I got a Beef and Cheddar. The Bun was soft and warm and there was plenty of beef and Cheddar Sauce on it! Very flavorful and Good! We also had the Double Beef Sandwich which was also delicious! Bun warm and soft(Perfect). Lots of Beef! Great taste. We also had the Curly Fries. They are so good! It’s been awhile since I’ve eaten here and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed their food! Like I said, this was a HIT! We will definitely be back!
Surprisingly delicious! The drive through employees were very nice and polite. A little pricier for fast food but really tasty. Definitely beats Whataburger in my book.
Went through drive up to order. Service was relatively fast. Food was hot and met all expectations. Staff was very cheerful and courteous.
This is a better cared for location than the one on University in the north-central Denton. This one's across Colorado Blvd. from the Mall. The staff is attentive and the food is as it should be. I recommend this Arby's.
Well I always say give any place at least one more chance before you judge them, everyone will have a bad day... I ate at Arby's today and two days earlier at the same location. I was not all that pleased with the earlier experience, I was charged too much because I was given the wrong order, went inside to save the day and get the order to the correct people but the staff seemed lost. I'm hoping I receive what I was charged for, the wrong order because I paid for the correct order with cash. Anyway, the food I've never been disappointed with and the service was phenomenal today!! Remember that anyone can have a bad day, try to be gracious!
I don't know why the owner or the manager can hire the staffs like that. I came in, then saw 2 people were talking at the table, 1 person was watching her phone, I thought they were the customers. But no, they are the staffs here. And I was standing at the front desk like 5 minutes, no one asked any thing although they saw me. That's awful. THEY HAVE CHANGED. The staffs now are more friendly, quickly... That's why I need to change my review and opinions.
Not too bad. Food was correctly made, and pretty fresh. A little pricey, but not too bad.
Um, I hate to say this but you jist have to go here when the right staff is here. The food is great but you get better customer service depending on who is there and who isn't. I understand that it's fast food, I don't expect to be treated like a VIP or anything, however offer a solution to things instead of just giving up and saying "we don't have that." A simple alternative item on the menu is solution enough.
After working there as a shift manager, I'm going to have to say I'm very disappointed to know the roast beef comes in a vacuum pack in the consistency of peanut butter. It is then cooked for exactly 12 hours in the stove, and comes out solid, it's hard. To eat here knowing that but the chicken is good, the corn beef, the Italian...and it would be nice to have the option of curly fries or french cut fries.
I don't know what I was thinking. I know how Arby's food makes me feel! But the highlight of the evening was the amazing employees and the fun conversations I had with them! I'm sorry I'm bad with names but thank you so much for making my experience so fun! Too bad Barbie's food is just not great! I mean if you love Arby's food, then you will love this Arby's! 🤷♀️😉😁
Food was very good but while eating I seen an employee actually sit on the counter looking at his phone. Another employee seen me watching and had him get off the counter. Neither one of the employee's sanitized the counter afterwards. Will never eat at an Arby's again if this is a standard practice.

Very hit and miss location. Sometimes the food is perfect, other times it is severely overcooked. Which usually isn't a big deal, but there have been a few times that we couldn't even eat the fries because they were rock hard.
This Arby's as with most fast food place need better help. The orders are correct 3 out of 5 times. They are not attentive to any special requests but the food you get is good. Hence 3 stars. With transportation being so sketchy lately they are often out of sauces and mozzarella sticks. But the food you get is hot and fresh. They just need to listen better.
We came in for dinner around 8 pm. The food is good, nothing different than a typical Arby's. Service was good. The restaurant was near empty. Location is a little hard to get in and out of. The soda machine was not attended to. One drink dispensed only carbonated; another had the wrong mix. Restrooms were not as clean as they should be; but not horrible. No ketchup in the dispenser. Someone had started emptying the trash front several bins and then left them. It just seemed the employees were not diligent at that moment, maybe because there were no customers. There was nothing wrong with the food and service was okay. I would try it again, especially as I like Arby's.
We live right nearby, and the staff have always been really great over the years. Very friendly and helpful. However, it's pretty slow. The whole point of fast food is to be fast. This place is not very fast.
Got the Sweet Heat loaded fries Which were not loaded at all Barely any cheese and fries were not cooked all the way. Sweet hear chicken sandwich was very disappointing especially for the price we paid. I've visited this location several times and they are always lacking. I doubt we will go back to this location.
The lady doing the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful. didn’t make any eye contact, had a rude and hateful attitude. bad customer service. “Lacefield” is the host name on my receipt. foods good though so it gets 2 stars.
Had a big bacon BLT but couldn't enjoy it over the dirty mop water smell of the place. The buildings looks like its falling apart and the seats and windows were dirty. Staff was nice and the lettuce and tomato was fresh.
We go here often to eat when we're in the area. The food is routinely good and generally the service is pretty quick. It was the same at our last visit. But, most of the tables hadn't been cleaned off as we looked for a place to eat. Also, though there was plenty of Arby's sauce and ketchup available, I noted that they were out of some of the other sauces. But the biggest problem I encountered was that the men's restroom was a mess. There was no toilet paper, the paper towel dispenser was hanging wide open and empty, the air dryer wasn't working, and some poor soul had had to use some paper towels as TP (there was a partial roll near the sink) and so the toilet was clogged with towels. The staff needs to take a lot better care of their facility.
Customer service was not that friendly to me, she expected me to know the menu and wanted me to order quickly. I had the lamb gyro, it was delicious, I will order that again, I also ordered the arbonator and the classic. I got home and there was no meat in my arbonator, I was so angry, I know it was an accident but still very upset, it was too far to go back.
What has happened to the Arby's restaurants in Denton? I wouldn't even think about going to the one by the mall and this one on University used to be great, but it's gone down hill. The people are nice, but the quality of food and the preparation is poor. Got a beef and cheddar there was a maybe a squirt of cheese, the meat was cold. Not guess I'll have to pass from now on.
Normally one of my favorite places for the classic roast beef sandwiches. That being said the last couple times I went we're worse then the average by far. The roast beef with sliced too thick and that ruins most of the experience not to mention the service was very slow on a down time when there were few customers at all
This place needs to be remodeled for starters, it is very run down looking. 2nd their kitchen needs to be retrained on how much cheese and arby's sauce goes on a double beef and cheddar. They gave me a tiny bit of both, my sandwich was very dry. I ended up going back up to the counter and asking for a small cup of each. The good thing was the guy didn't charge me for it but that's probably because he new they were skimping people's sandwiches. I love Arby's but if I happen to go to another one it will not be the Arby's on University.
Literally never have cherry turnovers when I come. This time we ordered the apple turnovers. They almost forgot them. Ok, whatever all that's fine, we got all the food before we left so its all good. But then I go to eat my classic beef and cheddar sandwiches. No cheddar. Like there's literally only two ingredients. Beef and cheddar. I ordered sandwiches and turnovers. How do you forget half my order and then also half the ingredients in a sandwich? Its just meat and bread. No cheddar or sauce. I already checked the sack and saw the turnovers were missing. I didn't think I had to check to my sandwiches just to make sure all 2 ingredients are on them. Honestly pretty mad about it. I haven't eaten in 12 hours and I was really looking forwards to my meal. I don't want to have to completely disassemble my order just to make sure it's all there. Especially since the sandwiches were 6 bucks each. Way too overpriced to be forgetting and leaving out this much stuff. I hardly ever go to Arby's, but every time it's like this. Idk if it's just like that at this location or if I just get the short straw every single time, but I'm done with this location in particular. Probably every Arby's honestly. It's just expensive, they almost never have everything I want, and they just screw up my order.
I ordered ONE item. No cheddar on my sandwich. Couldn't understand the lady on the speaker in drive threw. The window attendant was nice but closed the drawer before giving change. This store is just a hot mess.
The customer service was great. The food tasted like it was taken out of the grease too early. My advice is ask for well done on chicken. When you get the sliders the other sliders are on top of the other boxes causing sauce to be everywhere. Every Arby's does this with sliders. Trying to save a bag like it is coming out of their paycheck. Thank you for your time. Have a wonderful day.
I had a terrible experience at this location. When I entered the dining room, the employees were hidden in the back for a few minutes, and I could hear them talking quietly. Despite my loud greetings, no one approached me. When a male employee finally appeared, I gave him my order and he seemed to be doing something on the terminal, but then walked away without speaking a word. A female employee replaced him and said he had been trying to figure out who was logged in. While I waited for my food, the two employees talked back and forth about a party they had both attended, which I found inappropriate for the workplace. Overall, the service at this location was terrible. The only saving grace was that the sandwich was acceptable.
The employee that took our order was very hospitable and attentive. The food was satisfactory. But this location is very dirty and the bathroom is disgusting. None of the dispensers had any sauces. Makes one question how clean things are behind the counter
Employees are very chatty amongst themselves. After ordering, I found myself searching for a clean table at the peak of lunch time. Every table was empty and unclean. I quickly discovered why no one eats inside. This place is nasty. Another couple went back to the counter and changed their order to go.
The services started off great but end fairly bad. Cashier was friendly and gave recommendations but once my order was up, I was missing my shake. When I explained to the manager, he caught an attitude and asked what I had ordered with an attitude when I had already told him. Then he walked away and came back a few minutes later and asked what I ordered again, I assume he went to check cameras to see if I lying. I told him again, he faves me my shake and says here take it. By this time my food has gotten cold, it didn’t taste good at all and just disappointed, this would be a single star review but the original cashier was so nice.
Ordered dinner to-go this evening at a friend’s request. Ironically, the only photo I forgot to take was of the roast beef sandwiches. Rating is a 2 instead of a 1 only because of the service. The young man working the window was polite. We spent $55 at Arby’s, so you can imagine, we had one of almost everything. We ate as soon as we got our food and the fries, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño bites were cold. There was no cheese in the jalapeño bites. My partner said the gyro was actually okay - I’ll take his word. I had the roast beef and cheese, the beef was cold, the bread was moist, and there was no sauce. I don’t even know what the Bronco berry sauce was for, but I love pretty much all condiments, but this one not so much. Generally a disappointing meal that gave me a tummy ache. Like i said, the guy working was helpful, efficient, and polite. Doubtful I’ll return, so more Arby’s for you.
Dude I have so many fond memories of Arby's. But lately there's been something wrong. The fries are old, stale, and lacking in flavor. The meats (and they do have the meats) are poorly butchered and sloppily stacked into sandwiches. I want a redeeming quality, but I can't even recommend their sodas. Watered down and poorly mixed, the Dr. Pepper tastes more like Mr. Pepper, Jr. I don't know what's going on. I do notice the employees seem different each time I go there, so Arby's as an employer probably needs to address their pay structure and/or management to retain employees. Otherwise, this food is going to go down the hole and become another obsolete icon of the 90s.
We chose dine in, and the restaurant was filthy. All the tables had been wiped with dirty napkins as remnants had been left behind. The men’s restroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. The exit door was smeared with dirt. The order was not correct and the condiment dispensers were for the most part empty. The employees had friends coming in, and they were horseplaying around. I took someone new to the restaurant and will not be back.
Spent $36 getting ripped off at this location. Sandwiches had next to no meat or cheese. Fries were just small bits of what might have fallen off a curly fry. Apperently this is a trend at this location. Guess I gotta check reviews everytime I get some fast-food. Just cause it's fast doesn't mean it has to be F'd up!
This Arby’s is the worst location I have ordered from in the last 25 years. When pulling up to the drive-thru you have a nice view of a rusted iron gate, baby chair, rusted generator, and trash. When pulling up there is a sign saying no soda, no shakes, with only tea. They will not give you a cup of water! They do not have the deals that other Arby’s in the area have either. The sliders were cold, buns were squished on the other sandwiches, and I was shorted a large fry. Typically I wouldn’t have to leave a review on Google, however the number says that Verizon cannot connect me. I will not be returning to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone. Take care!
Worst. Arby's. EVER. I've been here a few times - always late in the evening - and there's ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Last night, I decided to try the new garlic butter filet sandwich. No bacon, and only 6 very small pieces of steak... barely enough to cover the bread when laid with sides touching. With fries and a drink, that was $10.27.
I haven’t had Arby’s in years and now I remember why. Service was bad. Waited 30 mins to find out order was given to wrong car after being told to drive to the front. Once received new order looked rushed. Tasted terrible and lemonade was watered down. Won’t be coming back.
It was not good service, I paid more money for the food that bought, I the person working was rude, I will never ever go there again, GOD Bless..... ✝️
I wish I could give them zero stars. This restaurant was a dirty mess. Not one table was clean. I ordered a turkey market fresh and it had hardly any turkey almost none. When I took it back up, they said oh sorry we are out of turkey. If that was the case I would have been happy ordering something else. We definitely will NOT be visiting this Arby's again.
As I was Doordashing I seen a cockroach and I had mentioned it to the staff and they replied back with “oh, it’s okay”. Also when i got there, there were two staff members behind the counter hiding when I knocked on the window both of their head popped up! I don’t know what they were doing nor want to know! I just think I had a terrible and not appropriate service!
Horrible. I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich combo. The fries were old and stale. The sandwich was not worth eating. I noticed this about 5 miles down the road. If it was not for the traffic I would have went back and ask for my money. Ended up throwing it away and settled on Canes. This location should be closed. POOR SERVICE!!!
My food was sub par, the sliders were microwaved and there was cockroach sort of bug in my drink that apparently came through the ice machine that per employee was due to the machine not being clean. I do not recommend going here, go elsewhere if possible. I certainly will be taking my business elsewhere not happy at all with the food
You always wait a little extra at Arby’s. I waited forever at the station and figured the speaker was broken so I pulled up to order at the window only to hear the speaker go off behind me a few minutes later. I got to the window and apologized and offered to go around and get in line. The kid was nice and started taking my order. I really felt bad. Another guy came up behind and rudely (loudly) asked “another one couldn’t wait” and sighed really loudly and had all kinds of attitude. I get it, I made a mistake. I apologized. But his attitude was horrid and he came up again a second time to loudly complain about me to his coworker. It was like I wasn’t there. I decided to leave without ordering telling them I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that. He laughed at me as I drove away. Just so rude I was flabbergasted. Not that it matters but I will never visit there again.
Atmosphere was nowhere near what it should be. Cook was not wearing a hair net, had long hair, and had a beard. Cussing up a storm when I ordered a Waygu burger, loud enough where I could hear him. The manager was standing by him and did not say a thing. Flies were everywhere, window's look like they were cleaned with dirty water. No one was wearing a uniform, just shorts and tee-shirts. The owner of the place should be ashamed of how this place is run and looks.
This place smelled like burned grease. And was smoky inside. Every table was dirty. As the employee was taking our order another employee pulled our cashier from us to go count a drawer right, in the middle of taking our order, like we weren't there. There wasn't anything stocked, lids, straws, condiments or anything. It was overall just a bad experience.
We sat in the drive threw for 4 minutes no one answered so we drove around to the front and walked in the store beepers were going off and no one was in the store went to the bathrooms and called out hello went back to the counter and started yelling hello hello hello louder and louder because at this point I am thinking something is seriously wrong it's 8pm on a Saturday night and the place seems deserted about to walk out of the store and call the police and a man and woman walk out of the back of the store in Arby's uniforms blushing ,never once apologized .The man stopped in the kitchen area and the girl came up to the counter and said can I help you ,I asked if they were even open she said yes we are ,she never looked up at me the whole time .I placed my order at this point I am pretty mad so I ordered my food and paid for it i drove a few blocks down the road to Whataburger threw the Arby's in the trash and reordered food because not once when they walked out of the back area did either person wash their hands and i have no idea what they had been up to in the back of the store . There should seriously be 3 people working that store
Went there on a Friday evening about 6 pm ordered several classic roast beef sandwiches which they had,......ordered vanilla shake, apple and cherry turnovers, and baked potatoes all of which they didn't have. This was meal time on a Friday evening.... unacceptable. Will not go back. Not the first time this has happened to me at this location.
It’s Arby’s. Technically, it’s food. However, this was probably the worst service experience I've had in a very long time! I decided to order at the counter instead of going through the drive thru. I wasn't sure what I wanted and didn't want to slow service down. I can only imagine that service wouldn't have been much better if I had chosen to stay in my car! First thing I notice as soon as I walk in is an overflowing trash can. However, I give them the benefit that it's Sunday and I am arriving about an hour after what would have been a lunch rush...it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the register, even though at least 2 workers made eye contact with me. I look around and see about 4-5 people eating and someone waiting for their food. The guy who took my order was a mess...unkempt hair (which should have been covered in a hat), wrinkly clothes and a uninterested attitude. Transaction was unremarkable...except for the almost $30 price tag! As I went to fill my drink, my feet stuck to the floor in front of the drink dispenser. This is when I notice the floors were disgusting. Again, I'm greeted with another over flowing trash receptacle. I begin the wait for my food...the customer ahead of me gets their food...only to come back up to the counter to wait for someone to acknowledge him so he could get some dipping sauce. Then he has to come back up a second time, because his order is wrong...he waits for another length of time before he is acknowledged. The same guy who took my order cones around the corner, EATING something! Helps the guy, then disappears again. Mind you, I've only counted 2 other customers come through the drive thru...and there is easily 2-3 people in the back. There was definitely no interest in giving any type of customer service or cleaning the dining room! While the food was decent...I will never visit this location again! If I'm going to spend $30 at a fast casual restaurant...I expect it to be clean and to get at least decent customer service!
DON'T COME HERE! Zero stars. Close this place now, please. Dirty. No straws. Weird vibe. They can't deliver a single order in the drive thru. You have to wait for it in the parking lot. There's a bunch of people waiting for orders. Nobody in line at drive thru, but I was asked to wait for my food because it would take time to cook the chicken. I've been waiting 25 minutes and haven't received anything. Worker walks out with food for someone else, hand down his pants. Ok. Another worker pulls up and walks in the restaurant, I'm assuming to start his shift. No shoes on. Ok. Second worker comes back out to take a smoke break 10 minutes after he arrives. Worker finally comes out, has an order that isn't my order. I told him what I ordered, at which time he finally informs me they are out of chicken. So I just ask for a refund. Whatever food eventually comes out that door is not worth the $16 I spent anyway.
I came to pick up order for Tyler, they two ladies said there is no order placed for Tyler. After calling DoorDash support, they confirmed that the restaurant received it & confirmed the order before I got there. When I went inside to ask them again about the order, one lady gave me the order with no word .. no apology.. not even welcoming you when you get inside the restaurant. The other lady, who said there was no order placed for Tyler, was sitting in the dining area with her cigarette pack on the table saying nothing or apologized for anything. These two ladies, I believe they hate their job .. bad service & bad communication with customer
Went there last week and ordered a medium shake. Got up to the window, paid and then was told the shake machine was broken. They gave me a voucher for a free large shake. Went back today to get my shake and was told the machine was broken. I asked for a refund then and was told they can’t give refunds. They said to either go to another Arby’s location or come back at another time for the shake. Update: It’s been almost 2 weeks. Still can’t give me the shake I already paid for and they are still refusing to give me a refund! They straight up stole money from a customer!! If I had taken the shake and not paid for it, they would have called the police. How is this any different?!
The worst Arby’s ever! And the gentleman there basically told me that their website was wrong, so what is on there is not even correct apparently! I won’t be going back! Apparently, when you order the jalapeño poppers, you don’t get your sauce unless you specifically call and ask for it if ordering online. Sounds like laziness to me.
The worst place to eat. Fries are always old and dry like they been sitting for hours. Bread old and hard they want you to pay $10.00 for a meal for horrible food. I keep trying to give them second chances no more. Will no longer be coming here!!!!
Drive through I ordered bacon Deluxe Burger. I ordered 2 of them I Received no bacon, just cheesy Burgers with onions, no pickles. I made sure I told the African American at the drive through. Don't forget my bacon, guess what? They did not add bacon. First in last time I will visit. The guy in drive through Was awesome. Great customer service Great attitude But the people that are prepared the food. A horrible pay no attention to detail. They need to go to Chick-fil-A and learn training.
Went through, no other people there and got our order wrong. 2 beef and cheddar meals and both we got had no cheese, went back up there, got the managers and got 2 beef and cheddar and this time it had a very small drop of cheese. Again, it was empty, and they still couldn't get a simple order right. Not going back there and I suggest you go to the other one and avoid this Arby's location.
.. I'm not sure where to start.. I should've walked out as soon as I walked in.. The floors were very filthy and sticky. All the tables were still dirty from the night before.. the staff was on their phones just sitting around.. I ordered the two for six and the new Mac bites.. I was supposed to get the roast beef and fish sandwiches.. I noticed that when I pulled them out of the bag that they were two fish sandwiches with chedder sauce.. I told them to hold the cheese, but they didn't So I scraped it off and took a bite... they were still cold in the middle.. I'm not sure if it was just the staff, or it's always like this at this location.. Kaitlyn was wearing flip-flops.. Unprofessional...
The window staff at 6:30p.m. 10/25/2024. Dark headed guy with glasses and drooping pants showed complete unhappiness at where he was. Messed up my order in person and then after repeating it to him, still messed it up. I also asked for 4 Arby sauces. When I asked him if I had 4 Arby sauces. He said there was Arby sauces in there. The man doesn't like working there he needs to go somewhere else. This was the University location.
I tried going through drive-thru an hour before closing and was ignored and saw an employee hiding in the back and we tried To go inside and was shooed away by the employee shockingly. I called the other arby across town to make sure they were open and was met with hostility but was told they were open. When I arrived they had shut all their lights off and turned off the drive-thru. Ridiculous
Worse food I've ever had! Fries were ice cold,beef and cheddar is way smaller than it use to be. Barely any meat or cheese.
Absolutely worse experience ever here. The tables were all dirty. Not a single one cleaned off. No one in store yet dirty. Came in and no employees in site and stood at counter for 10min and finally yelled out hello. Woman came up and said sorry I was doing dishes. She took our order and we waited and looked for clean table and had to wipe one off myself for us to sit and eat. Flies everywhere and everything just looked so dirty. Been awhile since ate inside and now that I have I can't say I will ever be back. I feel disgusted and gross after being in here. Not a good experience at all. So gross . After we ordered them suddenly there are like 4 or 5 people back there but NONE when we came in.
When you go somewhere and it's "fast food" your fries at the very least should be somewhat warm. The last 3 times I went the service was so bad and every time my curly fries were not even warm, got the wrong order, didn't get full order, and with it happening a 3RD TIME that is when I finally decided to speak up about it.
I love Arby’s food but please stay from this store. The store is run down, the lights weren’t even on outside, I honestly thought it was closed. The fries were stale, as well as the bun on the sandwich. I used to go here all the time, but i have noticed it has been on a steep decline for the past few months. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Drove 1 hour to come here it was 9:28 pm when I pulled up to drive thru, no one answered or responded so I called the store a line line was busy or off the hook. I can see multiple people sitting inside so I walk in. Now it’s 9:32pm doors unlocked since it’s still business hours. Then an employee informs me that management made them close early today. I understand it’s Sunday but when ur hours are set an posted online it’s pretty messed up to close early simply because you are board or slow. 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back. An most definitely won’t be having Arby’s any time soon.
The food was just fast food. The dining room was nasty, floors were so greasy you left tracks while you slid around. There was food and trash in the floor and in the booths. The dining room is in disrepair. The dead cockroaches made us loose our appetite. Won’t be back. Also we got there just after they opened.
Waked in. Staff was unclean and not friendly. Not one person inside. No French fries. Smelled bad.
I try not to eat at the Arby’s on University, as the service is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. The last 3 times I have been there they’ve shorted me part of my order. I have started checking the entire order before leaving the drive through and, without fail, they leave something out of the order. I’m starting to think they are doing it purposely so that they can pocket part of the money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location!!
This was one of the worst Arby's experiences. It took at least 10 minutes to receive our food. The Dr Pepper was out of syrup, the Coke was out of syrup. The women's restroom was completely out of toilet paper. When we received our order, the employee told us they were out of Arby's sauce! How could Arby's be out of Arby's sauce?! Their roast beef sandwich is not the same without it. Very disappointed and will never return to this location.
Food is gross. Not what Arby's used to be. The quality has is gone down hill. The steak nuggets are disgusting, they have the texture of the mush after the first chew. The chicken sandwich is very small and thin patty. I've tried multiple locations, and they all need a refresh back to basics. However the staff is fantastic, always pleasant and polite.
If I could give 0 or negative 0 stars then that is what I would give! WORST FOOD EVER!!!!! The Chicken Slider seemed like it was microwaved until it was rubber. The three Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches seemed like they were thrown on the floor and stomped on. The fries were cold! NEVER AGAIN!
The moment I came through the door. I was p profiled by the cashier (skinny black guy). I was insulted and told that “you cannot just sit here” before I even got to a table. I’ve NEVER ATE OR “sat” here before!?!?!? NEVER WILL!!!! Arby’s is just a bad business all around. I’m reminded why I don’t come to Arby’s. Stay Away!!!
I have been sitting at the drive through ordering station for 15 minutes. This store closes at 11pm. However, nobody is acknowledging my presence at what is now 10:36pm. This is absolutely unacceptable. This store needs help.
This is my curly fries. Yeah, no joke. Where is the rest of it? I was the only car in the drive thru, and was asked to park for 15 mins, at lunch time. Did not notice till I was already on University Dr. Thought about going back. But thought WOW , I was your only customer and was parked. You knew what you served me. Told me you didn't care. Then got home 25 mins away, to see you gave me the wrong wrap as well. Thats $24.00 for nothing. Never going back. Now I know why I was the only customer at lunch.
This is the first and last Arby’s I will be reviewing. 4.00$ for a small roast beef sandwich with no drink or fries? Is that a joke? Roast beef is more expensive than your average burger, but not THAT much, especially considering they put nothing else on the sandwich. What an absolute rip off. I would like to clarify this is more or less a review of Arby’s in general, not just this location. My opinion is to stay away as much as possible from the franchise. Not worth your money.
