It has been a while since my last chipotle trip. Good food. The food selection, note the meats are charged for each, so pick only one else you want combo meats extra charge, the condiments/vegetables/beans, pick as you please, guamamole skip if you want to save else add to make it more delicious salad or burito.
I let my kid in chipotle around 12 and he told me the service.was not good and she's white and has blonde hair my kid said he got very small portions of food compared to the guy next to him he got so much more food then my child my child barely got rice and chicken food was not fresh
I feel bad bc I can’t imagine it’s the individual employees fault, but every time I’m here, they’re missing almost everything. Tonight: no chips, cheese, fajita veggies or steak. And they’re open for 2 more hours. And it’s like this every time. Chipotle need to step it up!
Dirty, all tables needed wiping, no napkins on counter for taking, holders empty. Hot sauce bottles had their reducer removed so they dumped on food. Bathroom door handles need updating.
Today as posted on this post, I paid almost $35 for food. Two bowls one was double portion one was normal with steak. I asked the food server to separate the guacamole from the bowls and place them on the side in a cup. In total should be (2) cups. I also added chips salsa and a side of guacamole. This makes it an additional cup totaling to three. I am aware of the extra charge for the guacamole. In the bag was a salad dressing (which I had not ordered) one guacamole in the cup. I asked the gentleman of the side cups and he looked confused. I understand in good service it is very fast pace and you’re concentrating on getting matters correct but I paid for my food. The cashier (Ana) first was pleasant and then the attitude transitioned to being non compliant. She was not accepting in what was suppose to happen and displayed an attitude. The gentleman who was maintaining the online orders problem solved and assisted the manner. This will be the LAST TIME!!! I will tend business with this location. Thank you to the gentleman who assisted! Bless you. The cashier you need customer service training! Never again!!!!!
We were returning from a trip into New York City and decided to stop and well that was a huge mistake. The service were not courteous at all, the tables were filthy, we only got one little bag of chips to go with our three meals that were over $35 and when I got up and asked if we could have two more for our meals we were told we had to pay for them. Just a horrendous experience and will never return 🤮
Always dirty. Every surface is sticky. Food is overcooked or just nasty. I want to hate the people at the counter for looking back at me with blank stares and not a lick of common sense, but I know it's the corporations (or at least middle managements) fault. Understaffed, under supported, and so the service and product are garbage. Knock out the Chopt and Chipotle and just give us something else. (Coffee or lunch shop that isn't Starbucks would be an improvement)
the vibes in here are crazy, all the workers have an attitude and the place is a mess. The girl serving me has the stankiest face on her even after asking her how she is doing today no response i said please and thank you to everything i requested and her vibe was just off. To make matters worse they didn’t have ANY meat and when asked for extra wasn’t given to me
The worst chipotle store I had in my whole life. Pickup order took 40 minutes after spending this whole time in the store and they run out of fajitas with my order. No one apologized and they even want to take out the steak out of kids meal. I never want to leave any review for Chipotle as this is a chain restaurant but this one is literally the worst!
They run out of everything all the time. The rice was still raw and hard couldn’t even eat the meal. They had a small bit of chicken left, but had to go to the back line to get it, no veggies, no steak.
Went to get a kids meal for our toddler, comes with two sides. The rice was raw and would've had to wait 30min for it, so we asked the server for guac as the other side. Homegirl Hoka came from left field and denied us getting the guac for free after we explained why we had the guac. She literally told us that she's "not for the people" and told the other server on the line that she needed to charge us. Also, they served other people the raw rice. Unfortunately, she'll be the manager one day for her devout loyalty and lack of care for customers.
Never opens on time. Asked for the manager as this was the third week that they opened and their food wasn’t ready. Employee told me they didn’t have a manager which is telling (if true). They asked us to wait ten minutes for their white rice and their steak—staple items. Took our business next door to Chopt where service was much better. Have this Chipotle every chance as my sons enjoy the food. No more.
This used to be one of my favorite locations because of their hours, but don’t waste your time ordering from there. The last month I don’t know if it’s a Management issue but they’re always out of 2 to 3 items four hours before closing. So if they send you your order, make sure It’s accurate they won’t refund you from the missing items. Please feel free to reach out to me, Owner or Manager. I’d like my money back.
By far the sorriest place I've been in! Between the Fire alarm system going off and workers ignoring it and the lack of care for the place period. Dirty beyond belief and no one in a rush to clean or care for the place. And them being out of everything and in no rush to try and fulfill any orders that the customers actually wanted. I'll never come here again!
Avoid this disaster. Attitude, filth and diarrhea is all you will get. Went at 7:40pm on 3/7/24 and as a pilot who dines out for more than 500 meals per year I can say this was one of the worst experiences. First off after my burrito bowl was three quarters made and I asked for cheese as a topping they were out. I questioned if it was just while they were getting more or for the rest of the night and was told for the rest of the night. Ok, disappointed but I'll do without. Paid at the register and as I was getting my change I noticed another prep station with a burrito with cheese on it. I asked about the cheese and asked if I could get a small cup and the young gentleman flat out said no. I asked why and was told that this station is for online orders only. I asked again why not and he said because people already paid for these orders. I said that I paid also and was told this..."Yes but you had the option of not ordering when you knew there was no cheese. We have a limited supply. It's as simple as that sir." I replied that I wasn't informed prior to my order and I guess I could have just not paid for the bowl that was just about finished being made and thanked him for his attitude. After some more lip service I told him don't worry about it that maybe I'll just take it up with the manager. Now that's not why it's a 1 Star and Avoid rating, that's just part of it. The second part is that this was the dirtiest, worst run establishment I've ever been in. Absolutely filthy. Every single table a disgusting mess. Trash overflowing from the receptacles. Food, grime, and trash all over the floors. I took a video I will try to post. 20 minutes later I was in the bathroom for an hour. I won't talk to the manager about the young, thin, tall, black male that gave me attitude because I believe any organization that is run like this and looks like this needs to fire its management. The owner of this place should be embarrassed. The health department will be getting a call from me. Probably needs to be shut down. My description of the gentleman is only because I don't know his name and that perhaps the owner can identify him and perhaps issue some customer service training.
I don't know if its me but it seems like the quality of food and costumer service just keeps getting worse and worse. I attempted to order a quesadilla on the app and for the past few months it has not been working. I go to the store and tell them that I was unable to order from the app due to tech difficulties of the application. I was told that they cant help me. They then tell me they could offer me a kids quesadilla instead. Im not sure what sense it made to make a kids quesadilla, rather than a regular one because either way they made a quesadilla. I get my order and it is MESSY. ON TOP OF THAT THE SOUR CREAM TASTED OLD. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE CAUSE WHAT TYPE OF CRAP IS THIS?
First time ordering from here and i don’t get how they can mess up an order with instructions clearly written on the lid lmao. Got my delivery lid wasn’t even placed on tight it was loose in the bag 22 bucks for this? best believe i got my money back White plains location will forever receive my money
If I could give zero stars I would. My order is always wrong even when the app is pretty clear. I always get charged for the extras I order and I never get them in my bowls. What gives? Pay for double protein, got none. Zilch. Selected guacamole and paid more. None. I literally got a bowl of rice and salsa. Unfortunately I got home by the time I noticed. Worst. The pic is the double chicken bowl with guacamole but had no chicken or guacamole. Maybe just go in and order at the counter.
