Staff has been amazing. This is the first time I've been here and everyone had been so nice and helpful. Elizabeth took our order and she was all smiles and took my modifications with no problem. We got our food faster than normal, everything was correct and hot. When asked if we wanted ketchup he made sure we had gotten everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Even after we had gotten our food, 2 more people checked in with us to see if we were happy with our food. I've never felt so taken care of by a fast food chain.
This location is amazing! I almost gave up completely on Whataburger because every location I went to had the worst service. Not this location! They were so fast, friendly and the food was perfect! This was my husband and I’s 2nd time here and we will always drive to this location. We drive an extra 15 minutes to this Whataburger and it’s so worth it!
The 2 young ladies, who work overnight, are the absolute best. They could have attitudes because they are the night crew, but it is the polar opposite. If you happen to visit when they are working, please be respectful, if not, I WILL POP UP LIKE LAZARUS...AND SHUT IT DOWN. 😘

I think the manager took my very large order. Whatever the case, he was very nice and made sure to put the meals each in their own separate bag, then put everything in a nice tote bag. Give those people a raise.

I give this five stars due to a caring and thoughtful employee Bria. I went by drive thru and forgot my wallet having to put order on hold and drive back to my house 5 blocks away to return and go inside. They made it fresh and hot but the best part was the service Bria gave me she was attentive and proficient in handling my order and all with a smile and a laugh. She made the difference in my day! Thanks Bria!
Good restaurant overall can't complain with how busy they were. Tables and floors were clean, the bathrooms were kept up, and the wait staff was nice. I ordered the new spicey chicken sandwhich and it was really delicious, will be back for more.
I try to avoid Whataburger at all costs as I don’t see the appeal but I stopped at the Duncanville location when I was needing a quick breakfast. Service was super slow but the staff is friendly and courteous. My takeaway breakfast took forever but it was worth the wait. I’m a convert to this Texas establishment. The chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich is better than another competitor’s, which I will not name. The coffee is smooth and the potatoes were crisp and not at all greasy.
One of the better Whataburger’s in south Dallas area. Personally I think most fast food restaurants have gone downhill in terms of service, however the last two times we have been to this location the manager and staff we interacted with were very friendly. The first time we came here the manager even came out to talk to those dining in which I never see anymore.

They young adults had fun positive attitudes but our order was incomplete. When my sister went in to correct the order there where other customers in line to have their orders corrected. It was okay because it was a very busy evening. Other than that it's one of our favorite locations for Whataburger. So yep we will be going back 😀
I love this Whataburger it’s across from my job. Everyone is friendly and they are all so helpful. The food is always good and hot and it never takes long.

Ok so yes whataburger is my favorite fast food burger. Double with bacon and cheese.9ve the fries. But the mushroom burger is really good. Oh and what about that pattymelt. And of course let's not forget breakfast. Bacon and cheese Taquittos. Oh my. Did I tell you this location has some of the nicest people.

I wanna shout out to the staff, today was the first time I have actually had over the top customer service in a Whataburger location. I had a pretty big order and the employees went above and beyond and helping me, including taking my list and writing each individual person‘s name on the bags Which they did not have to do everybody was respectful and just so nice.

That’s my to go to stop as my sons favorite fast food chain is Whataburger. Good service...I prefer going inside and ordering. Clean and friendly service. Whataburger is AWESOME! I made my an order yesterday of 20 Whataburger and 20 fries for my sons birthday.We went to pick it up and they provided wonderful customer service. They made wonderful accommodations and put all the veggies in a boxes individually. Loved all the personal detail. Whataburger even gave my son a Whataburger gift bag.

Came in at 0600 AM with like 10 mobile orders for take out. I already felt bad because I knew it was a lot but fish gotta swim, birds gotta eat. However, the manager on shift at the time handled it like a champ. In the midst of all the additional guest he had to take care of, he remained so polite, calm and kind and not once did he make me and my 10 mobile orders feel like a burden. He helped me with everything! Making the drinks and even taking all of my food to the car. Him and his crew made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I walked in nervous I would be treated bad and walked out feeling so thankful for the sheer kindness of a wonderful man. I thank him so much!!!
I never WASTE my time reviewing fast food joints but I like the manager attitude here. I hope he keeps up the good attitude and humor. 5 minutes till 11am and I still wanted breakfast. He was cool enough to allow breakfast to be ordered and the breakfast was good. I don't have enough pictures of this visit but again, I don't waste my time with fast joints. This place is very clean and I saw one guy going around keeping up with the place inside and out. This was my first time eating at this whataburger location and so far so good. We started going to this Whataburger fairly frequently as its service is a bit better than the Whataburger that we used to frequent. Manager on duty is great and very responsive! Service inside is better than the drive-thru in our opinion. Food / drinks are excellent! Our only issue has been a mix up on our order... but there's no perfect restaurant! BTW... beware when exiting their parking lot on the US 67 service road... cars are exiting the freeway right there.
Texans Brad about Whataburger Day and night, praising it’s taste and the overall aesthetic. But I’m not the biggest fan, don’t get me wrong the food is decent but I don’t see the big deal about the restaurant. When I went I ate the patty melt meal, it was a bit too cheesy for me but edible nonetheless. If you’d like a meal you can rely on being tasteful and rapid, while also keeping their quality standards. This is the place for you.
My go-to spot for whataburger. Hardly ever dine in anymore, location is usually clean the times I go. On more recent visits, my pickup order is always ready around the estimated time it says. Compared to previous visits, the service and times have been wonderful and speedy.
Food is always on point. This is my favorite location. I make my husband get me a BoB every morning. They season the burgers real good! My daughter drives from Arlington to go here when she wants Burger.
2023: Good food and MUCH better service lately. I quit going for a while because it simply wasn't worth it, but they've really stepped up their game! 2021: Frustratingly slow drive-through, and that particularly sucks when they refuse to open the cafe to the public. When it doesn't take 30 minutes to get through the drive through the food is good.
I gave simple and exact order SCHTAQ, BCHTAQ, LG. 50/50 Iced tea, and 2 picante sauce. I was almost the incorrect order twice and I was getting ketchup instead of picante sauce. Not looking at the condiments, I opened it and squeezed out a whole package of ketchup onto my BCHTAQ. It's discouraging when you speak slowly and distinctly with no interruptions and your order is still not correct
I placed a curbside pickup order today around 12 noon which I know is a busy time and after waiting 10+ minutes after arrival I went inside. This location was very busy and the manager was working the register, serving food and helping others. I believe they were short handed during a busy lunch hour however the manager was holding everything down. She made sure my food was hot and fresh which it was. Great job Manager! 👍

The food was cold by the time I left the counter and sat down at a table inside the place to eat. The cashier was wonderful and cheerful. The food was gross but I was hungry and I drove a few miles down the highway to them because the 1st one I stopped at got my easy order completely wrong and over charged me. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU EVER LEAVE, DRIVE AWAY FROM THESE PLACES!!!!

My advice: don’t use the curbside feature during “busy times”. I waited 35 mins for two milkshakes and two apple pies. The staff was very busy so I’m not mad about it. They also seemed to be a bit understaffed so I totally understand. They were all very nice and apologetic when I went inside to get my order.
Waited 5 min for someone to take my order at the front. Many workers moving around doing odd jobs, but no one manning the front counter for orders inside.
This location is normally problem free. No issues whatsoever. The employees are always nice, very friendly. The older lady who I believe is a manager is awesome as well, EVERY time we go here. But today's experience, 07/06/2025 at 1:02pm was to me, unprofessional. I paid for my order, the lady at the window who took my payment was nice but the guy next to her, seemed like he didn't care or want to be at work. It's like he was afraid to come from behind the window. He handed me my drinks first which looked like a small trash bag. Then when handling the food part, half my order was smushed in the bag. How was this acceptable? When he buys something, I'm sure he'd be more than upset if it was handed to him like it was just a bag of trash. I didn't catch his name, I didn't want to make an issue about this and hold others up in line. But I just wanted this to be known. The guy had glasses, a hat. Not that it narrows it down but the time it happened was 12:59 on my receipt. Order number 510059 Cashier Bryan T. Not sure if this was the guy I am describing but he was at the window the entire time I waited for my order. I will continue to go to this location, we have always gone here, but if that individual is there, he won't be taking my order, I will wait for the next employee to help me.
Order a hamburger, combo #4, wings & onion rings. What a waste of $$$ the worst $30 dollars thrown away. No taste on the food & the Onion Rings were old as if the oil they were fried was already very burnt. They left a very bad taste in my mouth. Garbage.
Whe she asked if the drink was all I said no I need a number 24 and the drink. She replied very sarcastic I got that. Then when I got to the windows I gave her 20 and 3 quarters. She said it was $8.65. She me $12.00 in change and closed the window. When she came back I asked how much was my order and she replied it's on your receipt so I told her and she laughed at me. If the dime is not that important then why don't we just round it down in my favor? I will not go back to that location again. Even when the manager came and unlocked the register to give me the dime the girl was still sarcastic about it. She should not be at the window dealing with people.
I will start off with the positive. The food was fresh. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I put in an online order for pick up in the store and the doors were locked and I had to go to the drive thru line. Over 20min after they said my food would be ready I finally got it at the window. I was exhausted which is why I wanted to go in and get it. If I knew the doors were going to be locked I wouldn't have ordered there. Just don't have that as an option if you're going to lock your doors.

Came here yesterday and it was terrible service. they only had one guy giving out the orders and taking orders even though it was busy. man first there is always a line, and its not like its a line that moves fast. its a long line due to a lack of efficiency. ive been there with 1-2 cars in front of me, and then theres a massive line because its slow. second, they have messed up my order multiple times in april alone. its ridiculous. and instead of remaking the order, they just scrap off the items off. ive called corp twice and still cant get a response back from the location. this is management or training issue. not visiting this location again.

Lately service has been awful, slow and food is bad. Also apparently they no longer make sweet tea.... Last few times I have gone I have ordered sweet tea, received unsweetened then when I request them to correct it get told they don't have it so I can request another drink or they will bring me sugar. So you have tea and sugar.. but no sweet tea. Seems like no one is wanting to make it

If I could rate this location a negative star I would. Ordered through the drive thru. There was one vehicle in front of us. That person got their food and drove away. We sat at the window 20 minutes waiting on our order which was completely WRONG! Asked for it to be fixed only to receive the replacement wrong. Burgers had extra sauce when I asked for it plain taco had no veggies and wrong cheese fries were extra cold and greasy. BOB was half cooked and hash browns were last night old. The lady at the window rushed the wrong food out and closed the window quickly as if paying customers were a bother. Won't ever patronize here again.

This was the only location that charge for extra dressing for a salad. Jill the manager was not helpful nor customer service oriented. Food was nasty and should have been fresh. The employees look nasty and not clean. They probably don’t wash their hands. Never eat there!
I ordered my food online checked in curbside waited twenty mins on the spot assigned. After no one showed up went through drive through they said to park again someone will bring the food shortly. Food was cold, tasted off, missing both fries from the combos and drinks were watered down. I will never come to this place again. I work hard to buy me a decent burger but obviously this place does not care. I called to complain but they didn’t even answer.
They do not wear gloves or hair nets and the cashier was extremely unsanitary touching my food after taking my money and walking back and forth dealing with other customers. The attitudes of several employees was rude. They got my order wrong not once or twice but 3 times and then when I corrected them they insisted I produce a receipt that was never given to me to begin with! I will be calling corporate with my complaints
Not too busy when I arrived, easy to place my order, and the cashier was friendly. After arriving home I sit down at the table, unwrap my burger. Buns, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, but no hamburger patty. The main ingredient is missing, honest mistake or someone is playing with my food, you decide. Now I needto travel back to the location so they can rectify their mistake. Order was remade I also requested a refund.
I just left there around 1 o clock in the afternoon, when I was getting my order taken, I order the number two with “Mayo, Onions and lettuce only, no pickles and no tomatoes” i told the gentlemen that, I forgot his name, but when I pulled up to the window, the lady gave me my order, in a positive manner. And when I got home, I took a bite of my burger, I happen to taste “Mustard” in my burger and I told the gentleman clearly to put Mayo in my burger, I was very unsatisfied, I shouldn’t have to take mustard off my burger and put my own mayo on it, and I could still tasty mustard on my food and everytime I come here there is no good costumer service, especially in the night crew all they do is play around and laugh
So this my 2,ND time today going to this location, talked to a Samuel he wasn't there when I went back @1215am, I called back @ 324 pm because they only gave me 1of my burgers, my bacon cheeseburger was not in there and this time they didn't even put a meat Patty on the burger gave me cold cheese pickle onion tomato and bacon with mustard and I especially told the girl in the front at the register I wanted mayonnaise and I said please don't spit in my burger and she came and gave me a bag with a burger in there with no burger no meat, wow, this place is horrible
This place is ridiculously slow. I have worked in many fast food places (including a Whataburger), and even when we were slammed out the doors with people we were never this slow. I arrived at 10:28 in the morning (on a Sunday- they weren't busy), ordered, and wasn't leaving until 10:51. It took over 20 minutes to get my food. Fast food is supposed to be fast, not take the same amount of time as making my own breakfast in the morning. I could have saved money and been on time to my appointment by NOT coming here. But despite leaving early so I could get food out, I ended up late anyway.
There is a female manager that works there. That takes her frustration out on the customers. She put black stuff all on my fries ( not pepper) and did something to my burger. As one of the employees in the back responded to her. “ thats on him” trying to convince the manager not to do it. But she wasn’t having it she looked me dead in my eyes while she was in the back.

I came to get two sausage biscuits regular and I ended up get the jalapeños biscuits, so I back to get my food fixed. One lady(light skin) was nice and apologized. On the hand the man that brought my food to the window got mad because they only give me one when I had. I asked the lady at the window for their names and she didn’t want to give them to me.
3/26/25: Nothing has changed. Got my extra gravy, BUT they left out the fries of my chicken meal. Non-caring, low paid people that the manager should make sure they know their job every day! 10/9/24: Well, this is the 2d time in 2 weeks that our order was not complete. Last week, left off a brownie. Today, no extra gravy . Of course, both times we were chsrged for them. The person responsible for checking orders, needs to do their job! CHECK the order on the screen and what they're actually putting in the sacks. We quit going to Whataburger on Camp Wisdom for this very reason. "Stupid is as stupid does." Guess we'll have to go to Cedar Hill or Desoto in the future. What a crock! 1/6/24: Drive thru-- Asked for "lots of SPICY ketchup." Got zero (0) spicy and 3 regular ketchup. Person apparently doesnt LISTEN to their customers. Oh well, nothing new. 12/23: Geeze, I can't stand stupid! We ordered a #4 (jalapeno burger), well done, no pickles or tomatoes and a #1. Everything was right EXCEPT one burger! Somehow our #4 turned into a #5 bacon cheeseburger. Damn good thing I'm not allergic to pork, and had gone into shock...I'd own that Whataburger.
Ordering through the app for curbside side service is horrible. Arrived at the estimated time and checked in. 10 minutes go by and no food. Finally talk to someone and they say they are working on the order. Figure ordering ahead of time the food would have been ready but no. From the time I ordered and then got my food was about 45 minutes. Could have just went through the drive thru would have been faster.
I've always loved Whataburger since the 60's! Now a group from Chicago has purchased it and it's just not the same! The Whataburger in Terrell, Texas I'm speaking of. Always new people there! When I want to scan my Whataburger app it seems the equipment isn't working. When I redeemed some of my points and ordered a Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit I got some kind of breakfast sandwich on a burger bun! The Whataburger in Royse City, Texas is much better and has better staff. So, I quit going to the Whataburger in Terrell. Whataburger shouldn't have sold out to a Chicago group because it will never be the same again!
Used to be great when we moved to the area but the service and food have since gone downhill. They're taking shortcuts on the food and every single item they gave me was cold and had to be remade. Upon returning the biscuit meal I was advised that they were out of eggs. That should have been disclosed upon ordering and I wouldn't have gotten breakfast items. Will definitely not be returning to this location again as this has now happened multiple times.

This place seems to be consistently slow. Today I ordered 2 iced coffees on the app, waited at curbside for 15 min before going inside to find they still weren't made. There was plenty of staff and hardly any customers. Just doesn't seem there's any urgency. Once I got the coffee another 15 min later, they were not good and the app does not have an easy way to deal with refunds. I wouldn't suggest wasting time for a "quick" coffee at whataburger!
SLOWEST WHATABURGER EVER! It always a consistent wait time in drive thru even during late nights. I place an online order 30 mins prior to arriving, order was not done had to wait additional 20 minutes not including drive thru time
I waited 15 minutes for my food which isn’t bad but the upsetting this was that this cashier look straight at my eyes saying yes when I asked her if the strews were in the bag. There were in fact not in the bag. I can’t ever trust this location ever again.
Absolutely unacceptable . I don’t know how a restaurant can serve RAW chicken and think that’s okay. That’s not just bad service that’s dangerous and shows zero regard for customers’ health. It’s honestly disgusting. The fact that this even made it out of the kitchen tells me nobody here cares about safety, quality, or basic common sense. If this is what they’re comfortable serving, I don’t even want to imagine what else is going on back there. Honestly, I didn’t realize I signed up for a salmonella sampler, but apparently that’s their specialty. I genuinely thought maybe they were trying to introduce a new “farm-to-table-but-skip-the-cooking” concept. Bold choice. Save yourself the risk and go somewhere that actually knows how to prepare food safely. This place clearly doesn’t.
The always make mistakes with my orders and asked me to call customer service to fix their problem, if you can’t read online orders properly then do not accept them. I had to come back every time I order here for the last 3 times. I’ve need to multiple locations they don’t have this issue.
Hands down the worst location you can think of. Ordered an online order around 11:05, I get there, there’s a few cars but not a ton so I think cool, not too bad right? WRONG. Told the guy at the speaker im here for an order, he said stay in line. I proceeded to wait in line for 45 mins. After calling a few times and getting nothing, they finally answer and say just pull around and come inside it’s ready. Had I known I can go inside I would have. Nobody was in the lobby when I pulled up either. Only gave me an option for drive thru when ordering, awful customer service, person who answered the phone was high, just absolutely trash.
Took more than 45min to get my mobile order I had place ahead of time. Some many employees on the back all over the place and they can’t even serve you quick! Don’t bother coming here unless you want to wait so long to get your food.
Ordered for three people online and waited 30 minutes at curbside just to be told they never received the order. Went inside and one cook in the back stated she saw my name and that the order had come through but then it was cancelled. Showed my receipt and my ApplePay that it was definitely paid for and they couldn’t have cared less. They said they couldn’t cancel the order on their end and that it was my fault it was cancelled. I definitely did not cancel the order. Called corporate and they said they would refund in 2-3 days. I also asked corporate if the store has the ability to cancel an order and she stated they could because they sometimes run out of items, etc. Reading through other reviews for this store shows that this has happened before. It seems if you order something online and you make substitutions (remove onions, add onion straws, no tomatoes, small bun) they will cancel your order but there is nothing that will alert you to that until you’re at the store asking for your food. The poor girl running the food out didn’t know what to do and the manager was too busy running the register to stop for a second to show that she even cared or wanted to solve the problem.
Excessively long line while I was trying to get food for an order that was already placed and should be ready to picked up you would think. Although the dining room doors say open 24 hours they were locked. While I watched one employee sit in the dining area, possibly on break as law mandates, I asked the female employee working the drive thru jf if I could just get my meal that was already prearranged and ready to go. She flat out said “no” in the flat tone you might imagine and whirled her index finger advising me to go around. It was definitely apparent the employees didn’t care about the number of cars, the length of time it took or making sure their customers received good customer service. The line is moving terribly slow and since I’ve already paid, I’m stuck. While being told no and motioned around with an index finger did leave a little twinge, I’m more so disappointed and dissatisfied with the WAY I was treated and told no. There’s a way to do everything and maybe this employee needs training. I don’t know. But when you have customers sitting in a drive through 45 minutes to an hour+, you’d think the employees would hustle a little more to get the line down. My husband has repeatedly told me that Whataburger’s food is too high for the length of time it takes sitting in the drive through and the bad customer service you receive, it’s not worth it.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I placed an online order with Whataburger and walked to the location to pick it up, only to be told they had no record of my order. I showed them my receipt and order number, but they claimed nothing ever came through on their end. Then one of the workers said the order “never came through,” only to immediately contradict themselves by saying it was canceled. How does that make any sense? If there was no order, how can it be canceled? They then tried to shift the blame onto me, saying maybe I ordered at the wrong location—even though the exact address of their store is clearly printed on the receipt. No apology. No effort to fix the situation. Just told me there was “nothing they could do” and to “call customer service.” So I did call customer service—just for them to be equally unhelpful. No resolution, no offer to make it right, just told to wait a few days and the money would “probably” go back into my account. Meanwhile, the employees were too busy standing around laughing and playing instead of actually trying to resolve a paying customer’s issue. Absolutely unacceptable customer service from both the store and corporate level. Never again.
