I have never had a bad cup of coffee here. The drive through can be a bit busy/slow but a great cup of coffee trumps all.

I'm American and definitely run on Dunkin' but I'm thinking of running from this Dunkin' because they are rude and ghetto, and Slightly racist, but the coffee is great!!

I always love Dunkin'Donuts because it's a local place to be at and great atmosphere too. Especially their drink's an food are amazing to have but to look at them too.

I love their new mango pineapple refresher!! So addicting! I use the app so I am always getting free drinks!!

Duncan is duncan but i favor this duncan clean friendly fast accurate service great staff. Lots of short beautiful people 😇to.

I’ve been going to this location a couple times a week for a while now. No matter how long the line is, they are super fast. The older woman with white hair who works the drive thru line is amazing. She’s fast and double checks every order before handing it over and ends every interaction with “have fun!!”

The coffee is good here! I don't usually like the coffee at Dunkin because it tastes a little burnt, but not here. They must keep the brewers clean because the coffee here tastes much better and more fresh than other Dunkin stores. It's noticeable!

this is my all time FAVORITE dunkin! every morning i go i am greeted with smiles and friendly faces ! they ALWAYS get my coffee right and the staff always puts me in a better mood even if i’m in a good one already!! Out of all the Dunkin’s in the area this one always has the best service, and options available in my opinion. Even if there was a mistake they rectify issues without being rude which is always appreciated.

Placed order inside drinks came out quickly and correct. We also got a dozen doughnuts all were fresh. Staff was kind with the big decisions for the mixed doughnuts.

Angelica and staff were so nice! I was having a rough day and they had forgotten to put the order of munchkins in my to go bag. After dropping the coffee and donuts off at my sibs group home they told me the munchkins were missing and it was the 2nd time this had happened. When I went back and explained, they were so compassionate and gave me the 2 missed boxes! Thank you for your kindness and I appreciate all you guys do!!

Great service! The drive thru had a crazy long line. I went in to order, before I was done paying my order was ready. Super fast! And the first Dunkin to actually toast my English muffin liked i asked! Thank you!

Very, very nice whenever me and my sister come here the staff are always nice especially with their energy but a ——>public service announcement bring back the milkshakes and smoothies. The chocolate shake ones are the best.!! They bring back nostalgia to 2011 2012 That orange colada was good too. Please bring back some of the orange colatta’s.!

Of all the dunkin' donuts near me this is definitely my favorite one. No matter if they are low staffed or so busy, all of the staff that work there especially even when there's only two of them they are always friendly they're always nice and I've never had issues with any of my orders. I would definitely choose to go to this one, then all of the other ones. I personally think they do a wonderful job. They tend to make my day better every time I go there. So thank you guys and girls!

Doughnuts are $1.79 each now. The crew is light, as in not enough employees. Very friendly employees and great service. The Drive thru will take longer depending on the volume of business at any moment. The place is clean. Wasn't very busy on the last visit there. And one item that I did observe the new employee was literally training herself. Not any help from the other staff. I feel that personally, every employee who starts should be fully trained before being allowed to wait on customers. Nevertheless, the new employee made my coffee on her own and it was delicious 😋. And the new employee had a most pleasant smile and excellent personality. That's why I'll go back. Oh, prices are very high, so bring extra cash, tip the employees who wait on you. But never flip out on them. Solid and great place, 5 stars all the way.

Ordered a warm, nicely toasted Grilled Cheese Sourdough sandwich for a rainy evening out on the road. The bread was toasted in the right places… crispy on the edges and warm, soft and tender on the inside. I couldn’t wait to bite into it … but I had to get you these pics first. Makes for a perfect in-between meal snack especially for those of us like myself who don’t eat meat. Enjoy 😉

It's a Dunkin. They've got the usually coffee and doughnuts. But if you want a really good doughnut, try out The Fractured Prune next door. Great custom doughnuts.

Clean facility. A little slow on the service as only one person was on the counter. However they did get our order done quickly.

The fare was fine, but tables could have been cleaned. Bathrooms needed attention as well. Friendly staff.

Easily spotted off the road with a drive thru available, however it can block some parking spaces when there is a long line. The service was relatively quick and they have some ice cream options at this particular location.

This location is linked to a Subway and has a very tight parking and drive thru area. The food and beverages are good and what you'd expect. This can be super busy at morning time so be patient.

Dunkin donuts is a early breakfast pickup when you're on the go. Dunkin is also serve lunch sandwiches. There coffees are great including the ice coffees and other different beverages they have on the menu Dunkin donuts is highly recommended.

Till they know me and know what I like and how I like my ☕☕☕, they bring someone new to work. So all over again. But after so many years and countless mornings started here, it is OK for the locals.

Having the donuts in the front in a case like a real bakery is actually kind of unnerving. Still, good service here and they've got the donuts.

Ive been going to this location for yrs. And other locations, eveyone that I go to i ALWAYS get 1 yes 1 donut hole for my dog, they have nvr charged me, when i went through the DT the other day, the older woman, whom does an amazing job, gave me a donut hole for my dog, the manager( I assume) yells at her in front of me and says, STOP GIVING AWAY FREE STUFF! I felt horrible for her and asured her she was great! He however, should ashamed of yourself. I was a manager for fast food for 6 yrs, and NVR EVER would talk to my crew in that manner let alone in front of customer. And when did a donut hole break the bank? I would have more then happy to pay for. He needs to chill out. Calling corporate. To the woman: KEEP SMILING! YOUR DOING GREAT!

Friendly crew, fast, efficient. Sadly they only had one jelly donut without powdered sugar and no regular blueberry muffins at 10:30 in the morning. Otherwise nice place and clean.

Overall, a great location with a convenient drive thru. However, if you go in the morning there is often quite a long wait time, especially in the drive thru line. In addition to this, they have incorrectly made my order several times, however in my experience all Dunkin' Donuts do this occasionally, and this one has more consistent results than most.

My "experience" was good; disappointed with my breakfast croissant. They had remodels this particular Dunkin' and it has a nice fresh airy look to it. Not so many donuts either.

Normally I'd put 5 stars buy I ordered a large hot chocolate with whipped cream, paid 4$(the price isn't what I'm mad about) for it not be filled or with whipped cream! Other than that I love coming to dunkin for my hot chocolate or my plain bagel with cream cheese and hash browns!!

Not all Dunkin' Donuts ate the same! I love the hot Chai. I like it do much that I will go to any of the many Dunkin' Donuts. Sometimes the staff will listen to you to give you Chai to near the rim. They changed the size of the large cup. What was a regular size cup is now large, and guess who isn't happy. I remember the good old days of thr many varieties of donuts. How the heck does lemon donuts get cut from the donut list. Now, I limit my visits to Dunkin' Donuts. It's ok in a pinch. The best service is located at 649 North Salina Street.

This Dunkin Donuts is always super busy with a very long line for the drive-thru. They have a very small parking lot so maneuvering in and out is difficult. It is located on a drive to many popular shopping locations. So in addition to the long drive thru line often reaches to the road for shopping areas. The staff is very friendly, helpful, polite and always offering a smile. Orders are mostly correct and with fast service.

The only complaint I have is, at this Dunkin’, they are very good at burning bagels/croissants. Other than that, everything else is pretty good. I don’t order coffee but on occasion I will have the refreshers and some donuts.

So not only this time was burnt AGAIN but they clearly missed BACON, I would say good job for service and speed but clearly that’s only because staff is cutting corners! Waited in the drive thru forever so decided to go inside and the wait was DOUBLE in there. I waited for literally 6 minutes for 3 people in front of me to be waited on. And they didn't have complicated orders. One ordered a gift card, the next 2 iced coffees, and the third got a frozen coffee. 6 minutes doesn't sound like much.....until you're waiting in line that long!

The employees that close are extremely rude and dont listen to your order at all. Tonight the lady didnt even ask if i wanted my receipt and when i didnt pull away she said "what do you want?" She then threw my receipt at me when i told her. All i ordered was a coffee there was no reason for her attitude. They didnt even give me the coffee i asked for what i received was vile and it made me sick. Avoid this location if possible they also like to pretend they close early so if you show up even two hours before they close they treat you like you are ruining their night.

Probably the worst Dunkin to order from. If you order avocado toast with bacon it’ll come burnt and with no bacon almost 90% of the time. Coffee is wrong most of the time as well with flavors you never even asked for. Staff is friendly but it just seems they try to cut corners for whatever reason.

Extremely slow drive through with no one being served inside. Can't tell you how long I waited, but I know that the car ahead of me waited over 3 minutes to have their order taken. When I got to the speaker they made me wait too. At 3 minutes I said "hello" and the girl said "we'll be right with you", and I told her I have a mobile order and she told me to drive up. I had placed my mobile order when I got in line, but I had been waiting so long that my whipped cream was all melted. I will never go back.

Great coffee on the go in a pinch but the management at this establishment treat their employees awful. Granted on one visit I had to go back 3 times to get a coffee w no sugar that they kept messing up.

My girlfriend and I were trying to figure out what we wanted I said one moment please. The person kept asking what we wanted everytime I said one moment please. Really inconvenient that I sat at the Drive thru at 6:27 AM with noone else in line and had noone ask for my order. I thought maybe they weren't open but the web says they open at 4AM. No message or note saying they were not open...Really disappointed

This dunkin has made me realize I'd rather pay much more for Starbucks than their delicious dunkin roasts. Why? I'd rather go pay $4 more at Starbucks and be greeted by polite kind workers.

Ordered breakfast on the go got to Dunkin' Donuts and not only did we get there to pick it up and they forgot to make my order...I get there and ask for it and hear them in the back saying "I thought you were going to make it". So now not am I only late for work while I waited for them to make it, I get in the car to eat it and they burnt it and made it wrong and the lady at the desk was no help! Don't go to this donkin donuts it's awful! Horrible experience!

Went through drive thru and never saw the place to order. Got to window and asked if I could get just a coffee. She said "no you have to drive back around " Honestly? I will just go elsewhere!

Someone may want to refocus the staff a bit. Seems like they focus more on conversation than the drive thru. Line was at a standstill, and I couldn’t hear the girl talk over the gabbing going on behind her. She also did not speak to me when I pulled up to the window. Oh, and I got someone else’s order. Must be one of those jobs that would be great if it weren’t for all the customers.

I went today through the drive and from the point of pulling up to the window and through the whole transaction not one single word was spoken to me as the customer. Full conversation with other employees about how busy they may be tonight but not so much as the amount was spoken to me. It is unprofessional and extremely rude. Coffee was fine but customer service is your job. Refresher course on customer service may be needed because if that was my store not sure that would fly.

Karen definitely lives up to her name. From the second I started talking to her she was nothing but miserable and inpatient. It’s very unpleasant to talk to her and I’m very surprised to see her in a position where she needs to talk to customers, if there was one person in this world that shouldn’t be talking to customers it’s Karen. All I got was a frozen coffee and a half dozen donuts.

I can't get a coffee in less than 15 minutes ever! I don't get it, it's coffee. Their process is either awful or there on not enough employees in the morning but either way they need to get it together. The people are very nice but most days I have to skip my beloved DD in the am because the wait is just unreal! Drive through or go inside, it doesn't matter. It's all bad.

This place is TERRIBLE with delivery time. I had to wait a MONTH for my furniture just to come in the damn store. Then had to wait for it to be shipped out. I will NEVER purchase from them again. You're better off ordering it directly from the companies that they get their furniture from. NEVER AGAIN.

The service at the dunkin is the worst I have been experienced. The cashier was incredibly rude and condescending. She screamed at me about the size of my coffee then processed to make the wrong drinks. She then ended with handing me my coffee and horrible food and saying " have fun" she has no customer service and I'm very upset by everyone that works at this location.

The old lady at the drive thru is clueless and rude. I just casually asked for something about the app and she replied with “How should I know”. You should not have an angry old lady interacting with your customers at the forefront. I used to work for the company and our manager would never tolerate something like this.

I never go to local DD. The service at DD is so poor that I may visit them 3 times a year. They are under staffed and filthy. If I do, I am always disappointed. Waited in line for 10+ minutes. This location could not fulfill my overly difficult drink order. I ordered a hot Chai. DD never fails to disappoint. Incredibly consistent in not getting the job done.

Stopped at Drive thru ordered the $6 meal deal-my ice coffee had little ice; the hash browns were not in the bag; and the egg n cheese bagel was partially cold. I didn’t realize it until I drove away, they overcharged me.. It was supposed to be $6.38 total and I was charged over &8.50. Very disappointing.

I visited the Dunkin Donuts (#331771) located at 4 Chevy Drive in East Syracuse, NY on 11/18/2024. I have frequented this location often in the past as it is close to my office. The service and accuracy of the food has always been a 50/50 shot that you would wind up satisfied following your visit. On 11/18/2024, I went through the drive thru and ordered my iced latte with oak milk, a drink that I frequently order. I paid at the window and was handed a beverage that did not visually appear to be what I typically receive. I questioned the drink and was told that this location was out of oak milk so they substituted almond milk (without asking me). I declined the substitution and requested a refund. I was told that the manager was not available to give a refund. An employee wrote on the back of my receipt for me to come back the following day to receive the same beverage. I called the next morning to speak with the manager to request a refund but no one answered the phone. I called again in the afternoon and no one answered. I called a few days later and a few days after that, and I called today and no one answered the phone. I called several extensions at the Wolak Group and no one answered as well. Be aware...
