I have always enjoyed Chick Fil-A' delicious food and excellent service, and this location has never disappointed me. I've been numerous times, and have had their food delivered, and it is always on point. This Chick-fil-A is located on the SE corner of I-69C and Trenton in Edinburg. The majority of the parking is mostly on the east side of the building. The grounds are nicely landscaped, and the building well maintained. There is both indoor and outdoor patio dining. The menu is the same as other Chick Fil-A stores, the best chicken sandwiches (regular or spicy), chicken clubs, wraps, salads, strips, nuggets, soup, etc. The chicken is served either fried or grilled. Entrees can be accompanied by their famous waffle fries, fruit cup, mac-n-cheese, Greek yogurt parfait, kale crunch side or salad. They also have a breakfast menu in which there are pork sausage options (biscuits, burritos, or English muffins). I've never tried their breakfast. Drinks are either soft drinks, fresh lemonade, fresh brewed iced tea, shakes, ... or I love their frosted lemonade! The service is always impeccable, polite, with their standard, "it was my pleasure," when you thank them. The decor is cheerful and highlights the chain's history. The dining room includes regular tables, high tables, a counter, and half-booths. They offer free WiFi. Bathrooms have always been clean. As I mentioned, I have been to this Chick-fil-A many times, and have always been pleased. I highly recommend!
SORRY! I accidentally left a one star review here for a bad experience, but it was at a completely different location. Sorry to whoever the manager is here. Let corporate know you’re doing great probably.
I like the atmosphere at any Chic fila. But here it was hot inside. Also poor service when asking for refills. I was waiting standing there and even made eye contact. But no one came over to help. I hope they can improve. This is meant to help not bash or harass. They can do better. I am updating this review. I recently went back. The service was awesome. Christian was on point and Melinda was great at the register. Food came out quickly and it was cool inside. Also this was one of the hottest days of the year. Thank you for improving.
I ordered curbside and curbside pickup is supposed to be so I don't have to get out of my car and I ended up having to get out of my car anyways to get my sauces when I clearly added them on the app when I ordered…
I’m extremely upset and disappointed with my recent experience at this Chick-fil-A location. After placing my order through the drive thru, I realized once I got home that my child’s nuggets were completely missing from the bag. I immediately called the store to inform them of the mistake, expecting a reasonable solution. However, after speaking with the manager, Luis, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. He maintained that returning to the store was the only immediate option, demonstrating a clear disregard for the significant inconvenience and time I had already invested. Alternatively, I was told I could return within the next two weeks to pick it up, which did little to resolve the issue in a timely or thoughtful manner. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time I’ve had issues with incomplete orders at this location. It seems that order accuracy and customer service are recurring problems here, and unfortunately, they have yet to be addressed. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from an establishment that prides itself on customer satisfaction. A simple mistake is understandable, what’s not acceptable is the lack of accountability and empathy from the management. I hope Chick-fil-A corporate takes note and reminds this location of what true customer service should look like.
Food is good, but they take too long on curbside orders. A simple order of fries and a drink takes minimum of 20 minutes. I’m only writing this review because it has happens on several occasions. Ive tried calling from the curbside but I never get an answer.
I did not have a very good experience. I went through curbside pick up. They forgot an item. I let one of the people standing taking orders at the drive-through know if they can please send somebody out to me that they forgotten item. She told me that I had to go inside, I tried explaining to her that I was handicap and have mobility issues I even showed her my handicap placard. She basically told me it was not her problem, rolled her eyes and walked away. I tried calling the store was never able to get a hold of anybody It took me about 10 minutes to flag down somebody coming out and for her to help correct my order. Even though the young lady that was doing the curbside was very apologetic, for her coworker I still feel that that is very unacceptable The Chick-fil-A coworker actually made me feel ashamed for my limitations
The last 3 times I've went to this location I've had food missing from my order. Each time the receipt clearly showed the correct order but I was missing an item each time. Not sure if this is the new policy from the store manager to try and save a dollar by screwing over loyal customers but I'm done going to this location.
MY MILKSHAKE WAS SPOILED IT TASTED LIKE SPOILED MILK OMG. I got home and immediately got insanely sick. Never again
Thank you for not accepting my $100 bill, both at the drive-thru and inside… and I made two lines just to be told you didn’t have the ability to give change for a bill. That mindset of a manager willing to lose a customer over not accepting a bill. But thanks to that, we ended up at Rudy’s! I highly recommend it—excellent service and even better food!
Took 20min with my order and still got it wrong when I called about it. No apology or nothing just okay. And the app doesn't have an option for " I never got my order "
Ordered curbside, guy tossed somebody else’s order onto my lap because the bag was tearing and it tore open on me, he then reached into my car and grabbed it off my lap. My 5 sandwiches were burnt and when I called to make my complaint, Audy was SUPER RUDE and thought I was lying. Another manager told her to offer something than a remake for such a big screwup and she said, “NO! He’s just getting the reorder.” I then spoke to Diane Almazan, she offered to remake my order and then never answered when I asked how/when I could get it remade. STAY AWAY. They knowingly gave me tons of burnt food. Imagine what the quality of the food is when they’re preparing it and you think it was made well.
Third time this has happened. Sent my son to pick up curbside and waited 20 minutes this time. They gave our order to someone else most likely. I keep thinking they are going to improve on Time and they don’t and when I call and speak to a manager they take forever to figure out what happened so we wait even longer then say it will be right out as if they are doing us a favor after we have already paid and been waiting! They also put you on hold without asking you or telling you. Rude
Iya the young manager needs more training and professionalism and communication Looking annoyed because a guest is dissatisfy with their food shouldn’t give you the right to act bothered. you should just fix the problem.
Visited at 3:35 PM today. When I walked in, there was a wet floor sign at the front door. I accidentally pinned it with my foot and hit my knee, making the entrance unsafe. The manager was a nice kid, but there were several issues: he let only one cashier handle a line of six people, even though two registers were open. Workers were moving as slow as can be and even one drinking blue Gatorade out of a cone cup while customers waited for service. My DoorDash order wasn’t packaged correctly, adding to the frustration. As someone that’s worked in fast food - Regional Manager needs to go immediately
Chick-fil-A is known for its fast and efficient drive thru service but not at this location. Every visit, whether in the morning or at lunch, takes over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we won’t be stopping here anymore.
Horrible Chickfila and that is because they are all about service. This is the 2nd or 3rd time they mess up my order. However, today they really made me mad. I drive up and ask for my order...I ask for a soup and the lady asked bowl or cup..I say bowl. I get home no soup..and my fries were so toasted and hard. So I check my receipt and I see she didn't even put the soup in my order. I drive back to Chick-fil-A get my soup but when I get to the pick up area I asked to talk to the manager. I tell her the situation and also that because of her employee my burger is cold and so are my fries...probably now even harder than before. The only thing she keeps repeating is "sorry, sorry, sorry..." and with THIS face like she os not interested at all. After her 100 sorry she tells me to bring my meal back and she will give me a new one...NOOOO drive back for the 3rd time to Chickfila when all I wa.t to do is get helmet after work, eat my dinner, and rest. All she had to do was just give me some hot fries and looked like she cared about my complaint. I don't even know how she can work there. I go to that Chickfila alit and I have had interactions with her and she is dry as a toast...so unfriendly...and now I know she is also rude. So thanks to her, I will NEVER go to that Chickfila AGAIN.. I don't know her name but she looks Asian...
I ordered through curbside and was parked for over 15 minutes. I then had to pick up my order through the drive thru. They did not add ranch or a spoon to my bag either.
I got to Chick-fil-A at 10:17 am and didn’t receive my food in the drive thru till 10:32am plus after I had left they forgot to put in an order of mine out of three . So I had to waste my miles on my car, and my gas , my time (in which is costing me money) and I called ahead as soon as I pulled out of my work parking lot and told Chick-fil-A about my order and which took me about 7 -10 min to get their because of the traffic lights and as soon as I got their I asked for my order and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about until I gave them my receipt. Which they took and took 10 minutes to receive my order . Completely unacceptable. Unorganized. Lack of leadership/effort . Zero customer care. And by the time I got to work my food was cold. Cherry on top .
Just got home with my order. Ordered a bowl of soup, we'll it looks like a cup of soup. Called the store, advised what was given to me. As per manager she can't help me without recipient. It literally flew off the bag they gave me!!! Not what I expected, I told her I paid with my debit card just now, she still couldn't help me. My fault I guess they put the recipient on the bag and it flew away... Wish I could upload the phone of what I got vs what I paid for!!! Poor Poor Service!
