I love this McDonald’s! Their food is always on point and tastes great! I’ve never had an issue with my order. The quality of service always exceeds my expectations. Always kind and greeting from when you get there until that last window. I usually do drive through but have gone in a few times. They maintain a high standard of cleanliness making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this location if you’re in the area.

Love that there is a play place food is good would suggest posting signs encouraging customers to pick up after themselves frequently notice everytable has a pile of trash from previous customers and have to clean and wipe ourselves since staff is occupied

Great family pack meals at a good price. My son loves their cheese burgers and the strawberry shake and my favorite drink is the mocha frappe. Sometimes we have to wait in line at the drive thru but, it's worth it. A very popular place that's why it's always busy ☺️

Located in a very busy intersection, this is a mid-sized McDonalds in line with the recent updated look that the company has adopted. The interior is divided in 2 sections with a large children's area with accompanying playground. There is enough parking space but getting out of the parking lot is rather challenging. The staff was attentive and service was fast. I ordered a Southwest salad with no dressing. The ingredient were fresh and the salad was tasty albeit small; however, they did put dressing on my salad :-( . Had that not been the case I would have rated 5 stars

Food is great and the service is fast. Only 3 stars because its the only mcdonalds that doesn't have slushies even though its advertised and provided at other mcdonalds but I chose to go there because its closer to home. Also they tend to mess up my orders so I always have to check my food before leaving.

Ok so they are fast I'll give them that. Order comes out quickly. Ordered a Big mac, Happy meal, and a small fries. Came out within 5 mins. Easy. But with that speed comes a lack of accuracy on orders because the big mac was suppose to be plain yet it came with Cheese. The happy meal did not come with the Apple juice. When everything comes together and the prepare staff just consistently makes such each order is treated as if it were special, the results are happy customers who don't have to go through a line (again) just to get the order right. Is it clean? I saw smeared Ketchup stains on the way to the drinks. Now they were very busy which is why i really just try to be fair so it was an "eh" for me. The rest of the place was rather clean anyway. Anyone who orders take out should have a second nature to check their own orders prior to leaving McDonalds.

This time was one of the first times that I was disappointed. I ordered through the app, parked, submitted my number, and waited well over 10 minutes. Come to find out they didn't have my order. I had to go through the drive thru and reorder. The whole ordeal took over 30 minutes.

This location really needs the moron proof drive thru guides. Nothing more annoying having everyone in line waiting then having someone just cut and go to the outside lane instead of waiting and flowing at the end.

Asked for light ice. Cup was full of ice. I hate having to ask for more fries. Then not get more fries. And ask again for more fries. This is ridiculous. People were nice though so there's that. Very kind and polite. I did get more fries, but now I don't feel comfortable eating my food after having to give it back. Just do it right the first time. The fries in the pic are hot and fresh. That's the amount of actual fries. They're not even wilted yet.

Everything is McDonalish. But don't park on the east side of the building cuz you can get blocked in by the drive up customers who are too....to get off their cars.

The cleanliness of the kid zone is inconsistent and very irregular one rag was on the slide and the kids had been playing with it very gross I would love it if they were more consistent with cleaning the rags sat there for over 2 hours before a staff member picked them up but did not do any other cleaning I even had to wipe my own table and I mentioned when I went to the front that I need napkins to clean the table

every time I come to this McDonald's to get a egg McMuffin the muffin is overcooked and it's hard. That's why I usually get bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle which is better but this morning we specifically told them to not over toast the English muffin and they did it anyway. Very disappointed

Check your order!! Never fails, they always get something wrong. If it's not the sauces that are missing it's the actual order itself and that's because I order via app. Today I ordered the deal where I get 6 piece nuggets for $2, they gave me the 4 piece. I ordered no pickels, they put pickels. Don't get me wrong the food is good and they're fast but its a little frustrating when it becomes an everytime type of issue. I can tell the workers get annoyed too that I'm always like I'm missing this or that.

For whatever reason they were taking 3 car orders from the outside have before taking any orders from the inside Lane this morning. Either not very observant or didn't really care. And not really sure why you would be cleaning your latte stuff mid morning. You would think it would be clean so people could get a morning iced latte. The sign on the door states they open at 7am. We arrived at 7:05am and the door was still locked. We knocked and were told by an employee that they would not be opening the dining room until 7:30am. We advised them that our kids have to be in school at a certain time therefore that is why we were there at opening time, like the sign on the door says. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told she was too busy at the moment. Apparently the management decides when they open based on when it's convenient for them and not the customer. This was not the first time the same thing had occurred at this location.

Poor and terrible service. I was personally accused of hiding a 1-2 dollar sundae when I literally was not given one. They voiced understanding and gave me this sorry excuse for a sundae. I was charged wrong. I asked for 3 happy meals. They're at special price $2.99 at this location. A cheeseburger bundle and fries $3. And a free drink with the app. So my subtotal should be $11.97. It wasn't. My subtotal was 14 and some change. I argued with them and couldn't get a straight answer. Then they finally said yes I was charged wrong but just some cents??? Worker who brings me my food gives me 50 cents. Mgr did me wrong and they know it. It's not just the money it's the way they think they can punk you . Disloyal mgmt. Never tend to return. Just lost a customer 😕

Ordered for curbside pick up, sat in my truck waiting for 20 min. It doesn't take that long in los angeles, ca where I'm from, even with a 1/4 of the people eating there daily it takes 4 times as long. Plus the food hasn't once tasted as good as any other location

I have gone to the McDonald’s way to many times to for them to be disrespectful and unprofessional. The managers always giving additude and when that bigmac they are giving me pays for their rent! The food always cold and uneditable. I absolutely hate it here and I know many people do because of the management, I will be calling corporate and discussing how horrible this McDonald’s is.

This McDonald’s sucks .. Drive thru always has some sort of complications at night , the workers don’t bother to put up a sign that says the drive thru is closed , and they just stare at you through the window .. I do not recommend coming here at all.. 🙄

So I went and they gave me the wrong order, this place has messed up quite a few times already. This however was horrible as not only did they get my order wrong but as I tasted the fries I tasted a dead corpse in my fries. I'm not exaggerating but when I started eating them it felt like I was tasting a dead corpse like when u smell one. Horrible unsanitary condition s because situations like those are easily avoidable. Night manager is terrible. Seems to have a habit of yelling at customers and employees. No wonder noone wants to work at this location! If you want your business to prosper you need a new manager asap. Apparently they're always understaffed. We can all see why. Literally just came here for food, and left with the worst fast food experience.

I went through the drive thru and asked if they had the spicy MC Nuggets as they are promoting them right now, they said no yet it's on their menu. I pull up to pay and not able to ask the cashier because he is busy taking orders which is fine. On the second window I ask the cashier if there is a time frame to order them so I can come back within the time frame and she proceeds to ask and they say no. She said we sell them till we run out, which then I ask if they're out and she replies no. I then tell them I had just asked for them if they can switch them out, cashier asked manager and she says no. Mind you I just wanted to switch it out, didn't expect anything free. I told her I had previously asked for them and she they said No. No apology or anything. I also had asked for coke with no ice, which they gave me loaded with ice. And I'm not one to complain, just was upsetting they should really take the time to previously make sure the item asked is really not being sold. And manager should also at least try to apologize for the inconvenience of being lied too.

Rude manager did not want to serve us breakfast when it was said they were selling. All I wanted was more information about the situation, but instead she decided to yell in a rude manner and shut the door in our face. I mean it’s McDonald’s so that is probably the nicest encounter ive had ever.

I clicked on my order that i was already there so my hisband could get it, he gave the code at the kiosk then they told him they cannot give him the food because my phone has to physically be there. So not only was I already charged for my food but they refused to give my husband the food and according to the manager they cannot cancel the order it has to be done on my app, but it will not cancel it because the food is already being prepped. Worst service ever!! I was not given my food and i was not given a refund! You know what they can keep the money. Clearly they need it more than I do. Maybe they will finally use it to purchasing brand new machines so theyre not always messed up

The restaurant manager refused to give me her name or the name of the General Manager. The restaurant failed to keep their food delivery system updated with the correct available menu items. As a a result the customer’s order had to be canceled and the food delivery agent’s time and resources were wasted. When reporting to the manager she was less than receptive to the issue and then refused to provide the necessary contact information. She was not wearing a name tag and was uncooperative in helping to get this situation resolved so future customers and food carriers would not be inconvenienced. I do not recommend ordering delivery items from this particular location. I also do not recommend delivery carriers to accept delivery requests from this particular location.

Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 coffees and a big Mac meal. I was asked to drive to spot 1. To wait for my coffees. Noticed everyone in drive thru and curbside getting their orders but me. I then asked one of the girls taking orders to the curbside what was going on with my orders. She asked what I ordered. Keep in mind I had to stop her even though she had gone back and forth taking orders to vehicles.. she is like " can I have ur receipt." They forgot about my order. The same girl brings me my coffees and hands it over to me.. top is open and spilled hot coffee in my hand and leg, all ao er my car and seat and she immediately checked the lid on the 2nd coffee. I got upset not only did I get burned, she didn't even say are you ok. I asked for her supervisor immediately. Super isor comes and apologized and asks if the coffee was really hot and did I get burned. Hello I didn't order cold coffee. I said of course it's hot let me pour some on your arm and u tell me if it's hot. She asked if I wanted to submit an incident report. I said yes. Managers need to be coached properly on what to ask their clients and if the employees don't want to be courteous and serve customers they need to go home. I am now waiting to see if the GM calls me I. Regards to my incident report and see how they are going to fix this and pay for the cleaning of my vehicle with the coffee spill.

Finally when she reached back 35 mins later, once again said breakfast only and cash only, again I state it's ok. She takes my order asked if that's it I say yes, she asked if I'd like them as a meal, I say no, she once agains asks will that be all, again yes. She clearly isn't paying attention. Now waiting behind a car that's been sitting a car that was at the window since when I first arrived. Clearly there is no sense of urgency nor do the employees care to work.

Verify your order!!!!! WAS CHARGED FOR AN ORDER THAT WASNT MINE!!! AND TOOK FOREVER TO GIVE ME MY REFUND. How hard is it to keep the orders on track. Always ask before paying to repeat your order so you don't have to get robbed and charged incorrectly. Doesn't matter how much the refund is no one wants ppl playing with their har worked cash!!!! Manager didn't even apologize for the whole issue!!!!

The kids working here need to be trained better. This has been the 3rd time that I placed a curbside order, and they never brought it out. I assume because it's one item, but that is no excuse for their crappy service. The food was old and cold. Absolutely the most disgusting McDonald's ever. When we asked what's going on and why this keeps happening, they just smirked and laughed. This leads me to believe that these teenagers are doing this on purpose. Please stop hiring kids.

I don’t like doing bad reviews and I always try to give the business several tries before doing this but this location needs to update their hours of operation… I’ve come here 3-4 times at night and all those times they’ve told me they are “closed due to deep cleaning”. I get it, it’s clean but announce it on the sign outside where everyone can see it so they won’t stop. Period.

It's literally on my way to work (University and Frontage) and sometimes I don't have extra time to stop at another one. I loathe stopping here but I am addicted to iced coffee. 9/10 times the staff sucks the good mood out of me with their rude attitudes. Especially the older lady at 6:30am at the 2nd window. She is fast but man is she acts like we're not customers rather a burden for her to interact with. Either she is mute when giving out food or herer hostile greetings come after she sticks her hand out the window with the food BEFORE the car even approached the window. She answers back when requesting condiments like "it's in the bag" when I'm clearly seeing they're not. I wish they would train them on customer service. They are anal about the app as they demand the code BEFORE ordering or won't accept it after. Thy don't multitask efficiently as they keep asking the customer to repeat the order as they are busy taking payment from the previous customer yet keep asking "what else? What else?" Just don't go here if you can spare a few minutes to the next one. Not worth the bitter exchange with this restaurant.

Placed an order in the app for breakfast at 10:50, line at drive thru made me check in at 11:02 they refused to honor my order. If this is an app issue change the way the app works until then. It's a McDonald's issue. Since it's their app.

It's always dirty, and the girls look at you, but don't ask if you need any help or even smile. Don't feel welcomed at all, and when you go to the drive thru, they're more concerned with getting the line moved than if your order is completed correctly. When you let them know it isn't, it always held with disbelief rather than concerned and helpfulness. They don't even say sorry when it is proven to be an incorrect order. Just give you the order back and close the window. I'm more concerned with being helpful and compassionate with the busyness and understanding of the workload.

Stop by the restaurant around 1: 15am feb 26 to pick up a DoorDash The girl in the drive-thru and the other employee helping her yelled at me and we're extremely rude because I did not stop at the speakerphone got a message the order was ready so I just stopped at the window there's a certain way of talking to dashers and customers we help your business and take care of your customers by delivering food there's no need for their tone their disrespect and the way they treated me I will definitely be making a corporate complaint and following up on this

Every time I bring my son here to play and eat there is a white rude lady!! She’s always closing the playground and yelling at the kids! Today she said it will be closed for 5 hours!! Same lady all the time!! What a shame we won’t be returning neither will my sister in law with her kids! She’s making McDonald lose business with her nasty attitude towards kids! This McDonald’s is an absolute disaster at night. The wait times are ridiculous — easily 15 minutes or more every time after 10:30 p.m. It makes no sense to have two drive-thru lanes if there’s only one employee handling the microphone, cooking the food, and trying to do everything else. This isn’t a one-time issue either — it’s consistently this bad every late night. You’ll see one person taking a break, another slowly emptying tea bins, and just one overwhelmed employee actually helping customers. How is that acceptable? Getting orders out quickly should be the top priority, not the last. It’s honestly embarrassing that the owner hasn’t stepped in to fix this or at least witnessed how poorly the place runs after dark. If the problem is finding workers, that’s on management — not the job market. Pay your night-shift employees properly, staff the store like a real business, and stop letting customers sit in line for 20 minutes for cold fries.

The food was horrible, and my coffee didn’t even come with the creamer and sugar I asked for. I don’t understand why they ask for preferences if they’re not going to follow them. On top of that, the wait time was way too long. Very disappointing experience.

Every time ive been here even if its very busy the burger patties are old and dried out like they have been sitting in the warmer for a long time and fries are always cold its mind blowing you would have to make a ton of patties for it to be busy and your still serving old dried out ones i worked at mcdonalds in college theres literally a timer that tells you when to make new food and tos the old ones its not that difficult it takes about 90 seconds to make more how lazy do u gotta be to overstock them and serve old ones because u made too many to begin with The quality control is non existent

Fly in my kid’s food and all over the restaurant! SO DISGUSTING!!!! 🤮🤮 I shouldn’t even be giving this restaurant a one star. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to they didn’t apologize for anything at all, food was cold and we waited 45mins for it. The slushes were completely melted and they gave it to us 20min prior to Our food. Don’t come unless you want to vomit, definitely needs new management and needs a food inspection ASAP!!! Calling corporate now, since when I mentioned to the manager Iletty how disgusting it was she acted like she didn’t care.

This was the worst McDonald’s trip ever, waited forever in the drive-thru, pulled up to the next window, and when I asked if she could take my order she accused me of ignoring her. The attitude was unbelievable. Honestly, I’d rather have my stomach punched and my feet run over by a car than eat here again. Do not recommend, absolutely horrible service. I really hope other people speak up about this, because no one deserves to deal with service this bad.

Had to wait on line 2 times to get my order wrong 2 times in a row. Theres no customer service and ignore you while you call them ..even tho they forget to fully close the window the morning crew definitely need training or new management im a daily customer and i been coming here for the past years and this past months theres no order in the morning crew i always take an incomplete order just not to be back in line. Would definitely appreciate if some action or good training was made at such time because nobody wants to start the day like this. Thank you for your service either ways.

Im not sure if its difficult to read orders when going through the drive through, but the order was wrong and I was not given the sauces or extra fries I asked for. since its drive through I was not able to check until I arrived home. One star-what a disaster tonight at the 401 E Mcdonald’s (11PM, November 29th) . Waited thirty minutes for curbside pickup, and my whole order-burgers, fries, everything-just sat inside the whole time. I wasn’t alone; five of us ended up storming in to check, including this girl next to me who’d been there twenty minutes for a caramel frappé. Twenty minutes for a frappé? Come on. The manager didn’t even say sorry-just handed stuff over like nothing happened. Drive-thru’s backed up forever, people waiting to order still haven’t gotten through, and curbside’s a mess even though it’s not that busy. They’re dropping the ball big time. Zero stars if I could. These experiences leave me regretting not choosing Whataburger.

First off, the young girl at the window was rude from the jump like she majored in customer disdain with a minor in slamming windows dramatically. I asked for ketchup (the bare minimum for a meal that had me waiting over 30 minutes), and instead of handing it over, she slammed the window in my face. A few awkward seconds later, she opened it again just to say, “My manager said you have to pull back around for ketchup.” Really? Did the ketchup become contraband overnight? So I asked for the manager’s name, expecting at least a hint of professionalism. Enter “Lluvia” a husky manager who must think passive aggressive sarcasm and eating all the leftovers after shift is part of her job description. She leaned into the window with the energy of someone who enjoys power tripping over condiments and hit me with the most condescending “THANKSSSS” and a smile faker than the cheese on their burgers. It was like watching community theater level customer service with everyone auditioning for “Worst Attitude in a Supporting Role.” If the goal was to leave me ketchup-less, mission accomplished. Note to management: If your team is this burned out over ketchup packets, maybe rotate them to the fry station before someone ends up banned from the drive-thru for asking for napkins

This is a multi-BILLION dollar company. I asked for no ice, they gave me the cup 75% full. I pointed at it and the lady immediately looked at me with an annoyed face and told me “That’s how it comes.” so rudely, when I was never rude to her. I’ve been going to this place every day for the past 4 o 5 years for my morning coffee. These past few days every day the coffee they give me is almost cold… I had to return it two days now… today I told the guy at the window it was not hot.. took back and told me to move forward to the next window. A young girl brings it back at the same temperature telling me the coffee was freshly made.. I tell her if it was freshly made it’d be hot… takes it back and again and taking their time… brings it back again… still not hot… seemed like they added more cream cuz it looked light… I just got the coffee and said thank you and drove off. I got to my work and threw it away.. and made my own… it’s so frustrating that now under these recent new employees they can’t even get the coffee right.

I placed an order on the ap paid $9.50 then i get to the first window and the lady at the drive through ask for the order name and # we give it to her and she then closes the window w out telling us anything (we notice she is taking long) then she comes back reopens the window to tell us that the order is not coming out/no longer coming out on their system and tht she couldn't give us the order i placed and I ask her meaning what and she bluntly/rude says "the order is no longer showing on the system" and tht I would get my money back within 24-48 hours. I then ask her for a receipt or something showing tht we didnt get our food as proof bc we did get charged for it and again bluntly/rude says no so im like whatttt so now what and then i asked her well can we get a free drink for the inconvenience and again rude/bluntly said again no im gonna have to charge u for it!!! I wanted to ask for the mananger/superviser bc she had a bad attitude w us but i didnt. For me It isnt about the money what made me upset was her attitude, she didnt even apologize, or even say im so sorry for the inconvenience nothing at all just plain flat dry no for everything and so we left w out any food and was still charged $9.50!!!

They even took off the refill drink machine now you gotta ask for your drink. It's not even a Ronald McDonald's for the kids. Wish I would have read the reviews first. First of all, they were out of Sprite and sweet tea, basically only had Coke. Then I bought my kids two happy meals from there, and both got sick, throwing up with stomach pains. I never liked buying them this junk anyway. The only upside is now they are scared of McDonald's, so I won't have to buy them this posin anymore.
