If you ever had the privilege of getting a drink made by Jonny at Starbucks, you know it wasn’t just coffee—it was an experience. One time, I ordered a caramel macchiato, and I swear he frothed that milk like he was summoning an ancient coffee god. His customer service? Impeccable. I once saw him defuse a Karen-level meltdown just by casually recommending an oat milk upgrade. Sadly, Jonny no longer works at Starbucks, and the world is a darker, less caffeinated place because of it. Wherever he is now, I hope he’s still out there, sprinkling joy like cinnamon on a cappuccino.

Stopped by on a Saturday morning, the line was LONG! It was wrapping around the building going outside into the adjacent parking lot! But I went in and the team was fast! I got a quick coffee and a piece of sweet bread and I was out the door in a few minutes. The cafe was clean and there was more than enough seats for everyone. Thanks again for the pick me up!

I ordered a Hot Chestnut Praline Latte with an extra shot. The customer service was kind and made my order fast. But sadly my coffee was less than Luke warm and the extra shot was not added.

$6 for a coffee that wasn't even hot. Ordered a tall they gave me a grande. Cool except now the recipe is totally off and it tastes like (profanity removed). Waste of money.

I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for a while, but lately I’ve noticed my drink feels smaller and smaller. I still get my latte, but the cold foam seems to be taking up more and more room. With how expensive Starbucks drinks already are, it’s frustrating to feel like I’m getting less for the same price. I really enjoy the drinks and the convenience, but I hope they can find a better balance — especially when we’re paying a premium.

Way too busy here literally all the time. Not enough room or space to even wait comfortably for your order. The drive through is always so packed that it actually blocks a part of the main driving area that’s not even meant for their restaurant which should not be allowed as it causes traffic concerns big time. Got stuck waiting for 10 minutes once to exit the plaza when I wasn’t even waiting for a Starbucks order, just could not get past the cars. That said, aside from their coffee the food isn’t that great, I dont know why everyone flocks to Starbucks as if their overpriced junk food is that great.

Extremely long wait times at the drive through (30minutes to an hour). Very limited menu selections DAILY.

I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks with Irma. She was rude, dismissive, and her communication was quite unprofessional. Instead of providing good customer service, she made unwelcoming faces and created a negative atmosphere. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

Literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes no one greeted us when we walked in, nor did any of the 5 barista’s acknowledge us as we waited at the counter. Barista who did end up taking our order was super rude, never have I had an experience like this at Starbucks very disappointing.

Our dealership ordered 20 drinks and several breakfast orders to go which summed to $80 worth of items. I walked in and asked the ladies in front to check on my order. They stated they were done. The lady stated when it’s a pick up order , they don’t bag the items for the customers. Customers have to do it themselves. Yet they bagged several items for others customers even though my order had serval items that needed to be bagged. People were upset about orders not completed as well. This was the worst experience ever. Me and 8 other people around me would agree as well. They can’t work under pressure to make a simple drinks and microwaved items. Our dealership will never order from this incompetent place EVER. If the pressure can’t be handled, then do something about it. There’s a team of 9 individuals while the manager was standing straight in the counter. Never again. Dealerships around will be notified to never order from this place again.
