Wendy's has Great chili. I love the Cheeseburgers and breakfast sandwich. Fries are very good and always hot.

Everything was good. friendly customer service they got our order correct we asked them to cut a burger in half for us and they did which I was very impressed that they remembered to do so because a lot of times when you ask for small things like that they forget and everything was great the staff seemed happy. all in all, a good atmosphere to go and have a bite to eat

Went in & had a quick bite to eat for dinner & had the $8 JBC meal deal & it was delicious. My mother had the Apple Pecan salad with Blue Cheese crumbles & she enjoyed it as well.

Clean, fresh and fast. You can never go wrong with the Baconator Fries. Heck, anything Baconater is a win in my book, cuz bacon. The chili is yummy, too.

It is always a pleasure to visit this branch. The employees are very friendly and very patient. I have seen very rude customers and they never lose their composure or change their kindness.And his smile never disappears. The only time we were not treated well at all. We were served by a person dressed differently than all the employees.In addition, if the attitude was not good with the other employees with the customers, there was no smile, less empathy.

#2 best drive-thru fast food salads in Imperial valley. For salads, Frosty and fry only. Wendy's was my go to for salads, as they are big, tasty and have Caesar. The price is a little high at $16-18 (if memory serves this was two months prior to review) with a small orange Frosty, and small fry. They had the best salads until, El Pollo Loco, sorry. The orange Frosty is very good. Fries, please stop modeling your fries on McD's!!! Rally's a few blocks south has you destroyed on fries.

This was my first visit to this location. The location is pretty new and very clean. There's plenty of seating and tables. There's plenty of windows letting in natural light. When I went to order, the younger girl was blah at best. Void of any personality for the most part. She was working the drive thru and counter at the same time with an earpiece. That could have been why she seemed to not acknowledge my order. Listening to two customers placing orders at the same time isn't the best situation for either customer and can result in errors in the ordered items. The manager did take over for the girl and she was friendly and professional. I ordered the Chicken maple bacon breakfast sandwich combo. I won't be ordering that item again. The taste was overly sweet to me and the chicken lacked decent flavor. The bread did have good flavor and it was soft. The wedge type fries were alright but not my type of fries. My suggestion is to try something and see if you like it. Tastes vary from person to person. As for service, it was good after the manager took over the order.

I loved that after ordering for 4 people that I didn't have time to even fill one drink before my food was ready. Would have loved it more if it wasn't stale bread and dry old meat. Love the options on the drinks. Would have loved it more if my flip flop hadn't come off from being stuck to the floor in front of the machine from the mess. The positive part of that was that there was enough trash (napkins and straw wrappers) on the ground to wipe my foot off with minimal effort. Loved the water pressure in the sink in the men's room. Would have loved it more had the paper towel machine had a closed front and functioned right. I will say that the fries weren't as bad as expected. Thanks for keeping me healthy by filling the container half way. Thank you for reminding me why I don't do fast food often. I needed that reminder. :)

I understand why Wendy's is so expensive but it is finally more than I am willing to spend. $15 for a small single combo is just unaffordable. Wendy's has good food, but it is not THAT good.

The times I do go (which is very rare take in mind) the service is great and amazing but this time it was just annoying. The person who spoke from the speaker had an immediate negative attitude. She didn't let me finish and kept cutting me off. I quickly turned my attitude on her which made her ease down. Its a good spot great food honestly. Just gotta watch for the service

Fresh food today and the G M grace Zárate came to the window yell at me saying that the food isn’t bad that we are basically scamming them saying I know how you are all I wanted was fresh food she said it’s my job to check if my food is fresh before I leave as if that’s not hers and her workers jobs # Wendy’s Karen go to another place if you want fresh food all the time service brown chicken because it’s dry and brown fries as well

Today, September 18th, I went to Wendy’s and ordered a chicken sandwich, a single cookie bundle, a Boo Book coupon booklet, and a junior cheeseburger for $0.01. I drove up to the window, paid, and was handed a couple of bags. I was told everything was inside. When I got home, I realized I was missing my Boo Book, chicken sandwich, and fries. I went back to Wendy’s, and the lady had my chicken sandwich ready to go. I mentioned the missing Boo Book, and she started adding it in while apologizing. I responded that saying "sorry" wasn’t going to fix it, and I walked out. Once in my car, I realized I was still missing the fries. I went back inside and told her. She apologized again, but I kept telling her that saying "sorry" wouldn’t fix anything. She continued to apologize, and I snapped my fingers, signaling for her to hurry up. She didn’t appreciate that, but she got the fries and told me I shouldn’t be rude. I responded that they should’ve gotten my order right the first time. I understand people make mistakes, but three mistakes in one order is unacceptable to me.

Placed an order through the Wendy’s app, received confirmation of order and amount was deducted from account but when I went to pick up my order I get told they don’t have anything for me. Even after showing them the confirmation email, my name on the confirmation, and that the amount had already been withdrawn they told me there was no order placed. They just told me to order again or call customer service. 👎🏻
