Amazing service!!! Patricia helped us out with the phone app for discounts and also provided us with great customer service as she brought us our food with condiments. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s in the area to come on down and enjoy some gravy made food :)
There was a lady there that was very nice. I didn’t get to catch her name, but she was very attendant and made it feel very welcoming. Will definitely be going back.

I really enjoyed my visit to Carl's Jr.. The food was very delicious, and the environment was actually really cute—definitely a date-night vibe, which I wasn’t expecting in the best way. The staff was pleasant overall, and even though they seemed a bit understaffed, everyone remained kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. My only concern was around cleanliness and presentation. I noticed the fry cook wasn’t wearing gloves and was moving in and out of the cooking area while touching things with bare hands. Additionally, the front-counter staff member was wearing regular clothes instead of a uniform. Those details were the main reasons I couldn’t give a full five stars. That said, the experience was still very good, and I’d definitely return. With a bit more attention to hygiene and uniform standards, this spot would easily be a 5/5 for me.
gets the job done, this place will satisfy cravings, thats really tacobells greatest strength. customer service is okay, nothing crazy. Automated ordering now so the place feels very automated and robotic. If you just care about tasty food and nothing else, this will do.
This taco bell is in a decent spot, good for a quick bite. The new cheddar toasted chalupa is good, wish they brought back the crunch wrap box, but that's okay. The biggest complaint is the lack of seating available. There simply isn't enough room in the resteraunt for more than 15 people. At lunch there was a lot more than that. But food and service were good.
Why do they make you back up from the drive up window after payinh?
The crew over the weekend evening are fussy and petty, anything but customer service, the American way. Instead of accommodating the customer or lifting a finger, they choose to nickel-and-dime over disposable items. Maybe that's how they did it back in their villages, but good luck trying to count every half penny here like it's still the tribal way.
Person in charge of taking orders is always on the phone. Doesn't not provide good customer service
Every time I go to this taco bell, there's always something wrong. My order is wrong or thingthlike that. This time when I went i ordered on the app went to pick up my order only to be told that their fryers were not working. So most order was replaced with just tacos. I still got my cinnamon twist, but they tasted gross. I don't think I'll be going there anymore
Did an online drive thru order. I ordered 3 sandwiches & kids meal. The kids meal didn’t have star nuggets instead it had Jalapeño poppers. Why in the Hell would you give a child Jalapeño Poppers. To top it off I call the Carls Jr on Peck in El Monte to let them know what they did & it goes straight to voicemail. They need new workers
Over priced it's just burgers if it was a steak maybe the price would be worth it not mention the size can better for the prices given; staff gives poor customer service, language barriers
Wanted to add a dessert & drink at the window & the lady at the window said I had to go back in line & order through the intercom when there was no other cars behind me. Plus how long can it take to add a drink & cheesecake to the order. The worst service! First & last time going there.
I just placed my order in the drive thru about today January 23, 2026 around 7:20pm and the gentleman who was on drive thru orders was very rude and rushed me as I was ordering even tho I made a couple customizations to both of my combos. When I arrived to pay and when he gave me my order I had to ask for condiments 2 different times because he didn't listen and even tho I asked him twice he gave me the wrong condiment which I didn't notice until I got home. When I initially placed my order I asked for easy ice and that was not honored, my cup was full of ice. This man working the drive thru does not care about anything honestly. I understand dealing with customers isn't easy but from start to finish the ordering process is horrible. He also did not give me the option if I wanted a receipt or not but receipt was not given. I love carls jr but he makes it hard for me to want to go back to this specific location.
SPRAYED RAID!!! WHILE WE ARE EATING!!!! I order a combo meal. I waited 15 minutes and then people came after me and they all got their order. I went to go ask for my order and they forgot to make my order. then while I'm waiting for my order... the onwer or manager starts spraying Raid inside the Carl's Jr. Smelled like nothing but RAID WHILE WE ARE EATING and then I asked for my receipt because he didn't give me one and he told me that he can't give me one.. i was trying get reward points.
If I could rate this place negative 10 stars I would. This location is disgusting. After placing my order I asked to utilize the restroom and it was so filthy. Completely out of toilet seat covers, toilet paper & hand soap. When I mentioned it to the employee , she seemed to not care. OSHA will definitely be getting a phone call. Restrooms in dine in places are required to have a restroom for customers that is properly stocked , especially hand soap for customers to wash their hands before they decide to eat.
Was disappointed about the wait and the quality of the food.. the burgers are just junior burgers 😑 we were so mad we almost asked for a refund but figure that would just be more of a hassle so we finished and left.. sorry but we will not be back!!
The food was cold when we got it to eat there the cashier Ramos was on the phone the whole time while we ordered untell we left he was so stingy with the napkins and ketchup we were 3 people that spent 60 dollars in food the place is so old and run down its pretty sad to eat there wont be going back to this location very disappointing
Restaurant smells dirty , ask for no cheese no sauce was given a burger with cheese and sauce . I was already down the road by the time I seen it . Food was not what I was anticipating. Lady inside was nice . Restaurant those smelled dirty lingering smell of old trash . Won't be back

Visited this location for the first and last time. Shells used on the Mexican pizza and taco supreme both had a burnt taste. I've never encountered that before. Maybe just this location?

The lady that works on Thursday night around 10:30pm has to be changed or something she can’t take orders right ridiculous wasted $40+ for my order to be all wrong

I stop to get some food for the family and I placed my order in the drive thru the lady who took my order re-confirmed my order so am thinking everything is good once I get to the window she makes me back up after she charged me then once she gave me my order she was missing my 12pack tacos she had a bad attitude like if she was mad, once I got home she messed up my order this lady needs to pay attention while taking orders. I understand there are times that it gets busy but there's no need to be rude or careless. By the way her name is Silvia....
I have to give this Taco Bell a 1star. I like Taco Bell a lot. But the servers, need to be retrained. 1-I asked the sever, “what’s the total?” N she goes “I’ll tell you at the window” 2- she goes “what drink do you want?” I’m like “didn’t I tell you when I ordered?” 3- I get my food. N I’m waiting, waiting, waiting, than she opens the window n goes “yes. Can I help you? “ I’m like, you want me to move? I will as soon as I get my debit card” she didn’t even have me a receipt.”

Let’s be clear: rushing staff + dumb rules = ridiculous experiences. They treat customers like malfunctioning traffic cones in their performance dashboard—not people who want a decent taco. In short: Avoid this place. Unless you enjoy being moved around like a pawn in a fast-food factory. Stupid people rushed by dumb systems.
They always want you to back up and they take so long every single time I come here! Its like there's only one person in the back cooking, its honestly getting pretty ridiculous!
Literally almost every time I come here they make us park in front of the restaurant to wait for our order and there is either no cars or like 2 cars. They do not like working or what? They should be able to serve my food in the drive thru and not make me go in front of the restaurant to wait. They aren’t even busy every-time I go. I think their manager should know about this.
Got off work and wanted something quick for lunch so I ordered online ahead of leaving to pick up my order. Got to the window, was told to pull in front and wait. Waited and the girl came out with a bag with my order (I thought). I didn't check in the bag thinking it was big enough for what I ordered. Got home, got ready to eat my lunch and half the order was missing. I tried calling but no one answered the phone! I called numerous times but no one picked up!! I will NOT be going back to that Taco Bell!
I come here like once every 2 weeks when I have my prenatal check up up the street. Usually there's a guy on dt who is super friendly has manners.the works. Super cool guy.but I walked in today and saw this lady. Who claims to be the general manager.let me tell you I am 8 months pregnant. I asked her employee nicely can they please make the bean burrito I ordered only beans BEFORE they made it. She told the "manager" then proceeded to give me a regular burrito. I checked before I left and I came to the counter told her I asked her to please make it just beans. Well all of this escalated pretty quickly because miss manager here decided she needed to raise her voice at me at tell me she wasn't going to remake it just because she didn't feel like it.yelling at me. Telling me I messed up and not her. So I ordered again. Got a right burrito. Asked for their complaint number and store # the employee says the cashier will give it to you. I ask who's in charge this lady says she is. Already yelling not willing to even try to help. There's no customer service. Not just did she call me fat (I'm 8 mnths pregnant) she said she hopes I never come back , tried to doen talk me tlking about she doesn't eat fast food like if she's too good for it. Idc where this lady eats it's obviously not helping her addittude. Refused to give me her name or a number told me to figure it out. Insulted me. Told me I don't pay her bills.all in front of other customers. All because of a bean burrito. I demand an area supervisor or a higher up to contact me. This is unbelievable and I need an apology say the least. Is this how taco bell trains their gms ? This is acceptable ? This lady going off on me even caused stomache pains. This is not what I come to taco bell for.
Idk who was working here tonight. But this was horrible. I bought a 5 layer beffee burrito and I got this Beans and beef. A tiny bit of cheess. Please make this right. It tastes horrible, I'm not gonna finish it. I will be back but only to seek the supervisor. I love this spot. Whoever is there now must leave. I ordered a whole box, the entire food was horrible. I wish I took more pictures. I'm so disappointed.
