This place is so ridiculous... you get off to get your order placed inside is probably one of the worse mistakes you can do at this location they completely ignore the front counter.. the Ubers come in to get there order is on the top of there area out of reach .. no one helps the front register .. the manager is up in drive thru and we had to wait 15-20 min to just place the order finally got placed and waited 20 more mins for the order to come out !! Please focus on the front register too not just the drive thru and even at that they had to park 3 cars ... bad service

Way overpriced!!!! The chicken is tiny. The sides are only filled half way. The container for sides are really small. Chicken is dry what little bit you get. Bisquits are hard. Very disappointed I use to love Popeyes. This happens Everytime even after waiting a few months in hopes it was just one bad day but nope Everytime. I will never eat Popeyes again and will never recommended. If y'all are so broke you have to cheat people you might as well close down.

DisgustinG! Period. I can only check off 1 star since no stars isn't an option. ( popeyes on Mesa and Belvedere) I'm making sure it's the right location since the picture isn't accurate but that wasn't the problem anyway. EMPLOYEE HYGEINE IS A MUST IF I'M GOING TO EAT AT ANY RESTAURANT.

Would have been a nice experience except, they forgot to include my 6 pc wings at the drive through, and the sides did not taste up to standard. I recommend everyone go to a different PopEyes, or use your money somewhere better

For the fourth time I have order delivery and always give me the good old, dry or burned, just dark meat when it was supposed to be mixed, always my orders are wrong and tiny pieces.

I put in an online order on the app and waited 10 minutes before I went to the window because I know they usually take some time to do the order. Then I am told to wait and 2 people who ordered at the window waited but got their order before me. I waited 20 minutes before pulling back to the window and they tell me because I ordered online that my order isn't ready because it has to be made to order. That made no sense because I already waited 30 minutes and they swore they had no more chicken and had to start more because I ordered online. Then they wanted to argue that it was because of the online order that they didn't have chicken and we would need to wait an additional 20 minutes if we wanted the food. Horrible service and they decided to be rude on top of it

I was here from 8.20pm to 9+pm on Friday, December 12 2025. The girl with curly hair at the cash register was highly unprofessional and really immature. She forgot my order, and proceeded to take my phone away from me for several minutes to "look for my order" on her screen. The order was also over 40 minutes late. She also got the order wrong (wrong side dish) and even missed a sandwich costing $40 dollars in total, even after I've told her twice to confirm and check if the order was complete. She is not ready for any kind of job or responsibility, such a drag on the business and the other workers. I pity the franchise owner for losing business because of such an immature unprofessional dishonest employee.

Went last night to get food because my son wanted it. Drive thru person handed off food then ran off without giving receipt. This has also happened in person. We figured they must be busy. Food is cold and the sides are not even halfway filled. Chicken was cold and not spicy and no fries. When I went to talk to them about it today I was told I was supposed to stay there and honk and "do whatever to get attention to get the receipt". I didn't want to be a pain to the worker and didn't think they would get it that wrong so be sure to sit there honking I guess. Then when I said i did call and leave a message she said they don't answer so I was supposed to keep calling over and over again until they answered. I guess i was expected to spend all night last night just calling and calling.At least my son said he will stop asking for popeyes because eating the cold chicken and tiny side snapped him out of wanting it so that's good. So in summary, according to the manager. Honk and sit there to get your receipt and call repeatedly all night to get ahold of someone if they mess up your food. Leaving a message isn't good enough bc that's what I did but was supposed to keep calling. Disappointing.

Went through the drive thru today around 7:45 pm and the employee was extremely rude. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to order. When I hot to the window she still had a bad attitude. She charged us and asked us to move forward and closed tbe window. I did not receive a receipt so when she came out with the food I asked if the receipt was in the bag. She mumbled something as she walked away after we asked for tbe receipt. When she was done delivering another order to the other car we asked her for the receipt. Before we could finish she rudely cut us off and said she was getting it. She brought us a receipt but not the one I needed to submit for rewards. Once I got home and took the food out it was wrong. I paid extra for mac n cheese and got red beans that were disgusting. My boyfriends Mac n cheese wasn't even half way full. Then I had aaked for a breast and a leg and was given a thigh amd leg. Food was cold amd not good. I've been trying to call and the phone seems to be forwarded and says the number can't take messages because the mailbox has no been set up. Total waste of money! I visited Popeyes to pick up an Uber Eats order and was asked to wait while the food was being prepared. During the wait, I politely requested to use the restroom but was told it was only for customer use. I explained that I was there on behalf of a customer and was currently waiting due to the delay in the order, but the MANAGER still denied access. While I understand store policies, I believe delivery drivers should be extended basic courtesies, especially when delays occur. After all, we play a role in serving your customers too. A little flexibility and understanding would go a long way in creating a more supportive environment for delivery partners.

The manager should not be sighing in frustration in front of customers because I requested I refund for waiting a good while for the order, she was very rude when approaching the situation insisting that they would get the food when I had requested the refund, I decided to leave without the food and without the refund. Thank you for nothing, never again. *** It was Sunday September 21st a little bit after 2 pm.

There were four people working, and yet it took me 8-10 mins wait for combo meal, and i had to wait another minute because they forgot the gravy. Service was so slow eventhough there was only customer inside. I been to a different popeye and it tasted better than this location.

As a delivery driver, service needs to be faster for us. Waiting 20-30 min on an order is very frustrating and we lose money quickly.. Please update in the app that you need more time to prepare the order so the drivers don't wait.

We spent A LOT-$40.00+ for two on dinner and it was GHASTLY!🤮 No spice, no salt, flat, pasty barely baked biscuits with no butter. In all, it was an overpriced, flavorless meal, and the server was extremely rude because they were out of spicy chicken. I shouldn't have to pay for your inefficiencies and ineptness. Don't go there.

You know what? Im REALLY EXTREMELY sick and tired of this Popeyes. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get red beans it's watery and there is a VERY THIN layer or red beans and rice in the cup. In the photo I took two small spoons , I'm not even kidding. As soon as I stick my fork in I'm at the bottom of the container LITERALLY . The chicken sandwiches are HIT and miss where you get a tiny chicken strip or normal.....its a gamble! I consistently give them a chance and frankly I'm tired of the chicken strips being just breading scrawny little pieces, I'm pissed! This place is a rip off! They need to evaluate who is making this type of food because they OBVIOUSLY are not making it the Cajun way. Very disappointed in this place. Then have the nerve to not give you a spoon EVERY SINGLE TIME. Notice I'm using a PLASTIC FORK FROM HOME and not their spoon. Tired of getting stupid point in the app to get free dry hockey pick biscuits. I'm pissed. Seriously RIP OFF.

I love and support Popeyes as a business, but I do not support rude employees. You're paying almost $50 dollars for a 16 piece meal. The bundle itself comes with three large sides but still charges me another dollar just because it's 'mac and cheese' and couldn't even fill it up all the way. It was suppose to be a large but more like a small the way they served it. The attendant was super rude as soon as he started taking our order, he made us wait longer and couldn't even put condiments in the bag. You're paying so much for so little. Very disappointed and will never come back to this location. Customer service is everything, the food was super salty, the sides weren't even halfway full, and the biscuits were dry. What a waste. Customers bring the business, won't be surprised if they shut this location down.
