I always go to fundraising nights for Kester Elementary school, The only time I'd be caught dead at McDonald's as this is empty nutrition for children. But on occasion I can support the unhealthy nutritional traditional value in the event itself. Now that my shameless unplug is done I will say every time I have visited this location in support of the school. I have always had my order taken and produced correctly which is often a feat for McDonald's drive-through. Everything was perfect employees were great great good attitude smile on their face and polite. It is just me or has McDonald's food gone straight down to the bottom rung? The prices are no longer competitive and the food just doesn't taste as good as it did. You'd think after being in business got as long as they have, the food would get better and better. Somehow McDonald's figured out how to get worse over time. Like a leeking ceiling that over time will eventually fall in on itself.

Like any McDonald's. Good price and quick meal preparation. However this location needs to have better cashier employee. The German girl I assume was rude and you can't really understand her. Made ordering longer then it had to because she kept getting the order wrong.

Mobile ordering/app does not work at this location. I am frequently in this area for work and it is frustrating that at this location Mobile Ordering is broken. They allow you to earn points, but don’t allow the auto pay feature. Instead you have to stop and pay at the first window. Additionally, when I have tried to order thru the app with a bonus/free item, I am unable to complete the mobile order. Come on corporate! If you are trying to push people to use the app, make sure each locations mobile ordering works!

First off why do they charge so much for walking in if you now have to do 90% of their work for them? Ridiculous! Walking in should be cheaper than drive thru. That aside, service was painfully slow and the worst part is I was sick 10 minutes after eating it. Stomach still isn't right 12 hrs later. Thos location is so close to my work but I rather not eat or pay a ridiculously high fee for food delivery than to eat there again. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had, from the service to the food just everything all around was horrible. I will definitely never be going there again

Fix Your Hours !! Store says open from 4:am-3:30 am is incorrect. The App let me place a drive through order . Charged me while drive through was closed . Waited untill 4:20 am and they were still not open, had to cancel my order.

Candy has the horrible customer service. The upper management team here at this McDonald's is great. Upper management really care about people and the business. They have a lot of good employees but Candy is always rude, focus on the drive through and not the customers inside. Candy moves fast in circles making double work for team. The night shift needs a lot of work as well. Four out of five of my orders missing something or wrong Someone from upper management should not have to be at work for a customer to get good customer service and be treated with respect.
