Lovely authentic Moroccan restaurant near San Sebastian, and just a short walk from the mezquita in Errenteria — so perfect if you're also searching for a mosque near San Sebastian. We went there on a Friday, took the E2 train from San Sebastian to Errenteria (super easy and fast), first for jummah prayers, and then for lunch here at the Atlas Moroccan restaurant. We had the couscous, one with chicken and one with veal, and we loved it. The meat was very tender. The service was kind, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend, even more so if you're looking for halal food in the area.

Atlas Marokoar Jatetxea delivers true Moroccan comfort food at a fair price. The couscous is light and aromatic, the lamb tagine tender, and the pastilla perfectly crisp. Portions are generous, mint tea is spot on. Service is kind and attentive they explain dishes and adapt spice/vegetarian requests. Cozy, clean space and quick service even when busy. Excellent value around €10–20. Strongly recommended.

Authentic experience. I live in Donostia but this was the best Moroccan restaurant I could find in the area. The cous cous was superb and in healthy portions. I world have liked a little more picante but it was still delicious with clearly fresh ingredients. Both the chicken and ternera were tierna. Service was very attentive. Sand price was very reasonable for the portions and quality of the food. I will definitely be going back.

We had the best dinner here tonight. I love when I can find a good tagine. The service was excellent but the food was the star. Loved the pastilla with powdered sugar and cinnamon and even the olives they make in house were good. The beef in the tagine just melted in my mouth with the plum and apricots. I even tried my first North African drink called hawai. It was really delicious like an orangina with mango. We took a cab from our hotel and it was so nice that across from the restaurant was a taxi station so it was easy to get back.

I cannot recommend this more. The owner is delightful and the food is amazing. Tender meat & chicken, couscous, chicken pastilla, mint tea, the works! And well priced to boot!!

Loved the restaurant, really nicely decorated. The waiter was so helpful as we weren’t sure what to order and his recommendations were great. He also combined one of the dishes for us so we could try a bit of all the salads. The food was tasty and the tea to finish was delicious! We will definitely be back!
