They are very fast at their job. I mean it's taco bell but they do make it to order and even when you make changes this location has always gotten it right.

I haven't had Taco Bell in a long time but the food was very hot and tasted delicious. The line was extremely long (it was lunch time on a Wednesday), but we were in and out of the drive thru within 15 minutes.

Very friendly female worker treated my 4 y o nicely. Large dining area with many customers. No lines just steady. Strangely a third wore masks.

My friend Lauren recommend Taco Bell to me and I had never been there. Really, really good food, it's like they put some addicting ingredient in it. Pretty quick service. Overall a good experience.

Literally go out of our way to go to this location instead of the others when we want some TB. Quick, easy, friendly, and ACCURATE. Our only menu modification is no tomatoes and no sour cream on the chicken chalupa order, and no other TB is able to do this. Penfield can decipher our seemingly hieroglyphic order via app, drive thru, or take out.

Usually very good assembly with the food but I just went there at 12:30 said they close at 2 in the morning, the drive thru Machine was off and doors locked, little salty I hadn’t aren’t all day and just wanted my taco lol better luck next time ig

Awesome service. The lady that took our order was phenomenal. She was so friendly. I think her name was Lisa. Food was good and made n a decent time for us coming in at close. I was very happy with the service and would definality go back again.

When I received my nacho cheese with my nacho fries and extra that I paid for they were only half full. The staff there was quick to replace them upon request. I even got to keep the original 2!

Everytime ive ordered theyve gotten my food to me in a timely manner and never forget or mess up ingredients. A lot of taco bell locations ive been to have, but theyve been a trusted location for me. I dont eat meat anymore so I typically sub meat for beans.

The staff was friendly as usual food was great this is my favorite one to go to. The young lady that took her order I think her name was Catherine was very patient and courteous there was 5 of us so the order took a little bit plus my youngest is deaf so I had to sign to her. You guys have a great staff here keep up the great work!!

This Taco Bell is the best ! I went in there having trouble trying to redeem my free taco from having t mobile. The counter girl Tammy was super nice trying to help me and told me how to do it. The manager then came from the back and said don't worry about it and just rang it in for me for free. Of course the taco was delicious, as they always are. Other than the nice staff the store itself was very clean and up kept.

Absolutely the best taco Bell in Monroe county. The staff is adorable and friendly no matter who is working or what time of day I go. My FAVE restaurant by far, and I love that there are so many vegetarian options, and the staff takes care of me for that too. THANKS guys.

My girlfriend and I came here for dinner after our date night. 7pm, drive through stacked up, busy as it gets. I get a number 10 with chicken, 1x 3 cheese chicken flatbread, and 2x spicy potato tacos. She got a number 1 plain no lettuce extra meat, and a cheesy rice and bean burrito. 30 seconds later... It's done! And it's SPOT ON!!! Hats off to this location! You guys really hit the spot this time. Best Taco Bell I've ever had!. If I could I'd give More Stars!!

Food comes up quick here, the lobby is always clean and busy with people dining inside more then most places. Much better then the East Rochester location. I do hate the touch screen order. I miss a dedicated counter person. The lag on pressing the screen and the upselling and modification of drink when you just give me an empty cup anyway. Its too many screens. I would try the app but it's got a 1.3 stay rating...

One of the best Taco Bell's around. Toppings were a bit skimpy on some items and a few mistakes were made but a worker named David was super polite and quick to make up for it.

Clean location. Friendly employees. Quick service. And they weren't stingy with the food. Some places you look at the picture and get a less appealing version of that but not here! As it looked on the picture that is how I received it.

Quick service that is usually pretty consistent! The only problem is that the inside of the establishment is pretty dated and small. Other than that, it's your run-of-the-mill Taco Bell!

Coming from the Southwest I have been in many good Mexican restaurants and Taco Bell was always a decent fallback if I needed a quick burrito. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my local Taco Bell in upstate N.Y. makes better food and has better service than any of the fast food taco restaurants I used to visit.

Went inside to order at the kiosk because I had a large order and didn't want to hassle through the speaker box and the Taco Bell app is complete trash, worst app ever. I'm not sure how franchisees made it through the pandemic with such a cruddy app. Anyway, kiosk was super sticky, but the staff was really nice and the food was prepared quickly and correct!

Service at drive thru kinda slow

The best Taco Bell for excellent customer service which is a big deal to me. I refuse to support any business with poor customer service. The employees have always been friendly, helpful when explaining items on their menu... we've placed specialty orders and they've always been correct and the drive-thru is never backed up... except once when a car died right at the drive-thru window. I watched the staff come out and help the customer push the car into a parking spot and then proceeded to make sure that everybody who had to wait was either given a discount on their order or we're giving additional food items. That was extremely impressive and wonderful to see people willing to go above and beyond their job.

Sad to say one of the best tasting and fastest taco bell in the Rochester area. Orders are almost always spot on and perfect drive thru is fast as well. Lost a star for me for cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant.

The food was, well, fast food. The prep was rushed and messy, and normally that would affect my rating... But I have an unhealthy attraction to Taco Bell and specifically, Baja Blast Zero. So normally I'd adjust my rating down for the rushed messy food prep or the order inaccuracies, but considering nearly every other Taco Bell, from Greece to Penfield, is a hot mess these days... This one stands out as a semi-reliable option, and my revised rating reflects that.

Typical Taco bell. Though I will say, been there 3x with 3 custom orders, and they nailed it each time. I don't usually get that kind of accuracy at other TB's but this one gets an A.

I used to love me some 'Bell. The quality of their food has declined and the their food has shrunk. It's like they fill their items with a couple tablespoons of slop and what you get is mostly tortilla and mostly shell. That said, I rated them Okay because the service is usually good and they're pretty quick.

I always order extra beef on my nacho bell grande, but it seems about 2 scoops short. I pay xtra but it’s small xtra. And for gods sake, why is it freezing at this store. We had to eat in the car it was so cold. Restaurant was empty, all drive thru orders.

It took maybe 5 minutes to even get someone to acknowledge that I was at the counter. Then another 3 for someone to come take it.. very bad customer service.

I worked at many fast food places when I was younger and man this place sucks.. they literally take forever, I stood inside for 25 minutes for my 3 tacos and a burrito.. I watched the 2 people in the back preparing my food stand around talking to each other, and one person grabbed their cell phone with their gloves on. They then preceded to make my food without wasing their hands or changing their gloves, I then spoke up! And they then changed their gloves didn't even wash their hands,,, gross!! I asked for my moneymoney back and left

Just terrible. Always messing up things and I've never complained but this time it's enough. Got Taco bell for lunch...came home...opened bag...cold, barely cooked quesadillas with barely any filling had to cook them to be edible. If I wanted to cook lunch I wouldn't have even bothered getting Taco Bell. Oh, and My 5 layer burrito? Cold, hardly any filling and unappetizing. Looked more like my cat puked in it than anything resembling a 5 LAYER BURRITO. That went right in the trash. Complete garbage and a waste of money.

Last few times I have gotten food from this location the order has been missing items or items have been cooked/prepared incorrectly. Will try them again eventually and hopefully they will be back up to passable standards

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme without nacho cheese sauce, and I got a soft taco shell, hard taco shell, meat and lettuce 😩😩😩 won’t be going back

This taco bell is terrible. I always order online or the kiosk, but my clients order in person. There's never anyone at the front counter, they don't seem to care or notice if there's a line, and a manager has to "send someone up" to take orders despite the fact that the growing line is clearly visible from behind the counter. There's no reason to wait 5+ minutes to have someone actually acknowledge your presence in the restaurant. Yall need to do better for in person customers

The food at this location is usually really good, they don't mess it up. However this location is always so freezing inside that I have to stop going. I could literally see my breath when I was inside today and my food cooled down almost immediately because of this. It was 50 degrees outside but felt even colder in the Taco Bell.

I have received consistently underwhelming orders from this location as of late. I live nearest to this location, but I will go out of my way to the location on Hard Rd. in Webster due to the sub-par quality at the Penfield location. Today, we received the wrong order the first time around, then upon receipt of the correct order our Mini Chicken Quesadilla had almost no meat on it, the Fiesta Potatoes were stale and hardly warm, the Beefy Nacho Griller had almost no meat, the Beefy 5 Layer Burrito was almost all beans, and the Quesaritos were mostly rice. This is unacceptable when most other locations seem to be able to satisfy the orders without much issue. I avoid this location like the plague, but about once a year I check to see if they've gotten their act together, and this time was disappointing, but not surprising. I gave a reluctant two stars because the only redeeming qualities about this order were that most of it was warm, and there were the right number of attempts at food items in the order, but other than that I was very unsatisfied.

The drinks were good but the Cinnamon twists had no Cinnamon on them and they were dried out and the tacos were ok. I have had better tacos from there

Just got half my order wrong. Dry potatoes. Cheese quesadilla is filled with chicken. I ordered cheese.

Spent $40 on food they put too much cheese sauce on quesadilla could not even eat them. Ordered soft tacos looked like paper around taco was saturated in water wth!!

They don't have carry out service and since I can't speak because of the issue I have, I can't use a drive through and this taco bell is closer to me than the others. I wouldn't go there since their drive through is extremely slow!

I went to this Taco Bell on August 3, 2015 at about 12:15AM. I ordered five simple items. A triple layer nacho, two dollar menu Burritos, Cinnamon twists, and a side of sour cream. The two Burritos where fine. The nachos looked like someone threw up in it!! It was a ball of soggy mess!!! Also my side order of sour cream and my cinnamon twist where left out.

Went through drive thru and got the complete wrong order. Didn’t realize till I got home. Had to drive back and there was a line of cars out of the parking lot. Went to the door and signaled an employee. Told her I had the wrong order and she told me the dining room was closed. She then told me to get in line for the drive thru. A line of at least ten cars. Absolutely ridiculous. I refused and lost 16 dollars because they screwed up my order. I even rounded up my change for these imbeciles.

If you're to seal the bag, make sure you validate what's inside FIRST. I took my sons to grab a quick bite. We get home and discovered that we were missing Nachos and had extra tacos. Its not the end of the world but it is very irritating. I'm out a buck or two but I won't be heading to Taco Bell in Penfield again anytime soon

Took forever to get an employee to take the order and then they messed up the order. How hard can it possibly be to get 2 tacos?

Why can’t this store get the orders correct???? It’s not rocket science to get 3 or 4 items right in a single order, one would think. Twice in a row now I’ve ordered…3 items the first time 4 items the 2nd time and neither time were they correct. The best part is the item that is wrong in the order costs LESS than the item I received in the order. IMAGINE THAT. What are the odds?!?! NOT HAPPY!

Literally worst experience I’ve ever had a Taco Bell. The bean burritos were so dry and missing tomatoes and the items that were supposed to have beans instead of beef had absolutely not one drop of beans. Burritos looked like taquitos. I’m So livid that I had to pay for this, it wasn’t even worth $15 more like $4. Do yourself a favor and if you go at night around 10pm STAY AWAY. I would’ve taken the food back but sadly it would take about 20 minutes to go back. Purely pathetic experience.

On our way home last night my mom and I decided to stop at this Taco Bell location. Not sure if they were short staffed, but the wait was ridiculous! We didn’t even take our order and were already waiting for a good 20 min in the drive-thru! Luckily we were able to get out of line or we would’ve been there forever!

I've been at several taco bells around and this was the worst. Food was served on a dirty tray with no papermat, which they said they don't use. Food was served so fast, I questioned when it had been made; they insisted it was just made. The portion I was given of their new taco fries was less than half of what their pictures showed. I was told that was usual and i disliked the deception in advertising. They'd go farther by offering that tiny portion as a freebie as a better promotion rather than a person feeling ripped off for even spending $1 to try. The quesadillas we're wrapped tightly in greasy tinfoil which when opened tore the entire portion apart. The "cooking" method made the food soggy, falling apart and difficult to eat. Quesadillas have firm shells not soggy floppy ones. And they were tasteless. They were also marked on the wrappers with grease pencil. That is what made me question their freshness; why Mark a products identity when it's made per order. Total fail. After questioning the staff as to my horrid meal I learned they do not cook or prepare anything, it's all premade elsewhere and heated up before serving. Is this a new efficiency method? Better service? Better product? NO! NO! NO! And their answer...a coupon for A single free taco! Fairport store should be avoided, and any other that practices food prep the same! I have usually gone to canandaigua store for years and have never encountered these conditions there. As for a rating...way less than Zero!!! I've thrown better food away!

Worst drive thru experience ever. I asked for mild sauce, and the lady gave me a hard time telling me that my map didn’t consist of mild sauce, she rolled her eyes at me when I was being nice. I am not okay with it.

Screwed up my order twice in a row now. How do you get 5 doritos loco tacos from me saying 5 soft shell tacos. And I can't go back to get them to fix it because I only have a half hour lunch break and it takes half that time for them to make the food. Tired of being screwed over!

Its obvious that this taco bell only cares about getting the food to the custokers at a fast rate. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito meal. It is supposed to come at the bare minimum with the burrito, a chalupa, cinnimon twists and a drink, I got only the burrito and a hard taco. The hard taco is not part of the meal. My meal was $14 with the addition of nacho fries and it ended up being worth a third of the price due to the lack of items I recieved.

I’ve ordered multiple times from here since moving. Every single online order I’ve had from this Taco Bell has been incorrect, this was never an issue before. I order through the app. When I receive my incorrect order, you submit a questionnaire and never hear back from management….

Had an issue w my card so I said I'd come In and pay. When I walked in, a young lady apologetically told me she just threw it away. I said it's ok just remake it. 45 seconds later my order was"ready" they literally pulled my food out of the trash and handed to me.... I asked if I could have the fries fresh because they were clearly cold. The manager said they don't make them fresh to order. That's taco bell policy which is bs I worked there as a kid. I came to eat with my mom waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter to serve me. The dining room was filthy dirty I told someone he just said OK and walked away, I then told another person and they just said they’ll take care of it, but didn’t it wasn’t that busy when we were here. The bathrooms were filthy. Probably one of the worst experiencing ever at a Taco Bell. Highly recommend you avoid either going inside or avoid this place at all because of the dining room and bathrooms are dirty. I can only imagine what behind the register in the kitchen looks like bottom line. Everything was just gross.

I went for dinner friday night and waited in the drive through line for about 25 minutes. I ordered a flamin hot grilled cheese burrito and once i got home and started eating it something didn’t feel right, my rice was hard and my beef didn’t seem fully cooked. Saturday morning i woke up around 5- 6am and started throwing up and nonstop felt nauseas all day. same thing happened the entire day sunday and awful diarrhea. I went to the doctor’s office earlier today and found out i have food poisoning.

I pull up to the drive-thru today and tell them that I have a mobile order for Matt. Turns out the app didn't fully submit it yet, but I've got it pulled up and ready to submit on my phone. There's nobody behind me waiting. The employee tells me that I need to drive back around. Even though it's ready to go and there's nobody behind me, which she acknowledges. It rubbed me the wrong way so just left instead. Not playing that game just to keep your drive thru times short.
