My order was wrong and I went bad super PO because of the drive and the manager and the assistant handled it so well. I apologized after receiving my food. The manager gave me a full refund after I told him it was ok twice. He was extremely understanding and helpful. Wish I would have gotten his name.
This location was fast paced yet clean! Ordered my food and it was out before I knew it. Customer service was great! If I’m in the area again, I’ll stop by again. Till then, let’s eat!!!
When I initially went there, I went inside to use the restroom, the manager (tall black lady)greeted me as I walked pass going to the restroom. Upon arrival, the restroom was clean and smelt good. So then I left and went through the driveway, very friendly all the way through. I ordered the new chicken strip combo. Food was fresh hot and good. I don't know anyone there, I was just passing through. Will for surely stop there again. I'm in construction and boy, sure wish they were all like this.
Stopped in for lunch today and met the most amazing manager! AJ was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. She made sure we were taken care of and was very professional. This is what 5 star service looks like!
I wanted Taekila recognized as a 5 star representative of the McDonald's location. She always greets me with a smile and a greeting. As a manager, she does work double shifts, yet still maintains a friendly, efficient work ethic. She is a gem with a beautiful smile.
It is a McDonalds. Just like all the others. But it is close to work and convenient for lunch. Cheeseburger and fries always makes me nostalgic for days gone by.
Besides poisonous food the service is outstanding. How dare they say those tasty fries are poison. I love their hotcakes but they are glistening like anti freeze. Would people really stop eating there, if the food was tasteless they might. Food that never goes bad why can't that concept apply to us who eat it
I am a city bus operator and my bus broke down right in front of the restaurant. It was an actual bus stop so it was perfect. I used the restroom and got me a cool drink with fresh hot fries. Let's just say it made a hot funky situation in to a good laughable moment. Eventually my bus was replaced and I was back in action.
This place was a little busy, does need a little more cleaning but was fair. I would go back i know it might be because it was during a rush hour. I just got a cone and well wanted to use the restrooms. It wasn't so clean but like I said it could be because of the time and it was kinda busy.
While we where there they never cleaned the tables, the trash can was full. The RR did not had toiled paper and when they finally did, the paper was not pulling out.
The cashiers and manager were super polite. It wasn't especially clean and the manager was working to get employees to clean up. There were fruit flies everywhere including my drink and my burger. All my food was over cooked. It seemed like they were all going through training and it was a rough day for them. I did appreciate they were exceptionally polite and understanding. My burger and drink were replaced quickly.
Ordered the new Signature Artisan Sweet BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger only was $5.62 total. RIPOFF. Wasnt much bigger than a slider. Dont be deceived by the pictures on the tv screen menu. Very deceptive. I saw the size of the tiny miniature cheeseburger and asked for my money back. No way was I paying $6.00 for that miniscule thing. Total ripoff. Whataburger, Im sorry I cheated on you. I hope you will forgive me.
I walked in and waited over 7 mins to even be acknowledged.....Slow service and tables were dirty.. took 10 mins ns to even order and 17 mins to get a clean table after asking for it
I figured that I would try again but this time set at the menu board for 5 min and on one took my order. Finally I drove to the second window and the guy told me he couldn't hear anything through his headset. Took my order and I still had to wait about 4 minutes to get my food. Very bad place and too many times I've been screwed over. Don't waste your time with this place. Sonic is right down the street
Who's running the drive thru? I was sitting there waiting to have my order taken and next to me 4 cars get their order taken before me. Its always that bigger guy that never goes in order. Never coming back.
They have both drive thru lanes open, but they never address the second lane. Watched 3 cars go through the other lane before I finally just drove into that one. Pulled up to the pick up window and the girl was too busy on her personal cell phone to say hi or literally anything to me. Handed me my food and again could not say a single word. Might start driving 15 minutes out of the way to another location just to avoid this locations crappy service
I recently ordered from this McDonald's via their app, and my experience had both positives and negatives. Positives: ✔️ Accommodative Young Staff: The staff was friendly and helpful. ✔️ Economical Pricing: Compared to other McDonald's locations, the prices here were quite reasonable. ✔️ Kid-Friendly Area: They have a dedicated space for kids, which is great for families. ✔️ Modern Ambiance: The black-themed point of sale setup gave the place a sleek and modern look. Areas for Improvement: ❌ Out of Stock Issue: I ordered an item through the app, only to find out it was out of stock. It would have been helpful to know this before placing the order. Overall Impression: While the staff, ambiance, and pricing were great, better inventory management on the app would improve the experience. Notifying customers about out-of-stock items before they place an order would avoid disappointment. Would I Return? Yes, but I hope for better accuracy with online orders next time.
Just came here was not greeted at all. So many people walked by and saw me standing there. Then when they finally turned around still not a word i let them know i was picking up the manager just handed the bag still no words spoken. They are all rude and need new managers bc that is not how customer service works will never visit this location again. ZERO STARS
Waited 15 minutes for a lukewarm Qtr pounder when bringing my food out server takes to wrong car hands it to that driver driver looks in bag then hands it back to server .... she then hands me the bag and I ask did u give my food to that car she replies "Yeah, but they didn't touch it".... One of the drive thru boxes wasn't being worked. Sat at the box for 5-6 minutes while 4 other cars were helped at the other box. Came in to order and was ignored by the staff. Ordered from the self serve kiosk and didn't receive a receipt. Asked for a receipt and the associate was very rude when I asked. Won't be coming back to this location and now the ratings for this location make sense.
Brought my niece to this location only to walk out a few minutes later. Had cash on me and couldn’t order through the self serve machine, only to be ignored by the workers. They saw us standing there and just laughed, half of them were on their phones and the others just playing around and talking and doing nothing. Said “Hello” several times and still no service.
I live very close to this location however, I will drive to another location by all means. Upon my better judgement I went to this location this morning and again disappointed. Waited 15 min. for my food, curb side. I had to get off my car and walk inside to get my food. It was fully staffed not sure what the problem is at this location.
Black female cashier was visibly ANNOYED when I asked for sauces. She rolled her eyes and rudely said “Next time, you HAVE to ask for it at the drive-thru speaker.” Mind you, this was my FIRST time at this location and wasn’t even asked what kind of sauce I wanted. Very unprofessional and she was goofing around with co-workers. Fries were soggy and old. Will be reporting to corporate.
Terrible terrible place. We were there to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday during lunch and there was an annoying very loud alarm going off and we kept telling the employees and manager for 45 mins. No one did anything about it. We kept complaining. My husband was checking the door and he opened it to see what was going on with the door and the alarm went off, and the manager came running and yelled at him to get out and leave. My husband was calm the whole time and the manager and employees kept yelling at him telling him to leave while he was trying to help me pack up my 4year old and 8 year old lunch. Supposedly they said the alarm was suppose to make those random noises when we have been there multiple times and it never did that.
I'm not delusional. I dont expect a great customer service from a place like mcdonalds. However, the employees and customer services here are so far below the line. They ignore customers and their requests. The guy bringing food to the table cant even get a simple order right, skipping on napkins, tray, and manner. Other employees in the cashier just simply ignores requests from customers which was made because of their mistakes. Tables were not cleaned. Trash from prior customers is left there for too long, and nobody gives a damn.
Waiting in the lobby as I type this. Coming up on an hour now just for 3 cheeseburgers and fries. No communication from the staff and not a soul working the front desk, but I counted 9 employees in the kitchen. If you're ever in the area and thinking about coming here, don't waste your time.
100% of the time they mess up the order. Smh. This actually never happens to me yet here it always does. Hire people that can do the job
Ordered on the app; drove 15 minutes to pick-up the food; had to wait another 8 minutes before the food was ready (no one was in line); the food was lukewarm; and items were missing from my order. The manager refused to adjust the price, offered instead to give a free order on my next visit. Not happening.
I went two times in different days by drive-thru to order breakfast but my surprise was that they were out of breakfast. The time was 10:30 am and it’s supposed the breakfast is until 11:00 am. So I asked for breakfast and I was told that they were offering dinner not breakfast. I am very disappointed with this situation. People working there should give better service and organize well.
Everyone is so rude and the managers are unprofessional. They need to close this McDonald’s and y’all need to start going to the other one next to the Freeway . There service is way better and they do not take long for anything they will take care of you right away unlike this McDonald’s . I came today to just purchase some drinks and when I come to the speaker to try and order them no one was answering. There was no line or any customers. I waited for about 5 min and I pull up to the window. They still did not open their windows until I kept honking non stop. A big ahh guy with tattoos then took my order that I had with a code and after I told him I had a different code on a separate order. He said he couldn’t do that in the drive way but the other times when other people take care of me in the window when I have different orders with separate codes , they don’t say that. I’ve had managers who’ve token my orders on the drive way with 2 separate orders and there was never no issues. When he said that I asked if I could speak with his manager which didn’t turn out well as well. The manager stated we were holding up his line but I don’t see how it was our fault. He then proceeded to call us names and that’s when we just asked for the money back so we could leave. I hate coming to this McDonald’s but sometimes I have to because it’s closest to my house. After tdy I will never ever go back and I hope this place gets shut down.
I went through the drive through and ordered one big breakfast with the pancakes, had to park in the waiting area and after 25 minutes, they bring out a bag, i get home and found out they gave me 3 orders of pancakes and sausage, NO EGGS, NO BISCUITS. THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER, This is NOT the first time this happened.
The worst McDonalds in the country by far. This place needs to close down. This morning I was told to pull around the corner to wait for my coffee... coffee!!! Then some person decides to pull up next to me and tells me to move beacuse I am blocking the way, which clearly I am not because he stopped right next to me. So then he pulls in front of me, and goes inside the store. After about 10 minutes of waiting for my coffee I went inside and the manager (or thats what he called himself) gave me my money back... he refused to sell me coffee and started arguing with me about moving my car from the little curve, this after he told me to wait there. Oh, a lady drove right by bour car and that other person's car with no problem to go to the drive-thru window, so there was road being blocked. These people are rude, unprofessional and have no reason to be working there, but then again, with their attitude its probably the reason they can only work there. I have been to this store many times and there is always a different manager and workers. I wonder why?
Terrible. Ordered through the app and tried to pick up at the drive through but the speaker didn't work. So I drove up and they me wait by the front door to bring my order. Waited 20min in the car and no one came. Had to go inside and waited another 10min before I got anyone to help me and still had to wait another 10min for my food cause I had to go up and ask for it again. Didn't even get to eat because I ran out of time for my lunch. Gave me an apple pie for to say "sorry"....terrible service.

This place sucks!!! I order PICK UP- AHEAD OF TIME & I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT 10+ minutes for an order after I check in! The first time nobody came out I had to go through the drive through and they started making it, this time I had to get off to grab my food AFTER waiting in my parking spot 15min & IT wasn’t ever ready LOL. I ordered at 10:06; didn’t get food in my hands until 10:40🙂 What’s the whole point of pick up if it’s not going to be done or brought out?? By the time I grab my food my lunch is over!! I try to spare them but this is just reoccurrence it’s so bad.
This McDonald’s has the worst customer service. Waited over 15 minutes for a mobile order and I had to go inside and get my order. Once someone finally brought it out I was ignored and not given my order instead she walked right past me and continued to if it’s when I said I could take my order and she walked to my vehicle and then proceeded to wait until I was in my car to hand my order off. Food was cold, and incorrect. And thanks to the carelessness of the staff I could have died from eating a burger with onions on it as I have a severe allergy. Yes I should have checked my order before I left but seeing as I waited so long it should have been made as stated on my order ticket. I have given this place several chances and will not be back.
Worst drive thru experience ever- took forever for a small fry and an ice cream cone- even ordering thru the app they still didn’t know what I ordered when I got to the 2nd window
Previously came here because of good customer service, but this time it was different. I guess the kid at the drive thru was new or something? My order was pretty simple: Hotcakes, hotcakes w/ sausage and a sausage McMuffin.. I gave the kid the code before going to the window and usually I get a notification saying “we got your code” well this kid charged me before adding the code which means I didn’t get any points. He calls the manager, I try to explain and he doesn’t understand? Says the points were added but I clearly see they were not, I say it’s fine forget it. He offers a drink and I decline it, ok whatever I go to the second window, get handed my order by the same kid who took it. I look in the bag I see the hotcakes on top I’m like ok, and in a bag there’s the sausage McMuffin. Driving here I had a feeling I had to check again, the other order of hotcakes had egg, buscuit and sausage which I didn’t order… I just wanted the hotcakes w sausage it was pretty clear. I then look at the sandwich and there’s cheese 🙃 when I clearly said sausage McMuffin. Oh, and they only put 1 syrup and 1 fork for 2 orders of hotcakes LOL I was like ok I guess it’s fine I mean I have syrup at home. I was already half way home and didn’t want to turn back. Totally upsetting, since I didn’t even get a receipt? So idk if I got charged correctly..
I ordered a combo meal, but was told they were out of soft drinks and that my only options were chocolate milk or lemonade. I chose the lemonade, only to be upcharged for what ended up being a watered-down lemon-flavored drink. On top of that, the staff was noticeably rude.

Slow, very slow. I come to this location on my lunch breaks. They take at least 15 minutes just to take orders, every time I come. They have the same order taker in the back window who is a manager and can't take orders correctly at all !! You can't even understand him. He doesn't like putting codes for the app in. He automatically says it doesn't work !
Bought coupon pack for food And it offers ice cream.However, the ice cream machine never works.It has been down for months now.What a rip off and Offer no accommodations
So I went to McDonald's to get over charged on my order I wanted 2 large sprites I got charged for 2 large fries and to make it worst I had to wait for 20 minutes for them to bring my food to the front were they asked me to park and to make matters worse they didn't wanna refund the fries .when I got home my burger was missing the top bund like worse experience ever .Bad management!!!!!

Place order to pick up n had ode still didn't serve food n there is person who works there n all the relatives comes n get free food from side but the paid customers they don't serve food just donated $5 ordering happy meal bcz they did not serve food they denied to serve foe no reason n made us go in drive thru line never recommended to go at this location. Myself in my roommate came to your store today probably around 1:15 in the afternoon today is Sunday December 29th. We ordered it the kiosk and after waiting probably at least 10 minutes my roommate went up to the counter and got our order they were serving all of the double cheeseburgers to the drive-thru instead of taking care of our order. Not a big deal we came in and sat down because we were not in a hurry.. after getting our food I went back to the counter and asked for some mayonnaise the young lady said we don't have mayonnaise I said my sandwich has mayonnaise I would like some more mayonnaise that's when she accused me of being rude she did get my mayonnaise. On the way out I thought I would let the manager know what she said to me and that became a three-way conversation between myself the manager and her and I looked at him I said you know what this is your problem and I left. If I owned a restaurant I would want to know how my employees were treating my customers I thought the whole situation was handled very poorly. The last conversation that I had with the manager and the young lady who accused me of being rude was right after 2:00 he might want to review the videos to see what actually happened. Good luck I'm sure that it is difficult finding and keeping good employees at a fast food place. I personally don't have a high expectations of service or even food quality at most fast food places anymore but to have one of your employees accuse me of being rude for asking for mayonnaise was very surprising.
(Family’s behalf) Still in disbelief of what just happened to me this morning at the McDonald’s on Valley View and Josey Ln. Went in to get breakfast 3 workers one being a “manager”stood talking and ignoring us. I asked if someone can take our order (still got ignored) after a couple of min. finally someone came. When they called out the order # I asked the manager if it was mine he answered very very rude and said “ I don’t know check your receipt” which I said “I didn’t get one.” After all that I said can I get coffee , creamer, and jelly, which he yelled “ don’t ask me, why didn’t you ask when you ordered I said “I did and didn’t get it!” And he turned around and said “that’s it thank you.” And never gave it to me. As we were there going back and fourth about him giving me the stuff he says “don’t worry Trump will get you!” Like WTH! All while the other 2 workers giggled in the background. Never in my 30+ years of living in farmers branch have I felt this discriminated and offended. I can’t believe this is coming from a so called “manager.”
Literally missing half our order in the bags when we got home after a 15 minute drive. Patrick was terrible and the fact he's a manager wow...just wow. I didn't catch the female managers name but she was great!! Get her some better help! Also couldn't get me the drink I asked for because he didn't want to basically.
SHUT IT DOWN, I moved here about 7 years ago and the I tried this mcdonald's out and I would of gave it 1 star back then but I just put it behind me, but today! Tell me why I ordered happy meals and the lady taking the order made a mistake and didn't put extra fries instead of apple slices(absolutelynot a big deal) when I told the staff I saw her go to her manager(white shirt) she gave out such petty behavior and said" tell them thats what the receiptsaid they are getting so thats what they get. We dont have time for fixing orders" so when I said "its not a big deal to charge me now it fix the problem" the manager said "if your not gunna take ot like that take the drinks back and his debt card and we will just refund him" very immature and petty. The ordeal took 20 minutes for some small frys. I asked the staff relaying the conversation between me and the manager for her name and she asked the manager and the manager says " we don't give our names or anything information" so if Mcdonald's Corporation is wondering why your not receiving complaints here's your answer. I will NEVER stop here and I will FOREVER share my experience word of mouth to every one I know how disgusting this location is.. PS I have a video
I went to the drive through and ordered two Mc Chickens( one spicy and one regular with extra pickles. And both with extra mayo). When I went to the window I asked the cashier if they put the extra pickles and extra mayo. Then they said that someone else had taken the order and that there was no way to change the order. Then the manager came and she said what happened. I, then explained how I wanted my order. The manager was rude to the employee and started screaming at her telling her to just give me the order however it was. She said to don't even bother adding anything. She was racist and rude to me. I'm not here begging anyone for anything. I'm paying.
I didn't like the customer service that was provided I told who looked like a manager that I was missing 2 4pieces of nuggets that came with my meal he didn't apologize or anything this was on 8/13/24 around 430 all he did was ask if I was sure cause he saw me check the bag I was like I'm sure why would I lie I never even left the restaurant I asked him if he thought I ate 12 nuggets in 30 seconds. As a manager in retail I would have atleast apologized and not have left a smart remark like that. Not to mention other people's ordered were also wrong. Please do better with customer service.
Absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to operationally. Mixing up orders, forgetting drinks, forgetting they sent people to wait for items that weren't ready for the drive thru. Never experienced a McDonald's with this type of consistent problem on multiple occasions.
I only ordered a sweet tea and sat in drive Thur 15 to 20 minutes recorded them the whole time just walking around looking at me no one responded on 4/11/2025 around 9:30 p.m. nothing but kids very sad some on the phone or do just standing there I need to talk to corporate
They have gotten my order wrong every time I’ve gone. I even checked my bag at the window once, saw it was wrong, asked for the right stuff, and then was handed another wrong order.
DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! Between the newly discovered bugs and beyond poor service I don’t see how McDonald’s lets this location operate with its name. If you don’t like someone send them here. I tried this location couple times before, they lock the doors and pretended to be closed well before time (I can see you.) Scam likely.
Ordered a sausage McGriddle and they were out of sausage and can only do bacon…. I said could I get chicken instead since they had it and it was only 10cents more…. Nope we got bacon even tho they said they could do chicken. If you run out of things, replace it with something that you have and not only once option
I went to this McDonald’s today and I got two orders of the artisan grilled chicken sandwich, and it did not come with its vinaigrette sauce it was hella dry. I ordered a sweet tea with light ice. I got a tea that was not sweet and had no ice. Also ordered a large Dr Pepper , was watered down and had no gas , and I ordered a medium hot mocha and got a iced caramel mocha 🤦🏼♀️
I wouldn't usually take the time to write a negative review for a fast food location, however, avoid this particular spot. I've been to plenty of slow fast food spots; this is ridiculous. The wait that it takes for the most common of items. And even then, some how your order will always come back wrong. Nothing against the workers themselves but there's another McDonalds like 6 minutes away..

Been going here forever and this establishment is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The people are always rude and they never make the orders correctly. Stay far away for your sanity.
On January 30 around 5:15 PM I went into this McDonald’s and placed the order through the mobile app. I ordered for a value combo meal and two strawberry cream pies. When my order number was called. I was informed that they did not have any strawberry cream pies ready. They asked if I wanted to wait and it would take about 12 minutes. I said I’m kinda in a rush so can I get a refund? They then told me that I would have to do it through the mobile app I said that’s fine. “Can you show me how to do a refund through the app because I never done that before” I said. The initial young lady Who told me that I would need to do my refund through the mobile app did not know how to do it so I asked her can she find me somebody who can help me. Then she brings a shift leader was quite frankly very rude and disrespectful. The young Hispanic woman with glasses and braces asked if I wanted to substitute for Apple pies I said no because I don’t like them and they’re not the same price value. She also did not know how to issue a refund via the mobile app even though I requested a refund. So at this point I said can you just give me some cookies then because I don’t want to feel like I’m losing my money. I really didn’t want the cookies, but the energy that was given to me displayed I wasn’t getting a refund so take what I could get. The pies I paid for were $3.19 So I asked for six chocolate chip cookies. She tried to haggles me to only do four cookies but I was like six cookies sounds more about right to the price I paid and she tried to argue me that four cookies were more accurate and then I looked at the pricing and it’s says two cookies for a dollar. She walks off and two minutes later she throws a bag of 4 cookies on the counter and walks off again. I opened the bag to only notice four cookies when I asked for six and she then started getting loud and said I’m not giving you six cookies I’m only giving you four and I said “wow that’s how you treat your customers?”The fact is six cookies is more accurate to how much I paid for the two strawberry pies initially. Then she went back and got me two more cookies and proceeded to tell me “you got your cookies so you can stop talking now!” I was so flabbergasted by the amount of attitude and disrespect I received for something that wasn’t my fault. I asked to speak with the manager over her then a African-American woman came out. She heard what I had to say, but did not issue any kind of apology just a blank stare, while younger Hispanic woman was behind her getting loud and irate. As a former McDonald’s employee and current restaurant manager I hope this is not the standard of the management team at this establishment. No sympathy or accountability was taken and that’s what caused me to write this review. I really hope the management team at this McDonald’s gets retain on simple customer service and etiquette.

Good morning to all Im sorry but i had to do this This morning I went to get a coffee and two hash browns and i told the girl at the drive thru that my coffee was only almost halfway full I gave it back and she told me to move to the front I told her I wasn’t going to move because last time they move me and I was there for more that 10 minutes for just a coffee so she and another lady starter to talk and arguing so I decided to get my coffee the way it was back: after she gave it back I told her I was going to write a bad review and they starter yelling me I don’t know what but that’s not right they’re not suppose to be arguing with customers What kind of training do they have. You tell me
Most people have been to McDonald's and know that every once in a while there might be a line at the drive-thru. Lately the level of customer service is well into the lower realms of the abyss. Now there is no rhyme or reason why they have a double line and I am sitting in the outside lane with no other cars yet five cars pull up to the inside lane and get service before I do. Then I get to the window only to be told that the people in the front were doing something and he did not know what it was......"not my fault". They hang your food out the window like you are running a marathon and you are grabbing cups of water as you pass by. Today I ordered hot cakes and sausage and I requested extra syrup, I was then informed it would be $.25......really ok well I will eat these dry pancakes and I promise you that is the last time I will order pancakes from McDonald's This is the beginning of charging the customer for condiments, I will start carrying mustard, ketchup, ranch and syrup in my vehicle. Fast foods are becoming couch cushions.......they such up all your spare change.
UPDATE: my bf, unaware that this is a cursed mcdonalds, picked up a sprite for me. When i tasted it... it was just soda water. CURSED!! -------- This is the worrrrrst McDonald’s. Not only are they extremely slow, my fries were HARD and crunchy, not crispy— hard. And the bun on my burger was hard! Like I know I’m not getting a world-class meal but I would expect the same consistency from other McDonalds. At least the sprite wasn’t flat
i went to this location 1/2/25 around 6p. when i pulled up, no one replied so i waited. after several minutes passed, i said "hello" and got no reply so again, i waited. i get to the second window and immediately a manager with the biggest teeth and braces starts yelling at me telling me i should've waited and that she won't be giving me my food because I didn't. I told her that I did wait and she said I was supposed to wait even longer. I then told her I did say hello and no one replied and she told me she was not giving me my food until I drove back around so she held up the line slammed the window closed and waited for me to pull off however, I didn't and when she realized I was still sitting there, she opened the door saying to cancel the order. I told her that I was not familiar with canceling orders on the McDonald's app and she said she couldn't cancel it on her End at this point my car is in park and I still don't have my food when she can simply put the code into the computer and give me my meal after i waited for an unnecessarily long time for it to be fast food. She then closes the window again before coming back to tell me that I need to drive around with an attitude and saying that she doesn't know why I want to argue mind you I don't wanna argue she came to the window on 10 and I literally just wanted my food. if they don’t get rid of her, i can see this mcdonalds only getting worse. the employees are also being lazy. got my food and didn’t even feel comfortable eating it due to the manager with the life sized teeth and braces
My recent visit to this restaurant was an absolute nightmare. The service was beyond terrible - rude and unprofessional. They had me pull to the side and I waited over 15 minutes before going in to ask about my order (10 piece chicken mcnugget combo). But what truly shocked me was when they practically threw the bag of food at me. It was a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this experience.
If you go through the drive thru be prepared to be skipped in line and they don't care about the customer. Go to a different location. This one sucks and isn't managed properly.
I understand a police officer came through the drive-thru today and was refused service because of being a police officer. Shame on you McDonald’s. This is unacceptable.
We’ll never eat there and will tell my friends how you disrespected a law-enforcement officer, refusing to serve him. All law-enforcement officers first responders need to boycott this McDonald’s.
ordered doordash from them 3 times and they got the order wrong every single time, not sure how hard it is to read but they somehow manage to mess it up, ordered a burger, fries, nuggets, and a shake, i got a burger, 4 nuggets, no fries, and an orange juice freeze with no straw 😂 i’d never order from this location again
Nobody responds in the drive thru, and when I went up to the window, they took my order and asked me to pull up front, where I waited for 30 mins for a sundae. Frustrated, I joined the drive thru line again where I was able to get my order. Except it's not a sundae, just a melted ice cream. If only I could give zero stars, and easily the worst mcd ever.
I came to get my son lunch for school. Ordered medium fry as well for myself. They gave me old fries and not very many. I inquired about paying for a medium and getting the amount of a small. Lady said that’s all they give for medium. I asked for new fries since the ones I got were old. They made me pull to the front. Brought out hot fries and even way less fries than what I got before. This is ridiculous! It’s rude, all because I questioned the amount I received and the quality. My first time at this location and my last !
This restaurant continues to disappoint. I decided to go by this morning since I was in the area. I ordered my coffee and my coffee was full of coffee grinds. Yuck!! Not to mention the sandwiches were cold not warm. And the manager yelling at the lady at the drive through about running out of dollar bills. How is that the cashier's fault? Need more professionalism and today not give customers trash coffee.
I am a uniformed Motorcycle Funeral Escort Traffic Officer. I stopped at this location February 17 at 10:10 am in the drive thru. The woman at the window saw me thru the glass and waited to open it for several minutes, then as she opened the window, she said wait a minute and walked away. She returned and said "I can't serve you". I asked several times why and she just repeated "I can't serve you". I insisted on a manager, and another woman in a dark blue shirt came to the window and she also said," We are not going to serve you unless you come inside.". At this point I was very weary of why they would want to separate me from my motorcycle and said no, I am here, the drive thru is open Nx I just saw them serve someone else. I might add that I am handicapped and cannot walk and use a power chair. I use a ramp to mount the motorcycle and have done so for over 7 years. I have been thru this very drive thru dozens of time because their proximity to a nearby funeral home I escort for regularly. A general manager called me within 10 minutes after I called corporate. He offered me a free meal but said he could not make them apologize. He also said they have a policy to not serve foot traffic or bicycles because they are a hazard in the drive thru. I was on a 1000lbs Kawasaki Police motorcycle, in a distinctive uniform and had been thru that same drive thru many dozens of times. They just refused to serve me. Jack in the Box looks better and better.
The Morning manager was extremely rude. Had a problem because I wanted more Creamer, cause a coffee tasted nasty. And then she handed it back to me with Creamer all on the outside of the cup, she didn't wipe it off and said that it was my job to ask Her to wipe it off when she made the mess. She's the manager , it's her job to be polite. I've never had an issue with this mcdonald's other than the past two times that I have gone there.
I've never had a good experience at this location. The only reason I came today was because this location was the only one open due to the inclement weather. I spent over $30 and I didnt get my sauce i asked for, missing a mcdouble plain and a pie. The lady was rude, and ignored me. When I tried to call and let them know I was missing items, they never answered. I have called 3 times and still no answer. I understand they could be busy due to the weather and nothing really open, but this is not an excuse for this type of service. I will not be going back to thos location.
This place sucks, disappoints EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always charge you but never give you the damn food or they mess up the order somehow. I don’t understand how hard it is to flip some burgers and pack them accordingly. Skip this place and save your money.
This is the perfect place for you to go if you want to wait 20 minutes for your order and then have the staff shrug about it. The line was empty when I placed my order at 3:01, was asked to pull to the front, and had to call them from my car at 3:15. I didn’t get the 2 plain McDoubles that I ordered until 3:20. The guy that brought them out had no idea what bag of food he was giving me, and then shrugged when I told him how long I had been waiting for him to not know what he was handing me. What should have taken 5 minutes tops took almost half a hour. You’re better off driving to literally any other McDonald’s.
By far the dirtiest McDonalds I have been to. I understand it's a McDonald's, however, the trash cans were overflowing, trash on the floor, and tables were disgusting. The staff was doing nothing but playing g on their phones and joking around. I guess I should not expect better. Oh well.
Was told to wait in front of the door because my food wasn't ready, waited for 20 minutes and no came. Had to go back through the drive thru and they again told me to wait, toldthemi had waited nearly 30 minutes for just a double quarter ponder while 40+ other people already got their food. Once I got my food, they clearly purposely made it low quality. It was smashed, sauce all of the place
How is this place still open. So many food violation broken. A lady on her phone while bagging food. Employees entering the kitchen without dress code coughing. Lack of organization and sanitation. The chicken was bland and the fries were raw. I didn't feel comfortable eating here and McDonald's should genuine consider running inspections here. Actually it shows that McDonald's doesn't care to these reviews since they just use a copy and paste link instead of analyzing each review.
I ordered a double QP with cheese meal and some chicken strips. The strips weren’t cooked completely as when I bit into it the middle was still hard. Doesn’t taste like chicken at all. And the burger was still pink inside when I bit it. This is why I haven’t eaten McDonalds in years. At least the fries were ok.
The night staff that works here is literally the worst I have ever experienced. I have tried eating here on three separate occasions during the overnight shift because it’s near my work and every time employees refuse to answer the intercom or come to the front and it’s not that they’re short staffed or busy, because there is never anyone inside or in the drive-through. Honestly, I will be submitting a job application myself to work here because I would love to be paid to do nothing but sleep and ignore customers.
Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff was rude from the moment I arrived, they didn’t give me what I ordered, and they even tried to trick me by saying my order was correct when it clearly wasn’t. I had to insist multiple times before they checked my food, and the attitude was still unacceptable. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here, but it will definitely be the last. They seriously need better customer service training and more honesty.
Decided to dine inside with the family. The kids play area was a mess. All tables wear dirty and have not been cleaned. Food toke forever to come out. I saw flys when ordering food. Then when I asked for more barbecue sauce the cashier got an attitude. This location is very disappointing and dirty.
The McDonald’s in Farmers Branch Texas has the slowest drive-through of any fast food restaurant I have experienced. I waited so long,I finally left. This is not my first long wait experience with this drive-through. In the past, I’ve chalked it up to a bad day. Since this seems to be the norm, I will not come back.The staff either needs more training or they need more staff. With an abundance of restaurants in the area, people are sure to take their business elsewhere. if you have to wait for 10 minutes for one car to move forward in line. I will not be a customer at this McDonald’s in the future.
I had to wait out front for 10 minutes after I ordered a steak bagel. When I finally received my order, I was extremely disappointed. My steak bagel was served on a burnt bagel with cheese. By the way. I requested no cheese. In addition, the steak was charred on half, and bagel was hard as a rock.This should have never been given to a paying customer. My experience at this location ranks as THE WORST in 10 years. I will not frequent this McDonald's location again. DO BETTER!
Came to eat and we ordered on the machine. Cause when we got there, there was quite a few people waiting inline. We ordered for here and the put it in a bag. We had to go and ask for our order because they never called it out. The one taking orders up in the front was a manger in a white shirt. Pretty bad cause he couldn’t take orders or help customers. The whole seating area was dirty. Plus you could see how they were not even paying attention to all the tickets. This place needs someone that really cares and wants to work and help.
This place was a total disaster. We took our grandson here to eat and play. Play area looks like it has been swept in days. Plus you have employees here sleeping! The fries were bad and the oil needs to be changed! The managers walking around were more worried about social media than attending to customers! NEVER AGAIN!!
