Above and beyond service. We were in the drive through and as we were putting in our drink order a yellow jacket decided to share his presence with us. Both my friend and I were not super pleased….. We might of screamed a couple of times and ran out of our car every time he came by and said a friendly hello. Drew came out of the store and asked if he could help us. We thought the yellow jacket finally had left but Drew wanted to make sure it was gone and did a walk around the car. Turned out it was in the back seat. He calmly captured it in a cup and took it far away. He saved us. As we would have crashed the car if the yellow jacket had decided to come to the front for a visit. Thank you Drew for your kindness!

I was driving through on my way to a friends house and stopped by… great service! I tried a different drink (lavender frappe) I give that a 7/10 I wouldn’t buy it again, but the service was quick and courteous.

I’ve stopped at this location at least twice while coming from or going to FL. I must say this is the only Starbucks I know that gets your order exactly the way you want it, where the service exceeds expectations AND the bathrooms are super clean! Staff here was great. I'm traveling so I need something to keep me going and I wanted a latte but as a Frappuccino add this and take that away. I was basically difficult but they were still very nice and made my drink perfectly. Thanks guys, also the place was very clean Kudos to you guys.

The food is just heated in a microwave. It's not like Starbucks is making your sandwich or burrito. The coffee was on point and just down the road from comfort inn. The place is relaxing in general. The service was awesome

It's just like every other Starbucks I've been too. It was clean, not to busy and the drinks are the same as the other Starbucks I've been too. I don't eat the food there except for a cake pop every once in awhile and those are delicious lol, can't eat to many though haha. Overall it's a fine establishment!

This is the best Starbucks in the area. The baristas are very friendly. I go here when I want to drink coffee and read a book. There was a barista that gave me recommendations on how to make fresh coffee at home. I bought a bag of Pike Place coffee beans since I just got a coffee grinder and pour over. She gave me directions, and the coffee I prepared this morning tasted just like how they make it in their stores! She also recommended going to a Starbucks Reserve store in Seattle. Coffee to me is comfort in a cup. Thank you!

I just wanted to give Luca a shout-out for his amazing service. He's always so cheerful and kind and it is such a great way to start off my day. I always use the drive through and I usually have my order very quickly. I have been on a couple of special promotion days where the line was crazy, wrapped around the building and spilling into the road, but I still got through in a reasonable amount of time for the volume of people coming through.

I traveled for work for almost a decade. I have been to hundreds of different Starbucks all over the country. This location is the best one I have ever spent my money, hands down. They keep it clean, fast and friendly service and remember the frequent/morning customers. That in itself deserves five stars this day and age. I go here everyday, sometimes two and three times. For all the reasons listed above. Every employee at this location deserves a raise!

I order an ice coffee through drive thru and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Fabiola she literally made my day. She has such a bubbly personality and she was super informative about how I could use my stars. I really appreciated her knowledge.

This is the newest location in our city, though it has been here a few years now. The staff are generally fast and very friendly, the place is always clean, and in typical Starbucks fashion, the food and drinks are fairly good. The best part is that I now have a Starbucks very near to my home! The staff are probably the best thing here. They are energetic, always positive, friendly, a d they get to know their regulars. Sure, you can get Starbucks at other locations, but I know these people and they know me. Great service and baristas make the experience that much better.

Best Starbucks experience I ever had. I walked in just as they were opening the doors at 5am. Not only was everyone friendly, but the place was beautiful and spotless. I wish I could move this Starbucks to my hometown! We stopped here on the way to Florida to use the restroom, switch drivers, and get some coffee. Super clean and well decorated, restroom in great shape, and the staff was so friendly! I loved all the pride decor as well.

We travel all over the country & always look for a Starbucks. This is one of the best & most beautiful Starbucks we've been to! Great service,, super clean,, lovely staff. We also love how much they honor our military, that is so admirable! We were road tripping & so happy we found it!

This Starbucks located in Fayetteville SC is quite spacious with lots of spaced seating areas inside. There is a large courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating under cover. Coffee and food items were very good.

Friendly staff. I love it when the young guy who works there makes it a point to look at you while greeting you. Today, the barista suggested a close substitute for an item they were out of. My beverage was just kinda meh but it was still packed with that caffeine punch.

It is a nice are very clean store I'm right up the road from them and I love it but the only thing is I go there every morning haven't missed a day in over a month or so and I always order my drink a certain way and when I get it it's never the way I want it it's good but not how I want it I always get a caramel ribbon crunch with extra ice extra extra crunch and extra drizzle and it's always watery not really any caramel and have to always ask to get some crunch in a cup the Starbucks on Walter Reed Rd makes it just right just to far for me now that I moved.

Short staffed so service was a little bit slow. Women’s restroom was out of service so the men’s was unisex but it was clear and people would walk in on others.

Wasn't as good as it usually is but it's Starbucks so I'll give them another shot 😁

I recently placed an order using the app and followed the provided instructions for the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, I was unexpectedly questioned by the employee about why I hadn’t stopped “at the box.” I want to point out that the app instructions do not mention stopping at the speaker or box — they simply direct you to proceed through the drive-thru for pickup. If this had been an in-store pickup, I would have gone directly to the designated area, collected my order, and left without needing to stop at the cashier. The same clarity should apply in the drive-thru process. I highly recommend adding clear signage at the drive-thru or requesting that corporate update the app’s language to reflect your team’s expectations. While my food and drink were outstanding, the confusion took away from the overall experience. Thank you

Stopped in passing thru - interior and restrooms were very clean My wife and I ordered our usual mocha cookie crumble w/ a shot of espresso and the vanilla bean cream w/ a shot of espresso. could not take the mocha vanilla or coffee they looked normal so i didn't realize until back on the highway, but absolutely no flavor not sure what happened

Slow service and you'll have to ask for a code for the bathrooms. The staff doesn't really care of you are get or not

Be specific in your order. I can't have whipped cream, no matter what, I ask for NO WHIP. Today was no different however, the mocha I ordered was definitely topped off with whipped cream. Took a sip on my way back to work, had to swallow it as I was driving.... rushed to take my meds and contact customer service. ZERO help. Just be cautious if you have allergies

Pre ordered my drink. Not only did they give mine to someone else but once I got mine and drove away. I tasted it and nope tasted wrong. No carmel and used espresso not blonde express. I should have known better than to leave before tasting it. This is the second time they got my drink wrong. Such a new store maybe they need to reevaluate their training. The people are super nice don't get me wrong.

I go to this Starbucks all the time in the morning, the morning crew are excellent I happen to go there this evening and they did not speak to you when you walked in there like you did not exist took forever to get my order together lazy and on top of that they didn't even feel my cup up all the way I would not be coming in the afternoons anymore I will continue coming in the morning when people are there that really appreciate their customers

This is a very visually pleasing Starbucks amongst a row of dilapidated hotels/motels in a pretty rough town. So the niceness upon pulling up was refreshing and very inviting. I went thru the drive thru, I did not go inside and I used the app to order as I do every where. (I do go inside when im at my home Starbucks, but on the road never). Got a triple espresso con panna. They were a tad slow(and issue stated in other reviews) compared to almostbevery other Starbucks I've ever been to, but not slow to the point where its an issue it wasnt an issue at all. They just weren'tfast, but still totally acceptable. From mobile order, the drive, to pick up was only 9-12 mins. But, the reason for such a low review is this was genuinely the nastiest tasting espresso con panna ive had in any Starbucks. It tasted like something was mixed in with it that shouldn't have been? So disgusting and didnt taste like nor look like its suppose. Thats a very easy and basic drink that should be simple to keep consistent at all stores, so for it to be so bad here was a shock.

We walked in and saw this POW/MIA display. So we thought they might give a military discount and asked. We were told no and became confused. This Starbucks is near a military base, it has this display that actually says a military family store and yet doesn't offer a military discount. Take down this display, there is no support in being thankful for military service.

I love Starbucks but the lavender oat milk latte is DISGUSTING! It tastes like they pumped lavender hand soap into the drink. I spit it out the car after taking a sip.

we went out of our way off the highway to this starbucks just for them to say we would have to wait 30 minutes for one drink because they had a big mobile order. very rude about it and i hope the people with the big order drop their drinks.

Today while traveling from Maryland to Florida I stopped at this Starbucks location to purchase a venti caramel ribbon crunch and banana nut bread. I redeemed point for my purchase and I later found out my gift card was also charged the total amount. When I called to discuss what happened I was told I could return for a refund, we’ll I couldn’t. Still waiting for my points reappear or my gift card refunded.

this place truly sucks. i waited 40 minutes for two drinks, there were 6 employees up front working. they had to ask me what i was waiting on twice and didn’t even call my name out when they were ready. my drinks weren’t even made correctly but there was no point in asking them to remake them because it probably would have took another 40 minutes. don’t come to this place if you’re expecting quick or decent service !

So I visit this Starbucks every week sometimes everyday, the woman with long black dreads is so freaking rude. If you close at 9pm why is the drive through closed at 8:50? If y'all close at 9 y’all are supposed to take the last customer up until 9:00. If you do t like your job there’s plenty places hiring. So I called corporate, cause take that nasty attitude somewhere else you’re working that job because you chose that job!

I visit this Starbucks regularly when I’m headed out of time. However, I never come I always do a drive thru pick up. Today, I decided to come in and to my surprise it was not the most pleasant visit. The ladies working the drive thru and register were so nice and greeted me. BUT that woman who was making the drinks (black hair w/ glasses & tan skin tone) was rude. No “hey” or “good morning” but a “what is your order” “did you do a mobile order” what is your name” as if she hates her job. Everyone is hiring … if you hate Starbucks that much don’t ruin other peoples experience because you’re unhappy. She was even rude to the gentlemen standing next to me when he was speaking with another barista. Someone needs training on hospitality and engagement.

This review is only regarding their service dog policy. The Barista (Maliya) had such an attitude regarding a service dog that other customers had to chime in to confront her. Eye rolling like an annoyed kid, raising her voice, being confrontational with the customer, just all around extremely rude attitude. Even the manager didnt know service dog policy

Lazy workers, placed our order almost 15 minutes out, said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. When we got there the workers got mad and said we were “early” and they hadn’t worked on them yet so we’d have to wait. Mind you, this was at 6:00 pm so and there were 2 people in the drive thru but that’s it. While we waited the workers were gossiping and talking trash about a mother and daughter who came in and went to the restroom.

I rarely go to Starbucks anymore but this trip reminded why I don’t. I got coffee for my whole family and I ordered a small pumpkin latte. I used to work for Starbucks for a while and know generally how drinks are to be made and mine was pretty sad. An entire quarter of the cup was missing? I knew when I picked it up it was so light and didn’t weigh right. The picture shows what it looked like. When I pay for oat milk, and a double, and it’s like 8 bucks for a coffee or more, I expect this to be filled with no space. If I ordered with room this is what I would expect but I’d didn’t. Baristas, full these cups up! And then leave a small room for whip. Y’all know better. If this was how I made your coffee you would have brought it back. Stop worrying about the speed and times of your store and get the drinks right. That should be priority,
