Have had their wings many many times and they are delicious. I mean it's a chain restaurant so I can't imagine it to be that bad. I love their Cajun boneless chicken wings and their corn with seasoning. I can drink that ranch dressing! It's so good! I don't know why this place got bad reviews, we've ordered food from them so many times and it was always right and delicious!

I am giving a three star because this evening I placed an order and they shorted me five wings. It is 908 PM and I’m calling but no one is picking up the phone at the establishment. When someone comes home after a hard days work- working hard for your money- you place an order to be delivered to your home- you expect the person on the receiving end to take care of your order and have it correctly delivered to you. Something is definitely wrong in the fact that I am calling to let them know they have shorted me five wings and no one is picking up. Come on staff, you don’t need a master’s to get an order correctly delivered. I am upset because my money, my hard earned money is that stake here .

I ordered for delivery and they messed up my order. I ordered the 8 boneless combo with mango habanero and spicy korean. They gave me classic not boneless and gave me lemon pepper instead of spicy korean. And when I complained i did not receive anything for the mess up just an “i’m sorry for the inconvenience”.

When you place the order (whether online or in person) they say that it will take almost an hour for a chicken sandwich and fries. I arrive thirty minutes early and they are telling every walk-in customer that there is a 1 hour wait for food as well. Furthermore, I pick up my food thirty minutes early and all of my food, the chicken sandwiches and fries included, were cold and needed to be cooked for a longer period of time. Unfortunately, the food at this location was not fresh and the employees did not seem to care.

I placed an order for delivery, and upon arrival the bag was open and unsealed, and on top of that it was not my order. I called the store to notify them of the issue, and when I describe what have happened the employee who answer who claimed to be the manager told me what do you want me to do about it? And I said excuse me you deliver the wrong order to my house. You provided the wrong order to DoorDash and she hung up the phone. I called back and she left me on silence as I was speaking to my wife about contacting corporation. I could hear the employee repeating what I was about to do to someone else in the other side of the phone so they had me on silence and did not want to speak to me, mind you I was not rude at all. I hung up the phone call back. They didn’t answer, call 10 times and they didn’t answer the phone. I was very upset at this point so I took the order that was delivered to my house and I took it to the store. It took 10 minutes for someone to say acknowledge me because they were all too busy cleaning mind you didn’t close for another hour and I said, hello to get their attention then I asked who’s the manager and the lady who claimed to be the manager was not the voice on the phone and she had no idea what’s going on, so I explained to her that someone pretended to be her and the statement that I was provided upon my claim of the wrong food delivery and on top of that they ignore my phone calls, so she apologized however, I don’t suggest that you order from this place. It was dirty. The delivery bag was un sealed, and the staff as you can see are very unprofessional stay away from this specific location because Wingstop is a great place to eat, but not here. I read some reviews and I’m not sure how an owner can not react to all these complaints and make changes. Sometimes problems and issues start from the top and they display on your employees. I would be ashamed. The picture shows how the bag was delivered to me. The context of the food is irrelevant, but I want you to know that you have to be careful when you receive your food in the bag if is open and unsealed. I then reported it to DoorDash and I spoke to the driver who stated that the bag was provided to him unsealed which he should not have accepted the bag, but that’s another story that needs to be taken care with DoorDash.

15 minutes waiting, just two worker doing something back, somebody in break, the person who was in break come to the desk... Never ask who was the last one, it s kind of lack profesion. Very slowly, i cancelled the order because if not it was 15 more more minutes waiting

I ordered 20 pieces of wings on wingstop app, and the wait time is 8-13 minutes. I got to the store after 10 minutes, and I had to wait up to 30 more minutes to get my order. After got my order, the order is worst because they cut 5 pieces of wings into half and put in the bag instead of actual 20 pieces of wings. Worst service ever had in wingstop. Couldn’t get help or refund on the wingstop app. Not recommend this store ever again.

Order was placed at 3pm for 5pm at pick up order was not ready . Order was finally given at 5:40 pm . Workers were chit chatting kicking rocks the whole time were not attentive at all . Worst experience ever just to pick up and order placed with time in advanced .

This picture was Friday night at 7:30pm. I was trying to place an order and they kept telling me to give them a minute that they were prepping other food. Turns out they just didn’t want to take my order because one of them told me they were only working online orders and not trying to take in more orders. I left the store at 8:02 because they refused to take my order in store. This place was disgusting and unorganized so maybe it was just a blessing in disguise to not get food poisoning. This establishment should be shut down honestly, I will never be back.

Soup wings is what I got. Now what I ordered was the Louisiana Rub which is a dry rub. They got the order wrong. They were not wearing gloves. They only put the gloves on when another customer came in and started to record them.

Before Covid, I went to this location on a regular basis. Customer service and chicken was great! Not sure what is happening at this location now, but its not good. They often get the order incorrect and don't ever order for delivery on their site. They ALWAYS mess up and never want to take responsibility for their actions. I tried to get this rectified only to be told they want to refund me half when more than half my order was incorrect and at the time of their mistake they wanted me to come in for a replacement. Why order for delivery if I wanted to make an in store visit? They have the worst customer service around and I would not recommend ordering online, especially not for delivery. I don’t understand how this place hasn’t gotten better! You order well done wings and I get them soggy, and the wings are sitting in top of at least 2oz of oil, you ask for ranch they give you blu cheese . A few weeks ago they had no ranch and no soda at all they were giving out soda cans of coke and another flavor only . That’s not how you should be running a food restaurant. And then They say 17 minutes for pick up and you wait 35-40 mins. And while waiting the employees Are there dancing in the back no wonder the orders are wrong and backed up . You call get put on hold for awhile and then you hear them pick up and then they hang up on you. The manager really needs to look into these type of things. It’s ok they miss up sometimes things happen but speaking about my myself this place has gone down hill over the past 6 months .and today I had to go back to get ranch and when we opened it it was watered down ! Every time we place an order it’s always something different, and for that we will no longer order from here !!

Hmmm. Let's see... 1hr 40min wait. But 20 of those mins was my food just sitting on the table because somebody had 2 Jose's and didn't bother to ask my last name until I ask where is my order?. I get home to a medium size fry instead of a large. And colder than my refrigerator were those fries. I ordered wingstop every Friday. Best believe this Friday is my LAST!!
