I’ve been going through the drive thru quite a bit lately because of the monopoly game, and I have to say the breakfast shift crew has been great! Giving chickfila a run for their money. Love the energy and it’s been a great start to the day. Quick, friendly, and hot coffee!
This a nice upscale McDonald's in a nice area. The service was fast & efficient. The restaurant was clean, a nice indoor kids play area, & plenty of parking.
Honestly, we all know this is fast food and is not good for you and the food is far from gourmet. But looking at this purely from a McDonald’s point of view, this particular location was clean and vibrant inside (and I usually can’t bear to sit inside fast food restaurants). It was actually spotless at about 10:30 am. The people were nice. It took a while for one group in our party to get their food, but for the rest of us it was fine. Everything was fresh and hot.
We stop by here tonight to grab some food on the way back to the house. The food was not ready and we were asked to pull to the first parking spot to wait. We grab the food and went on to the house. When we open a food about three minutes later the hamburger was ice cold and the french fries were hard and dry. Really...?!?! The failure of workers who are too lazy to make new french fries and hamburgers. Look at these "large french fries"..!! Shown below in photos. There's just a few hard and cold fries in here. Spoke to the manager who made it better, somewhat... Stop by here to get the kids some quickie food since I didn't feel like cooking. Everything came out pretty quick and was what we ordered.
In my frequent visits to this establishment for work, I have consistently ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and a drink. Recently, when inquiring about the price of a tea while paying cash and using the mobile app, I encountered a somewhat unpleasant interaction with the manager, a short Hispanic man. Despite my apology for any misunderstanding, he responded in a condescending manner. I clarified that I had repeated my mobile code four times and had received my order, including the biscuit, which was not as soft as I had hoped. To be considered a customer service representative, the manager should demonstrate greater empathy and understanding towards customers. It is evident that his attitude and communication style negatively impacted the experience. I believe that he would benefit from additional training to enhance his customer service skills.
Manager packed my order. Got nuggets and fries among other stuff. Asked for sweet and sour and got none. How can you be a manager but mess up basic orders….. stale food to
Went to this McDonald’s this morning and the drive-through was wrapped around the building so I decided To go inside no one was upfront so I use the kiosk. Placed my order for two steak egg and cheese McMuffins the kiosk did not print out a receipt. That was the first problem. I see my order number 792 on the in progress screen and then about two minutes later, it goes from in progress to ready to off the screen and no one‘s upfront. I wait what seems like 10 minutes. Still nobody’s upfront in. Meanwhile there is now anywhere from 7 to 10 people that came in to place their orders. Still no one upfront. Finally a young lady walks up and I get her attention and I said hey excuse me my order went from in progress to ready to off the screen. She totally ignored me and went straight to the customer that was at the cash register and said can I help you at that point I walked over closer and said I need to speak with a manager. She gave me a dirty look, turned and walked over to another woman that was there that I assume was the manager this lady approaches me and says can I help you and I proceed to tell her that I understand that your drive-through is packed but all of these people including myself Are just important as the drive-through customers my order went straight from in progress to finished to off the screen and I guarantee you if I’m not talking to you now because the kiosk did not print me a receipt that I could’ve waited here 20 to 30 minutes and never got my food. Her excuse was I’m sorry we’re short staffed but I’ll work on your order. I get it that everybody’s shortstaffed, but they had three people run in the drive-through poor management and I will never go back not to mention when I got into My truck both of my steak egg and cheese McMuffins were cold. By that time I had left and ended up throwing them away and not eating breakfast. That’s $10 down the drain because of poor service employees that don’t care.
“Mánager” Carlos was very disrespectful, he wanted to mock me and he didn’t apologize after I confronted him. He’s so rude!! Definitely thought he would apologize but definitely didn’t ! Hopefully no one else gets disrespected but this rude so call “manager”
I ordered two McMuffins and two iced coffees, which should have cost around $10, but I was charged about $15. A meal would have actually been cheaper than ordering the items individually. The staff member at the billing counter seemed very busy and didn’t offer any suggestions for a better deal. On top of that, the iced coffees were missing the flavors I selected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at this store.
A menu item I ordered was missing from my bag, and the food, especially the fries, were cold and stale. Since I used the drive through on my way to take lunch to my child's school, I didn't have the time or ability to correct it.
My husband had just got done with a procedure. He was Starving and loves McDonald's breakfast. This was by far the worst service I got. They lady taking orders was sooo rude. Made some nasty comments under her breath. After she read off the order to me. I corrected her about the order. I had ordered egg bacon and cheese bagel. She heard egg and steak bagel. Considering my husband wasn't allowed to eat for 2 days. He was so hungry. The food should have tasted like heaven to someone who hadn't eaten in 2 days. It didnt. My egg bacon and cheese bagel looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Just absolutely gross. So needless to say I cant comment on what that tasted like. I wasnt going to eat it in the condition I got it. McDonald's has gone sooo down hill. I never stop and eat at McDonald's on my own because of that. My husband only wanted to stop there cause it was really the only fast food place right on our way home. After this experience we are not stopping and spending any of our hard earned money at McDonald's again. My husband used to love them. I refuse to go somewhere where I get treated like crap for ordering. The lady got the order wrong. I was just telling her.
Ordered a frozen coke. Instead of just telling us its out of order she handed us a melted bubble filled cup if flat coke. Handed it back said it was melted so she gives us another one looking the same but a little more coke. Like just say its out of order and stop wasting my time and money giving me something disgusting.
I've lived in Flower Mound for over 8 years. By far the worst experience. 1 drive through lane closed, no soda machines working, asked to speak with a manager and "Mia" did NOT care to take care of the customers for the inconvenience. Can't wait to speak to corporate about this experience if they even care. I will not go back to that location to spend my hard earned money for overpriced food. I'll go across the street to Chili's for better food and higher quality service at the same price!
Ordered a double quarter pounder with everything on it but received this old crap with nothing on it. Everytime I order a sprite, it has no flavor. It taste like soda water. I have had several orders from this location that is never correct. Always missing items or wrong items. Inside they laugh and play around. Maybe that’s why their orders are never right. This location needs to be closed down. I have had too many problems with them! Terrible location and employees!!!
I asked for freshly baked , not microwaved, cookies and they microwaved them again. This has happened at this McDonalds every time! Freshly baked cookies are very hot and flat but when they microwave them the cookies are puffy and warm. I have had countless problems with this McDonalds so I usually go to the Cross Timbers.
