I love KFC, especially this location. The food is always fresh! The customer service is on point and quick. Every time I go through the drive through it’s always fast and the employees are always funny and nice. I also love that they have some teens working there, great to see them giving the next generation that actually want to work an opportunity. Below is one pic of many from this location! Yum, yum in my tum! My go-to is the pot pie or famous bowl, but I will take all of it…..ANYTIME!
Mathew (the manager) rung up my order and was really nice and kind. He delivered my food fast despite it being busy. The chicken overall was PHENOMENAL! Would definitely come again
I like the food it's so delicious KFC is the greatest of all chicken places I love chicken chicken and so delicious I usually come and get chicken wherever I am because chicken is the best thing to ever happen to life thank God for chicken thank God for KFC cuz they make finger licking good chicken and fried chicken and popcorn chicken just chicken. Amen.
With take out, you really don't see the food until you get home. The Hot wings were very very bad, hard, dry and unable to eat. It's sad that restaurants don't try to at least serve the food fresh, not days old. I will never go there again. Bye KFC.
Bad service .they messed up my order for new years dinner and I call back same day and dont answer and manager says I'm lying that I did not call and call next day and she says order was correct and that I did not call plus I did not get a receipt .she wanted me to take order back next day and biscuits wer not even done they wer still dough.rude manager
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and the upgraded it. The chicken sandwich was delicous but the fries tasted like they just double fried fries that were sitting there for a while.
I have been here alot, every single order they just can't get it right ever even from the app they constantly screw it up missing items I am just done
We have been regular customers at this KFC. I came tonight and we ordered the cheese curds to try, your website says you get 10, we got 4!!!!! What's up with that?
The customer service from the manager is poor and unprofessional. And his attitude encourage the rest of his staff to act. The same way The older ladies have more people, skills and respect towards everyone. It's a shame that person is in charge of this location. I've been at this location multiple times thinking.Maybe it was just a bad day for this person, but he acts this way every day.
Had a terrible drive thru experience, redipped tenders, very hard and disgusting, biscuit was missing. Called store when I got home, was on hold for an hour and half, heard staff laughing and playing around. Called corporate and filed a complaint, asking for the franchise owner to get back with me, which they never did. What a joke. As a former manager at Jack in the Box this kind of service is absolutely uncalled for. Very unprofessional and even more so when the owners dont get ahold of the paying guest. I'm out 26.00 but they've lost a paying guest and this review is what they get. A one 🌟 is not dwserved!
I just ordered 6 pc wings with wedges and a bottle water. I was getting on the fly so I didn't go back. My food was old. The wedges were greasy and dried out and my water bottle top had been opened!
We placed an Instacart order and got a ready-for-pickup notification, but had to wait 45 minutes at the store. Staff were rude and laughed when asked about the delay. Totally unprofessional and frustrating experience.
I placed an order through Instacart and was notified that my food was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the store, they told me they had run out of chicken and that it would take about 9 minutes to prepare my order. I waited in the parking lot, but it ended up taking 25 minutes, while I saw several drive-thru customers being served. When I checked inside, the staff seemed confused and even laughed when I asked about my order. I then had to wait another 20 minutes before finally receiving my food — a total wait of 45 minutes after being told my order was ready. This was very frustrating and disappointing due to the long delay, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior. I hope the management takes steps to improve service and communication at this location.
Ordered the family fan favorite box the guy hands me a bucket of chicken and gravy okay that's fine mistakes happen but once we told him he was very rude about it and giving us the food. We did ask for KFC sause he gave to us and when we had to ask him again cause he just shoved the boxes at us I asked can I get more cause or pay he goes we don't have some after he literally just gave me 2 of them and said that we ran out just right now I told him he was being rude and ignored me like don't act surprised when people give u the same energy back and he apparently was the manager his name is Matthew he was chubby and had a tattoo on his left arm , don't work at KFC if u don't like dealing w people. Ive never wrote a review but the way me and my boyfriend where treated was not okay , I could just imagine how he treats other people and they don't speak up
GLADYS the supervisor has the most Horrible customer service!! Very sad the way she is towards LOYAL customers!! They had got my order wrong in drive thru & i called in for them to fix their mistake she had me come in to get the meal fixed, I had my receipt to get the order remade and fix their mistake, When I first walked in, I heard them talking about me and it was very weird as I was at the counter waiting. No one approached me and then they asked me. Oh, is there something I could help you with and I said oh yes, it’s me Moe the one that you were talking about right now to your coworker when I had a call at first they gave me incorrect names that were not their names so when I had went, I heard them talking about that situation . She got mad that I heard them over talking about me so she called her manager Matthew and told him not to replace my order anymore. She said he could replace it if I wait there at the counter for two hours sarcastically I was with my six-year-old daughter which we waited there for about 40 minutes and she kept changing the time on me while I was waiting she was rolling her eyes and giving me very dirty look she kept going in the corner, talking to her coworkers and also, calling the Matther the manager, telling him not to replace my meal anymore. She got mad that I had called corporate on her and made a complaint about her attitude towards me a customer that she had promised a meal replacement, but her nasty attitude did not give me my food back. I will not recommend this place Gladys is a horrible worker and I Do not want this to happen to other customers it is a very bad experience, and I would not want anyone to deal with them They lost a very loyal customer To Gladys !!!!!!!!
There was a sign on the door saying they were closed and would be open at 2pm crossed out and then said then said 3pm, due to electrical issues. Which i can understand. But, an employee calming to be a manger, was coming in. And instead of just stating the issue, she turned around and said "I'm not opening the door for u. We are closed." In the middle of a sentence she rolled her eyes and slammed the door. Her name was Lily.
