Opinions de Starbucks Forest Hills
love the crew on Sunday evening very welcoming
They are experts at making coffee
Staff were alot more pleasant than staff you meet at a Manhattan Starbucks
Great staff and drinks come out in a reasonable amount of time, even when it's busy. Haven't had any issues with them messing up an order yet either!
That's my fist time I went to this Starbucks location it's newly open and very gud big franchise 👌 I really love it to be there it's very nice clean and hygienic environment I like the way they treat the guest staff is so courtesy and and friendly nature very professional o give 10/10 best service best welcome and good in conversation help me to choose one cold coffee ☕which I is new in flavor for me I not a lover of cold coffee but I like it and I see and notice the are doing their best for the safety for their guest in this time of Covid-19 pandemic but overall 100% recommended this location best excellent services happy friendly environment and decorated shop organized each and every thing very perfectly so 10/10 in every single thing Starbucks thank you
I enjoy the hangout spots i’m this location. Love using the wifi to get work done while drinking my creamy coffee in a cute little spot inside the shop . 10 stars
I love the new location!! Service was very friendly and accurate. I'm obsessed with the new Brown Sugar Latte and after my 4th location this one had it!!!
Very clean! Fast efficient service. Many choices. Friendly! Would definitely come back!
10/14/23 I was so impressed watching how FAST and efficiently Lilian makes the drinks! I appreciate her.
The best Starbucks in the neighborhood! Just a minor note for improvement: Give more attention to the cleanliness of the seating areas.
Hidden a bit from view. Very nice in all ways once u enter. Good service too. Needs bigger outdoor sign. To view
The hot apple cider is the best beverage on this cold Friday night!
Quick pickup , friendly staff. Everything expected from a well ran starbucks. Would visit again.
I give the afternoon shift guys 5 stars
This is probably the Starbucks with the nicest staff that I been to. I been to plenty of stores around NYC with rude and lazy employees. This store is run extremely well. This location is still relatively new (after moving from their previous much smaller location on 71st Ave), clean and the staff is great. Never have to wait long for my orders and everyone is always so cheery.
This location and the staff are beautiful and very kind! So much spacious than the previous location which was also great and close to my heart and will always be! But the new location is like amazinggggg and more bright and I’m sure I’ll make amazing new memories here. The location looked way better than I expected and I always expect the best from Starbucks! Way to go Starbucks!
Great location right near mass transit. Vegetarian good and regular coffee was really good. Service was great. Keep it up. patrons occupied the tables for long although done eating and drinking which is a disservice to the later ones who come in and have no place to sit.
This is a unique Starbucks because they have a bookshelf with free books and I have found some great books there. Water is always free and my favorite drink is the decaf Americano. They also have a bathroom.
Great experience. The Barista was actually able to make my friend very happy with her order today (she wasnt thrilled yesterday with the way the drink was made even after the remake but today was perfect) Everyone was polite and calm and even during closing they politely let us know "we're getting ready to close in about 10 minutes" It was a great experience
Love this location, super convenient for morning coffee. Great atmosphere with the cute little library and the staff even remembered my name even though 99% of the time I order by mobile ! Only complaint is the nitro machine seems to be broken like a LOT :(
I'm used to going to the Starbucks that was on 71st Ave. Been a while since I've been in the area so when I noticed it was shut down I nearly cried. Was happy to see its new location on Queens Blvd though! I like the layout better and it is definitely more spacious. The baristas were very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well organized.
The staff are always kind and prepare my order fast. The store was closing and the manager allowed me to be the last customer of the night which I appreciated because I was craving a cup of coffee to pull an all nighter for my coursework after work. Thanks I appreciate you all!
I love this starbucks! Staff is so friendly and sweet, very genuine people who work hard to make others happy, I have never had a bad experience here and it makes my commute better
Fast friendly service for a quick coffee. Only complaint is limited seating.
I do not order from Starbucks often. In fact the last time I ordered from a Starbucks was more than a year ago. However, I placed an order for a Mocha Cookie Crumble and within minutes it was done and presented to me with a smile. It was absolutely fabulous taste and appearance wise! I received compliments from so many people and recommended them to this wonderful Starbucks!
We were so excited to see Starbucks opening up a new location in Forest Hills with modern and cozier decor even though we are not fans of Starbucks. The staff was friendly, welcoming and served everything quickly which surprised us so much since the overall impression of their service in other locations isn’t too good. We got a cup of hot Latte and it’s delicious & refreshing with reasonable price & portion.
I had a great experience today! The worker Fernando took care of my order very quickly and was super efficient and kind. Really appreciated the fast service!
First, I have to give props to Kimberly. She ALWAYS addresses me and other clients with a genuine positive and helpful energy. Her energy and smile coupled with my favorite Dirty Chai w/Oat milk help me push on thru the day and be positive . I also have to acknowledge Victoria for introducing me to the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado—DELICIOUS!! Thank you Kimberly, thank you Victoria and Thank you Starbucks Forest Hills staff. This is the example which others should follow. The grab and go food/snack options are great. The atmosphere is relaxing and the place is spotless clean. Great job people!!
The place and the staff were nice until they changed the restroom to employees ONLY. Customers are NOT allowed to use the restroom. I’m going to Gregory’s across the street in the future, they have a restroom that customers can use. It’s also funny to see the owner has replied on all 5 star reviews but didn’t say a word on any negative review. It feels like they wouldn’t do anything to improve anyhow. Update: they have their restroom back for customers again. You just need to ask them to open it for you
I have a wonderful experience every time I go here. This location is staffed by really patient people. I don’t know how they keep their cool sometimes because sometimes the customers are really terrible to them. Case in point: this morning I saw a woman become belligerent about getting her coffee order during the morning rush when there were tons of people in line. She was totally harassing the person trying to fill all the orders. The manager handled it calmly, repeatedly asking the woman to either wait patiently or get a refund. When the woman refused to wait patiently, she gave her a refund. I hope someone at the store sees this and gives the employees a raise! Not the first crazy customer situation I have seen them deal with.
I've been coming here for months for my morning pick-me-up, but today I witnessed this incredible team working together to not only handle the morning rush with grace, but also simultaneously deal with a man having a mental breakdown in the store. The man was threatening these employees at an already difficult and stressful time for them, and still the staff worked as a team to attend their ground while politely asking him to leave and putting themselves in between him and customers. Staff were all smiles and went above and beyond. Thank you to your team for your amazing work. It has not gone unnoticed.
My local Starbies! They always know my name and say hi to me, my wife, and my service dog Blackthorn. I bring a personal cup every day and they always notice the patterns on the cup *and* are always so careful! Everyone there is an absolute delight! This place is truly one of my favorite spots in my neighborhood! 💜 ~ Megan
I recently hired Cleaning Pass for a deep clean of my carpets, and I am thrilled with the results. They were able to revive my worn-out carpets and remove stubborn stains. The team was "I cannot recommend Cleaning Pass enough for their exceptional house cleaning service. They consistently deliver a top-notch clean, paying attention to every detail. The team is friendly, reliable, and they truly go above and beyond. I am a loyal customer and will continue to entrust them with my cleaning needs."
My sister and I have been to this place and ordered two hot chocolates and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that their people in their eating, drinking, reading, and that the baristas were busy making the drinks, and taking orders.
Convient location on my way to work. Good atmosphere and service.
I want to give a shout to the asain girl the new member to that location tauli I believe is the name and the Spanish guy and the girl with color hair I come there and its always a nice experience and to the new girl I can tell your still trying and you will get it she is so short but I love watching how she is try to move fast but the drink or ordered and relax you going to get it word of affection ❣️
We are in the area for a visit and stopped by this store and we were welcomed by these happy attendants - Sam, Ben, Keana and Sheree. Thanks guys!
Sam, Sherri, Quiana and Ben. Are really amazing team !!! I enjoyed my time there!!
I absolutely love the atmosphere at this Starbucks! The customer service is always top-notch, and the baristas are so friendly and polite. It’s such a welcoming environment. Sabrina, in particular, is always wonderful—she makes sure my drink is perfect every time, and her sweet smile and impeccable service never go unnoticed. Starbucks is truly lucky to have her on their team!
This beautiful renovated Starbucks has just reopened and the crew is very friendly! Thank you ladies for the cheerful greeting when I picked up my mobile order! Please keep it going. It makes a huge difference in everyone’s day. Being in customer service, I know having a nice new clean store helps! UPDATE: I’m a regular and it’s nice to hear at least a hello when I come in. Today I walked in and was ignored even after I said good morning how are you? The people behind the counter acted like I shot their dog. It’s a thing with me because I work in customer service! Management: please show appreciation for the staff. Appreciative management makes happier staff and they won’t resent the customers.
This place allows people to relax and do their work or other things. The drink that my sister and I ordered was the crisp strawberry acai. The drink tasted wonder and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere can be noisy when people are talking.
I'm giving all Starbucks locations 4 star reviews until the company stops charging for paper bags
I like this fairly new location, the store has a good size. Today I learned that you cannot use the bathroom unless you have an emergency to use it. Really?
What else can i say, its starbucks. Drinks are consistent, service is ok, and love the convinience
I got the caramel crunch frep, It was good but there was way too much caramel inside and on the bottom of the whole river of karma
Not the best, I think they are short of baristas. Only 2 people were working.
Most of the time, this location is on point in terms of staff friendliness, prompt completion of orders, and well made orders.
Small. Not so many seats but it gets good sunlight and the service is great every time!
Efficient but got my order wrong. Probably couldn't hear me correctly through my mask. Otherwise the staff was pleasant.
Look, Starbucks gonna Starbucks and it's alright and all, but they should support unionized labor. Especially at those prices, when their CEO is flying everywhere in a jet, like- give the people the raises they deserve.
Brand new location. So everything looks impeccably clean and new. Otherwise it's the same as all other locations. I just don't understand why starbucks felt the need to relocate all the baristas to other locations when they moved this store literally across the street. I really liked the original staff. The new ones are friendly, but they don't get to know you like the old staff did.
All staffs are very nice and the customer service is awesome. The only problem is the music taste. They play loud and intense 2000’s hip hop from day to night. Take care of your ears and think twice if you want to be sitting there for over 15 min.
While all is generally good here beware. They seem to have enough workers but it takes an insane amount of time to get your coffee. They have a lot of called in orders I guess and while there were only a few patrons in the shop I still had to wait almost 15 minutes after ordering just to get an iced tea.
Mostly reliable and well run. This morning they were about 20 min behind on food times but Maribel was attentive and helpful to the person in charge of the food all while getting delivery orders out. Give her a raise! PS: Love the frames, girlie!!
It's a clean and quiet place; however, my drink didn't taste good.
this place is right outside the train station in forest hills that looks dark and gloomy at least they have a bathroom but is expensive compared to other coffee shops
very few workers, long lines and people just don't fit, why don't you hire more people, people look very tired, it doesn't look good and of course they are not able to do everything here at once, as they do not have enough assistants! I like this please, not bed coffee and service, but it’s not enough.
Starbucks here has a nice vibe, store is clean and staff is nice. I visit Starbucks not very often, but my drink was pretty watery.
I want to say that every barrista except KAROLINA, is amazing here. I love their welcoming energy and man do they make my coffee amazing!! You guys are awesome!! Karolina on the other hand should not be around customers at all! She is rude, has a horrible attitude, aura and the way she corrects the staff is disgusting. I’m not with that at all. I hope she is put behind a desk or retrained on customer service skills. Everyone else there is super valid, love them!!!
Loved this place when it first opened, but now the service seems to have diminished. They frequently run out of basic staples (like matcha or cold brew) and wait times are longer than the average Starbucks. Seating is also sparse.
Word of advice: If you're looking for coffee, go to Austin Street. There are two independent coffee places and another Starbucks up there. If you go here, you *will* wait a half an hour for coffee. It's right by the subway entrance, so everyone goes here, and it it *always* backed up. It doesn't matter when you go; you *will* be waiting.
One of two starbucks in the area that failed to catch the memo that Starbucks is supposed to be a nice place to visit to compensate for the mediocrity of their product. This one gets a better rating because it has some seating.
I'm a frequent customer, I just bought 2 drinks and Madeleines, Jun 5, '25. However, when I asked for the restroom Code, the lady asked me twice if I had made a purchase. I was visibly munching on the Madeleine and I told her yes, I did make a purchase. She still wouldn't give me the code and asked me to wait till whoever was inside came out. Said their policy was either they let you into the restroom or you take your chances squeezing in when someone comes out. Not rude or anything, but steadfast in her mission to keep the restroom code highly classified information. I mean I understand the need to maintain the pristine sanctity of Starbucks restrooms, but this is a bit odd, I thought. My advice to patrons: hold it in, till you get to the Shake Shake across Queens Blvd. Their restrooms are less closely guarded. Better, go to the basement of Queens Library diagonally opposite this Starbucks. Restrooms open to all.
Sweet staff, they really understand and follow the instructions which is rare. I usually come here on the weekends to complete my work and they never disappoint. Edit: - They closed the washroom for the public for some reason there is a CVS right next door, I politely asked the employee just to keep an eye on my laptop and it will take less than 2 minutes to be back he said NO! Please me kind you do not know what circumstances a girl is in when she has to urgently go to a washroom. (I packed my laptop. mouse, charging cable in my bag went to the washroom, bought a sanitizer and it took me less than 90 seconds).
Often times they do not have selected items via mobile order and you do not know until picking up. Drinks are ok if they are not skipped over or forgotten about. Not the servers or employees fault, they usually are very fast and effective.
Only 4 tablets available with 2 chiars. No place to seat.
You try to get their attention especially the one making the chi latte I asked for less ice she was rude and abruptly
I visited 07/23 in the evening and ordered a Frappuccino. It didn’t taste like anything, just shaved ice with a little milk. Although staff were friendly, the location seemed very much understaffed and I was disappointed with the food.
Its only one person who can work there fast and do right drink. Her name is Aloha!!! I pay so much money and its not worth it. Every one complain. I'm working in the hospital and always going to get for my coworkers by ordering in the store or mobile. But by mobile its says always SOLD OUT!!!!. AND your employees not doing correct orders or half of the cup drinks. Its rip off! Even my children don't like this brunch. Yesterday I told them 4 times to do ---Iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso but I got totally different drink.
I used to buy my coffee every morning here just before my work . Opening time is 5:30 am and a few times at 5:45 am was still closed . Plus , it takes them forever to make you a coffee…and of course you gotta wait for the next train.
Management at this location needs to stop doing a "soft close" before the closing times listed on their door. The first time this happened we came 30 minutes before closing and were told they couldn't make the drink I wanted because they "put everything away." I figured maybe this was a one-off thing and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, today was the second time that this has happened to us except it was a full HOUR before closing and they had "put everything away." That's crazy and completely unacceptable. I'll start going to their direct competitor Gregory's on Austin St. instead.
Okay so they did improve with the order time. BUT today I see new baristas that are inexperienced. They spilled the drink (not mine) while making it. So they had to make it again. Then when they finally made it called the name to pick up the drink on the counter, they spilled the drink again. I honestly felt bad for the barista. Unfortunately, my wife and I ended up with diarrhea with drinks today. They really need to get an experienced barista or manager here ASAP.
Was in a rush for work this morning, I usually go to the other Starbucks nearby and decided to stop by this one. The workers don’t take orders at the front and chat away, one girl sat there making croissants while the other 2 kids chit chatted while my daughter and 3 other kids sat at the front and waited.
I agree with reviewer Benjamin Buzon. Bad work ethic if you get the wrong team here. Tuesday at 11 am. Not busy. There was a bad vibe like no one wanted to be there. Maybe the manager needs to incentivize the staff or they don’t feel appreciated. I was the only one on line and wasn’t acknowledged for several minutes although I’m sure they knew I was there. I work in customer service. At least acknowledge the person and say someone will be right with you. Ya know, treat people the way you’d like to be treated?
December 18, 2022 1:45 pm I Ordered sausage egg sandwich and grande ice mocha. I understood the wait. I got my drink but the sandwich took too long. 3 sandwiches came and the previous customer is complaining about how wrong her order was. She took the sandwich anyway. I asked for my sandwich politely and the guy in the counter said that he did it and gave to the girl barista. I’m appalled cause there’s nothing there. I told them that I ordered first before them and this girl barista (shown in the picture) with a condescending voice scream at me that they are only 3 people that are working and I need to wait. There’s none waiting anymore during that time. Instead of showing empathy to me and apologized, she’s so focused on how stressed she is with her job. She needs to find another one I guess. On the lighter note, the guy in the counter make my sandwich and apologized for the mishap. That guy deserves a raise while the girl barista needs some training on customer service.
November 2022 [now, 2 stars]- I don't know what happened within the last month. But new faces are servicing us. From taking orders to making drinks, and cleanliness. The tables are rarely clean. And to the guy and girl who are fairly new, it takes them forever to make your drink. I never ever had to wait but 5 mins (maybe 10, on a really busy day). Now it seems that less of the staff seems to want to be there and no longer welcomes me when I walk in. And now my wait for one drink is about at least 30-40 mins in the last few weeks. And this includes ordering a baked good too. 😮💨 **Management, please do something about this ASAP!** January 2022 [was 5 stars] - Love coming here! Great friendly staff that cares about their customers and keeps everything clean. My #1 Starbucks!!!*⭐️
Bunch of momos working behind the register. Can’t tell you what’s there and what’s not . Little soft boy with the fake curls and pearl necklace behind the register gets mad when simple drinks get ordered . Do your job right .
Service is ok but the coffee is bad. I ordered cappuccino but it didn’t test like one. Waste of money!
Never Go to this place ! They take hell lot of time to make a drink to buy a coffee I was in line for 25 min an on top of tht I ask for hot coffee with cream an sugar on side coz I like to make my coffee they charging me for cream an sugar 😡 Never in my life I had to pay for this things if a customer is asking milk/ Cream sugar u just give it Complete rip-off u it s this Starbucks an waste of time too ,
No one took our order for 10 minutes! although there were 3 workers and they were busy with their own business! don't respect other people's time!
Seriously, five workers and no one in line. I waited 5 minutes and had to leave before I could order.
Terrible customer service…waited for 20mins to get my drink in which I never received. When I wanted to get my refund they had me waiting for another 10mins. Plus the girl had an attitude.
Small, run down place. Starbucks need to step it up, they dont allow customers to use restroom. Entire store is bare and uninviting. Will never go to this location again
Painfully slow service. Absolutely horrible experience. You would expect them to be organized after all there is nothing out of the box at this job.
Hope management closes this place. Music always blasting even after you tell the shift mngr; mngr doesn't care so why should we care if they read this ...
They create a wonderful atmosphere by letting homeless people in, yet charge $8 for a medium subpar coffee.
Was closed this morning at 7am. Why? People were there. Atleast put a sign up. This is an update. On Friday May 3 I walked in at 710 in the morning. I clocked in my order at 715 using the app and it took then 25 minutes for them to make my coffee. This is unacceptable. I understand there are mobile orders but someone else should have done the instore orders. Then the manager on duty was very nasty when I asked her what's taking so long. People need to go to work. Maybe you should have more people making the coffees.
This place has gotten so bad. I mobile order and my drinks are inaccurate and never ready for when I get there.. There is always an issue. Some of the baristas have such an attitude when you bring it to their attention. I do my best to avoid this place even if that means going ten mins out of my way to a different starbucks.
The level of incompetence the employees in this location have is unbelievable. They make constant mistakes on drink orders and are very rude when you ask them to redo it. I buy Starbucks frequently but I have given up getting anything from this location. I would advise anyone not wanting a headache to go to a different location.
This place is nice but the service is just so bad. One time I asked the barista if they still have green tea maccha latte but she lied and said no but I can see with my own eyes that they have it still. That was just being lazy for sure. Another time is when this person was just on her phone in front of me while my order is ready and all but she took her time because she rather continue texting while I wait. Its not professional and I’m sure they will deny this. If there was a camera then you’ll know to believe me. I stop coming to this place.
I don't know if she was having a bad day or what happened but barista Lilliam had a very nasty attitude after she asked us our order name, she gave us a nasty look after we confirmed it, she even put the orders on the counter like she was fed up with us and we literally had just gotten there so we were all confused by how she was acting towards us and the drinks were all "watered down" none of the 3 drinks had any flavor whatsoever. It's just sad to be greeted that way.
I’ve been a customer from this Starbucks since it opened and always had a good experience but, today, I walked in with my newborn baby, ordered and payed for my coffee and asked for the code from the bathroom since I needed to use the changing table for my baby. They told me that the bathroom was only for employees and that if I needed one, I could go to the public library around the corner. I used the bathroom at that location a month ago when I went by myself and there was even a line of customers. The fact that they changed that policy and wont let paying customers use it nor have empathy for a mother that has a newborn with a soiled diaper is enough reason for me to not go back.
This morning was a complete mess I waited 30 minutes for a frappe. While people that went to order after me with much more complicated orders received there items before me. Idk if it was because I’m black. Then when he hands me my drink that requires a straw he doesn’t hand it over. The he im referring to is an Indian looking fella at the front.
Went in for a mobile order and there were at least 5 employees there. One on the phone with what seems to be a personal call while she made drinks, two were discussing an issue at the register, one observing the two at the register and one just came out of the back room. No one came to give me my order. If I had not asked out loud for my order, no one would have even come over to help.
Jude the barista, short skinny white girl is super rude in this location. Don’t buy your drink from her
Baristas only prioritize mobile orders and you have to wait 10 minutes for an iced coffee black. God forbid you mentioned anything about the wait time.
The worst Starbucks ever!!! Omg no straws and no bathrooms, the so called manager rude as hell, managing behavior and when asked for his name told me to leave, had to write cooperate office to complain. Starbucks customer for the last 15 years and I have never experienced this
I placed a mobile order and was waiting for 15 mins when they gave the last of the item to someone that just walked in. And someone had asked me what I ordered over 5 minutes before that to see what I was waiting for. And they didn't have a lot of guests coming in. Absolutely disappointed If they were just out of the item, I'd be more understanding
Giving this Starbucks 1 out of 5 stars because 1 out of 5 times is how often they make my order correctly and I don’t even order complex drinks! How hard is it to make an iced chai latte with oat milk?! Also, the staff is miserable and it shows. I’ll be going to the Dunkin’ down the street from now on.
Not organized, we come here a lot and the past few weeks have been horrible. They don’t make the drinks in order, the drinks are being made incorrect for multiple other customers, and they are improperly staffed for the amount of orders they receive.
Come there first and last time to get misto - coffee with steamed milk. I got it everyday and know it’s taste very well from different sturbucks stores. I was in hurry and didn’t taste it there. I have any idea what they put inside but it tastes absolutely different than usual. Too bitter and kind of coffee taste not as usual. I couldn’t drink it and have to throw it away. Sturbucks train your workers to know all recipes!
Female staff member with a black beanie, hair and glasses gave me a scolding hot cappuccino that landed me in the ER due to 2nd degree burns and blisters in my mouth. I should have known she was having an off day after taking me and my boyfriends order because she proceeded to hold her head and yell while another staff member male, greeted us and let us complete by purchasing. Beware of scolding hot drinks. Safety hazard.
Have been a frequent patron of this Starbucks for many years and I simply asked for a straw politely to the barista who had brought a drink to the counter. No smile, no word just shoved a straw at me while everyone stared at me and the store was mostly empty so it’s not like I was holding up a line. Acted like I punched her mother the way she was when I simply asked for a straw. Heavy set tan skin woman with a red bow in her hat. That’s no way to treat someone who walks into your establishment.
Barista wouldn’t let my girlfriend use the restroom even after buying something. Told her it was an emergency and she still refused. Maybe it’s legal for Starbucks to refuse bathroom access to a paying customer, idk. Either way it’s incredibly cold hearted and this location should be ashamed.
Waited over 30 mins for my coffee and and additional 10 waiting for my food. i had to ask a staff where it was when they told me it was sold out. i was 40 mins late to my job simply because they couldn't tell me my food was sold out. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE RUSHING TO WORK. THEY TAKE FOREVER AND THIS WASNT MY FIRST EXPERIANCE WITH TAKING LONG FOR MY ORDER. Never had a bad experience with a Starbucks until now
The cashier with blue hair had the worst atittude! Customer service should be improved. She should leave her problems at home or if she doesnt like dealing with people she shouldnt have applied for that position!
Worst customer service ever. I went in there was going to purchase something there was a long line I had an emergency had to use to bathroom they refused to let me in the bathroom until I purchase something for the bathroom code. Even the manager and workers told me to go to the library which is close by. They have no consideration when someone has an emergency.
Very rude customer service. Waiting for my friend to give them our order together and the worker said that you can’t stay here if you don’t order! I mean what kind of behavior is this? They don’t know how to treat customers. Me and my friends will not come back anymore!
Riley or Kiley, barista wanted to play the “policy” card after my drink was visibly missing in my large cup. She demanded that my drink to be brought back in order for a refund and that the picture of my drink could have been altered like I’d go out my way for half a cup. (I’m disabled and can’t move in this hot weather on my own so I had my aunt show her a picture since she was already around the running errands) I had let Riley/Kiley know this that I can’t have my aunt traveling back and forth for this half cup. Won’t be coming back to this Starbucks, quality has gone down hill ever since they hire out the community.
So rude. I went here for a drink. The person at the register said they didn't have it and I would have to get a more expensive espresso drink instead. I said no thank you and started to leave and she made a nasty comment. I didn't argue with her about why this store didn't have the drink I wanted.
