A 35-minute wait. The people who arrived after me had already been served. I asked for an explanation. The operator, without even checking to see if my order was being processed or in line, was visibly annoyed. She replied that since there were two of us, we'd have to wait... how long? She didn't even know if my order was being processed... two other customers had requested to cancel their order... How can a company like this have any kind of quality control...

I ordered two piadinas, one of which was a roll, and waited 30 minutes (I told the cashier I'd been waiting a while and others had already been served). They then reordered for another 10 minutes, and I was served two piadinas, one of which was supposed to be a roll, but it was a normal roll. Plus, they were almost empty. I don't think it's normal to pay for piadinas with little or nothing inside. Never again. It's a joke for that price.

Entry at 1:40 PM (2 people). 50% of the seats were free, but the tables were all covered in crumbs left by customers. The bathroom was only for hand washing, but there was no soap. "Ma'am, there's no soap!" Reply: "Oh, there's no soap?!" No response. Picking up my order, two people at the register and no other customers to serve, the two piadinas and two drinks sitting on the counter without a tray, "Can you handle that?! Maybe you should make two trips!" Giving me a tray or walking me to my table was too much of a hassle?!!!! The L'Emilia piadina: traces of mozzarella, a few layers of prosciutto, and the rest was less than pleasant.

Terrible experience. The rolls are supposed to be 50% more filling than the piadinas, but you wouldn't know it. They're understaffed. After ordering, the wait was a full 40 minutes, three times on three different days and at different times. The tables are never cleaned (I've been here for 2 hours, 1:00 PM/3:00 PM), and no one has come to clean or check the tables. I wait to order at the cash register, but no one shows up because all the staff (two people, the third left at 2:00 PM) are in the kitchen behind the glass, preparing piadinas, looking me in the eye without bothering to serve me or those waiting behind me. The products may be high-quality, but with service like this, I'd rather not go back.

The piadina ordered was rolled up and arrived as expected. I asked for an exchange, and it was ready in a second. The piadina was rolled up, and then the story of the piadina rolled up with more toppings for €1.50 more. I think it's a scam! The piadinas were cold, and the fries arrived cold, practically frozen. Truly terrible service. We'll never go back!!!

Well, reading other reviews, the problem with the filling is well known. The person responsible must be nonexistent, given the results. An insult to my intelligence and my money. And on the phone they mention the weights... It's easy to fill only those consumed on-site.
