Have been a customer since 2002 when we moved in the neighborhood. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Either at the drive thru or the restaurant your treated with good food and good service.

Drove to New York from Virginia. Got lost, asked for directions to Niagara Falls at the drive-thru here, got directions and a double-double. Customer service second to none!
Very solid. The bagel was very good and my drink was filled to the top with the whipped cream very nicely and percisely placed. The donut was great as well. Very solid expirence all around except for the long line.
One of my favorite Tim Hortons. Always busy in the morning Rush hour but I don't think their is a Tim Hortons that exists that is not like that. Always friendly workers and great service. Def my number 1 favorite Tim Hortons to go to.
8:30am on a Thursday, line was 7-9 cars long, and the guy on drive-thru dealt with me not knowing what I wanted, what it was called, or how to order it. Stellar service, friendly recommendations. 10/10 would get their egg n cheese croissants again
We came in to eat before traveling for a trip. After we ordered our food the manager was barking orders to the employees which I felt was not necessary. Talk to your employees. It wasn't that busy.
I didn't know a Tim Hortons could really be better than another one but wow. This location has the best donuts compared to the others (heavy handed glaze person). They always have tons of bagels in stock. Most I've been to are low and run out often. Here you can see they have rows and rows of trays and back up ones to.
One of the best Tim Hortons I've been to. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful, coffee is always hot and fresh. If you run a coffee shop, visit this Timmy's to see how it should run!

Love my Timmy's. I got a hot chocolate muffin for the first time. The girl warmed it up for me. So delicious. She was very nice.
This is just about my favorite Tims. Janelle is amazing, especially how she motivates her staff to work fast and efficiently. Always fast, fun and courteous.

Quick service. Right near my office so I end up going in a ton (4 days of the week) during their morning “rush”. The team at this location handles the flow of customers efficiently and effectively. Amazing staff and wonderful upper management. Consistent food/beverage quality each time I visit. Thank you Tim Hortons on millersport!!!

I have not had a negative experience in a very very long time at this location so I have no idea what others are talking about. Must be unlucky possibly just karma cause I have seen nothing but great atmosphere and super energetic and friendly employees always willing to help and do what is possible to help a customer. Yes it's busy in the morning. I wonder why is it their coffee Is old and burnt lol? I truly doubt so they run the morNing as smooth as it almost could be done always running late to work and never worried to hop in the drive thru line here. For true review and to see how this tim hortons really is. Go give it a try in my own opinion I truly doubt you will be dissapointed. Thanks for your time have a good day and get money.
This place is usually very busy, especially in drive thru. The wait is not as bad as some fast food places (I'm looking at you, Wendy's) but it is noticeable and sometimes stressful if you are coming here on a lunch break and have a specific time you need to be back. It definitely feels like the drivw thru gets the majority of the attention as there have even been times when I have not received my complete order and wait for 5-10 minutes for someone to notice me. However, the food is always good, and the few times they have made my drink wrong, they have been more than willing to make it right. The inside is clean and they have an especially nice seating area that's quite inviting and comfortable. If there was more attention paid to the counter, this would be a 5 star Tim Hortons for sure.
It is a cool place, quite cheaper than Starbucks. If you were to have any caffeine cravings, always visit Tim Hortons for quality coffee at cheap prices. My favorite is French Vanilla. I had an XL. Always make sure you start sipping atleast 20 minutes after taking the cup otherwise be prepared to burn your lips because the hot beverage is too hot. They have all sorts of donuts, hot and cold beverages and other meals including burgers. Enjoy.
Women's bathroom was dirty, air drier was broken and there were no paper towels so I couldn't dry my hands. Drive thru was a bit slow but could tell staff was working hard, they were very busy. They were nice, food was good.
Ask for a blt on a crosaunt they're literally so good. One time I ordered my food and then they took the longest time for them to get it to me. Oh well. Their service is still good 99% of the time. This one girl working there looked like she was about to cry tho

Tim Hortons is solid. The major issue is this facility can be extremely busy in the morning during commuting hours, and they sacrifice speed of service at the inside lines because they're so focused on the drive through. It's certainly possible to take 15 min to get served.
Ordered medium dark roast at the drive-thru...quality decreasing every order I place due to inconsistency. Since McDonald's coffee is much better, this is probably the last purchase at TH.
Lines inside and out are always long and extremely slow...going inside is worse than sitting in the drive through. The two best workers are Brandon and Nasir(sp). They go out of their way to give great service
Tim hortons coffees are not quality anymore as they used to be when their business was booming when first opened. In my opinion, I think they have reached the quantitee... now it's more selling in a volume rather than quality.
Ok so can we get a little more effort to make sure orders are accurate? Two days in a row i had my orders messed up. The lines in the morning are pretty long and slow moving as it is, so why make them even slower bc everyone has to make sure and check that they got their orders correct. Which sometime would require opening up what ever you got and taking a bite of it to make sure it's sausage and not bacon, or vice versa. It's just such a disappointment when you get to your final destination, open up your bag and find out you're missing multiple things that you paid for or your food is incorrect. I used to work at Tim's when I was a teenager and know how hectic and busy it can get inside during peak hours. But why make your customers aggravated when it can be avoided. Please and thank you!
Used to love this Tim Hortons but recently it has gone downhill. Increased wait times. Errors in orders. If getting cream cheese on your bagel, ask for it on the side; otherwise you'll barely get any for the $0.90.
Almost every time I go here I go inside instead of the drive through and end up waiting a long time while they take care of the drive through first. I don’t think they always make fresh coffee every 20 minutes like they’re supposed to because sometimes it tastes old and or kinda burnt. Whenever the one manager is working things seem to run like a well oiled machine but if she’s not there it’s like a bunch of young chickens w their heads cut off. I believe her name is Denise?!?! She definitely deserves a raise but much of the other staff needs some help. But the biggest most important thing is putting out fresh hot coffee, please don’t give me old coffee!!
Went through the drive thru on 10/21/25, ordered the 2/$5 Farmers wrap The offer was activated. Get to the window, young man hands us only one! We tell him and show him the offer, he gets gets us another wrap, manager comes over and charges us for it. Said she can't honor offer....what the heck! Checked our credit card charged for 2 wraps...so much for trying to save a little on a fixed income!
Typical Timmy's. Busy, slow service, and mediocre coffee and food that's over priced. Parking lot is chaos, drive thru folks will run you down to save a spot in line and don't stop coming out of the drive tru lane.
Slowest Tim hortons around. I know they all get busy but this place can't keep up. I quit going here even though its closest to my house as every drive thru wait is 20 minutes at least.
The egg had shells cooked in to them and I had requested the bagel to be toasted and it wasn't.
It was so busy that the line was out the door and the drive thru was no better. I usually don't stop in the morning and now I know why. I don't know what the issue was or if this was normal but I probably won't stop again.
The girl who took my order did not listen just talked over me. I was asking for a western biscuit egg etc pairing. She did not get the pairing part. There was no western eggs left, was asked if reg egg ok? Said yes but have no idea if that effected what I had already paid. Then the potato sticks were missing. Asked for them and that's when I learned it wasn't ordered because the girl at the counter was too busy talking over me instead of listening. The potato sticks were terrible. All shell, no amount of potatoes worth calling them "potato" sticks. This place is my usual Tim's and I was upset for the shabby counter treatment followed by thin deep fried something other than a hearty potato hash brown side. I did try the latte and it is a good addition. Will avoid this time of day again.
At one time I would've rated this location 5 stars. Now only 2, and that's because there are 2 employees who make it worthwhile tolerating this location. You can read an order verbatim and speak slowly, and it still gets messed up in some way.
Twice now I be went to scan they scanned ,I try to go and roll up the rim. But no roll ups? Should had 2. Well ,I'm done. Uninstalled the app done with the games.
Not good customer service at the window. Sandwich was sloppy. The tea/lemonade was good. However, the young lady that took my order was very pleasant. She's the bright spot and why there are two stars instead of one from me.
Been coming here on my way to work for years. Typically okay- keep going because it’s convenient. However I cannot ignore the lack of customer service or basic respect anymore. Employees will call customers stupid right in front of them FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE. After I received my order I told the worker that customers can hear them so they should reconsider talking about them right in front of them, to which he responded “yeah.” Also seen a worker screaming at another instead of helping a long line. Workers need some sort of training or to never work in customer service again.
Very inconsistent. Sometimes okay and sometimes it's like today where I ordered a medium Coffee mocha and breakfast wrap and get a small black coffee and a wrap with no bacon, which I asked for. Some people want some consistency in their life when they start their day.
This location is one of the worst I've been to. Its the closest Tim Hortons to my work therefore my office frequently goes to this location out of pure convenience. They very often screw up simple orders, and the drive thru wait seems longer than usual. Going inside doesn't seem any better and I'm not at all impressed with the staff.
This is my neighborhood Tim Hortons. For the most part, the service is good and the food served promptly. I am giving two stars today due to the "attitude" of the servers at the drive through window around 8am on Memorial Day. My simple request for a bag to hold my orange juice and coffee resulted an absurd interaction beginning with blank stares as if I asked the young woman at the window to recite Shakespeare. At first, she stared as if she didn't understand me. Once I clarified that I would like the coffee and orange juice placed into a bag as clearly as I could, she then put the egg sandwich and orange juice into the bag but left the coffee separate. I asked her to put the coffee inside the bag and she told me she was not allowed to do that. I asked why and she said it was to protect her and the customer from spilling hot coffee. I then asked for a separate bag to do it myself which she handed to me. Now, I am finding this whole experience not only ridiculous but also annoying since from my POV I simply asked that my items be placed into a bag so I can carry them more easily and be on my way. I also perceived a subtle attitude from the server so I asked for the manager. The supervisor approached the window and said she would put my coffee into a bag (strange, I thought they were not allowed to do this). I thanked them and then handed them the bag back which they gave me a moment ago. At this point, the supervisor said she would not take the unused bag back because it was a "health code violation". At this point, I simply left the unused bag on the take out window and drove away. The supervisor picked it up and threw it onto the ground. Very unprofessional and childish. Clearly, these two servers need better training at this location. Also, if there is a policy regarding placement of coffee inside a bag, that should be clearly stated so the servers do not need to explain this to a customer who makes this seemingly simple request.
Coffee is disappointing for Tim Hortons! Always tastes either old or burned coffee. They are super busy in the morning, like most Tim Hortons', but unlike most the drive-thru line moves wayyy too slowly at this location consistently. They need new workers in the morning. The only reason I go to this location is because it's on my commute, but will now have to go to a different location that's out of my way because the coffee is never worth the wait.
I normally don't write reviews for places but for this location in particular, I really did not appreciate the way the manager/supervisor was talking to the employees. A very helpful gentleman that had a nice, clean haircut and professional manner saw that there was no line in the drive thru but a much, MUCH longer line forming in the lobby. So what does a proactive, problem solving employee do? Opens the second register to take on the customers in the line. And he does so with great efficiency. Manages to take care of 5 customers in the span of time it takes the other register to complete a ½ doz donut order. What I don't appreciate is seeing management, instead of saying, "That was good. Good job, or thank you for taking the initiative" Instead yells out "What do I need to know? Why are you running around? There are 2 on the counter. I'm here now, everyone stay put." Now, I understand that each person has a role to keep the machine running as effectively as possible, but you weren't THERE lady. So he took initiative to make sure the place ran effectively, and for his efforts you yell? Show some appreciation for your employees. The Food/Service: 5 stars The Atmosphere (bc of management): 3 stars
The absolute worst. Waited entire too long for a microwave breakfast sandwich. When we received our food it was wrong. Had to leave because we waited so long we were late. Will never go to Tim Hortons again
Every time I go through the drive thru, I get the same annoying person, Mary. She is super loud and always interrupts me. I don't know if she has hearing loss or is plain dumb because she always screws up my order.

Went through the drive through. FIVE times I repeated my order, TWO SM. DARK ROAST COFFEE BLACK! (that was it) she repeated the order...everything, but.) Then I approached the window and she still had my order wrong.
I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The coffee was like water and the bagel was hardly toasted and I had about two quarters size amount of cream cheese. Didn’t even cover half the bagel
This is the dirtiest location I have ever stepped foot in. It was more than just falling behind on a mess from a rush. The floor clearly hadnt been swept. The backs and tops of the chairs were coated in filth. Google wont let me attatch pictures, so you'll have to take my word for it.
One of the employees stole my debit card and when I asked for them to check the cameras they told me there’s a glare and they can’t see. Don’t go unless you want your money stolen!!!
Cant get a order right to save their lives! Order a medium coffee and bagel with extra butter almost every day. Almost every time i get something different even couple times no butter at all. Very badly run location!

Cahier with attitude acted like she wished we weren't there. Probably doesn't like her job. We smiled and thanked her and in return we got a dirty look. Maybe she was just having a bad morning.
Bad service. I'm visiting Buffalo and ordered via drive through. The girl at the check out was shaking her head with frustration because I couldn't park close enough to the window. No greetings no thank you at all. The other woman handed over the bag to me without saying thank you or even looking at me. What a bad customer service.Pathetic.
You would think everyone who orders here are ordering chicken fingers burgers and steak Hoagies with how slow this location is. They never fail with being extremely slow regardless of what time of day you come or the simplest order. The worst location
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Middle aged woman was beyond rude for no reason. I felt attacked for who knows what?! If I didn’t have somewhere to be I would have gone in and confronted her and demanded a why for the way I was treated.
if i could give 0 star, i would. the hispanic older lady that works here with the gray hair , i could hear her calling me stupid on the mic when i came through earlier even though i didn’t even do anything wrong, she gives unnecessary attitude everytime i come to this location. terrible customer service she needs therapy or to be fired
Worst cashier service. Every time I visit I get the same girl, Aima, that acts like she could care less about making one coffee. Literally hate this location because when I have to order for my co-workers, I get the worst attitude from cashiers. Really a pain since this location is close to my office.
Went through drive-thru today for two drinks. Took forever and only one other car in line. Got a large unsweetened iced tea which tasted so bad I threw it out. It was either left out over night or brewed too long, either way, awful.
My wife was has been battling lime disease for about 3 years now and has to limit caffeine and sugar, because it causes severe fatigue and joint pain. She came in around 1 pm on a Thursday to order a bagel and an decaf coffee, she was informed that the store stopped selling decaf coffee. Magically, the next day they started serving it. Unbelievably bad service.

Asked for coffee with 2 cream, no sugar. Got a black coffee with sugar instead. This has just been happening too frequently. I do not use sugar!!!! It was a waste of yet another coffee as I discovered it when I got to work and it went straight down the sink. How does sugar and cream get confused????
Does not deserve a Star at all no one knows how to make a triple triple iced coffee! Had to make it over and over again 4 times each time they made me go to the back of the line and wait. Not a good service with illiterate people that can't take an order or make the right things! The person behind me got a botched order and they gave his daughter an everything bagel although he ordered sesame seed after he said she was allergic to poppy seeds. The whole experience was awful. Went through driveway, didn’t check order immediately, had to turn around on Millersport and come back, wait almost 15 minutes for a supervisor to look up the order and get me the sandwich I ordered. So much for convenience. Never trusting this store again.
I am a regular customer and after my order, I’ve wanted an empty cup. Guess what ? They wanted to charge for that!

This location is consistently the worst at everything. I ordered an iced capp today and it tastes like acetone. I am not usually the type of person to leave a review because I know how overworked and underpaid service workers can be, but come on. If I’m paying for coffee and it tastes like nail polish remover, that’s a huge problem. When I looked it up online I found sources saying this happens when iced coffee sits too long, so you probably served me old coffee from god knows when. And this is only the last straw in a long line of order screw ups at this location. Is anyone training these people properly? Or do you just not care that much?
Went to grab Hot Chocolate Bagels and Muffins and was told the Hot chocolate machine is off because we close in 45 min so umm yeah. Then was told to have a good day. Wasn't even asked if there was anything else. Horrible customer service horrible experience.
Worst tim hortons ever. Yesterday, i was at the counter and the only person on the register was attending to someone having issues with the app and the other register had someone directing traffic to the first register with their hands behind their back. And today, the drivethru was a mile long and they took my order wrong after waiting 10 minutes to get to the speaker. Absolutely lousy work. I can't understand why anyone there should make $15 an hour
First of all, website says they're open 24 hours. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:20pm and ordered a pumpkin spice muffin. They informed me that they have no food, because they close at 11, so they threw out all the food... Even if they weren't open 24 hours and they closed at 11, why would they throw out the food before 11pm? Just doesn't make any sense.
I've visited this location a few times this month - each time keeps getting worse. Their espresso machine has been broken each time, the wait in the drive-thru line was 20 minutes this afternoon (12:28 PM entered the line, 12:52 exited the line), and their customer service was very poor. Would not advise visiting unless you have plenty of time.
Terrible. My order is messed up everytime. This morning (March 9) got a triple triple coffee. It was not, it was black. 2 weeks ago, I asked for a triple triple coffee and a banana nut muffin, instead I received a chocolate muffin. There were previous mess ups but not need to explain anymore. Get better workers. I don't want to check my order before I leave but going to this Time Hortons, you may want to start.
When ever I go to Tim Hortons it either takes so long, or my order is messed up. Now my family and I only stop there for drinks when we are on the go. One time someone in my family got a turkey bacon sandwhich first they didn't give it to us, so we had to go back. They made us pay for a second time. Then the second time, they gave us lettuce and bacon on bread! It was ridiculous! All we wanted was a nice lunch and it wasn't nice at all!
Very rude employees. I hear them making fun of customers through the drive thru window. Never a thank you for your business. Maybe a hear you go if you are lucky. I complained through the Tim Hortons website and heard nothing back. Definitely boycotted this one. Note this is the Sylvan Parkway one.

Gave them $20.10 for a $2.06 sale and only got .04 back and didn't realize I never got my $18.00 back. When I realized it, went back, but they would not recount the register, and said they would "call me". Not holding my breath, since I have went through this drive thru twice before and got the bills, but none of the coins. I think they are generating there own tips.
Consistently worst Tim's in the Buffalo area. Wait times are always insane. Order is rarely ever right. And the drive thru line actually traps you, so it's not possible to leave when you realize how long it's going to take to make it up to the cashier.
Twice I have gone in during the day time hours and been ignored by employees as I stood at the counter. And when i did get my order taken, she didn't give me a reciept and just set the coffee down and walked away, no have a good day or thanks. If you're going to be rude you could at least provide fast service.
Takes 10-15 minutes every time i use the drive thru. I had to leave today before i recieved my food because it took so long (15 min with 4 cars ahead of me) while i was on break. I would say slowest tim hortons ever but they all seem to be slower, understaffed and of less quality since BK bought it out.
Worst drive-thru service ever. You wait for a good 20 minutes before moving an inch. Slow staff, and rude. By the time you actually get your order, it's wrong and the coffee is cold. There is no point in going back in to fix it, they will be rude about it. SO SLOWWWWW
This place is getting worse and worse. It’s a Tim Hortons, I don’t expect 5 star quality or amazing food but this is really sub par. Keep in mind there was no one else in the drive thru line and hardly anyone in the parking lot at 1:00pm. Got attitude form the girl at the window. $4 for Avacado toast that I have to spread myself? Supposed to come with seasoning too and didn’t. Should’ve just made it at home. Not going to this location anymore the laziness is crazy.
The employee was not wearing a mask and said she wasn’t allowed to throw out my last cup of coffee rather rudely… I’ve gone to multiple Tim’s locations and they have never given me this problem. I understand if it is their policy and I personally do not believe in masks… but if this girl was not wearing a mask and not obeying the mask mandate what made her obey the not throwing out the old cup of coffee rule?
They told me I had to pull around for one drink because they maid it wrong. He was rude and I got 2 coffees on my way to work. They do not know how to make ice caps or with espresso in them . I go here on my way to work I guess everytime will be an issue with someone being rude to me! Because they can't do there job right
Service is incredibly slow here, I always come here for my break and always end up late or almost being late because of how long the wait is here. It’s really ridiculous how consistently slow they are here
When I ordered ahead then wait 15 minutes in the store after arriving for a microwave quality sandwich that is overpriced I think there’s a few problems

I was just in the drive thru about 15 minutes ago. 9am on 3/2/2025. The lady who was on the headset starting taking my order, she states any food to start your order? I replied Yes plus 2 drinks. I order my first drink then she says is that all. I replied no I am ordering two drinks. I get to the window, it’s open no one comes over, next the supervisor hands me the bagel and says someone else will cash you out. I replied thank you, she walked away. I hear someone say 3 minutes at the window.. A young man comes over takes my card.. The young man hands me one of my drinks French Vanilla. A young lady with a headset set on goes to hand me the 2nd drink Large Iced Carmel Macchiato.. The drink was in a Small cup.. I said I ordered a Large. No apology Rolls her eyes walks out of view for maybe 5 seconds comes back hands me my drink now in a large cup Filled to the top with Milk. I said that doesn’t look Like my drink. She walks away. I leave. I try my drink it’s horrible- tastes like sweet milk. I get an ice Carmel macchiato every-time I go to Tim Hortons. I know what the drink should taste like.. Every-time I am at this location I feel rushed, employees don’t even allow you to finish ordering before they say is that all.. This is very poor customer service. I live around the corner from this location. I will drive further to another location. Very disappointed..
It’s quite impressive that every single time you order a different item off the menu at this location they will mess it up. Every single time I’ve ordered something from here they’ve somehow messed up my order. Because I paid money for it, I try to go in and get the things I paid for and it always starts an argument or I always receive unnecessary negative attitudes from the employees. One time they were bullying my girlfriend over the microphone in the drive-through and I had to come inside and speak with a manager. Honestly, shocking how this Tim Hortons has stayed open this long considering their employees will do absolutely everything they can to make it an awful experience for you
