Awesome service as usual. Food taste the way it should, served hot and fast. Cool new thing I noticed in the restroom was mouthwash. This is GREAT!!!! Chick-fil-A really does want to deliver a excellent experience from beginning to the end. Which is why I find myself at one of their locations at least 2-4 times a week.

You honestly can't go wrong with Chick-fil-a. The customer service is unbeatable. The staff is always friendly, well mannered, pleasant and attentive. The overall quality of service and experience is just awesome. The lines can be long (for good reason) but their system for those lines is great. This pace is always busy, but for good reasons! Good service and great food with pleasant and attentive management. There are always fresh flowers on the table. This location has a small children's play area inside. If the parking lot and dining area were any bigger, this store would always be packed.

This was my first time ordering from Chick-fil-A in my recent memory. I was there at 10 a. M., And my cashier, Carlos, was very patient and understanding with me and answered all my questions. The staff there were all nice to me and made sure I got in and out with the correct food!

Parking lot is kinda annoying with construction around Carrier Pkwy but curbside ordering is a definite plus! We love going to Chick-fil-A. The food is fantastic and always consistent. It feels very comfortable going into the store. All the employees including the management are very pleasant. Outdone themselves. Where currently on a budget and only go out once a moth we went to chick fill a and shortly after felt unwell we called to let them know. And they took care of business and did something very unexpected… they not only took care of the meal but they also made sure our next meal was covered truly out doing themselves. I've been to other fast food places with shorter lines, but they always seem to take forever. Not Chick-fil-A! Even when the lines are crazy long, they get you in and out quickly. Usually I have had a good experience here. However, I recently placed a large order (16 people) for carry out. They did not start making it until I arrived, and it took them 20+ minutes. I was in a rush and didn't check the order before I left the restaurant. When I got to my destination, I found there were 4 or 5 drinks missing and at least one sandwich missing. So, I'd advise against this location for the big orders. Or else do catering so that it's easier for them. [I have since learned that all Chick-fil-A restaurants wait for you to get there before they start making the order.]

I can say that in my last 5 visit here they have gotten my order wrong 3 times. I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich got a reg chicken sandwich, asked for sweet tea 1/2 & 1/2 received a coke, asked a deluxe chicken sandwich received a plain chicken sandwich (I was going to head back on this one but was very hungry so I ate it). Never had a problem with this Chick-fil-A although it's always packed the employee's are always nice and the drive-thru moves fast.

I can't say much about the atmosphere since I used the drive thru. It's very efficient. The staff is all quick and well trained. The lines moves quickly and there are never issues with the order. The food tastes fine but to call these morsels nuggets is just a bit overstated. Their chicken nuggets are tiny and therefore overpriced. Since I don't get to see the grandkids often I just went along with their wishes.

Routing for drive thru is a hot mess

My go-to chick fil a. I've been disappointed the last 3 times I have visited. Every single time, I was missing 2-3 chicken sandwiches from my order. Price wise, that's a whole $15. The first time, I had to drive back, and the other times, I happened to check the bag during the visit. I dont live too close, so it's annoying not to be sure we are getting what we order. I used to just trust I was given the right order, but now I'm recommending to please check your bags there! To make matters worse, the sandwiches we ate were not top quality and was more fat than chicken. I'm honestly really disappointed since I buy for my family of 7 here often.

I have had multiple bad drive thru experiences. Employees get distracted by conversation with their co-workers while taking your order, they somehow don’t submit the order after telling you it is ready. When at the pick-up window I was asked if I had already ordered and paid because they could not find my order. After they gave me an attitude they tried to charge me again and I had to show them the transaction on my bank account in order for them to give me my food.

I received someone else’s order so i had to drive back up to the location. Once I get there I called and informed the individual I was there to pick up the correct order. I also asked if I could Purchase a drink in a attempt to take my medication. I was told I would have to get back into the extensive line just to purchase a drink. I was beyond annoyed at the horrible customer service. The whole situation showed lack of great customer service Especially since I had to come back up for the correct order. I was extremely disappointed I’ve never known bad customer service from them until now.

Our chik fil a is undergoing renovation. We’ve missed it so much we went to the carrier store. Worst chikfila food in 20 years. The nuggets were half the size and so overcooked and dry we could not eat them. Really disappointing! Chikfila has always been our go to for a quick delicious meal after a busy week.

They cancel your order when you arrive and will not do anything to help you, because who cares if you’re just one lost customer. Had a horrible experience and conversation with a manager, Leo. I work just 5 min away and decided to go last week and Got back to the office and served no ketchup for thick waffle fries. I can not eat them without ketchup. I went again on yesterday and made clear to please give me ketchup and wasn't sure if it needed to be requested but made sure to request this time. This location consistently provides excellent food and service. However, it is disheartening to discover that my loyalty has been given to a location that does not show appreciation for teachers. I came here with my two year old daughter who was just recently potty trained. We were eating and my daughter had told me she needed to go the restroom. I take her back to the restroom and someone was using the stall in the men’s bathroom for quite some time. I walked up to the counter and politely ask the lady there if we could use the women’s restroom because the men’s stall was occupied. She told me I wasn’t allowed to go in the women’s restroom and that only my TWO year old could go in by herself. I’m like well she’s two and she said well you can’t go in the women’s restroom and then asked me if I would like one of the ladies that worked there to accompany her to the restroom. WHAT!?!?? Am I crazy? You’re telling me that me going in the women’s restroom (while no one else is in there) with my daughter is weirder than letting a STRANGER accompany my daughter into the “appropriate” bathroom? Luckily she was able to hold it after the gentleman in the stall took another 5 minutes to finish what he was doing. Have some common sense for crying out loud. You have one stall in the men’s bathroom and a literal child needs to use the restroom. Awful.

As a Uber eats driver, I would not recommend any drivers to pick up from this location. I was almost hit twice trying to get into the store walking through all the tight traffic. I see employees who walk orders to cars who have take outs which takes up space for Uber drivers to pick up orders. I drive around 5 times to try to get a parking spot but the place is too small. I have even talk with the manager who was of Asian decent. She was nice about it but I felt was very programed to say that it's the Landlord idea to not have drivers picking up through the driving line. I want to say to the landlord. You think you have a problem with small spaces but if you don't find a safe place for drivers to pick up or accommodate drivers to pick up you will find no drivers wanting to pick up from here due to the congestion at this location and also be sued if someone gets hit trying to pick up an order. The manager suggested that I park in another business parking lot to pick up orders. Who wants to walk a long ways just to pick up an order from your store. You either need to allow Uber drivers through the drive in line or accommodate some space for us. I will be reporting this location. To doordash as well as Uber eats that it's unsafe for drivers to pick up from here. The landlord need to realize alot of other locations are allowing their Uber drivers to pick up through the drive through line. You are paid big bucks to find someone who will make this happen. Stop making excuses that it will mess up the flow. Go ask the other stores how they are doing it. They have small spaces too but they also provide safety for their drivers to pick up . I won't be picking up from this location again and I would hope that more Uber drivers and door dash drivers will be smart enough to do the same. It's not safe, get your parking lot engineers to do something or else people will get hit walking across that busy small parking lot.

I really love Chick-fil-A, but the service I received today was horrible and unacceptable. Seems like whenever I order through DoorDash they “throw” the food together any kind of way. I ordered a hash brown bowl meal w/bacon (as you can see on my receipt) and I received a chicken bowl! I don’t typically eat chicken for breakfast. Anyway, I called DoorDash and they gave me a credit, so I reordered my bowl with bacon, and they sent me another “thrown” together bowl with 3 little hashbrowns, hardly any cheese, and a tablespoon of eggs. I order bacon bowls ALL the time, and have never received anything so poorly and skimpily constructed when I’ve picked up in person. Unexpected horror from what WAS one of my favorite restaurants.

Very disappointed with this location. My experience was terrible from start to finish. They gave me raw chicken, handed my order to four different people instead of me, and then told me to park and wait. I waited in my car for 30 minutes with no update. When my husband finally went inside after getting off work, they told him they had run out of chicken strips. How does Chick-fil-A run out of chicken strips? Instead of properly fixing the situation or apologizing, they tried to brush it off by throwing two cookies in the bag. That does not make up for unsafe food, poor communication, and wasting my time. This was unacceptable and not the Chick-fil-A service I expected.

Usually, this location is excellent with amazing service, but today was not it. We had a mobile order and the person taking our order did not even greet us at all. We got to the window and our order was missing items, we drove off because we were in a rush, but before we left the parking lot we realized the order was missing items, so we went back. We had to inconveniently park and go inside and nobody greeted me. I told the manager how we had poor service in the drive thru and were even missing items and they just walked away. Didn’t even apologize or anything. The lady inside at the counter overheard the issue and apologized, but when I brought it to her attention that she herself didn’t greet me either, she had a rude remark. This was by far the worst experience at this Chickfila that we've had in all of the years we have been going here.

Ordered online for faster service since I was feeling ill. Pull around to drive thru and the order is wrong. I admit I was on trusted that it would be right and proceeded to drive all the way home. Had to drive back while the food cooled off. Not impressed.

BE AWARE! This Restaurant is a JOKE!! I have a lot to say about how HORRIBLE this place is but I can't say it all. The Management there needs to be investigated immediately!! Employees are UNSAFE and NOT being treated properly. This whole establishment needs to be seriously investigated starting at the top!! This place is a damn joke! DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE!!🚨‼️🚨

The parking lot is horribly designed and the manager stands outside attempting to direct traffic. He was yelling directions at me when I’m just trying to leave. Had a very angry face on him too. Not the friendly Chick-fil-A experience I’ve come to expect. I decided to eat elsewhere. Wont be coming back zero stars

Came here for lunch. Had not ordered food in awhile because of a bad experience at another location but would get the SunJoys on occasion. I used to live in the area and frequently would come here. Now I work in the area and would come for lunch BUT sit in my car and eat and drink my “Sunjoy” and get a refill ALL THE TIME NEVER AN ISSUE. Today I got lunch and the drink ate in my car and then went in for a refill and was denied. This has NEVER HAPPENED at any of their locations. Like I said NEVER EVER have I been declined a refill ever even at this location as early as last week!!!! If they did not want to refill the cup they could have offered a new cup. Even the way it was handled the young man who actually took my order in the drive thru was trying to explain and two TWO yes two came and interjected all the whys of why they couldn’t refill the drink. Never have to worry about a refill again because I won’t be back . And of course have shared with everyone in this office space.

Food was cold and I was given the smallest Patti ever. My sandwich was mostly bread with no meat on one side. Never have I had anything to say about to chick fi la, but this location was a big disappointment.

I literally just received a sandwich in where my buns were larger than my chicken patty! I called back and spoke to Omar and he said bring it back ... wow... This company has disappointmented me for the last time...the lemonade doesn't even taste the same anymore...what's going on... I usually eat there once a week and they are getting worse and worse. Taking this to Twitter... just horrible
