I get food via Uber Eats from this Box pretty regularly. They always get my order right, always tons of napkins and condiments in the bag, foods always outstanding. I have to eat gluten free so I appreciate the bunless option.♥️
I've ordered several online orders from this location and they are quick and accurate with the orders. They are also very friendly. The dining room was clean and everything was well-maintained.
I do Uber Eats often around this area. I’ve seen, eaten, and visited my share of Jack in the box at all hours of the night. This location stood out to me because the evening/overnight team is really great. The lady in charge and the two dudes in the kitchen seem to work really well and pump out great food and service. Once I watched the lady repackage an order few times just so that it looks and sits right in the bag. I think we’ve all had an experience or two when you look to get your food out of the bag and it looks like it was just all thrown in. Not here. Pretty cool. This location seems to care a lot. A lot more than other locations or other competitive restaurants. You don’t see that too often Especially these days. Especially during a graveyard shift. Having picked up few Uber Eats orders from here and the positive interaction with the staff made me want to eat here, so today I came in to take my break. Same crew was working. The dining room was very clean as usual. The lady is chill, working hard with a great smile as always and her team alike. When I first entered , i was acknowledged right away by one of the cooks who came up and greeted me with a smile and told me to please wait and I will be assisted soon. He came up to help the lady cuz she was in the corner with a drive thru customer. Teamwork! Awesome! I’m used to being ignored or get that attitude of being annoyed that someone came into their restaurant and now they have to work. Haha. Food was delicious. One of the best jacking the box experience fo sho. During a graveyard shift?! That’s crazy. Crazy cool. I’ll be back and probably make this location my late night break time spot at least once or twice a week. Very chill and welcoming vibe here. Thank you for an amazing experience!
Stoped in October 19, 2015.for breakfast Service was a.bit slow, But they only had two people working at the time. The food quality was good and the taste was good . The location seemed clean during y visit.. The coke machine in the lobby was out of ice and extremely finicky on its operation and dispensing drinks. The screen keeps freezing up.. Prices a bit much for fast food, but it's a nice variety of meals options... I'll be back.
For me it's about convenience. economic over ease of use of service. Jack alright sometimes get wrong food. Often enough you wonder how it could happen. Overnight lady is awesome. Morning has more mistakes.
We came this location every week . But the cashier is kind rude to us today . I wish managers will see this post .
I was leaving dollar tree and placed my order online, it's in the same parking lot.....so i would definitely be there way before 7-9min. I ordered two breakfast tacos with no sauce, Curly fries An order of churros and a mocha coffee drink. I was there within like 2 min. My fries were stale and cold And I must have been the bottom of the fry bag because all of my fries were little pieces. Both my tacos had sauce on them and my churros are stale and hard. Im so disappointed...I had been craving those tacos all day and finally I get a moment to get food when I go to the tree for work and damn, If that wasn't the worst JIB meal I've had in a REALLY long time...
GRAPEVINE TX. LOCATION ... I ordered 2 supreme crossan'ts.. the person who prepared my food was not wearing a facial mask properly.. Mouth, and nose exposed, so when the cashier brought the food to me I asked for a refund... He informed me that he did not know how to process a refund, so I politely asked to have my food remade... I pulled forward and was watching through the window and she still only put on her mask over her mouth.... 15 minutes later my food was brought out to me where I just drove off and did not eat it....MONEY WASTED, LATE FOR WORK, AND HUNGRY....
Skip it. The fries they give you will be old and rubbery, they've been sitting there a while. Disgusting. Never going back. And their drinks all taste bad too.
They’re trying to inconvenience me by insisting I bring back all the food I bought, even after the manager, Adrian, admitted the staff didn’t clean the grill properly. Thank God my child checked his food before eating it. I wasn’t that lucky because I like my food hot — even though mine was burnt. after seeing the picture my son send, I’m now sick to my stomach! I bought breakfast for the teenagers before dropping them off at work, and I’m at work myself. This whole situation is completely unreasonable. The manager was the absolute worst!
2 of my burgers were raw, I went to tell her and she gave me attitude. Then she got 4 of our orders wrong, we went back and told her and she gave us attitude saying we ordered something else when we know what we ordered and we stood up there for 10 minutes telling her how we wanted it and kept giving us attitude. Then she forgot our sweets as well. She was very rude, will not be coming back again.
Placed/paid an online order. Get to the drive thru and the female worker there told me they didn't get my order. After minutes of back and forth, she just kept disappearing to reappear and tell me they didn't get it. Kept asking if I was at the right location, if I paid for it, and was it for today. After I showed her the app with the order and my email receipt. She even took a picture of my email which I was not OK with. I ask if I can just place /pay for another order and I'll deal with the app for a refund. She refused saying she didn't get the order. No matter how many times I ask for a new order or a refund, she refused. It's not about the $, it's about the lack of customer service even after I suggest i place a new order with her.
Drive-thru screen wasn't working,,,,so you can't view your order or payment amount....Curly fries weren't worth paying extra for the combo upgrade,,,,Also the smash burger sauce taste similar to eating a egg mcmuffin from McDonald's.... Definitely, don't eat the Smashburger. If you're leaving, the club will make you puke.
I am very, very frustrated with the customer service I received at this Jack in the Box. The drive-thru worker is always rushing people to order, barely giving you a chance to speak, and on top of that they were on the phone with a headset the whole time. I specifically asked for everything to be made fresh, and when I got my food it was clearly not fresh at all. It’s disappointing to take the time to ask for something and still get poor quality food and rushed, careless service. Definitely a terrible experience.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited on August 10, 2025, between 8:30–8:40 AM and had one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. When I asked the manager what deals they had, he rudely told me, “The deals are on the window,” with no courtesy or effort to help. I ordered a deal meal and asked for a cup of water. He didn’t tell me my total, didn’t provide a lid or straw, and just handed me a plain plastic cup. When I checked my food, the fries were heavily overcooked. I politely asked for a replacement, but the manager refused, claiming they were “fresh.” When I asked for a refund, he refused again. Even Jack in the Box’s own information online says refunds are given when food or service is unsatisfactory — but this manager clearly chose not to follow that. In my opinion, his attitude was nasty and unprofessional, and he showed zero interest in making the situation right. This location has a serious problem with customer service and management attitude. If you value basic courtesy, quality food, and fair treatment, I recommend avoiding this Jack in the Box entirely.
WARNING!!! DO NOT EAT HERE! I stopped here for breakfast and the egg in the sandwich was GREEN!!!! I noticed after a few bites and thought, okay I didn’t order jalapeño nor do I taste jalapeño. Upon inspection, it was rotten! I rushed back to the location and asked for a refund. She looked at it and said “OK! I’ll refund you your money back”. Didn’t refund me for the combo but just the rotten sandwich. Didn’t apologize! Didn’t offer any compensation or anything! I guess it happens so often that she didn’t even flinch. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! IF YOU ARE READING THIS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD WHEN EATING HERE!
Service was great! My food was not. Worse teriyaki bowl I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to call the restaurant numerous times to voice my concern. They don’t answer the phone. I didn’t get to enjoy my food at all, what’s the point of eating out. If you leave dissatisfied and hungry. This food was hard, salty and dried out. Not enough rice,chicken or broccoli for amount of food and sauce it requires . Made me sick. In times like this with high gas prices and cost of living going up. It ain’t worth losing money over bad food like this. Rule of thumb, don’t serve it if you aren’t gonna eat it.
Worst customer service I've ever had. Drive thru employees had me parked for 10 minutes after they told me I had to leave the drive thru since I ordered through the app. I went back through the line, and asked for a manager or team lead at the speaker box. There were a few cars a head of me to give them the time to get ready. Well I get to the window the moment I ask for a manager he spews lies saying nobody there speaks English.. in very clear English after speaking to me in clear English the entire time. I said I would come back at a later time to speak to someone in charge and I would like his name. He wasn't wearing a name tag (not proper uniform for Jack In The Box) he refused to tell me and refused to serve me my food. To beat it all when I got home my ultimate cheese burger had egg white on the meat patty and came with the wrong bread.
If i could've given only half a star would've done that instead! When I ordered my supreme croissant at 3:40ish A.M. I asked for my ham to be well done. When I got my food I checked out cuz usually drive away to see that the ham is barely heated and NOT cooked! So i said something politely about it not being well done. They took it back and barely heated the ham to barely slightly brown it just a lil after i said it makes me nauseous if it's not well done! Then the manager insulted me like i didn't request it well done when I placed my order! So wasted trip and money on lunch break with jackinthebox around 3:30 in the morning! NEXT TIME WHATABURGER! Maybe a lil more wait but food is what you ask for!!!!!!! Could only eat a couple bites just doesn't taste right unless ham is actually cooked! Lesson learned! Come on its not that difficult of a job to cook some ham! And when i bit into my hashbrown it tasted and felt like it was sitting under heating lamp for hours!
