What can I say? It's the bell, and the crunchwrap supreme + Mexican pizza is one combo I love. Other times I'll get one of the big burritos with a steak quesadilla. Great food if you're in the mood and it's late.
Drive thru is almost always quick with taking orders some dude with super long hair had quick service
Long drive thru line but they were fast and practiced health measures to avoid Covid 19, more so then alot of other places. Food was good as well. Would return.

The cashier was so attentive to everyones needs without complaint. She helped me, customers, co-workers without complaint and no one was lacking!
Food on par with other Taco Bell locations. I like their new (might be temporary) watermelon freeze. They put in these candies that look like watermelon seeds. It's pretty awesome!

10 stars! They hooked it up with the Nachos Bell Grande. The best Taco Bell I've ever been to! And they are fast af!!!! There were 3 cars ahead of me and before i could even find my wallet and turn the corner, they were gone!
It's really unfair to ask me to rate my experience with Taco Bell... Aside from getting a 12-pack once with hardly any lettuce in the tacos at a less than desirable location... Taco Bell is normally Taco Bell anywhere you go!! You either like it, you love it... Or you don't!!😁
Drive-thru service was friendly, quick, accurate and thorough. I usually make weird requests and want tons of fire sauce, and they were perfectly able to accommodate my requests.

The workers there are doing their best. I ordered online and the girl at the drive-thru is taking orders, charging people, bagging food & answering the phone late at night. They were busy as well. Amazing. Those negative reviews need to stop and rethink.
Great customer service, spicy food. A lady came in about 9pm, spotted a transposed pricing on the printed menu and they honored it no problem. She only ordered 2. Was great to see them treat a customer great. I also enjoyed my food, we'll know the quality in about 30 minutes:-)

I mean it's Taco Bell, so either you like or you dont, but I will say that the staff at this particular location was so personable, patient, and helpful as I explained my order, which was more complicated than usual. These are the kind of staff members that need to be recognized, so I hope this review helps that happen.

I love this Tacobell location. The black guy who works there gave me a free drink and provided very nice customer service.
Fast service and quality Micky D's food. Only downside is no fountain drinks before 10:00am

This was a pretty Good Taco Bell. This Taco Bell on Hawthorne and El Segundo is one of the best in the area. I just wish they would add a little more cheese to the bean burritos. The Nacho fries are Munchies at their best!
One of my favorite locations. Always so clean. Frienfly staff, and fast service, have never gotten a bad or incorrect order.
My go to place for quick meal. Wasn't happy with their large tostada salad as the shell tasted old or oily.

Lalani i think her name was was very sweet and poor thing got he finger smashed due to the cash regester daming and called the manager for some help and he was very rude and treated her poorly but yet she was still sweet and gave me good service

This Taco Bell was excellent and did fantastic job working through a long drive thru line. The young man taking and filling the orders was very professional, courteous, attentive and friendly. If I was rating just him it would be 5 stars this early Tuesday evening. Facility was easy to see and get to from the street and traffic.
I like Taco Bell 🔔 and of course you will never find the same review twice anywhere because it just depends on the persons taste of service and product quality. So many bad reviews but quite honestly I've never really had a problem at this location. I've always had my orders correct and sure sometimes something is overlooked but all in all my experience here is superb. Love my Taco Bell 😊 😁
Orders are always made as I ask for. Never had an incorrect order given to me. Good portions in every meal. Team at this location are efficient compared to neighboring Taco bells. Always ordered via the app.

Cashier seem like she didn't want to work we had to ask twice for forks and taco sauce
The fat Mexican guy is rude and the staff from the back kitchen are always coming to look at who is in the driveway makes me think they are probably spitting in black and white people food
Food has declined. The tacos are cracked and stuck to the paper. The chalupas are tough as leather, cold, and no longer an option for me. I have been very disappointed in this location. This has been an opinion over my last 3 visits. I have now visited the taco bell on crenshaw near redondo beach blvd.
I go to this place all the time cause it's close to my house. Food never disappoints. However don't want any new menu items cause they often don't have them. Anything you need ask for don't just take it that they are gonna throw a fork in there cause you bought an item that requires one cause if your eating on the go you'll be eating with your hands all and all not bad.
Its ok the service is not so great place isn't so clean food is aight for quickies. They do forget to give you the whole order at times when you get take out so if i were you id check my food before i left. Restrooms are some what clean check if theirs toilet paper before you do business. enjoy the food hope the review helps a bit.

I love Taco Bell but at this it 10 mins for order then another 15 mins to get my order. 1 person taking orders and 2 people making the food. 1 person on the drive thru.
Don't choose this location if you're doing an online order. Something will always be missing. I always have items missing from my online orders and even my special requests for hot sauce and utensils are ignored
Update 11/24/24 so today I ordered a crunchwrap and there is NO center shell! Omg so disappointed Food is usually good. Just thoroughly check your order before you drive too far ! You will regret it. I ordered supreme tacos and instead got some dry tacos with just lettuce smh. Very upset but not driving back over.

Couldn't believe how incompetent the service was. I asked for 3 bean burritos with extra onions and sour cream, and the woman working the drive through repeated to me that I want 3 bean burritos with no red sauce, so I said, "no," and repeated the order. She asked if I want hot sauce, and I said, "mild please." Then when I drove up to pay, the total was $9.33, so I handed her 3 cents and a $20 bill. She gave me 70 cents and the bag of food. I looked at her and said I need $10 in change. She apologized, but I'm not buying that she didn't realize her mistake. When I got home and looked in the bag, she gave me a handful of HOT sauce only. The chips seemed stale and the cheese sauce was only half filled. If this is the best Taco Bell in the area, I'm doomed.

Barber didnt even have right guards to cut top hair and tried using scissors which messed up hair and uneven. They need all guards to cut hair.

Came early in the morning when they opened and I ordered through the app when I got to the drive through workers pretended they weren't there because they didnt want to work yet I'm assuming because it was early so I had to cancel my order!

I try not to eat Taco Bell anymore. None of their ingredients are non-GMO or organic. I get allergic reactions to GMO corn and all soy products.
I order a big order on uber due to being sick. But when I got the order, the bag was sealed, but no napkins or sauce for my items. When I called they said to complain to uber. Taco bell needs to put more attention to uner orders.

Made an order online, took them an hour to cancel it. It wasnt a small order, it was a family sized order. But even then, it shouldn't take an hour to cancel if something is wrong. But oh well, whatever. Made a second order. ANOTHER hour and they were still in the "preparing" phase. The ETA to delivery kept getting pushed back until I had enough and canceled it myself. Seriously, not cool man. Edit: Made an order again, same exact thing. This place is probably eating your food for all I know.
We spent 50 dollars and we did not get our order correctly. We called to speak with management and she was disrespect and ignorant. The food was disgusting and not everything was there. The person we spoke to at the window was named Nigozi and she was so rude and messed up our order.

The manager sandra is extremely rude and unprofessional. I come to the same location every morning between 7:30 and 8 a.m. & order the same exact thing but today she told me that I had to pay extra. Because I did not want my small drink to be a kickstart! She said that I needed to pay for a medium . As a manager of a Taco Bell for the past 10 years I find this extremely unnecessary. Not to mention that her attitude was horrible. So then when I asked her for my receipt so that I can make a formal complaint she actually threw my receipt away and decided to give me a plain piece of paper with just her name on it. she didn't even try to give me the Taco Bell number .
Gave me the wrong order and when I wanted to give the food back and asked for a refund, the manager instead wanted to argue with me about what I asked for. I’ve worked in customer service for years. That’s the incredibly wrong way to do it. Never coming back here.

Regrettably, the level of service I received was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share the events that unfolded. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I found myself stuck in a seemingly interminable line. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes without any indication of progress, I decided to drive up to the window instead, hoping for a quicker resolution. To my dismay, the staff member at the window greeted me with visible annoyance, expressing dissatisfaction with my decision to pull up. As a customer, this reception was disheartening and unprofessional. Having placed my order at the window, I was instructed to move around to the front of the establishment, where I was promised that my food would be brought out personally. Unfortunately, this assurance fell short, as I found myself waiting for an additional 5 minutes without any sign of my order being prepared. Realizing that I had forgotten to request hot sauce, I contemplated returning to the window but hesitated, not wanting to burden the employee further. Instead, I decided to circle back through the drive-thru to add the missing item to my order. To my dismay, this action failed to draw attention to the fact that I had been waiting outside for a considerable duration. The next 15 minutes passed with no progress, leaving me feeling increasingly frustrated and overlooked. At this point, I could not help but notice that the cars behind me in the initial line had all been served and departed. Feeling both exasperated and hungry, I mustered the patience to queue up in the drive-thru for the third time. Upon finally reaching the window again, I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the undelivered order. To my surprise, the staff member responded with apparent ignorance, asking "for what," as if the lengthy 40-minute ordeal had not occurred at all. This lack of awareness was profoundly unprofessional and further compounded my disappointment. While I understand that [Taco Bell] is not expected to offer the elevated dining experience of high-end establishments, I firmly believe that basic professionalism and courtesy should be upheld at all levels of service. Unfortunately, my encounter at this particular location fell far short of even these modest expectations. In conclusion, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during this visit. The excessive wait times, lack of attention, and dismissive response when seeking a refund are all glaring indicators of the subpar service I encountered. Regardless of the establishment's status, such behavior is unbecoming and certainly not conducive to building customer loyalty or satisfaction. I hope that this feedback will serve as a reminder to improve the overall service and experience for future patrons.
This location is always nasty wither doordash, uber eats, or even drive thru. Customer Service they always feel overwhelmed with three cars in a line. We get you have a time to get the food order out but be more polite with customers. Without them, the business will not last. Think before you say anything rude to customers.

There's this lady manager {don't know her name} that has a face expression that looks like she hates being there. Unsure if they get overworked and not much pay, but the energy isn't there anymore.

When I entered the bathroom the sink was more dry than a desert. I washed my hands and noticed the difference of what the sink SHOULD have looked like after washing
I visited this taco bell for many yrs. Recently I had a mishave. I decided 2go back give them another chance, big mistake. They seem 2 hold a grudge & did something 2 my food. I've had serious diarrhea since. I had a awkward feeling while the kitchen kept looking at us eat. I wondered. But, I was in a hurry as it is fast food. I wanted 2 write review because I wanted them 2 know that they evil didn't prevail. God have mercy on their souls. We will not be going back.
