The food and service here are really great! Family owned restaurant with tasty burgers! I had the bacon burger and loved it! Great quality meat and the pretzel buns make it even better. At our table we had my burger, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 kids meals- all of which we raved over! Thanks for an awesome meal, Blue Bison!!

This is a great little place in a small town. The food profiles are different than you might see at other local restaurants, but they are delicious. Loved the Drunken Pig pizza!

Went in for a pizza and a beer! This little place did not disappoint! Staff was friendly and helpful. We had the place mostly to ourselves as bad weather was going on. We had the drunking pig pizza 10/10 would definitely recommend. But i will definitely be ordering takeaway soon!

If you are in Hebron, or just driving through, worth a stop. Limited menu, but the biscuits and gravy are some of the best I have ever had. Good coffee. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Just a good vibe. Highly recommend.

If I could give service and food twenty stars, I would. The pretzel bread actually tastes like a pretzel. It's not a gimmick. The beef is amazing. Fries are amazing. Out of 5 of us, we couldn't find anything bad to say. I just wish the place was in lincoln so I could eat there more. And the staff!!! So nice. Nothing but the friendliest people nebraska has to offer. It's definitely a stand out.

We loved this spot. The place was inviting and extremely clean. Great atmosphere and just a warm vibe. Staff were very accommodating, and it was a great place to rest after a long drive. Bonus was we have baby identical twins, and they were served by identical twins. Prices were very affordable. Definitely a diamond in the rough.

We stopped by Blue Bison why driving through and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere and vibe is outstanding. The Blue Bison has recently opened and it is such a gem for this small town. I had a latte that was to die for and I’m trying to find excuses to drive the hour and half trip back to get another one. My husband enjoyed his ice cream. If you are going through Hebron it is well worth it to get off the main road and stop here.

Chicken and Waffles was excellent. The Supreme Pizza not so much. Service SUCKED! There were only five tables occupied so why was the service so bad????? Who knows but i had to keep waving down people and repeatedly ask for stuff that never came. They took for ever to cook our food, said the machine didnt print ticket. When we were finally served no one ever came back to see if we needed anything...it sucked.
