Food was great just that teen cashier. She handed my mom the wrong receipt that my mom paid for already without knowing it was wrong till she checked it. my mom was trying to say it was wrong the cashier dismissed it and as my mom still had to wait for a bit another guy came and had to handle it the teen and guy spoke in spanish without us knowing we are also hispanic and yes i was there in the back seat seeing the whole interaction. I'm not one to write reviews about these things but giving someone attitude and a Stankeye bc you got order wrong? Like we weren't even upset we just wanted the food we were kind of holding up the line bc of it.

I went for a large fry, was told they don’t cooperate with the app at this location. So this is the first I’ve heard of a McDonalds not using the app. As a former employee/ department manager if I see the persons code & app working but the code isn’t, we all know there is a promo tab where you can apply the discount for 1.69 any size fry manually. Especially if you claim to be a manager working the window at 10:18pm. ridiculous but it’s alright I just had to inform cooperate and ask for a refund.

This location never offers a clear receipt so you cant ever do the survey codes. Pretty sure they do it on purpose because there's no reason to never fix the machine.

What a horrible service from Judith. Just left from there. Waited for a while to get my order but she decided to take the other vehicles order that got to the other line after us. I get fast service is not fast service but take people as they get there. We are all hungry. Shame on you Judith. Smh I also said NO cheese on my chicken wrap, and guess what?! THERE WAS CHEESE JUDITH!!! you did great repeating my order correctly, yet, your team fail. 🤦‍♀️

this is the ONLY mcdonald’s that is consistently getting my order wrong and i pay extra for sauce EVERY TIME and never receive it. i will never purchase from this location again absolutely ridiculous

First of all, let me just say the night team or the closing team is so rude. The guy that takes orders is so rude.! And another thing at a certain time in the night, they start acting dumb and saying they don’t accept card only cash because they’re lazy and they know that a lot of people don’t carry cash these days, so people please bring cash in the night because they’re so lazy. They don’t wanna work that’s why they’re always doing that.! It’s a woman and a man that work in the night and they’re so rude. ! I don’t know if she’s the manager or what but, that guy needs to learn manners, and he thinks it’s funny too because he was giving attitude, and I heard him laughing after. If he sees this, just know as customers we are not dumb & we know when you’re being rude and lazy. I worked in fast food for over five years and I get it how customers can be rude Gets hard, but I still kept a good attitude all the time. How to handle myself and keep my composure, and I knew how to give attitude when it was needed. But you just being rude like that off the bat because of your personality is not OK and you should not be in any kind of customer service job.

I was just there a drive-through and I told him that he forgot the small Sprite then he proceeds to tell me if I have it on my receipt. I looked at the receipt so fast and I was like oh I thought she put it down and he’s looking up at the screen like no there’s no small sprite here on my screen and I was like oh and I was looking at the receipt so fast and I was like oh never mind then … and when I got home, I realized that they did charge me for a small sprite . I’ve tried calling them, but their phone is disconnected.! worst McDonald’s ever ! and every single night as well they takeoff there card payment supposedly! so that when people go to drive-through, they tell them they are only are accepting cash , like literally an hour or two before they close so that they don’t have to do orders. I hate this McDonald’s. !

Horrible food. Got order completely wrong. Tried to call both restaurant and corporate and never got a call back. Was supposed to have a double quarter pounder with cheese and I got a dried up regular hamburger with no cheese. I went through the drive thru so I was all the way home when I opened my burger. So many other things went wrong but I just wont ever go back.
