Got some tacos and a burger. Tacos were bad. Couldn't eat them so switched to the burger half way through bit into a ROACH. Immediately threw up in my truck. DO NOT GO HERE!

They were very rude and racist. They did not know how to treat customers. We were speaking English and the worker randomly started speaking in broken Spanish because she thought we didn’t understand. Poor service. The food was okay.

Every single time I come here after 12 o’clock at night, they don’t have anything, they’re not accepting orders at the window, they literally just tell you to go away. The Franchisee here should be embarrassed by the poor operational execution here. I could buy this location and turn it around, just by capturing the late night business. No idea how they’re operating throughout the day, but I can tell you at night, consistently I’ve had an extremely negative experience and I’ve witnessed at least six cars leave this evening.

Wish I could say I got to eat here but apparently their 24 hour drive through sign is just for show. I pulled up to order to be told they’re not taking orders, which is crazy that they even had someone there to say that.

I am a tourist from Asia. Today, Sunday at around 4:40 p.m., I tried to enter the store but was denied entry. An African American security guard approached me and told me the store was closed. However, when I looked inside, I saw that it was still full of customers and seemed to be operating as usual. I did not see any customers who were not African American. The atmosphere strongly suggested that I was being deliberately excluded. While I did not ask for further explanation, I noticed that during my interaction with the guard, his eyes showed tension and his mouth was trembling. It gave me the impression that this might have been an act of racial discrimination. I had been looking forward to trying the food here for the first time, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. And I did not get any reply and any response from Jack in the box even I sent email what they told me last 2-month so far

Long wait times. To save window time they make you park and deliver you food like 30 minutes later. I eat here about five times and it is always like this. At this point I could have went to an actual restaurant and ordered a burger and received it faster.

No pictures but I got a free coupon from t mobile today so I decided to give them a try. And it was terrible. There was a cook and 1 girl working. She worked the register, the drive through and the inside, I really don’t know how she did it. The manager kept going in the back. I helped another lady who was there figure out her app as I had time since I was waiting so long and figured out how to submit the code and payment to get the order. The lady and I were there together so long the staff started treating us like we were together. There is nothing there that I would go back for. The food was not good at all. Well, I will say my milkshake was good. After waiting for over 30 minutes I inquired about my food and the woman serving impatiently said I should be patient. I watched her serve people in the drive through and just not give me my milkshake and burger.

They always mess up online orders. Peace tea was unsweetened.... Never included additional sauce packets within the order. Burger still had pickles even though we requested none.

Went through the drive through and ordered almost 30$ worth of food. Tacos. Mini tacos, the usual. Asked them for lots of ranch and taco sauce. I only received 1 ranch. I go in and talk to her explaining I just ordered 30$ in food and would like more ranch, I have 5 people. In my family and I’m not sharing 1 ranch. She tells me I get one free it’s 37 cents each for everyone I want extra. I guess getting sauce with your food is now an upcharge, but not at my local location. I will not be back. This is a stupid situation.

I never have any problems with my food. I get the same exact thing everytime I go there and this morning I would have thought they played an April Fool's joke on me the wrong day. I asked for no cheese on my tacos only to have cheese with no lettuce and my taco looked as if they let Ben eat it before handing it to me.

Very slow drive thru with with hardly no cars. Ordered tacos and sweet cream iced coffe. The coffe taste just like plan black coffee with creamer. There was little to no flavor of vanilla or sugar. The tacos were not only mangled but had the almost nonexistent filling. What a disappointment. This location needs better management.
