The drive thru lady was rude. Would not listen. She kept asking me what sides. I kept saying Mac n Cheese and mashed potatoes. She kept saying fries. I kept correcting her. She gave me fries anyway. It’s no wonder the line at Raising Canes is so long and nobody is at KFC. Will not be back.

The worse experiencie I could ever have , the cashier was a very rude person the fries were cold and hard like they sold them from one day before everything was very nasty I'll never go bk again

Why would you serve someone some food like this. The order was wrong. I ordered a 3 piece big box legs and thighs. They sent breast and wing. Biscuit was over cooked. Potato wedges were old and nothing but crumbs. Chicken was very hard and not chewable.

I ordered one chicken breast. Chicken was dry and not fresh. I ask for water she gave me a cup with no lids. I asked for a hot Sauce she gave me only one. Very disappointed!! No wonder they are not busy!!!

Just left there and ordered a 12 piece. I asked for it to be cooked fresh. They told me to come inside and wait 22 minutes. I waited! Patiently … I’m in a rush already but stayed to get fresh chicken because of my family. I get home and they gave me one piece of fresh chicken and all the rest of it is clearly old chicken that they just rewarded it the oven. It’s the softest, lukewarm chicken I have ever had. The skin is so soggyyyyt and lukewarm you can tell they took the old chicken and just popped it in the oven to seem fresh. Never again. Highly unsatisfied!!!!! $40 down the drain

Found a baby roach in my lemonade. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The corn taste like its straight out of can. They don't even have sprite only squirt or mtn dew. and lastly the bowls only had 4 pieces of chicken. NOT WORTH IT, especially from just a gross and unkempt establishment.

You go in to enjoy a decent meal ! All you get is semi Hot (temperature) chicken that looks like it’s been in the warmer forever fries are not crispy or hot , biscuits seemed they had been taken out of the bag ! So over all attendants service friendly . Kitchen area needed cleaning back door was open , a repair was being done on ceiling while cooks were under working , my opinion manager should have made a better decision on repairs , had employees kept kitchen cleaner back door closed , if management don’t give a hoot neither will the employees . Over all I DON’T recommend or plan on going back ! We were sick the following day !

Terrible unprofessional staff. Not well trained and refuse to correct their errors. Very few goo service employees most are No service oriented staff. 3 out of 4 times ordering, the order was not correct, and when get home and realize they’ve made a mistake, you call and call and call and you may or may not get anyone to answer the phone. The manager is rude and would not make the orders right. Bad bad service. Orders 2 Three piece all white chicken dinners, got 2 pieces instead but paid for 3. Another time order a 8 piece bucket, got 3 Thighs instead of 2 breast (only got 1 breast). They did not make either order correct. They do not care.

Now I understand why the reviews were so bad. Chicken was so soggy that it ripped through the box. Tried the chicken, slimy, soggy, room temperature. Didn't help they were out of diet Coke. Just kind of the cherry on top. When asking questions to the person at the window, got no response via the speaker as well as the window. I know it's fast food but.. I guess I at least expected good customer service. Still going to eat KFC, just not from this location.
