Everything is great yall bad reviewers are just people who probably NEVER have worked in a fast food place and dont know what its like having to also deal with difficult customers like yall. Its ridiculous reading these "bad reviews" yall just sounding like u wanna be treated like royalty or sum at a damn subway💀💀. Get a grip yall are GROWN.
I typically don’t write very many reviews but the food was delicious! We came to this location around 8:30pm. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived but more people kept arriving. Jay was the only one working and I just gotta say, he is a star for running that entire store by himself! He deserves to be recognized.
Friendly employees especially Troy and the hispanic lady that is usually there. Them two are very polite and willing to help out.
Awesome service. Moved quickly and efficiently when making my sandwhich. The two guys made it a thoroughly happy experience. Best time I have been here ever!!!

Very good place to go. My only problem was no one spoke English and the lady spoke so quietly I had to ask her to repeat herself 2 to 3 times every time she spoke
This is a really nice subway. All the windows really brighten the place for a pleasant dine-in experience. There was a line at 1130am but it moved quickly. There was only 1 homeless person sleeping in there so its better than a lot of places in the area. I had a meatball sub and jalepeno chips. That combination made 1 helluva effluent.
Sandwich was good, but this caramel apple cookie???? It taste like fall! I have a new love 💞💞💞.
I came to this subway on November 13 at 3:15 PM and a woman attempted to fix my sandwich with gloves she had on after taking money from the previous customer. When I asked her was she going to change her gloves she looked at me in a rude way and stated do you want me to change my gloves? I replied to her that would be the clean thing to do. She proceeded to go change her gloves with an attitude, which is then her coworker came to assist me with a completing my sandwich with clean gloves on. So my issue is if you’re so freely to be nasty in front of customers what are you doing behind customers back when it’s time to cut up the vegetables and clean. Management needs to delegate staff on infection control because that was nasty and disrespectful. What she did but thank God her coworker was there to help assist me. He was great.
Service was quick, l was the only customer except for one other person eating at a table. Free parking and plenty available spaces. Food was mediocre, but prepared as l requested.
I come to this location at least once a month usually I have no issues with them adding extra veggies to my sandwich without any charge, today the guy put a few peppers and pickles I asked for more was told it would be extra. Then when I explained that I’ve never been charged extra for veggies he later on called me extra because I want what I pay for. If I see the black gentleman with a beard I will just walk out.
Do not order online! It's like they made whatever they wanted! So disappointed . My turkey bacon ranch was ordered with onions and tomatoes. I had on mine.... olives, jalapenos, banana peppers....yuck. No ranch. Some Chipotle sauce instead. No bacon. The requested cheese was not. I guess I should have gone in and watched it as it was put together. Staff were nice. Just didn't know how to read .
I recently purchased a GoGo SqueeZ applesauce with my order, and when I got home I realized it was expired (09/25/25). My child had already eaten it, and this could have made her sick. It’s very concerning that expired food is being sold. Please make sure product dates are checked more carefully moving forward.
I am a long-time Subway customer, and this lady has repeatedly provided terrible customer service. I went there once and thought she was just having a bad day, didn't really like the experience at all and then came back again today 3 months later and experienced the same bad attitude, it was very disrespectful and I did not appreciate it at all. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

The food was great but there the lack guy was VERY rude and even walked off another employee had to come and finish my order….. what he got mad about was I did not go in the order he wanted me to go in as far as the vegetables your putting on. I’m paying for it not sure what the problem was bur VERY rude!!! 7/14/25 @ 2:57pm.
This same little female still works at this location and still asks ME what kind of meat I want on my sandwich???!!! You guys must be in the business of hiring people who clearly cannot read and have NO BUSINESS working in a sandwich shop! Fire her, you are making Subway look far too incompetent!
First time going to a Subway in a long time. I wanted some cookies and decided to go there since it was close and I love their white chocolate raspberry cookies. I walked in to the register, one woman was there but seemed preoccupied however, said nothing. While I was scanning the menu looking for the price for the cookies she left and went to the back and never returned, but still said nothing. Another woman was standing at the end of the counter where you order sandwiches the entire time, she said nothing. I thought maybe she was about to do an online order. Anyway, I stood there for about 7 mins, while noone said anything, and the lady at the end just standing there. Another customer in came in and passed me to order his sandwich. Still patiently standing at the register thinking surely she's going to ask what can she get me before ringing up the sandwich. Still nothing, and proceeds to ring up the guy. I had to ask if I was invisible. I asked the customer and the lady. She says, no ma'am. I just walked out and decided to leave a review. Came to the review section, and see a large picture of her in the most recent comment (below mine) by a different customer who found their experience unsatisfactory as well. Too bad, the shop smelled really good, I said to myself I would start eatting at Subway again because of how it smelled. If I hadn't already picked something up elsewhere, i would have ordered a sandwich. Unfortunately, this has completely turned me off from the company all together. The last few times I tried their sandwiches, i they tasted different and I didn't like the new taste but I was willing to try again. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. 8/26/24 around 4:30pm
Just got a DoorDash delivered. My sandwich was not made right. There was my chips and My cookies were missing every time I come to the store. They don't give a d*** They just are rude. They mess up all the time. This is why I don't go into the store and then I decide to order DoorDash and they do this exact same thing. These people really don't care about their customers or their customers money because they like to waste their customers money and time. Because I have to go back to the store every time. Because they dont know how to do stuff right?
Upon driving to this location I had placed the order which was 15+ minutes away from this store. Got there the food hadn’t even been made the black male had a whole ugly demeanor , my husband was patient I was too and I’m 32 weeks pregnant. We both waited being patient understanding he’s the only person working but then he began to be even more towards everyone who arrived started making everyone’s food all sorts of different orders waited until 30 minutes just for two sandwich and to arrive home with ONIONS on my order and no lettuce, waited half for a wrong order . Not to mention as we sat being patient we were talking to eachother and instead of saying order number or whatsoever he SNAPPED his fingers and threw the food on the counter . The hiring manager needs to do BETTER at scheduling and HIRING . This was a terrible experience.
I ordered online to save time, but when I arrived, my sandwich hadn’t even been started. The staff only began preparing it after I checked in, and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Ordering ahead should mean the food is ready or close to ready at pickup time. Overall, the service did not meet expectations.
Nothing has changed at this location, rude employees and try to make your sandwiches without changing gloves, when confronted they shrug you off. Someone needs to alert the health department and have this place closed down. To the owner I say think about it this is a good location to loose over bad employees, it just takes a little training. To the employees I say if you don't like working here then look elsewhere, don't make customers pay because of your discontent.
So the cashier/server is a female I had 2 orders mine and for my boss I told what sandwich we wanted and my boss was on the phone so she can let her know what to put on it, the cashier had my sandwich first and my pasta. Second so I told her, let's do my boss's sandwich first. So I can hang up. She got upset, squeezed our sandwiches and slammed them on the counter. And just kept making qrunting noises. All because I wanted to do my bosses sandwich first, my boss and I were not small talking either just straight to her order then I hung up the phone, as I was leaving I told her to call in help because she is to impatient to serve on her on. This was at 10:59am 34th st 1/19/26 please be kind and courteous to people, your mood brings others down keep your feelings outside the business please
Showed up at 9:27pm and the employee had the door locked and closed and refused to open. What’s the point of closing at 10 if your employees close early
The service I received today was absolutely terrible. The Hispanic lady at the front counter had a very rude attitude from the moment I walked in. I came in to order a cold cut sandwich on white bread and specifically told her to remove the bologna. Instead of listening, she cut me off and said, “Well let me toast it first,” then toasted the sandwich without acknowledging my request. When the sandwich came out, she asked what toppings I wanted, but her tone and attitude were already off. At checkout, I noticed the bologna was still on the sandwich. I asked her to repeat what meats she put on it, and she repeated the exact items I asked her to remove. When I told her I didn’t want the sandwich anymore, she got an attitude and said, “Why would you order it if you didn’t want it?” At that point, I was completely done. I left the establishment without taking the sandwich or completing the purchase. This was an unacceptable experience, and the lack of customer service was honestly shocking.
Don’t even waste your time. The manager has this AWFUL attitude. And I do mean this man gave me the worst experience today. I ordered through the app and he was so adamant about getting me out his face, he over talked me and was so rude. I had to check him about that because I’m 6 months pregnant, everybody’s not about to deal with your hatred and disrespect. After he was rude too many times, I walked to the register and asked the lady for help, couldn’t even get my words out because he PUSHED her out the way just to scream “NO YOU TALK TO ME IM THE STORE MANAGER”. After all of this, he had the nerve to ask me my name and my order had already been made and ready. I’ll be filing complaints in every way I possibly can. 0/5 stars the managers attitude will absolutely be the downfall of this location’s reputation and business.
I get the footlong but only one scoop of chicken. Even though I pay for 2 scoops. I ask for extra onion because they only give you 6 measly slivers of onions. Even when I pay for extra it’s only 1-4 slivers of onions. I WANT A PILE OF ONIONS, and they tell me “no, we are not allowed to do that.” They tell me, “That’s too many onions.” Passing judgement on a pregnant ladies sand-which. I’m tired of this. If I want my sand-which to have an ENTIRE onion on it, that’s my prerogative. If y’all are going so broke you can’t afford to give customers onions, then perhaps paying attention to customer service will guaranty return business. Do better.
This place is horrible and a hot mess! Not worth your time the manager is literally bringing the business down and can’t hire people because of his attitude. Can’t even try the food because he let me know ,”I didn’t have to order food here.” So I didn’t don’t have to tell me twice but I’ll let everyone else know this is how he feels and treats his customers.
If I could give them a 0 I would . I couldn’t even order because the manager made me feel so uncomfortable because I had my jacket off walking into this location , mind you is damn near 95 degrees . Don’t go to this location if u want to be discriminated against by minorities even if u are one lol 🤣🤣🤣
I’ve never argued with a fast food worker before, today was a first. Employee was telling me I’m only allowed to have 6 onions on my sandwich cause I asked for extra. Everyday Houston people be letting me down.
I encountered a significant issue with a merchant while picking up a DoorDash order. The app stated the order was ready, but a male employee, instead of handing it over, told me to wait while he entertained another customer attempting to get free items. This directly violated their contractual obligation to have orders ready for pickup. This kind of behavior wastes Dasher time, store resources, and, most importantly, the customer's time, as their order had not even been started. I expect merchants to uphold their agreements and prioritize prepared orders.
If I could I would give them zero stares I Order two sandwiches thru Uber eats roost beef and and a cali turkey club late night and we received bread and meat they missed all the add ons bc they were to lazy to actually get the ingredients they needed terrible terrible experience I don’t recommend ever ordering from her overnight I spent over 30 dollars and they couldn’t do the easiest thing and make my order correctly
I actually feel for the workers here they are being trained by someone who doesn’t take their job seriously they blame everything on the manager and when asked where is the manager they say she’s is gone and when asked what shift does the “manager “ have no one not one employee can tell me what time so…..y’all don’t know what time y’all manger comes in ? It seems like just because they are open 24/7 some employees get lazy and don’t want to work , they don’t sell chips nor drinks just sandwiches and Fountain drinks during the day and night make it make since SUBWAY !!!! If I want something from the cooler they have to get it from the back when they have a whole cooler in the lobby but locked ? also restrooms are locked by the “manager “? According to the workers !!! Y’all need to hire a new manager this is ridiculous
I ordered off DoorDash and they literally put anything on my sandwich it wasn’t toasted didn’t have cheese and had multiple pieces of thanksgiving thick cut ham instead of lunch meat I drove to the store and ask why would they do this and the man told me that “he would eat it and serve it so oh well” horrible attitude very disrespectful and UNSANITARY he needs to be FIRED !!!!!
Do not go to this subway if you place orders online. I placed it, went inside, got my food and went to the office. I took a bite of my sandwich and realized it was the wrong sandwich. I ordered chicken teriyaki. I called and they told me I had to go back and return it and they’d give me a credit for my sandwich. Anyone with a limited time for lunch knows that this is not ideal. Very frustrating experience. I don’t understand how you can’t read the order and create the right sandwich.
I wish I can give this location zero stars. The woman who was working the cash register between 12:50PM and 1:05PM on Tuesday, March 29th 2022, denied me service because she stated that the coupon I had didn't work because it was expired when it wasn't. It expires in May. I felt I was being discriminated because of my race. She wouldn't acknowledge me even after I showed her that the coupon was not expired. See the image below. The woman in the photo was the one who denied my coupon. Avoid this location at all costs and go to the Taco Bell or the McDonald's across.
