When this location isn't busy - like after 9pm - it's okay. If you come before that time, expect a long line at the drive-thru and a bunch of guys standing around the counter inside, wondering where their food is. I went early evening on a Wednesday. Thought I would use their app this time. The app is pretty enough but has two big problems. First, it overestimates how quick your order will be. After I submitted my order (4 soft tacos and a medium drink, $13.15), it said my order would be ready in 3 minutes. It took more like 15 minutes, and behind the counter looked a bit chaotic. Second, and more problematic, the app changed my order. I wanted a plain soft beef taco, and it added BEANS to all four. There's an upcharge of 30 cents per taco. The 15 minute wait and these mealy tacos weren't worth the wait, so I'm hoping to cost the corporation some business with this review. If you go to this location during a heavy rush, you can't say you weren't warned. And...the app needs fixing.

Horrible customer service. Went to the counter 3 times for 10 minutes each time. And nobody would take my order. I will never go here again. They acted like I didnt even exist. Horrible place. I hope they fire the whole crew and start over again.

Main complaint, the selfservice touchpad was sticky and gross. And there are no wipes or anything nearby to clean your hands and are forced to go into the bathroom and wash them. Which honestly it was apparent that the screen wasn't cleaned in at least 3-4 days I feared I would just make it worse by trying to wash my hands in there. And the whole dinning area was a mess. I don't know if I missed the rush or what, but it needed service. But food was good as taco bell is, and the service good.

Pulled up to the window at 3:55 after they let the car in front of me order just to be told they were closed now. If you want to close at 3:55, then make your hours 7am-3:55am. But don’t say you’re open til 4am and then not be. Been coming here for 15 years

Need more staff or something at night.They continue to take drive thru orders and fulfill them despite people waiting at the window for delivery orders. They don’t even try to acknowledge you at all. There was a line of people waiting and they didn’t even attempt to come to the window they just kept handling drive thru only letting delivery order food get cold.

I had gotten off of work at 1 AM because I work in the night industry and I wanted to get some food for me and my roommate so when I came up to the window, I asked to double check the order and he asked me if I was drunk just because I asked to double check the order. I understand you get a lot of that but it’s inappropriate and unprofessional to ask those questions “just because” I asked to double check the order. i will be checking in with the manager in the morning. this is unacceptable for any business to ask this question just because we want to double check our order. i have had many times that taco bell has messed up my order because they are lazy or don’t want to work

The people that work at this location are extremely disrespectful. There was a light skin and dark skin African-American man working in the window at 6:35 PM on August 20. I pulled up and ordered a simple Chalupa combo but I did have some customizations On the taco on the side. They kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted and saying “what else” and then eventually told me to pull around. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured that they were having a hard time hearing me and would continue to take my order once I pulled around. However, when I informed them that I was not done ordering, they decide very loudly, rolled their eyes I said “he, he, he, I mean she wasn’t done ordering“ which I got on video because at this point I realized it would be a problem. I said have a good day and I left. I will not be disrespected, and there really was no reason for it. If you don’t like this job, get a better job.

Went to this taco bell around 1:40 p.m. on Monday (07/21/25) and wanted to order inside at the counter. Waited 30 minutes and was completely ignored by 3 different employees. When I made a fuss they said drive thru was a priority then the dine in. I said will get corporate involved and left to another establishment to eat.

A lot of time wasted!!! They make these uber orders to take home & waste $$$$!!! Instead taking the people who is in here, waiting on Uber orders order orders wasting a lot of time & company!! I’ll never never come back here!!

I ordered 6 chicken chalupas only to go home and find out they were ground meat. For $37, please go somewhere else ppl. So disappointing, we order fast food for a reason. Like wow!! They don’t care what ppl are ordering because we won’t know until we get home. This is the 3 rd this has happened to me and I’m finally writing a review. Please check your order before leaving.
