I went to 3 other Carl's Jr. Locations before I arrived here. This was the only one that had the Green Chili strips (which I add onto my spicy chicken sandwiches). It's getting harder and harder to find these specific locations and I thank this one for keeping the dream alive.

Visiting from out of town, was hungry at 11:00 p.m. and decided to go for something we knew. Retina was working the drive-thru and the word outstanding doesn't even touch our experience with her. She was beyond friendly and definitely went up and above for us with our order customer service as well as making us feel like we were at home. I don't usually review just quick fast food restaurants but not only does she deserve the shout out right now but she definitely deserves a raise. Thank you Retina!!!!

Every time I come everyone is super polite and kind. Especially the dude with the painted on nails that cashiers. Food is always decent. I have to wait for the impossible burger every time but I’m assuming it’s because it’s not ordered very often so they always have to heat it up every time I order which is understandable because it always ends up being super hot and fresh!

This location is always accurate with my order. They run the restaurant well and keep it clean. The food is always cooked fresh and tastes better than other nearby Carl’s Jr locations. The only downside is that they often have homeless people inside using the bathrooms and the dining room as a living room, so it does not always feel safe.

First time at this location went there around 10:45 am today , was in a great mood . Spoke to this employee at the window was very dry. Wasn’t very costumer service friendly . Was really disappointed in being there and shows he didn’t want to be there . So monotone and trying to rush me out. Only reason giving this a 3 stars and not a 1 was because the food was good. Left in a different mood.

$10.01 with sales tax for a Santa Fe chicken sandwich. No combo, no soda, no fries, just the sandwich. Granted, this is the best fast good chicken sandwich. I've loved it for 30+ years. But $10 for a fast food chicken sandwich? No. No more. It was an awesome sandwich, but not for $10. It was my last one for a long, long time. 5 stars for everything but price. I told the clerk, enjoy that $20 while you can. There's a robot being designed to replace you and it doesn't take breaks, call in sick show up late or get an attitude. Carl's, it was nice while it lasted. It just wasn't meant to be.

Fast service equaled soggy nachos. I complained and the worker said everyway to make it right but did not follow through. I went there out of the blue for a specific plate and now that plate is tainted. Clean place.

Went there at 3am. Sat in the driveway for well over 5 minutes. No one said anything/answered. Most lights were off on the inside and not a person in sight. However the open sign was lit. Apparently they were sleeping?! Lol. So I went to Del Taco instead 😐

I asked for a double western with a add patty they have a button for that ive always gotten it this in my first and last time coming to this location it's a waste of time going back ... I had to throw away my food took one bite and disgusted since i cant eat spicy food...except for the zucchini... If I was given a receipt I will do another negative review since this just happened I don't know why you thought double western had japhinos ( note : your standard a triple western has japhinos) not a double western add patty so don't go around changing the recipe... but thank you for wrecking my food ( just realized she put the spicy triple western she screwed up my order...so your just lazy to ring it up right so you rang up what benefits what I said this was on her then lady please look for a new job or listen to the order correctly thanks to you I threw out the food except for the zucchini
