First class pizza! Absolutely amazing! The pizza was delicious and loaded with generous fresh toppings. The staff were incredibly super friendly, and I even got a free extra pizza, which was such a great surprise. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the service! Thank you!

First Class Pizza is a cornerstone of the Woodbury community. No, you're not going to find the same pricing as a chain restaurant--But that also means the quality of the food is so much better! I have never had a bad bite of food from FCP, whether it's their salads, potato wedges, wings, pastas, sandwiches, and of course their pizzas. My recommendation is to order online or over the phone if you are in a hurry. I've never had any issues with my orders not being ready as expected. This is the high end pizza you can expect from a name such as First Class Pizza. Plus, you get to support a family owned business with friendly owners!

First Class is my go-to for my 5:00 dinner panic and I realize time got away and I have no plan. The spaghetti and meatballs with extra side of meatballs and the (OMG) breadsticks never fail to save me! Always ready in a percentage of the time it would otherwise take me to make such a meal. So worth the money and delicious.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at First Class Pizza. I had high hopes, but those were quickly dashed by the abysmal service and unprofessional staff. First, I placed my order and expected a reasonable wait time. However, after waiting for an excruciating hour and fifteen minutes, there was still no sign of my pizza. Not once did anyone from the staff bother to inform me about the delay or provide any updates. It felt like I was being completely ignored, and my presence as a customer did not matter at all. When I finally approached the staff to inquire about my order, I was shocked by their rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of apologizing for the delay, they acted as if I was the problem for asking. Their unprofessionalism was astounding, making an already bad situation even worse. To top it all off, the pizza, when it eventually arrived, was mediocre at best. After such a long wait and terrible service, I expected at least a decent meal, but even that was a letdown. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for First Class Pizza. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was. The lack of communication, the rude staff, and the subpar food all contribute to this being one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Save your time, money, and patience by choosing a different pizzeria. First Class Pizza is anything but first class.

Disappointing inconsistency from a long-time customer" I have been a loyal customer of this place for a long time, hoping that things would improve, but unfortunately, they haven't. I am leaving this review because the lack of consistency has become unacceptable. On one occasion, the bottom of the pizza was completely burnt black. Another time, the pizza was way too salty. Most recently, the dough was undercooked and raw in the middle. It feels like there is no standard recipe or quality control here; the quality is different every single time. Sending out a pizza with a burnt bottom shows a complete lack of basic inspection. And serving undercooked dough was truly upsetting. Is it really that difficult to provide consistent taste and quality? I hope the management takes this seriously.

The pizza is good. We've been here three times over the last year and each time it took a while to get our 2 mini pizzas. The first two times it was over 45 minutes and the restaurant was half full so I understood the wait a little. Today we were the only ones in the place and our 2 mini pizzas took...40 minutes

If you enjoy crest without any toppings, first class pizza is way to go. We are a large Hawaiian pizza and about 2/3 of the pizza had absolutely nothing on it. The quest was good that I would not spend $35 again for crust. I don’t know how place like a same business, but somehow they do, at least for a while! Dixie.
