Not the experience I expected from Domino's. I'm usually a loyal Domino's customer and have had great service in the past, but unfortunately, this recent experience was disappointing. I placed my order around 9:15 PM and didn’t receive my food until 10:36 PM. The app indicated that the driver left the store at 9:45 PM, and since I live only six minutes away (near a university), I was surprised by the delay. At one point, the app said the driver was just one minute away, so I waited by the door. After 20 minutes with no delivery, I called the store twice for updates. I finally got through at 10:07 PM and was told the driver was nearby and would call me soon. I waited again, and after another 15 minutes, I called back. This time, I was told the driver was on campus and again reassured I would be contacted. I asked if the app might be malfunctioning, and the person on the phone seemed frustrated and confirmed there was an issue, promising the driver would arrive shortly. When the order finally arrived at 10:36 PM, the pizza was only lukewarm, and the cheese wasn't melted — it clearly hadn’t been freshly made. I appreciate that the app offered a small concession for the delay, but the lack of timely communication and the poor quality of the food were frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve service going forward. I know mistakes happen, but clear communication and fresh food should always be a priority.

The photos are enough reason as to why I’m beyond upset - not including the never picked up 11 minute hold - I know I want a refund on a 2 hr old pizzas before it even gets here.

I waited 50 minutes after the order was marked as “delivered.” The pizza arrived cold and had barely any toppings. What made the situation worse is that after it was marked delivered, I stood in the lobby for 34 minutes waiting. When I finally called, the employee told me the order was “on time” — simply because their usual delivery time is over an hour. That is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the service standards customers should expect. $40 after fees, delivery charges and tips, just to because they want to do the bonus, no matter what! UNBELIEVABLE!

I was waiting for over 1:30 hour in my lobby because I received a text saying my order is on the way but never show up and I called back and they cancelled my order with no explanation and no refund. Horrible xmass I got my xmass is ruined.

I am writing this review to formally express my disappointment with the service I received from this Domino’s Pizza location. On December 24, 2025, between approximately 1:50 PM and 2:00 PM, I contacted this establishment to report a serious issue regarding my delivery. I spoke with a gentleman who identified himself as the manager. I explained that I intended to file a formal complaint about the delivery driver’s behavior. The driver knocked and banged on my door so aggressively that I initially thought it was law enforcement or emergency services. The force of the knocking was so excessive that picture frames inside my home were nearly knocked off the wall. When I opened the door, it was simply the Domino’s delivery driver with my order. We thanked him, but he appeared visibly upset for no apparent reason. We thanked him again, and he walked away without responding. The interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the experience worsened when I attempted to report the incident. While speaking with the employee on the phone, they stated they were unable to locate my order in the system, despite me providing all required information and confirming I had contacted the correct location. I was told that the manager would contact me once they arrived. When I asked what time the manager would be coming in, I was told that information could not be shared. I then asked for the name of the manager or the individual I was speaking with and was told they were not allowed to provide their name either. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry, I find this completely unacceptable. When handling complaints, a manager or representative should be able to provide their name and basic accountability. This entire experience reflects a severe lack of professionalism, transparency, and proper customer service training. Additionally, I will be requesting the removal of the tip that was included with my order. The delivery driver’s behavior did not warrant a tip, especially after such an unpleasant experience. I had originally planned to be more generous, but that is no longer the case. I will not be ordering from this location again. I strongly recommend that management address these issues and provide proper training to all staff involved. The level of service I experienced was extremely poor and unacceptable.

If I can give negative I would. I ordered my food at 7pm. Called numerous time about this order it is now 9:08pm and I still have not received the order. This store is ridiculous Horrible service I was told “ the driver should contact you soon” for the past two hours Update:9:31pm still have not received my order. Called the store more than 5 times. Been placed on hold no help What type of inconvenience is this? We get charged automatically and then don’t receive the order 9:43pm: my order shows up. How does it take more than 2 hours ? No apology nothing

Horrible management. They are not transparent when there are issues in the kitchen. I've been waiting for the pizza for almost 2 hours. Now that i called, after multiple calls, is that they tell me they had problems with their oven and that's why they are backed up. Couldn't you tell me this when I first called an hour ago so I could make the decision to cancel and order from elsewhere instead of giving us the runaround. Update: I thought I would give this one a try again since they were decent in the past (fast/reliable,etc). It got worst! Now you cannot even get through anyone in the store. Not even to cancel the order. I ordered at 8:30pm the tracker showed that it didn't go into the oven until around 9:30pm... has ownership/management changed? (Mardo?) bummed bc this place used to be reliable. At this point I want my money back. Should have stuck to Duccinis.

My boyfriend ordered at 7:33 pm & just received his order at almost 1am. The order is wrong and is missing a pizza. We called the store for the past 4 hours and never got an answer. He even went to the store to the store at 8:20 to pickup the pizza himself. I will say the store was busy but he witness the employees joking in cooking area and one employee just standing on the floor not doing anything. And to make it worse they was letting the phone ring continuously. It was so bad he had to leave. The website doesn’t even have the correct number online. Dominos should be ashamed of themselves on who they hire to represent their company. This was unacceptable!

Yes I ordered Buffalo mild wings the restaurant sent Honey BBQ wings and when I called to correct the order someone answered kept me on hold and didn’t come back to the phone… I proceeded to call back and they continuously picked up the phone and hung up. I didn’t ever get the order corrected nor a refund.
