A nice place to have your coffee break. Stff was really nice. I came here while waiting for my tires being replaced at Discount Tire.
I will tell you we drive out of our way EVERY day to go to this Starbucks in particular. Why? Because of Vivi! Not only are our drinks made to perfection every time but the customer service is above and beyond! She always greats us with a huge welcome smile, knows our names and knows our orders. It’s like we are showing up to a tiny little town coffee shop. She is such an asset to your team and as long as she is there we will keep coming!! Thank you Vivi for all that you do!
Starbucks is always great. Except that they recently started charging for extra matcha powder in the green tea frappe. Since Starbucks opened they never charged for extra matcha in my green tea frappe but since last week they started charging $1.00 for each extra matcha scoop. Can you please change it back to no charge for that? I’m sure I’m not the only customer that’s annoyed by this new policy.

It was nice to sit outside and chat with friends. The drinks were made well and we enjoyed everything. I got a venti iced brown sugar latte made with blonde espresso and oat milk. This is one of my go-tos I love this drink.
Stopped by for a cup of good strong coffee and not only did I get that. I also got it served with a great atmosphere! The barrista was so courteous and helpful! I’d never had anyone at any other Starbucks ask if my coffee was to go or stay. First time having coffee served to me in a MUG! It was hot and delicious! Very busy location and they run it smoothly and efficiently! 👏🏼
Sanjana and another lovely young lady helped me today with redeeming my birthday drink! I had difficulties with the app and another store refused to help me yesterday, but when I came through the drive thru today they even offered an apology upon the other stores behalf. Everyone wished me a happy birthday. This was the best service I have received from any Starbucks. They were extremely kind, helpful, and the service was so fast! They decorated my cup and made sure that I received everything I needed, thank you guys! :)
Can I start with how professional how sweet how kind how thoughtful! The barista in the drive-through remembered my birthday told me happy birthday she was so sweet! I didn’t catch her name all I know is she worked around 11am . Hands down she needs A promotion just due to how great of a customer experience she gave
This is one of the best Starbucks out there. It's always clean (when I've been at least). Staff is always friendly. You will always find a spot to park although the parking lot is usually littered with garbage for some reason. Overall a great place to go for coffee, tea, or whatever floats your boat.

Located in a busy area of Katy, this Starbucks always seems to be filled with hungry and thirsty customers. The drive thru is usually several cars deep, the inside has a line, and people are actively coming and going, picking up mobile orders. Still, everything considered, they seem to manage the crowds well. If you decide to dine inside, you will notice the space has seating for about 30 customers, with additional patio seating. Soft music plays in the background and you can't help but people watch, with so many comings and goings. I have had good experiences here with service and like I said, considering the popularity of this location, the fact that they are this efficient says a lot. And, of course, the food and drink are good tasting, as expected from Starbucks. Overall, this is a good stopover in Katy when you need a coffee or tea drink, any time of day. If the drive thru line is too long, I recommend parking and going inside instead. They will take care of you.

Poor customer service. Not greeted when I was clearly standing there waiting for my mobile order. Decided to take a seat because I saw the drive through line and I’m a very patient person. Sat for almost 10 minutes when I approached the counter and asked if my drink was ready? My mobile order was in store and not for the drive through…which is where it was sitting. First impression was not good.
Ordered a strawberry açaí refresher with water on the app for delivery. I got all my other drinks (pink drink, dragonfruit refresher, and shaken espresso) correct but I got a pink lemonade instead of the strawberry acai refresher. Nothing else in it, no strawberry açaí refresher mix in it but just pink lemonade which I didn’t even want lemonade in it anyways. Called customer service and was told that DoorDash would help me which I got a refund but it wasn’t DoorDash’s fault, this is the Starbucks location at fault. I did not have time to go and reorder since the person it was for was leaving.
My sisters and I were there for after dinner mocha, grande Frappuccinos. And we shared a walnut bread. Our bill was somewhere around $23. We asked for extra ice so that the drinks would be thick. All three of us were disappointed with our drinks. Tasted basically like crushed ice with non-existent coffee or mocha flavor. If we hadn’t had the whipped cream with chocolate drizzle, there wouldn’t have been flavor at all. We missed the coffee and mocha flavors that we ordered our drinks for. Next time, we won’t ask for extra ice if that was the issue. If extra ice dilutes the flavors or lessens the volume of ingredients in the drink, that should be mentioned to us. These drinks are expensive and should be made correctly and with quality in mind. Can get ice anywhere, wanted flavors. The walnut bread was good.
OMGosh ! My order took 25 minutes for no reason. Now I see why it has low stars, if I could give zero stars I would.
Even when you ask for light ice they give you 3/4 cup of ice in your drink unacceptable.

Disappointed Birthday Experience at My Regular Starbucks I come to this Starbucks at least once a week, if not more, and usually have a great experience. That’s why I was especially excited when I received an email about my birthday reward—I was looking forward to treating myself on my actual birthday. When I went through the drive-thru yesterday, I let them know I wanted to use my birthday reward. I assumed everything was taken care of, but later, when comparing receipts with a friend, I realized they never actually applied the reward. This morning, I went back, showed them the birthday email, and explained the situation. I expected they’d make it right, especially since I did try to use the reward on my birthday. But instead, I was told, “Sorry, you would have had to use it yesterday.” No effort to make it right, no real acknowledgment that I did try to use it yesterday—it just felt dismissive. It’s disappointing to feel like your loyalty doesn’t count when it matters. I still love this Starbucks, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth—definitely not what I expected from a place I visit regularly.
