I was on the struggle bus yesterday and decided to treat myself to some Starbucks. When I got there, I was struggling with my app and struggling to figure out how to get Apple Pay to work. Vivi was so unbelievably kind and patient and took care of me and I cannot say enough great things about her and this Starbucks. Thank you all for being kind people.
Brutista was very friendly and professional. Coffee was made perfect

This Starbucks has the best location of any Starbucks I've gone to so far. Right on a lake with a porch. It's a bit off the highway too which is nice. Friendly staff and not too busy at all. Had an excellent time. There is plenty of parking, a drive through, and it is wheelchair accessible. Will definitely drop by again more often. The employees there have a relaxing view!
My wife and I really enjoy this place mainly because the workers are good at their jobs and very nice. Only negative is drive thru does not have a cover for when it rains. Seems ridiculous to get rain down in your vehicles door waiting to hear from drive through attendant. Sometimes we just leave without getting something for this reason.
Excellent service! And everything was perfect except for the location. The city of Kerrville has made this particular little shopping building out in front of the shopping center that has three little eating places in it including the Starbucks, impossible to get to with the stupid barrier for people trying to come off the freeway and go to this location despite the fact there was absolutely no traffic whatsoever I mean this is Kerrville it's not exactly houston! My suggestion would be Starbucks, Qdoba and anything else in that building close down their location when the lease runs out and moves somewhere more accessibility friendly shame on kerrville! You can't stop stupid, and Darwinism headed people who won't wait and get in an accident because they're impatient are going to happen regardless. Punishing everybody else for it is just plain stupid. Let Darwinism take its toll then the problem is eliminated.
Teas were made perfectly but drive through took a little longer. Probably holiday season craziness. Great view of the river side with large windows.
The blonde girl with tattoos at the drive through needs to check her attitude. 4:30pm Wednesday afternoon. We just went through, and she was extremely rude to my friend. I’m sorry you’re at work, but we’ve had long days too. How about some patience, and some manners? I love this Starbucks, but if you can’t handle the drive through dealing with customers maybe a job change would help. You never know what people are going through, and a little kindness goes a long way. Thanks.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Downloaded the Starbucks app. First time using it ordered a drink for my wife and I. Order was placed at 2:59 and said it would be ready in 6 - 11 minutes. Got there at 320. It still wasn't ready. There were maybe 3 people in the store, and at least 4 ,5 employees. One barista apologized (Not the manager) that they had been busy. Hmmm. Still.... A practically empty store? At least 4 more came in ahead and picked up an order. Me? Nope. They finally got around to making our drinks, finally at about 345 I got them. Almost an hour after we ordered. I made a comment out loud to myself saying I can't believe it's been an hour! There literally was no one else in the store except the employees. Nothing. No response from the staff or manager. Took the drinks and left. Only to find out later, while the coffee and got chocolate were good, they had messed up on the order and we didn't get what we had ordered. I hope Starbucks corporate figures out what is going on here and replaces the manager with someone that knows how to provide customer service and what to do when they utterly fail to provide it and acknowledge it. This occurred on Wednesday, Jan 28th so you can know who to fire for this. I will be contacting corporate about this. Don't know if they care or not, but can't hurt to let them know how poorly run this location is. I see this had happened to others at this location from the reviews as well.
Everything tasted great, but the wait time was INSANE. We waited 30 minutes for 2 lattes. Multiple customers were commenting on how they will be late for work or school because if how long orders were taking. Some had ordered on the app, and others in person at the counter. I will NEVER be going to this location unless I have the day off work. Baristas were all polite, but this was literally the worst coffee shop experience I've had in years.
there’s an asian girl that works there if i knew her name i would totally name drop but everytime she serves us our drinks she either doesn’t give us the right amount of change or messes somthing else up for instance we paid with a $50 dollar bill for $14 dollars worth of drinks and gave us $10 dollars in change? that math doesn’t add up and it had happened previously with the same girl counting the change to give back to us and the amount she gave us was wrong yet again. another time she didn't give us the food we order and if she did she only gave us one item instead of two but still charged us for everything a different time she made our drinks wrong to where they tasted terrible one time she made my drink and it was spicy!?!? i didn’t think a coffee frappuccino was supposed to be spicy. she makes me not want to return to that location and when i do return i dread seeing her and getting her as my barista because i know my experience is going to be awful yet again so to the Starbucks managers you need to fix some things because this shouldn’t happen every time i want to enjoy a drink from your establishment.
I purchased something today and ate outside with my family, it’s hot and my kid finished his water, I went back inside to ask for a water cup and they told me no unless I purchase something, I informed them that I did already and it’s for my kid, the lady didn’t want to listen and kept telling me I had to purchase something. I had to raise my voice at her and told her I already purchased a freaking item with my family and we were outside eating, I just want a water, because my kid is and thirsty. And she finally ended up giving it to me. I’m sorry, I get were busy, I’ve worked in fast food for 3 years. But don’t argue with a customer over a water for a KID. I shouldn’t repeat myself 3 times telling you I already purchased something then raise my voice to finally get a damn water.
I went into the store to pick up a simple mobile order. I waited for nearly 20 minutes, just for the drink to be made. Completely unacceptable. The employees in this store have a reputation of looking busy, yet accomplishing nothing.
Went through the drive-through and was told I was supposed to wait 10 minutes before picking up my mobile order… The app said ready in 4 to 7 minutes and I went 6 minutes after I placed the order Did not appreciate the customer service.
