Hubby and I are here in Kilgore from Dallas to take care of some private matters. It was around 1 a.m. and we were very hungry. The only place open was Whataburger which was fine. We've never seen a Whataburger like this before. The dining area was rather fancy looking instead of the usual ugly orange plastic booths & tables. The service was great and the food was very fresh. Everything was very clean as well. I wish the folks in Dallas took pride in their Whataburger restaurants like they do here 😃

Amazing Whataburger! Super Texas--Friendly service, ultra clean and updated yet classic atmosphere. The Kilgore Rangerettes and football team photos and uniform displays are beautiful. We definitely received top service and would recommend this Whataburger to anyone.

I love whataburger, so being a Beatle fan, I had to stop by and check this out. The service was fast and nice, as I've come to expect from Whataburger. The food is Whataburger: The national burger of Texas. If you're on I-20 and need something to grab or a stop, this whataburger is your go to. This place has become a necessary stop when I'm on the road.

Service was alright, took awhile despite not being busy but once we got the food it was very good. The store was also very clean.

The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star overall is because of the price. Great food but we can't afford to eat there more often. Of course on this day I was probably visiting the Shell store next to Whataburger.

Staff are nice, but there is a shortage of workers, so they can barely keep up with the volume. This business is not reflected in the app, so you can set a mobile order to be ready in 10 mins, but it will take much longer (haven't waited longer than 40mins but still...)

Fries were cold, the cooks cant read a simple change on a burger. Almost put the wrong cheese on my burger twice. Whenever you go to buy something online that is food, you expect it to be good and hot. Not cold and depressing.

Fries were 1/2 filled and cold...burgers meat tasted pre-cooked because cheese wasn't melted and they weren't hot. 👎🏽

Absolutely horrible, the cashier could barely put the order in correctly and forgot to give me my shake. Also I ordered a sweet and spicy with NO mustard and grilled jalapeños… guess what I got, mustard and no jalapeños. How can you mess up this badly.
