The employees at this Starbucks are VERY polite and the service is always quick. Me and my mother’s drinks are always made to perfection. The Starbucks in Harker heights could NEVER.
Ariana was the person who attended me. She was fantastic at her job and very knowledgeable over the menu. Drink was nice and very good. Love to see her working very nice and hospitable.
Everyone here is so helpful, fast, and efficient! They always remember my name and so friendly when I walk in. This is my go to spot 5-6 days a week! Vicki has done a wonderful job staffing, and training. And is my favorite face to see first thing in the morning!
Miranda is absolutely amazing. She has such a bright personality that made my day.
I AM NOT A STARBUCKS FANBOY… HOWEVER!… We ordered a drink for a family member in Killeen (we live across the country) who wasn’t feeling well. DoorDash & Uber Eats didn’t have the item on the menu. We called and got Mari (hope I spelt that right) who picked up right away, she was PHENOMENAL!!!! She helped us get the drink ordered from the app for the same price and custom made at the store so it was made to perfection despite it being complicated and not on the menu, all with patients, positivity, and cheer! Customer service like this is nearly impossible to find these days! This store will be our recommendation and absolute go to every time we visit! 1000% recommend her for recognition, promotion, and pay raise!!! Thank you Mari!!!!!!!
Normally, when I go to any Starbucks, they mess up my order because I am on a very specific diet. I’m very caffeine sensitive and I don’t intake any sugar. The lady who I encountered in the drive-through was named Mari. When I tell you that she was so accommodating and sweet! She knew exactly what I was asking for, she didn’t give me an attitude about it, and they made my drink amazingly. I’m super satisfied with the service that I received today which is very rare coming from any Starbucks. I’m a firm believer in recognizing good work and she was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She did not make me feel like what I was asking for was an issue or anything strange at all, which is also another issue that I frequently have. I definitely will return to the store because she made such a good impression on me. Great job to the Starbucks on Trimmier!
This is my favorite coffee shop that's open to the general public (i.e. outside of Post). People make a place what it is and the ultra hard working baristas here make everyone (and at time it seems like everyone in town) feel like the only customer. They are friendly, remember your drink, your name, play nice music, keep the temperature right, and keep a positive vibe going. It's a great place to work, read, meet with someone, chill out for a few minutes or a few hours. I could go on. In short: they really get what everyone comes here for and provide an excellent service.
Great shaken espresso!! I love the little notes written on the cups! I've never had one from all the different locations I've visited in many states so it was a nice joy boost!
Vicky was amazing! She noticed that I worked at Bush’s & asked me a few questions on my job & how it’s like over there, then she saw I was a Bears fan by looking at my Lanyard & asked if I’m from Chicago, &. I’m like “No, but I like all Chicago professional sports teams starting from when I would watch Bulls games with my dad”, & she noted that she’s from Chicago & a fan of all Chicago teams including the Bears (Go Bears! 2025 Super Bowl Champs!) I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha, & she was able to good great & quick customer service, & even put “Go Bears” on the top of my cup (Definitely keeping that cup forever!). I then thanked her, & she said “Your welcome! Good luck on your double at Bush’s). Vicky was amazing, & she made my starbucks experience feel great, & I don’t even go to starbucks alot, let alone drink coffee, & it changed yesterday once I met the Store Manager Vicky. I’m definitely coming here way more often, & going to come here days I need to work, or days I need to study, so expect me to come every 4-5 days a week! Just came back here again today, & though Vicky wasn’t there, the lady who took my order at the counter was amazing & gave quick & kind customer service! This place is full of nice, kindhearted employees, & this Starbucks restaurant deserves to have me as a loyal customer, & they can have all of my money!
Food was overly priced had ordered a breakfast sand smallest thing I ever saw especially for the price ended up purchasing another sandwich the pesto turkey here's what it looked like its ovely priced and limited food food I felt cheated t I went to the 1 on trimmier in Killeen also had to request Napkins
This particular Starbucks has very friendly staff and positive vibes all around ✨️ Vanilla Frapp is amazing 👏 😍 😋 👌 Moca Frapp is amazing 👏 😍 😋 👌 The atmosphere is excellent 👌 with positive vibe music The lobby is nice and clean with a "L" shaped booth with five tables in front and four tables near the wall with handicap access. Overall amazingly great coffee place. It may be corporate, but it tastes good and has a great vibe.
I absolutely loved the classic War time music they were playing while we wwerehere it made the visit here so relaxing and enjoyable. While we were there, one of their machines broke, and we had to wait a really long time for our drinks, but I can't really blame the batista for that its more of a management and maintenance issue. They got my drink to me as fast as they could. We stuck around for a while just studying and enjoying eachothers company it was a nice way to spend the morning. If you haven't had their impossible sandwhich yet, that is my go-to, and I strongly recommend it.
Service was fast and the people are wonderful, but my drink was not up to par. I ordered my iced matcha with soft top and there was none. If they dont have any left then they should not charge for it. The first time this happened I brushed it off because they were probably busy, but this is the 3rd time they do this and I have been charged for soft top when ....no soft top is on my drink. I am extremely disappointed.
Ok, in Texas and wanted my Starbucks. Went to the drive through. They were fast and friendly, patient taking my order. Got to the window and the lady handed my drink. Instantly I knew it wasn't right. I ordered an iced coffee with a slash of half and half. It was white!! 100 percent white. So I thought maybe wrong order. She took it back, read the label and said "no, that's an iced coffee". I said no way!!! Could you please remake it. She snatched it back....gave me the redo and rolled her eyes and shut the window. I was like "wow, attitude" clearly you could see that there was noooo coffee in it or they were a heavy pourer on the creamer. It was white!!! I won't go back to that Starbucks ever. Zero stars if I could have. For the cashier, not for Starbucks. They really have good coffees and products.
I go to this location every morning for coffee before my 6 am shift, today I was ignored as my cup sat there empty for 10 minutes after it was already supposed to be ready from a mobile order I placed about 8 minutes before I got there the excuse was they didn't have the flavor cold foam I requested so instead of calling me or telling me I was ignored worst experience I've ever had i would've understood if it was busy but the employees were too concerned about the glass bear cups there was only one other customer in the store the rest were employees
I order through uber a drink and food I asked for no whip on the sticker of the drink it says no whip but whip is all through the top and middle of the drink. When trying to refund on uber for drink I got a $2 credit LOL thanks Starbucks for very poor service. I wish I could share a pic how my drink looks
Merinda this morning I bought Coffe she had a stigma that I was Asian. I emphasized: (Asian discrimination) She does not want to serve the drink for us. Only if she added a stone she paid with me, showing the attitude of putting the glass on the table. She seemed to not understand what I was saying. But I don't want to drink it anymore really badly. I bought coffee every morning here but today I was really disappointed with Merinda missing attitude.
I've been going to this Starbucks location in Killeen since my family has been stationed here. I’ve noticed that the professionalism at this location has really slipped lately. On my last visit, a young lady by the name Diamond helped me, and the interaction felt eerily off-brand for Starbucks she seemed distracted and having conversations that didn’t seem appropriate for a family-friendly café. What’s more concerning is that leadership despite seeing my presence with my kids and I, seemed to allow this kind of behavior to continue, which makes it feel like there’s no accountability on the floor. I am not sure what Starbucks does to addresses these kind of things, as it’s not the same quality or family friendly environment you'd expect from this brand let alone the behavior.
Lavender was clearly just dumped in the cup, nothing was mixed and its taste gross. They’ve done this to vanilla breves, caramel lattes and more. When I asked if it was right she said yes and rolled her eyes. I also asked for napkins and I got a handful of bunched up napkins which i couldn’t use because they were literally balled up. Thanks for a crappy cup of coffee.
Many times you think that your order is first come, first served, but no, it took them more than 10 minutes to make two coffees where only I had ordered inside, they continued to give priority in the drive thru. Three people making coffee and they can't attend efficiently. And finally they made me the wrong coffee. I'm not coming back here.
