This places is the best! I left my purse on Monday and they kept it for me til Friday. I didn’t realize my purse was gone til 2 hours later! We called and they asked what kind of purse and name. Louis was awesome and kind and made sure it was mine. On top of that the good as amazing and our server with the handle bar mustache was the kindest man!

I used the drive-thru option and I really enjoyed it. I was a bit of indecisive as to what I wanted but the guy was patient and then a time of pain. I had several gift cards which I couldn't find right away but he told me no rush even though there was some people behind me. He still was very nice and smiley which is good because I feel like in most fast food places. You can see that the cashiers or what not. They get all annoyed and they give you attitude but everything was really nice. I passed by on my way back home down south and if I come back up again I'll surely be passing by there again too

The food is always delicious, with perfectly cooked chicken that are flavorful and satisfying. Their waffle fries are salty, making them the perfect side. The service at is top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and family-friendly. Whether you're dining in or going through the drive-thru, the experience is consistently pleasant. Highly recommended!

Kingsville Chick-fil-A is a superb example of doing it the RIGHT way with food, service, and cleanliness. The staff is always pleasant and moves customers through the line quickly. The food great as usual. It's clean and fresh, ready for customers to take a seat and eat. And, there's always someone check on your meal and if you need a drink refill. Great job guys!

I had a good breakfast here early in the morning and was greeted by an immaculate dinning room and a very friendly staff. My meal was great and the entire experience upholds my Chick-fil-a expectations. This location is also very close to the highway which makes it easy to access if you are either just passing through town or using the highway.

I should've probably have this location 5 starts because my order is always accurate, tastes great, and everyone is very polite.... They are just quite slow compared to other Chic Fila A locations across the country. Yes I know, I'm definitely spoiled! 😅☺️😋

Food is always hot and fresh but three times I have come through and they always forget or mess up condiments. I got a bag of granola instead of my dressing. Today I ordered two unsweetened teas and one came sweet I don’t even know how you mess that up. People just aren’t seeming to pay attention here. Everything is printed out on the sticker.

I love Chick-fil-A. Today I was upset with them. I ordered online for curbside, when I got there and check in. The app said they was making our food, then at 5:49 it said our food was on its way, but we didn't get it till 5:56. I hate when employees try to cheat the systems to get better numbers, and I'm outside waiting and wondering what's taking so long. If your going to push those buttons saying my food is ready you better have my food at my door within a minute or two. Don't get me wrong I love y'all food, but upset for the wait that shouldn't had happened.

Didnt get my meal. Was so called waiting in line n it wasnt da line. Just walked out instead. Bad service over all

DISAPPOINTED! Coming back through Kingsville after an appointment and my wife and I decided to stop for lunch. . This was on 09-12-2025 @ 12:51pm. Order 2880600. We had a sandwich/fries/drink (lemon frostie) for a Lunch Grand Total of $27.41. We are two old senior citizens, that just wanted a quick bite. We didn't expect such a high price for what we got. But, we paid and that is that. Anyway, the young lady that took our order was nice and provided great customer service. That is where it stopped. We got our food from the drive thru line and got back on the road. My wife's found her sandwich had burned/blackened pretzel buns as was some of the chicken too. That's just not right. Food should not be sent out to customers like that. My order was a spicy deluxe with no tomatoes. Well it came with tomatoes however with the outside noise it may have been hard to hear. No big deal, I just took them off. Although my buns were ok and not dark/burned, the chicken seemed burned around the edges and oddly enough barely luke warm, like it had been sitting out prepared in advance for the lunch rush. OUCH It it should have been fresh and at least hotter than the french fries. That goes to poor management oversight, training and employees turning out food other than what is right. Just doesn't make good sense or a good business model. One would think most of the time the product you sell is great but when we or others get sub-par food quality, like what we got, that doesn't help retain/maintain customers. You really need to look into that so food quality going out the door/window is maintained. What ever you do, don't deflect just work a bit harder, that's all.

I used the drive-thru ordered 2 sausage biscuits & a drink. This particular Chick-Fil-A is the slowest one I have ever visited compared to the others. Not only did I have to wait even when there were no cars infront of me but they managed to screw up my order. I received a biscuit with pieces of bacon instead. I had to go around & park infront to go inside to get a refund, very inconvenient. Next time I will makesure to drive to Calallen to use their drive-thru.

I ordered a sausage patty with my chicken biscuit meal. I like the extra protein to help me get to lunch. This sandwich is a slap in the face. Selling me a big nugget and a kids size portion of yogurt for $13 is highway robbery. The yogurt is normally $4.35 without tax. Seriously less than an inch of yogurt. I have a salsa packet in the pic for reference.

I took this photo during breakfast hours. The store is empty inside. I ordered 2 milkshakes andI waited over 10 minutes and still nothing. The food is good. Service in this Chick-fil-A is very below average.
