9/18/19 = 4 star = A little bit old but clean , restroom are clean when i visit , love Dave's Double Burger . Will keep coming back .
As of april 19 renovations are done and dine-in is open again at the la mirada location.

My group of friends wanted to make the right choice on where to have dinner for our last night in Denver. Work and Class is beautiful. It feels very cozy inside, it's a dark ambiance but it works well here. When I first looked at the menu I felt a little discouraged. I feel that many restaurants use "tapas" style dining as an excuse for overcharging for a small portions that also lack in quality. That was definitely not the case here.

The staff got one burger incorrect. They served us a double stack when we ordered a bacon double stack. When I went to the counter to have it corrected, they simply handed me a strip of bacon in a container. Am I now an employee since I'm the one the had to finish putting this together properly? Where's my paycheck for the assist? There was no ice in the self serve machine. We all filled up without ice because the wait line to get oce was entirely to long since those waiting to place an order and those waiting for ice were all in one line die to Wendy's having only one employee up front. There were no napkins in the dining area, no soap in the restroom, tables were all dirty with crumbs and spilled drinks, and the floors needed a good mopping. I must admit that I've seen much better in cities that are considered to be much less desirable.
This joint has long been felt to be going downhill, and the lackluster staff prove it. Even the manager is going through the motions, not even lifting a finger, let alone going the extra mile, to assist with the packaging, ensure it is tight and secure. He simply watches customers walk out the door with wobbly and loose items.
food was good slow service take forever to get my ice cream and fries, and car park was massy and horrible when LA Mirada Theatre have a large showtime but there is still have room for improvement though。

went and got food it took 40 min cause the workers were outside smoking while on shift and then they got a bunch of the order wrong, while we were waiting they were continuously getting orders wrong or forgetting multiple things (the lady before us complained about missing an entire meal)

really bad experience. came into the front lobby and saw all the staff sitting in the dining room, then by the time i made it to the front counter they still didn't make it back to take my order. my food was rushed and thrown on the tray just so they could finish with me before i paid. i sat down and fries were over salted and luke warm, the nuggets were hard and the frosty was almost melted. feels like everything had been sitting there and i didn't want to deal with the workers. will not return to this location.
Ordered like normal at the drive through window and even had my order repeated back to me correctly. Then when i got home and looked in the bag and at my receipt i was charged for someone else’s more expensive order and got the wrong food. Already got home by the time i noticed so i didn’t bother going back. Not sure what happened on their end, just wish they would hire more competent people who could do their job.
(Aug 2024)This location has an EBT poster facing the drive-thru, but when you get to the window they tell you they can't accept EBT thru the window, that I had to go inside to pay. So I went inside. My food is on the counter. I waited for the manager to switch the transaction over to the inside register. Then he asked me for my pin. I said you're not supposed to be asking for my pin. Why can't I hold the key pad and put in my pin? He said per the owner's demand- he can't let me hold it because of key pad theft they've had. Ok, so then you hold the keypad facing me and I'll punch in my pin. But he still said no, he can't do that. So I had to walk away just leaving my food there. It didn't seem to bother him in the least.🤨 I haven't been back since.
I normally enjoy Wendy's, I arrived at the drive thru, asked "how can I help you" only to be ubrupty interrupted by someone else and told to" please wait". I waited over 5minutes before someone getting back to me while I am hanging out at the drive thru menu. When the person returned, they actually asked If I was still there! I proceeded with a breakfast order and was told "breakfast ended at 1030am", it's now lunch, it was 10:35. I told them "I'll passed, it's to early for lunch". Then was told, "have a nice day". I backed out and proceeded elsewhere. I have had this happen before at another location, they made an acception. I strongly suggest you avoid this location.
Walked in this morning eager for my morning coffee but I was told that their EBT isn't working today. No sign posted, no notification, and when I walk to the register a 2nd employee is just lingering there; dangling earing in ear, felt threatening to be honest. And on top of all tht I got nothing but negative vibes from the moment the female manager, Adriana, unlocked the door to the moment the other guy was, attempting to, hover over the register area, in an almost threatening tone. 2days later and Adriana tells me the bathrooms aren't working and the EBT still isn't working.
Well, services through drive thru not good, l said hello, he said nothing but my total I told him again I am using the app still says nothing but turns to register does his thing ,turns to me says total give him the money hands me my change and food, I say thank you he says nothing, food (cheeseburger honestly looks as if they just slapped it together, very sloppy put together. Won't be going back to this location, no wonder why this location was dead, no customers.
they lie about closing early several times so they can get out and clean. don’t get me wrong i understand but don’t be late shift staff if you don’t want to close late. it really bothers me that they lie about a broken system and it’s always this same girl with long hair and a braid.
This has to be the worse Wendy’s ever. Customer service is horrible, wait times are long mind you the place was empty, no cashier in the front??? I had to wait about 10-15min for a cashier to take my order. I wound of walked out but my boy wanted the misfortune meal & I had promised it to him, and unfortunately this is the closet Wendy’s to me I drove about 20min. Now let’s talk about the dinning room omg!!! No napkins, in both dispensers, no med lids. Don’t get me started on the restrooms. 🤢🤮 Do I recommend this resturant HELL NO!!! there are way better fast foods places to eat. The things you do for your kids
Unbelievable I was standing in line, The cashier acknowledged me standing there, Then a man walked in and stood beside me, and the cashier greeted The man has started helping him right away meanwhile, I’m standing there waiting just to order. Awful.
